      IRA app

      We have purchased TATA nexon XZA+(p) in the month of August. IRA app subscription comes along with the above variant for an year. However though we could manage to register in IRA app with our credentials we are not successful in establishing the connection with our car through IRA app.An error message We have raised complaint with tata support (service center but no vail till date) Please expedite the issue at the earliest possible date....

      Sub: Regarding delay in rectification of Pickup Issue of my Vehicle- Tata Safari Dicor( AP 35 H 9999). Owner: Sudeep Raaj K

      It is regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminders after delivery of my vehicle to your Service Center (Jasper Tata) at Vijayawada for rectification of pickup issue on 7 September 2022, they could not rectify the issue and have prepared to deliver the vehicle to me on 21 September 2022. I along with your service- Engineer/Mechanic have gone for trail run and has clearly reflected the non rectification of the issue in the dash board when vehicle is speedily being run and I have been again being asked to keep the vehicle with your service center.

      As I informed you inspite of my pre occupations for attending some programs I could not attend the same for non availability of my vehicle. Actually I was assured to deliver the vehicle to me after rectification within 3 days where as you took 15 days time without any result.
      You are therefore requested to immediately look into the matter and do the needful considering the same on urgent basis to rectify the pickup issue for which I shall be thankful to you.

        Helow i bought a tata Nexon xe petrol (KL07 CV 9411)on March 2021 ...right after 6000 km...I noticed a oil leakage and inform service center ( focoz motors) edapply and they changed the entire gear box...and give back to me ...after 3000 km my car is again showing same problem which is oil leakeage from gear box ..now the service center is saying they have to change entire gear box again ...this kind of quality issue of a vehicle is not acceptable for any coustomer .so pls take immediate action before this Sean get even worse

          Greetings
          I purchased a tata punch adventure mt from Dada motors nawanshehar on 15 July 2022. Number plate fixed on 08 August 2022. My car number is Pb20d7125. Still now I am not received rc for car. When I asked your staff in nawanshehar, they speak today or tomorrow. Due to rc we cannot travel a long distance. Plz do needful to solve my problem.

                I have serviced my cars in focuz motor last year and they told the front suspension has gone so we should replace it. And I told them to replace it.
                And now after one year when I have taken car again for service to one another service center they told that the front suspension is not working properly and they checked it and told that the focuz motors have replaced the suspension with non genuine parts which is second quality.

                  This is to put on record that M/s. Heritage Motors, Thane Maharashtra, a certified dealer of TATA MOTORS have delivered a defective car to me. After mandatory first Service after 2 months, my car started fogging front and rear windscreen, as well as all side door glass windows. They have been trying to rectify the issue last 4 attempts but to no avail. i. have lost faith in them and now i want Tata Motors to replace the Car, i bought the car out of trust and faith of TATA MOTORS BRAND, but ironically its only a hype and there is a wide gap of reality between the — kindly replace my car or i will be forced to go to consumer court ASAP as im unable to use the car, after spending money, its a piece of junk lying in my parking.

                    Dear Team,
                    With utter disgrace and sadness i am escalating one pathetic sales and service behaviour from so called prestigious tata motors passenger car department through its even worse dealership trupti motors, Bhubaneswar, odisha

                    I purchased a new Tata Nexon on 31st August with a poor interior n dusty black condition with scratched interior.I found it on the next day of delivery that interior is old one and front windshield glass is damaged.

                    What a unlucky poor customer i am and pathetic service n behaviour from tata motors.

                    Need this to be resolved at the earliest to avoid any sort of image backlash of tata motors in social media

                      Hi Team

                      I have booked the altroz xz+ on 10 Aug 2022. The waiting period mentioned by dealer key motors bangalore was 3 to 5 weeks.

                      5 weeks gone passed and my emails are goes unanswered by deals as well as Territory Sales Manager from Tata Motors also not response directly to mails.

                      I am not able to get the updates . Can you plz help to raise complaint on Tata motors.

                        I bought Tata Punch Adventure on 27/8/22 from Kamakhya Tata Motors, Solmari, Goalpara but till today I have not get TRC from the dealer for registration. They sent me a photo copy but when I went to the show room they could not provide me a copy. It's far for me to go again and again. If I don't get TRC within one month, I'll be fined. Please help

                          I have booked the Altroz xz+ opera blue in Key Motors- Bangalore on 10th of August and as per the booking details 3 to 5 weeks was waiting. It been more than 5 weeks .                               Very Bad after sales service

                              Hi,
                              My new 8 months old Tata punch, got stuck in recent Bangalore flood it’s on 4th Sep with very little damage.
                              I reached out Tata service centre, they took week to provide me an appointment on 9th sep Now they are telling it gonna take 3 months to do the service and I need to pay the parking chargers per day Rs. 350/- . And if I am not ready to pay and wait they are asking to take the car back, they don’t give priority...

                              Car is not getting its central looking system functional automatically..
                              This is not happening since 2 services from select motor Kukatpally...
                              Car usually gets in to central locked state when Car attains a minimum speed...
                              But this is not happening now...
                              The technician is not able to resolve it ......

                              I am a owner of TATA EV NEXON XZ PLUS. My vehicle number is KL54N8613. My Vehicle broke down in the middle of the road and I called the Tow service of TATA. They took the vehicle to the garage and they sais it needs battery replacement. They replaced the battery and returned my vehicle. The vehicle broke down again the very next day and I placed a Tow service call. The Yow service when came found that the Tow hook was damaged by the previous tow service and was not usable. Even after several call, for last three days my vehicle has not been taken to the garage and the tow service is not bringing proper hook. I would like to return the vehicle to the company and get my payment back so that I can get a vehicle with better service.
