I got delivery of my new car tata harrier xt+ dark edition on 26 march 2023 from KESHVA MOTORS(MULUND),

After getting the delivery, within 30 mins I notice multiple problems in the car.
The problems are as mentioned below:
1.Major vibration on steering and also can feel the vibration on legs(as their is vibration on clutch too) while rotating the steering.
2.Major Left pooling (Car goes in left direction on both low speed and above 60kmph).
I have visited KESHVA MOTORS WORKSHOP, the consultant said they need to open the steering box(rack, job box) to resolve the issue.
But my concern is how would I allow to open the car or change the parts for my new car.
I also talked with the showroom person, he said they forgot to do PDI test of my car,
I feel that TATA MOTORS and KESHVA MOTORS have done fraud with me by giving me a faulty vehicle.

    I had booked TATA ALTROZ XZ DCA from PRERANA MOTORS LALBAGH AND PAID FULL AMOUNT ON MARCH 23 2023 AS informed from dealer vehicle will be sent to registration after full payment. So I asked them for delivery on APRIL 2ND BUT WHEN I WENT THERE the vehicle looked old as tyre brakes rusted had scratches all over the body of car, it was dirty so I refused to take delivery of the car nobody there responded properly and I raised a complaint same day CASE ID 24754 COMPLAINT REF NO[protected] but till now they are convincing me to take delivery of the car as they will get it ready and when recently visited and saw the vehicle after getting it ready still there were some issues.this type of negligence not acceptable from dealer and after paying full amount didn't get new car nor refund but the emi of the loan is to be started in another 6 days..I need REPLACEMENT of the car and I am filing the case against Tata and prerana motors in consumer court.some photoscouldnt be uploaded as the large size.i have raised complaint with all photos to customer care Tata motors

      I have 2022 Nexon xm variant. I'm facing a huge 1-2 sec delay for the engine to start revving after giving throttle. I'm facing this issue from day 1 and have taken the car to three different service centres in Kerala. All of them examined the car and gave vague reasons such as "this happens in all models", "bs6 issue", "car is tuned as such to increase fuel efficiency".

      I know none of them could figure out the exact issue. If this is happening in all models, that's not a reason to not fix any of them, All of them should be fixed. This issue has been a major concern for me especially when driving uphills.

        Dear Sir,
        I have tata Nexon on 27 th March . I was driving from kanpur to noida . Near Mathura road my car driver side tyre blasted and my car was in speed of 95 and i tried controlling my car unfortunately I met with an accident . I submitted my car in okla delhi service center though claim process by Bajaj allainze . On 10 th i got my car . While driving three days i found that my acceleration of car is not proper . Balancing is not proper and my car is making noise during acceleration . I clearly mentioned them during please do the road testing of my car they didn't bothered to do it . Multiple of times I asked them . Plus now my car is making noise and acceration is not working smooth . Claim person is nt at all intested . My car is new i have bought this car on 12 th June 2021 . Total running of car is around 20000 km . I am not at all happy with the services they are providing me . And they are not supporting me as well . Making excuses all the time.
        I would like to request please take actions to rectify my issue .

          We bought our truck from Tata motors about 6 months ago. The starter motors has been defaulted and not working. I made a complaint[protected] on Saturday 09/04/2023. The employee came and took the starter motors and told us that they will fix it. We haven’t heard anything since then. My truck is loaded and the party is asking for the delivery. This is not done yet. It’s been 6 days and they are just making excuses.
          I’m going through loss and mental stress as well.
          No one deserve this. This is not done.
          Whenever I call them they always say we haven’t received your starter motor.
          Is it really that hard?
          What about the loss I’m going through.
          What about my mental health.

            Hi Team,

            Please look into my issue mentioned below :

            I purchased a Tata Harrier XT+ on 5 March, 2023.
            3/4/23 Software updated as called for getting so by service manager Tata Motors Berkeley agency, Zirakpur
            4/4/23. Problem of reverse gear camera not available starts after software update.
            6/4/23 problem reset by TM Berkeley agency
            10/4/23. Software Problem persists. It appears and disappears as per its whims and fancies. Two or three functions in addition to reverse camera not available malfunctions randomly. Informed to TM Berkeley agency. Despite their assurances it has not been resolved. Reverse camera
            along with Voice recognition is malfunctioning.

            Please help in resolving this on priority.

              Hi Team,

              Please look into my issue mentioned below :

                Dear sir,

                My Tata Punch car less than an year old, and the fuel pipe has been damaged apparently by rat bite. This has happened 4 times in last 3 months. This is a very dangerous serious issue as petrol leaks while driving and car comes to sudden halt. My car had to be towed away only to be replaced with another rubber fuel pipe which was chewed away within a week. The service station suggested rat cake, poison, spray, mesh etc which were all tried and failed.
                The other cars parked in the same area, infact my old Maruti Swift, parked just next to my Punch has never had this problem.
                Please look at a permanent solution like steel casing for fuel pipe or a better material or hide the pipe somewhere internally.
                Towing car and replacing fuel pipe every week is impractical. This makes the car totally useless and unreliable.

                  I was booked a car which is altroz optional on April 2022 due to some paper issues loan was rejected till today I dint get refund amount which is 10000rs and their response was really very bad. I have really affected by the words of sales executives (Aja and Janagiraman) they used abuse words and they both said “we are not working for you, we are working for srt tata we don’t want to answer your questions”they said. how come irresponsible person can work in associations of Tata

                    सर्विसिंग के बाद भी मेरे कार की समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ। बल्कि समस्या और बढ़ गयी।

                    मैं सर्विस सेंटर के रवैए से परेशान हो गया हूँ। पैसा, समय की बर्बादी के साथ मुझे काफी परेशानी भी हो रही है।

                    कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए। अन्यथा मैं कानून, न्यायालय की शरण में जाने को विवश हो जाऊँगा।

                      I've booked tata punch Adventure on 27th march from Jagdish Motors, again after some chaos and confusion, I've to cancel my booking and requested to refund my booking amount of rs 11111/-.
                      They had given a 7days TAT for the said refund but still I am continuously following up for the same and my refund not yet initiated. 2nd bad experience with same brand and with the same dealership.

                        I've purchase Tata tiago NRG XZA recently from Jagdish Motors Dewas naka indore.
                        Even at the time of delivering car, chaos was created but finally the solved and for the sake of mind got my car delivered.
                        In my first service today, they denied for car drop facility. However, it was highly committed from their end at very first meeting itself. When it comes to execution, all their so called commitment failed which is very disheartening..

                          Puchase a tata punch car reg numbet MH03DX2854 in less than 12 months the car has reported various fault
                          The car had been given to the dealer workshop Keshav Motors mulund and all the time they have been saying no fault or just spark plug fault and returning nack the car.
                          Initially the car used to give jerks and All the 3 times Kashav Motors said the same thing and replaced plug and gave back with out finding the root cause to the problem.
                          Lately the car engine suddenly raised and engine did not stop and after some 5 mins engine stopped and there was a complete blackout. Again the same service cebtre advised it might be a battery fault and after 7 days they say everything is normal.

                          athe car is less than 11 months old and Tata Motors orbthe dealer is unable to solve this issue which has caused a major loss to me

                            I am writing to you regarding a serious issue that I have been facing with my Tata Nexon car, which I purchased in February 2021. My car's registration number is GJ 03 LR 7933, and the chassis number is MAT627243MLB14700, and the engine number is REVTRN11BYXK21004.

                            Recently, I observed a defect in the car's gear box, and when I took it to the workshop, I was informed that the entire gearbox needs to be replaced, which would cost approximately 1 lakh rupees. I am extremely disappointed as I have driven the car for only 21, 000 km, and the gearbox should not have gone bad within two years of purchase.

                            I have been a loyal customer of Tata Motors for many years, and I have always had a good experience with your products. However, this incident has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the quality of the car. As a customer, I believe that I deserve better, and I would like to request you to take prompt action in this regard.

                            I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide me with a resolution to the issue at the earliest. I urge you to take the necessary steps to rectify the defect and restore my faith in your brand.

                              I purchased a TATA Punch Adventure Rhythm variant 6 months back. I had my first 2 services from Puneet Motors, Sakinaka, Mumbai. While I sent the car for second service, the mechanic told me that my clutch pad need to adjust as it started playing. As per him I agreed and they adjusted me. However, after getting the car from second service, clutch pad was no hard and tight as it seems like I am applying clutch of a tractor. I let it go as I thought that it will be used to after 1-2 drive. Now, my second service happened on Feb 18th'23 and just after 3 weeks I am facing issues with the clutch system. Vehicle started vibrating at the point of transmission and shifting gears. Watched it for 2 days and then reported again to Puneet Tata Motors, the same workshop. They diagnose and said that clutch pad has damaged and need to replace. This is not comes under warranty. I told them that a car ran only 3000 kms for 6 months and its clutch damaged won't be comes under free replacement as it seems to be a manufacturing issue. They started explaining that it depends as how frequent you are using clutch while driving. We all know that in Mumbai most of the time we are using clutch more rather than accelerator due to massive traffic. Are all the new and old vehicles are frequently reported to workshop with the same complaint?

                              Anyways, I had to pay Rs. 11, 600 approx. to replace the clutch pad of a new car.

                              Not a happy customer with the service I received from TATA Motors.

                                  Sir, I've been running from pillar to pillar seeking for resolving my Tata Xenon BS-IV 4x4 which is not engaging 4wheel drive. All the Registered Service Centr I've visited in my area ( Guwahati, Assam) couldn't resolve the problem so far. Without 4x4 it is useless for my purposes, I need help to replace with a new one if it can't be repaired.

                                      I am an owner of Tata Nexon EV, located in Mumbai.
                                      Purchased last year January 4th 2022.

                                      I am fed up of the constant issues with the vehicle, with reference to the breakdowns.
                                      first issue, rapid soc drain
                                      vehicle battery drains from 60% to 3% in span of 3kms.
                                      date:13th march 2023.
                                      vehicle towed by rsa to nearest workshop, ie. puneet automobiles worli.
                                      no call received from anyone at puneet on 13th or 14th.
                                      15th i manage to get contact details from puneet sales showroom of workshop. i am told battery will be recharged and tested.
                                      test drive same issue props up car breakdowns, (this also i see due to notification from tata motors z connect app) no feedback from puneet automobiles workshop.
                                      i personally keep calling & follow up and get a mr.viraj's contact number, senior service personnel apparently at puneet.
                                      he tells me its battery issue, has to be tested and checked by tata motors pune engineer team which will arrive in a day or two.
                                      10 days go by car is just stationary there. keep calling mr.viraj who doesnt answer or reply. then says busy at personal emergency and shares mr.john's contact number, who says battery is in pune. i have twice asked for a loaner vehicle. they say it is not available.
                                      all this time i am using a family friends petrol vehicle, with daily travel of 50kms.
                                      on 25th march receive call vehicle will be delivered to me on 26th march evening.
                                      i ask mr.john for reimbursement who says will get back to me, but never does.
                                      so 13days i have spent 7000 rs. on fuel expenses.

                                      i dont pay much heed, thinking to ignore it.

                                      2nd issue
                                      [protected] brake fails (fortunately outside my building gate, at minimum speed).
                                      call rsa again, insist on not sending vehicle to puneet. after lot of arguing they agree to send to wasan motors deonar workshop where i usually service my car.
                                      vehicle finally reaches there get call from mr.yatin that hydraulic pump & fuse are faulty and have to be replaced.
                                      says there are no spares available in will have to call from pune.
                                      again the wait starts.
                                      today being the 3rd of april, latest update is parts will take another 2-3 days to arrive from pune, but cant promise yet.
                                      ask for loaner vehicle, no reply. ask for reimbursement, no reply.
                                      so basically atleast another week vehicle is at workshop.

                                      i am curious to understand why you'll have not mentioned at the time of sale, that your vehicles breakdown so easily & have such pathetic after sales service.

                                      absolutely rubbish workshops, personnel & shortage of basic parts.

                                      i am fed up not car is at workshop in total for 3 weeks, so if a person doesnt have a spare vehicle, he/she should pay/rent taxi or self drive cars from apps?

                                      it is a shame india has such a poor law system, where consumer forums & courts are non existant.

                                      but i have taken an oath now to religiously pursue this legally, no matter how much more money & time it wastes of mine.

                                      other consumers should know what kind of substandard below par products tata motors manufactures & delivers.

                                      There isn't any information anywhere of your nodal officers names/contact. just this silly makeshift customer care email address.

                                      Absolutely fed up customer.

                                        I booked Tiago Ev, for each and every step..i had to call and ask when it will be done. One of the executive used abusive words while he made a mistake. After delivery which was delayed for 15 days. They told my app will work after 1 day..but even after 14 days..it is not working. When i reached out to them they said other place will do it. No one is bothered to solve the problem
