I have bought tata tiago on last december 2016 around 3000 km driven till now and i'm not satisfied the city mileage it's comes 12 kmpl till now in city. I have made complaint in concorde motor ecr twice but not yet resolved they told in city depends on traffic if will give approx 11 to 12 only but when i was taken the car the sales man told it should give minimum 17kmpl at any traffic condition in city
Which one is true? I need proper justification and resolving the issue

      I have a new tata zest (Nmbr: wb19h 6229) purchased on decemberkshire and it is on road from january
      I am facing a some start up problem in my vehicle and had submit it for servicing at tata kb motors at tiljala kolkata on thursday 17th august2017.
      But the problem is still unsolved till today they are keep on saying that they can't get the problem. And informed me that a mechanical engineer from has also check it and he is also failed to get the problem. What kind of vehicle it is? Is it for our comfortable or for making a trouble only.
      Is it my fault to believe a well known company like tata motors. I am felling my self #.
      As it is a commercial vehicle and my instalment ready and it's at service station for 6 days and still there is no hope to get it in comingeneral week.
      It's really unprofessional and trouble some. What should i do now. Solve the problem and extend my instalment date which is due on 2nd september2017.
      It's not possible for me to pay it in this situation. As the vehicle is at service centre and i must sitting idle at home and it's very difficult for me to meet the ends meet.
      What i need to do now whether the problem will solve soon or i need to visit consumer court.
      Please reply positively as soon as possible.

        tata tiago - not engaging gears... about to commit accident

        One of my friend recently bought tata tiago from kandiwali tata showroom. After first servicing car is facing issue that car doesn't engage gears in running and it gets stopped automatically. When he report this back to service center they took the car back and kept for 2 week. After that they returned back the car stating issue has been resolved.         Sir, 2 months ago, i bought a new vehicle tata xenon from the progressive motors, agartala, tripura. But they don't give me the original tax invoice. They are give me a invoice in a white a4 paper. Moreover, the servicing units of that concern also have the poor quality of services. Spare parts are not available there. Even ac gas is not present in their servicing centre. Suspension bush also not available.

        If this conditions is in the service centre or workshop, then how will we maintain our vehicles and how will we believe in tata motors.

          I had purchased tata tiago from jabalpur motors indor. They charged rs 540000 from me and provided bill of only rs 498000. Request you to please provide reimbursement of rs 42000. I talked with the dealer but the representatives talked very rudely with me as if they had forgotten us after buying car. This was not expected from tatas. There are many other minor issues like not received any accessory which comes with every car, i cannot insert my key on my front door and other issues. Please contact as soon as possible. I am in real trouble and searching for your precious help.

              I have taken delivery of New Tata Tigore Car on 9 th August 2017.

              before that I have completed all required activities, even after full payment done,

              RTO registration is getting delayed consequently unable to drive Car out of PUNE.

              since No RTO charges received by Dealer as per RTO Pune..

              Also feedback from Pune RTO is not good for your Concorde Motors, Baner Pune dealer.

                I took tata indigo ecs in 2009 and have been regularly getting the car serviced by wasan motors, kandivali. But very sorry to say that the service technicians there are just looting the customers by unnecessary increasing the bill amount and creating some or the other issues in the car. It has never happened that my car has gone for servicing and after servicing never faced any issue. After 2-3 days again i have to take the car for servicing. Just few days back i had taken my car for normal servicing and after taking the delivery the car started throwing black fumes. Now i am being told to sell the car in exchange of new one from them as they cannot sort out the issue.
                I do not understand their immatured behaviour. After enquiring from other people i have realized that most of the customers are facing similar issues with them and thats the reason they have stopped sending their cars to wasan motors service centre. Just to fulfil their target they are fooling customers.

                  I buyed tata tiago xz at oct 2016 still now total km runed was 8500 but now in my car unnesasary sound is coming while applying the brake in tata service center they told your brake shoe, drum, brake lining, wheel barring want to be changed otherwise the sound will be continued total cost for this is rs.10300, and these parts are not covered in the warranty, how these complaint occur in within one year.

                      Actually my father in law mr dinesh awasthi had brought a tata tiago car xt petrol, in the month of october 2016. But after one month the car was having starting problem. We send car to the service center but after service again same cause was happened. So again we send car to service center but the result was zero. The service center also changed his battery but the starting problem is still persist. Some times engineers comes and sorted the battery through other battery but if car has been rest down for one day then it'll not start again. Approx ten times and more we send and call for car repairing. We have talked with managers and all but the rectification is zero. Till date our car is not starting up properly.
                      Now tell me what should we have to do. Because showroom incharge and managers nither replying properly nor they doing anything... Really we have been fed up with such type of tata car and managers replys. Pls help me.

                        मैंने दिनांक 27.06.2017 को टाटा टिआगो कार ली थी जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन no. Mh 08 an 0658 तथा चेसिस no. Mat626282hke33396 हैं i जबसे कार ली हैं कार की एवरेज १० से ११ km प्रति लीटर से आगे ही नहीं जा रही हैं i इस विषय में मैंने dealer bafna motors के सर्विस स्टेशन मैं भी २ बार विजिट किया परन्तु कार की एवरेज १० से ११ km से आगे नहीं बड़ी i आपके डीलर ने कार बेचते वक़्त कहा था की कहा था की कार की एवरेज सड़को पर २० तथा हाईवे पर २३ कम प्रति लीटर आएगीi आज 1 महीने से ज्यादा वक़्त गुजर गया मगर आज तक कार की एवरेज ११ km प्रति लीटर से आगे नहीं गयीi क्या मेरे साथ धोका हुआ हैंi क्या इस विषय में आपका कोई दायित्व नहीं हैंi क्यों कार एवरेज नहीं दे रही i क्या इस विषय में मुझे कोई कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी i क्यों की आप के सर्विस स्टेशन से मुझे कोई संतोष जनक जवाब नहीं मिला... This time vehicle running is about 4000 km...
                        Tata Tiago is very poor in average..
                        Showroom or service center also not giving the proper reson or not a slove the problm they give a unsatisaftion ans and they are not give the proper Guadline or not a position response

                          I have purchased tata hexa, registered number mh 14 gh 0023 on date 27/6/2017 from shridha motors chakan. Since then, i have came across problem as started burning from engine and coolant getting dry, twice, first on date 8/7/2017 and second on date 22/7/2017.

                          I have not received any positive reply from your end for my demand of refund of my money for supplying me such a car which is having manufacturing defect and due to which me and my family not only extremely suffered inconvenience at remote place but also same caused us mental agony and same is continuing till this date.

                            I taken car in april only three month old i drived only 2700 upto aug
                            I geting problem in dilvary time major dent and paint damage in fr door but addya cars was changed the door from another car after the i runed only 200 km i geting left indicator was not working in some one. On my fst i tolded him resolve that he told problem was sloved like but after same days i recived same problem
                            But one day i travelled with my hole family in out side that day i miss mejor accident (I m in highway i puted left indicator but that light was not oned back side vehicle was not indicated to trun sigle he comed fastly that day hole family near miss accident was avoided) that dat i complaint to tata coustmer care he taken near authorised car serivce but he holded vehicle to up too 3 days but he communicated to me left switch was gone i replaced but after 15 i recived same problem but i again visit to addya service in bangalore but he taken more than 8 hour after he called me vehicle was ready i visited to their but was still their aftet he told me i need more time resolve
                            But after three days urs cars mandya was taken the car he cal and told me cluster meter was problem after 3days i give u ur car like that after 5 days he called and told me meter was good but sofwear was problem i need more 10 days that's totally
                            In 100 days my car more than 20days in showroom so plzz help me i want to replace that car plzz plzz help me

                              I have bought one tata tigor xt from concorde motors india ltd, g9 pushkar enclave, paschim vihar, new delhi 110063. on10 th of july 2017 and got the delievery on 13 th july 2017 but my vehicle got registerd with athourity 5th august 2017, with my repeated requests to the showroom. now my problem is that, i have paid to company rs710711 by rtgs and by cash, i have recieved the bills from company of rs700761. my balance payment with the company is rs9950., with my repeated requests to the showroom they r not refunding my access ammt, and instead asking me to give them rs 2500 to be given to some tout (dalal) in registring athourity. kindly look in this matter and take proper action as i m very musch mentally harrased by the showroom, thanks and regards. my name jasmeet nigah . mobile number vechile no dl3ccm5469.thanks and regards,

                                I am an owner of 2006 tata safari dicor 3 liter.
                                My complaint is, tata service centers do not take a trial drive of the car before undertaking any repair work. How would they know how the vehicle feels when in running condition?
                                Secondly, they take every tata car owners for automotive experts. I say i know how to drive perfectly but am i supposed to know every part of the engine or the suspension? They ask me what's the problem with the car. I could only tell them i didn't like the sound of the engine. Earlier it was smooth, now something's amiss. I could say the car moves like a boat on tidal waters and not at all comfortable on rough stretches. I say, aren't there standards of how a vehicle should sound and move normally? Moreover, if i specify that this part should be replaced, only then they replace it. I ask them to check my horn, so they checked it. But they didn't touch the side-indicator lights problem cos i didn't tell them. Man! I didn't know it had a problem as i didn't know much about it! Haven't come across any tata motors service center which checks comprehensively and makes pro-active recommendations or should we say, prescription for treatment.
                                Lastly, came across cheating counter managers in your service centers who offered to lessen the bill amount if i pay them extra. I did pay one once. The bill was more than rs 7000 which he changed to 3000 after taking an unofficial payment of rs 2000.
                                Is this the philosophy of the famous tatas? Should i stop taking pride on myself for owning a safari?
                                Please help.

                                  Myself vikas sapkal (Mob. No. [protected]). I am the owner of indica mh 12 nb 1388 which were purchased in pune in last year. I have been driven my car 62066 kms till date. I would like to inform you that the left side drive shaft of my car is break down.in this regards i have called balaji automobile survey no 66, aundh, pune showroom to replace the same in warranty but they have informed me that the spare is not in stock and it will take time to receive us. Thereafter i have inquired to phoenix automobiles, katraj, pune showroom but i have received same answer from them also. Since i need to repair my car immediately i have called to national auto wheels uruli, pune showroom and i have been same answered. But they have informed that the said spare is available with balaji automobile survey no 66, aundh, pune showroom and you can approach them. But while again inquiring in balaji automobile, they have told me that the spare is not in our stock.
                                  In view of such type of behavior and not responding properly, i am giving complaint against above mentioned all the tata showrooms and request you to take action against them.
                                  Such type of service and unavailability of spares, there is no any other option to keep my car idle for 4-5 days which is not good for us.

                                      I purchased tata zest xm from puneet automobiles from padao varanasi on 29 march 2017. At that time dealer sanjay sharma hides the information that all the bills related to car is generated from azamgarh punnet automobiles.
                                      I purchased car for taxi purpose. And i get bills insurance, temporary number after 10 days.
                                      After that as my car is registered on 22 april 2017. And i contact mr sanjay for edr i. E. Excise duty refund. He gives me number of mr ashish he belongs to azamgarh branch. I contact mr ashish and he tell me collect all the required papers and submit it to mr sanjay. I collect all the required papers and on 2 may 2017 handover it mr sanjay. Mr sanjay handovers it to mr ashish. On next day i talk to mr ashish he tell me that yes i received all the required documents. And i send it to in processing as soon as possible. I said ok.
                                      Than after few days i call mr ashish to know the status of my edr. He tolds me that i m working on it i will give you result as soon as possible. After 2-3 days again i contact mr ashish he starts giving me excuses that i m not in office, i m in meeting, i m driving, i am at home, i will call you back. As the time goes i calling more than 80-120 times in 3 months to know the status. But he is not responsing my phone. And than i called gm mr manish tiwari and i informed all the problems he gave me satisfactory answer that i will take care of it. As soon as possible i take some steps regarding refund. When i call again to mr manish he tell me that there is some technical issue (Jaisa hota h mai sham ko btata hu kya hona h usme aap sham ko call kro remind kro mai dekhta hu kya hona h).

                                      After that he also start ignoring my phone as same as mr ashish.
                                      And today when i call to mr manish more than 15 times he pick up my phone and tell me that your application has been rejected due to late process.
                                      (I deposited all the papers within a week from registration)

                                      And gm mr manish says that its not our responsibility plz dont waste my time. I cannot do anything. Than i said sir i m in loss of rs 36000/- than he said that no it will be only rs 7000/- and we are not responsible and i cannt do anything plz dont call me and dont waste my time in very rude manner.

                                      Company is held responsible for all the losses. So please do the right thing and give my edr amount as soon as possible.

                                      In lastly i want to say that i need my edr money. Because its dealer's fault. And the dealer is held responsible for all that loss.
                                      Kindly requested you to take some necessary action and please give order to punnet automobiles to bear loss and refund the edr amount.
                                      In evidence i have call records of 3 months that how many times i called mr ashish, mr manish, mr rajkumar.

                                      Plesase take some necessary action against.

                                      I am very angry, in Tata motors service center manager, worker
                                      My car Tata nano submit in 1/8/2017 for problem in CNG Gaia pump not working,
                                      Every day worked 50 KM runing and after 50 KM we have problems.
                                      Tata motors Kota, service center workar not working.
                                      Worning- I am case in costmer upbhokta karyalay.
