I am simran pal singh, i bought tata zest xe (Petrol) car from metro motors (Hr 01 aq 1004) in ambala cantt. Its been 7 months and my car is 7100 kms and i am facing grave issues with my car. On 3rd of july 2017 i was travelling with my family and i just covered merely 3 kilometers from my home when i noticed that the temperature light (Red) and the engine light (Orange) on the display console was blinking to my surprise the temperature was showing the three lights on the marker only but the car started to bubble, so i stopped and parked it on the side. I was travelling with my family and had no gents companion so i called up the local tata motors person who is in the sales department of metro motors the local tata motors agency. His name is mr. Manoj. He has always been very nice and helpful, so he arranged a pick up of my car with the help of service center people. The service center people came and said that i can drive home the car but i should not use the air conditioner of the car as there was some fuse short. They told me that they will arrange a pick up the next day. I told them that i will get the car myself to the service center i wanted to know what was wrong with my car because it was just 7 months old. But next day due to some family function i could not go to the service center and then i asked them to arrange a pick up the day after. After 4-5 hours i recieved a call that my car was done and i can take it home. My father went to the service station, where they made him check the car and after satisfying with their words of trust they asked him to take home the car. No i used the car as i normally used and yesterday whole day i did'nt used my car and in the night when i had to go for some urgent work i started my car and saw that engine light (Orange) was on and the car did not picked any race when i put it into first gear. So i parked the car back in my house and called mr. Manoj at 10.26 pm, he was sleeping and was very sorry about the problem i had been facing.

Now after all this i am sure about 2 things, firstly, tata motors has sold me faulty vehicle which is really bad on their part and revotron engine of tata is a failure.

    I have received an email from tata tele servies to pay bill of rs 406 or they will take legal action, first thing i have closed this account 2 to 3 years back and had paid all the outstanding balances and they can't expect me to hold on to proof of payment for three years second when they can send an email now what were they doing from this long? Tata is the worst company and looting people's money donot go for tata products they are enjoy poor people's money by looting them

      I bought a Tata Indica (TN 22 DE 7573) this year Jan 2017, since from the beginning I was following as per the guidance of Tafe Access Limited - Service center. As per the instruction given by service executive, I use to produce my car on time for the service.

      I was encourage to purchase the extended warranty by the service executive during the 3rd Service (20, 000 Kms), Executive also instructed me to purchase the AMC during the 4th service (30, 000 Kms) which cost me Rs 15, 015.00 stating I won’t be charged for the next services as well 5th Service( 40000 Kms).

      [protected] in the morning around 10:40 AM, I have been to service center for the 5th time, which covers under the AMC and I was shock to see the service executive, who was supposed to do the free service rather he is charging me in different way giving the technical terms (Engine carbon cleaning 1350 and Consumer bill 300 plus tax not cover under the AMC). No proper explanation was given during the period of buying the AMC package. These people are playing hide and seek and playing with money of an innocent people like us.

      I also instructed Service Executive that the Led are not blowing up at the number plate, again for that he asking us to pay Rs 80 for the bulb and Rs 350 for the labor. I ask the service engineer not to change the bulb. Just do the service, which covers under the AMC and left from the service center.

      Again, I receive call from Service Executive stating the Radiator Coolant TopHoux in the Engine was blown all and ask me to change the tube otherwise your car will not run properly, separate labor charged, again he prompted me it will cost you .

      I told him if Hux cable blown up I will be notified green color liquid goes out from the car and the Heat temperature will show as full to me.

      He is blabbering and stating that you speak with the manager and handover the phone to him. Manager stands with executive only, he also asks me to change the cable and pay for it. I told them you people do whatever you want and surrender me the bill giving the brief details of costing, for that they told me to collect the bill after two days as the systems are being upgraded due to GST.

      In the Evening, I have been to Service center to get the car they charged me to pay Rs 2, 845 executive is first directing me to pay first, with mind stress I paid. While leaving executive ask me to give good star rating, I told that I will email the whole scenario.

      Executive brought one lady customer care executive and approached me not to mail, they accept the mistake and told me come next time they will give some offer, I told that it was the last service in the service center from my end.

      Although that lady told me even if you put the mail it will be allotted to the particular service center only and she will reply, it is the correct way of answering.

      I want you to refund Rs 2, 845 and Rs 5, 573 of extended warranty, with immediate effect, refer the Bills.

        I am using tata zest xm rt since last 2.5 years and registration no is mh 14 eu 5205 and purchased from pandit auto, pimpri, pune.

        I am frequently (Every 15 to 20 days) visiting to service center pandit auto bhosari and now panchajanya service ceneter, pcmc, pune for below issues and still no concrete solution is provided to me.

        Every time (I believe) they are doing only some temporary settings or some times they completely denying about issue.

        And hence it is prove that my vehicle is faulty since manufactured.

        Issue :

        Vehicle having intermittent (Not regukar or every day) trouble in engine knocking, transmission, hard clutch, clutch jump and very low or no pickup and cannot drive car more than two km's.

        Vehicle driven only 19000 km.

        So please help me to allot me new vehicle or refund my money on urgent basis.
        Today i visited to panchjanya, service center in pcmc chnichwad and demonstrated below issues, but they are denying issue in vehicle :

        Shown engine knocking (They agree), right side pooling (Not agree), low pickup (Not agree), poloing while bracking (Not agree)

        Same time i have given my vehicle to other zest owners to drive and everyone is agree in said issues.

        Since pooling, hard transmission, hard stearing and pooling while breaking issues are intermittent and not coming on regular basis, but engine knocking and low pickup are regular issues.

        I have provided artifacts like engine noise recording, snap shot of error.

        They are just connceting laptop to record issue, but i am thinking how they are judging pooling,, breaking system etc on based on software and also why they are not considering there might be issue in ecu system.

        You can also refer same issues are reported by many zest owners on social media.

          Regularly facing problem :
          Engine mounting bolts are frequently cracked and engine gets unmounted. This problem is being reported for 03 times but after its repairs, it re-exists. The dealer & customer care is not responding despite of repeatedly complaints.

            I purchased tata indica ls car for commercial purpose and was delivered to me on 1st july'17 which was a week later from the promised date. I was again promised that i will be receiving the insurance paper latest by 6th. Its been 11 days since my vehicle got delivered and i am still awaiting for the same. What an irony. I repent for purchasing this car from concorde motors, and the person who assisted me throughout was mr. Keshav who never acted as per his promises. I will never recommend concorde motors to anyone.

              By mistake i bought a product of tata which is tata vista aura 1.2 petrol... It has done jus 20000 kms... And i hav replaced front suspension and ac cooling coil and connecting rod kit almost everything till date... And today i bought it to a authorised service centre of tata where i was given an estimate to change my gear box selector & cable and clutch assembly & cable and brake booster and was given a estimate of 15k which was apart frm labour charges and i asked why i hav to change all these jus fr 20000kms... And they r saying coz of my driving style all parts got worn out... Despite i hav another 2 cars, one is toyato innova and suzuki esteem where fr my innova i changed suspension and clutch wen it reached 64000kms other than tat i haven't changed any parts fr my innova and wen i said suzuki i don't hav to brief it.. Coz everyone knows its cheap and best with high quality!!! Finally iam not blaming the authorised service centre for this issue... Iam blaming your product and ur quality which is not designed for indian roads or indian drivers despite it is an indian based company!

                My Biggest Mistake - Buying from Venkataramana Motors, Hyderabad.
                Reason - Venkataramana Motors does not have any professional sales and technical person.
                Service - Every service ends up with more problem.
                On 8th July 2017 - visited Venkaratamana motors Kondapur Hyderabad for third service. Delivered the vehicle with scratch at Bumper. Service manager, Pandu didnt agree.. His behavior...

                I purchased Tata tigor and paid the entiteamount in 2 weeks from booking. These are the issues which I encountered till I got my car from Concorde Bangalore KR Road
                1. Display car was sold to us without stating this from the time we booked the car.
                2. Had to wait for accessory for 2weeks and still didn't get it fixed
                3. No one ever informed me about the status of the car. I had to call ever time to check for the status.
                4. Checks were taken but invoices until asked for it
                5. Commitments were made but never kept them. Call u back in 10 min, will get the color or car exchange, get the accessory fixed, emailed the invoice copy, and so all they never kept any promises. I had to personally call or visit the showroom.
                6. They owe me money. Don, t when will I get this back.
                People was said that post sales is really bad and these people kept the word.
                Really really disappointed with the service and delivery.. Don, t what all I will have to go through now
                Also I 100% SURE NOONE WILL TAKE ANY ACTION OR LISTEN TO MY COMPLAIN OR ASK ME WHAT HAPPENED

                  I have dropped my nano LX (TN69 S7792) at AArthi Motors, Rajapalayam on 12.06.17 for compressor replacing, petrol smell during ride, starting problems, change of switch for parking lamp, door lock problem and some minor works. They did major works. But till now (08.07.17) they are not finished the work completely. While conducting the service station, they told that delay is due to scares of spares. Sir, even after 25 days I cannot get back my car. Pl. take necessary steps on this.
                  One of the wheel covers got detached during a 50 km journey
                  The rear window pane started shaking/shattering earlier.
                  All this happened after first service.

                    I planned to purchase a tata tigor XE after exchanging my tata indica v2 DLG from Trivandrum motors, Trivandrum, Kerala. On june last week booked the Vehicle tata tigor by paying an amount of 5000 RS, but didn't confirmed the option and colour.
                    On 30th of June trivandrum motors sales executive called me and said they need the confirmation regarding colour and options. I confirmed tata tigor with white colour, but later they said XE white colour is not available and after their continuous compiling i confirmed the Vehicle tata tigor XE silver. They were saying from July 1st vehicle price is going to hike by 3% and I confirmed the Vehicle on June 30. My loan was not sanctioned at that time. Till now i didn't got the Vehicle and now I want to change the options from tigor XE silver to tata tigor XT white. I approached trivandrum motors and they are not allowing me to change the Vehicle. Kindly do something needful . As I was a trusted tata vehicle owner for last 7 years. Kindly contact me today itself.

                      Recently purchased a tata zest xm 1.2rt 90ps bs4 petrol version car from concorde - akshardham.

                      Please note: i am a loyal tata customer as have purchased indica, indigo first gen., indigo manza and now tata zest.

                      Below mentioned problems are being faced:

                      - there was paint job done on the bonnet of the car. (Pic attached)
                      - 2016 model was sold to us but it was verbally committed that the same would be 2017 manufactured.
                      - the car vibrates at higher speeds i. E. More than 70km/hr.
                      - the vibrations can be felt on the steering as well as on the gear during high speeds and prominent ditches.
                      - till date permanent number plate is not received by us.

                      Having said the above, would not buy or even recommend a tata car again.

                          I am getting fake offer letter from tata group of companies and asking to pay amount of rs 500+5000 as a security bond deposit and gate pass fees and it's re-funded so i can join immediately, but I know it's fake no such company big or small asks for Money. Better you all guys be aware who are looking for jobs...I will try to post screenshot to you all.

                          3. My call not received any releated persona
                          4. Insurance amount deducted11000.00 but insurance only 7500.00

                            I purchased a new TATA Indica v2 car (Dec 2016) in "Athirst Auto" Tirunelveli while I plan to buy sales people told that EDR (Excise Duty Refund) amount will be given by them as thrid month due.But still I didn't get any amount from them.Regarding this I raised two complaint against them in "TATA MOTOS CUSTOMER CARE", but that complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) was closed by them with out my knowledge.So again I raised a new complaint (Complaint No:- [protected]) against "Athirst Auto". Today I spoked with the GM (Mr.Gowrisankar-[protected]), with the help of local RTO he tried to threatening me at first and finally he lied that the EDR amount was given to me along with the offer provided by them. I Want to clear one thing that EDR amount will be claimed after three months of registering the vehicle, so there is no chance for them to provided that amount at the beginning.Please take action against them as they make fool of so many customers as like me.

                              My car is on service for 25 days, but the authorized service station is not able to deduct problem.
                              My car is not switching from petrol to cng.
                              Model: indica emax 2015 mode l, duel fuel.
                              There software does not detect any problem.
                              However they used to say i have corrected it, and now it will be okay.
                              Next then again i face the same problem.
                              This is happening since last 25 days.
                              But no body knows in tata why this is happening.
                              Now i am fadeup with tata car.
                              Please anybody guide to solve this issue.

                                I bought tiago (Dl2cav0791) from concorde motor patparganj, new delhi one year back and since that time there are numerous issues with the car such as poor pick up, poor average much lower than company claims, alot of engine sound, hard gear shifting, engine fan speed and sound, and top of that shaking vibration..

                                I am continuously follwing up with the service center at patparganj industrial area but they only increase the pick up of the car and update the software. But this is nowhere resolving the issue and i am now frustrated with tata vehicle. It is also downmarkting tata's goodwill.

                                Really frustrated with tiago and dealer...

                                  It is really unfortunate for tata motors to have shakthi motors as a dealer in madurai dist, tamil nadu.

                                  There is no fair dealing, tiago was booked on 29.06.17 and yet not been delivered. While booking, it was promised for a maximum of 3 days for delivery.

                                  Pds card was held at the office for more than a month, the team was unaware of neft failure (Part payment), customer when updated the bank passbook, re-initiated the neft.

                                  There was no status update to the customer and not informed about registration, inspite it was asked for.

                                  I have bought tata tiago from R f motors alleppey after one week my front tyre got puncture ..Tyre is of from good year..Puncture is a minute one and in a side so it's surely a manufacturing complaint ..I don't know why his happens with in a short period
                                  Parbhat motors is charging 5to 6 %more than MRP against MRP of 1035 he is demanding 1090 for thermostat, he is demanding 5 to 6%extra over MRP in the name of GST pl check and refund my money.or I'll take this matter to court.

                                    Diesel xt version. Very poor workmanship and service from tata. On date[protected] engine broke down with odometer at 550 km total running from manufacturing, called 24 x 7 cus care and towed the car to vijay motors vasai, they told team from pune will come for inspection, after inspection they decided to change the engine,
                                    I have also asked for an alternate car still no reply received from tata service and asking more than one week for replacement of engine.
                                    Haven't expected this from tata cars,

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      I am complaining about booked commercial car. I have applied for commercial vehicle in june 2015 through gatidhara scheme in west bengal and that time i have paid 12000/-. As per showroom tata motors situated in salab santragachi informed us that your request has been cancelled.

                                      As i did wait for 1 year i am looking for compensation for 5000/- during this period i have been harassed very badly by your showroom within 1 year.

                                      If i will not get compensation i will go to the court.

                                      I asked him to refund money asap after following up 1 month they have returned me 8000/- still i have not received 4000/-.

                                      I am tired now doing followup hence request you to take necessary action.

                                      I had worst experience with tata motors.
                                      I bought new Tiago xz : color- Brown at 8 April 2017, but in 2 months, car paint get out automatically (please check image).

                                      I visit Tata showroom for Tata bolt petrol with abs and ebd they give the bolt xm petrol and assured me that it has equipped with abs and ebd but when I went for regular check up then I came to know that that car is not equipped with abs and ebd i.
