Hi i have given my tata manza for servicing at tejaswi motors, madhapur, hyderabad. I have given it for service in july and have received it on 18th november 2017 that’s almost three to four months. I have not received any compensation and i was billed for a total of around 95, 000 inr. Even after numerous request to deliver the car in between this time they said that they have found some new problems and continued to keep it and then they said that they will repair and then give it next week which continued for almost two months every week. I need justice and compensation for the time frame of car being held at the tejaswi motors. Three months is a huge time and i think that a new car will be manufactured in less time than what they took to repair a car. Please help

Now i am experiencing even more problems with the car with the steering now not straight and when i turn on the ac i get dust inside and weird noises inside the car when its on. One of the worst service centers in India. Please help

This problem was reported during 1st service time. It was noticed that vehicle is getting graged towards left after serving.
I am a Tata car customer since 20 years and never faced any problem with Concord service center at Sanathnagar. First of all, how a new vehicle will have such a problem? And this was not set right after 1st service also. I am getting various doubts on the vehicle and lost the confidant on Tata motors.

    While tata has designed an excellent xuv that is hexa but this success will not last for long if you don't take care of following points

    1. Test drive vehicle are pathetically maintained
    2. Sales guys not professional
    3. Sales guy don't have adequate knowledge about hexa

    We want this product to a great success so please do the needful

      I prasanna v. Palaskar tata zest (Mh-37 g 6380) resident of karanja (Lad) pin.444105, when put my car for free checkup at satish motors akola, with no complaint, on dated 16/11/2017, i was told for oil change & alignment which i agreed. After servicing, when i drived my car at 6 pm, irealised that car stearing was not balanced & it was forcefully (Automatically) driving on left side. Then i made a phone call to my service provider but he didn't received it. I have to go to karanja (Lad) 80km.'s far from akola. And today i aproached to satish motors akola to resolve the problem arisen after servicing the service provider told me the estimate of rs.8500/- for bushing & headlight. Which he didn't told me yesterday. Due to which i have to drive to & fro of 80+80=160km. To karanja with driver. If it should have been carefully checked yesterday i should not have to suffer the things happened.
      If possible please solve my problem & make me with tata again. Whereas i am using tata cars 8 years. My personal opinion is that there is a big issue in workshop of satish motors.

        Herewith i (Neelaben chavda) attached full details in letter to you about my car tata tiago xta which was caught fire suddenly on road at speed of just only 15 km /hour and it run only 297 kms from dtd 17/10/2017as delivery date.
        Please do needful action about my refund because i do not want to loose my life by purchase this fired car at any cost.

          I bought tata nexon on 28th september from goldrush lucknow. Since then the car has major electrical issues and the car has been to service center 6 times in 40 days but they havent been able to resolve the issue till now.
          I am requesting to replace the vehicle as a faulty issue may catch fire anytime but they are not listening.

          Please look into it.

            Respected sir / madam,
            Am under agreement with tata motors finance limited vide contract no [protected] for the period january 2017 to december 2020 against financing my tata sumo car vide customer id [protected].

            My repayment emi was started w.. E. F. January 2017 and the payment day which was told to me is 15th of each month.

            The concern employee of the tmf not submitted to ecs form to my bank for electronic clearance directly from my bank. They took first two emi by way of submitting cheques and thereafter their collection agent start taking cash from my address. I paid cash in next two months. Thereafter i started payment by online using tmf official website.

            Sir, they are charging me over due and interest charges. I submitted complaint to their customer care and from october onward they are started ecs debit.

            Still they are showing over due payment and interest charges on their website.

            Kindly help me in this regard.

              I bought a tata nano in bangalore on my son's name a nandish.
              Vehicle no ka03 mt 4700.

              I gave it for service on 11th nov 17. It was serviced & returned.

              However, the steering rack & horn is defective. The prerana motors at kudlu gate bangalore did not replace defective steering rack & horn.

              They are are saying that since the 2nd & 3rd free service was not availed, the defective steering rack & horn cannot be replaced.

              I feel that the parts have to be replaced as it is under warranty.

              Request you to look into this & do needful asap.

                My name is santanu adak, i live in new delhi.. I booked tata nexon petrol variant top model (Xz+) blue colour on 25th september 2017 from the tata motors showroom which is situated under the akshardhyaam metro station.. The staff said the car will be ready in 6 weeks. I have waited 8 weeks, but yet my car is not alloted.. When i asked to the car dealer about this, he said that the company is not providing the specific car.
                I'm too much frustrated right now, plzz look through this..

                  tata tiago car - left indicator, gear vibration, noise during reversing

                  I (Nathiya) have booked tata nexon xe maconrone blue with a booking amount of rupees 11000 at concorde motors @guindyin chennai on sep 24 21017 at the time of booking they told 4-6 weeks to deliver the car. About a 7 weeks gone, one of the manager from that showroom informed me that the car not yet allocated. After many follow up i got the same updates, the variant which i chose is not available and may take another 15 days for allocation and 10 days for delivery. It has been already crossed 58 days. What i'm thinking is, that the car i have booked has been sold to another customer so they are taking extra more time, also asked me about the second thought. I'm stick the variant which i preferred they so please return me the money that i paid for the booking and i will never go for tata again. I think one of the reason people are not go for the tata cars.
                  Agrees with your comments. Booked on 22 Sep, yet to get any concrete update (2 months today). Pathetic !!

                    I booked nexon xz+ (Grey) & tiago xz (Brown) and was advised that the nexon grey colour will be available early than other however there has been no allotment of car to my booking id after 24 days of booking. I want resolution asap i have to purchase 4 different cars on same date from you guys if you cant get one car on time how can i trust you for multiple orders. Booking done at berkely tata motors chandigarh please allot the vechicle on urgent basis to the above mentioned automobile showroom so that they can deliver the car to me asap
                    I fully empathize with your situation as 'am also a victim of TATA dealers. Progressive Cars in Ahmadabad, finally delivered my silver Nexon after 6 weeks and repeated follow ups. Then to my surprise i detected difference in my amount paid the receipts recvd. On inquiry Progressive Cars Manager promised to refund the difference. and also give the accessories soon, for which also i had paid. Its been 10 days, they have now stopped taking calls, or responding on mails, SMSs.

                      I am k eliazer from punjab i purchased tata hexa on 25th september from kosmo motors jalandhar but till now the kosmo motors is unable to provides accessories but they've received 63000rs from me' but not provides accessories.
                      Also in tata hexa some technical problems are there firstly steering very tiet secondly gear unable to changes easily every there is sounds comes from the gear box. Right now i have ride just 4000 km please help me to solve the problem problems as early as possible

                          I have purchased tata tiago in may 2017. Since day 1 the rear door window is not working. During first service i was assured that spare part is not available, same thing was told during 2nd service last week on 7th nov 2017 at tathawade pune concorde service centre.
                          The crm tanvi and service advisor tukaram are totally clueless and have poor knowledge of vehicle. Even after escalating the issue, i'm not able to get resolution of my complain and it's giving me a very bad impression of customer service at tata motors as i opted for your car first time.

                                I am avinash from man-galore-karnataka. I have purchased a new car tata ti ago xe on november 23rd 2016. My car registration number is ka-19 mg-7248 in one month i have faced a problem... My car started obliging. I had complained it in the showroom... But nothing was done. Second time i complained about the same obliging problem. 2 days my vehicle was in showroom. After that they informed me that the main r& r drive shaft assembly was changed. There was a fuel smell inside the car all the time and still the problem is not resolved. Main shaft complain was again observed after five months. Service engineers told me that the mounting bolt was damaged and was replaced.. On 15th i faced the same problem i faced. A bearing collar was fallen down on the road and the car was not moving a inch and a strange sound appeared... I dropped the vehicle in the showroom.. The service engineers told that the main drive shaft is damaged. Fuel smell is still there inside my car. Service person told me that they changed the seal of of fuel tank. Fuel consumption is to high. For 250 kilometer more than 29 liter petrol was used... All the bills i have attached... I am asking for a new car now... Now the car is new so each and every work is done for free, but after the warranty period i have to spend money for all the problem if it occurs again. I am not ready for that. I need a clean, clear and final solution for this things. Please please do the needful for me.

                                  I rakesh gupta have taken gold amc with tata motors on 02/10/2014 with amc, vehicle registration number - mh 49 u 1640, as per the contract received signed and stamped by ak gandhi cars nagpur) it is valid for 4 years 40, 000 kms which ever is earlier.

                                  And when i have given my vehicle for servicing at ak gandhi cars nagpur on 11/11/2017 to my surprise they said that my amc is blocked, when i asked them how come it is blocked when the validity is for 4 years from 2014 they said that it might be by mistake that who ever...,

                                    I am forwarding the acknowledgement to the mail of concorde motors bengaluru, which i sent to the local service dealer who had serviced my vehicle.

                                    It is very unfortunate that i have not received any reply to this mail till date in-spite of my reminder to them on 07 november.

                                    Much more is expected of a highly reputed organisation like tata motors.

                                    It is not understood that a simple query of why the air filter and transmission oil has not been replaced which is mandatory during the 45000 km servicing as per the manual issued to the customer is not being answered.

                                    The vehicle was also on amc which was valid till 03 november 2017 the day the vehicle was serviced.

                                    A prompt reply is requested to the above query.

                                      I have bought tigore xz revotorq diesel from dealer: motor sales charbagh, lucknow on dated: 08.11.17. Vehicle delivery was done by 8pm so i was unable to look into engine. Next morning when i saw engine there was rust everywhere (Even on bolt heads). Also i noticed that vehicle run was 210kms. My home is around 5kms from showroom. I have discussed with gm of motor sales charbagh and he answered me that rust is on every vehicle of tml and also he said that 190kms run is also normal by the time of delivery of vehicle.
                                      I want to ensure that vehicle engine and other parameters are at correct parameters. Please help.
