I have a safari storm no AS01BD-1006, my pressure pipe of power staring got damage due to cut by the clip of the power staring oil tank and leakage and for that i regularly refill power staring oil. I went to service center named Batra Motors, Guwahati, Assam, but they have failed to solve my problem due to non availability of such parts for since two month.When I asked, they told that parts is not available. So i request you to kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I handed over my for repair on 15th Dec 2016 wth promise to get repaired by 7-10 working days.sorry to say I not received my car till today. worst thing is they are not updating me when I will get it back . They have not contacted me not for a single time. I haven't got any response even after I contacted them.discussion is done at GM level and I think he is also helpless or of category as other employees are.i am very stunned when GM of Tata Kosmo motors said that they don't have alloy wheels of Tata zest. it's OK but it's very shocking that they are not able to arrange in approx.one month also.worst part, after harrsment of arround 30 days I called up work shop Manager Mr Manish very poor and helpless guy, he said GM sir se baat kra du.later he said mein apko 5 mins me call karta hu but I haven't received any call from anybody from Tata Kosmo G.T road Jalandhar.I am associated with Tata motors from past 7 year but there is no change in both sale and after sale services.I think there is no devision in Tata motors as customer se service, support or delite.

      I booked Tata Tiago Xz Petrol XZ (Striker Blue ) on 18th oct2016 and still dodnt get delivery. Sir, I raised the complaint on customer on 18th december 2016 and later on also no responses from tata motors. Company said that waiting period is reduced to 3 weeks but sir i already complited 75 to 80 days for booikng still i didnt have delivery of the vehicle.

          As per our visit to service centre haldwani on dated 19.10.16 for iiird free services of our tata sumo gold uk 06 ah 5011, which was purchase in the f y 2015 of 30 nov.
          During this period we found our vehicle front 2 wheel has been reduce slowly n slowly this time total running km is 21060. As per your service centre record vehicle aliment is ok then why should comes problem in front wheels only, in that time you suggest me to go ceat distributor in haldwani because tyre is under warranty period. We have also visit to ceat distributor and he has inform to me it’s not tyre problem, it’s tata manufacturing problem because if problem in ceat tyre then reduce all four wheels not only front two. We have also collect inspection report from ceat distributors for your reference. So that claim refer to tata motors /gola ganpati motors.
          This matter also you known better so please solve the problem.

            I own Tata Bolt with Reg no.: GJ01 RK 4472, & given for service & rectifications under insurance, being an ex employee of TATA Motors, i want to share my feedback/experience i encountered during my last service With Active Automobiles, ahmedabad

            1. I kept the vehicle for said activities on 29.12.16, & the vehicle was sent to body shop the same day & no communication for the same from Body shop
            2. on the next day dated 30.12.16, i personally called the body shop person with the help service shop & then they responded that i have to visit the body shop for few insurance formalities
            3. on 31.12.16 i visited the body shop & Mr. Ranjit the body shop manager carried out the insurance formalities & said that they will intimate back, meanwhile during leaving the body shop the my vehicle entering the body shop, so i thought to update my requirement
            4. Mr. ranjit was very arrogant in his behavior for listening the customer issues & then forth Mr. Daval came into picture & said the job card is to be prepared for the same, it was very surprising to me that Mr.ranjit has not performed this activity & i am about to leave
            5. so at last daval prepared the job card & i left the body shop
            6. after that the body didn't update by themselves, after follow from my side i myself got updated regarding the status of the vehicle
            7. Today i goat a call saying vehicle is ready & vehicle came to my company for handing over the vehicle
            8. the vehicle was not washed completely & insurance covered areas, the work was not properly done & all necessary touch up, 4 to 5 areas were not done & channel bend was not removed.
            9. i had reverted the vehicle back to the service center
            10. this was a painful exercise/say discomfort encountered to me
            11. This issue is reported to MR. Jigesh, the service incharge

              I purchased my TATA INDICA VISTA (TDI engine) vehicle with registration no UP 65 BP 0942 from M/s Brijlax Motors, Sigra, Varanasi in December’2013. I also entered into a contract agreement with TATA Motors for its Extended Warranty of two years.
              All required schedules for preventive maintenance were adhered timely at the authorized service center of TATA MOTORS.
              The vehicle met with an accident and was attended in April’2015 at 28992 KMs at authorized service center of Tata Motors under coverage of Insurance.
              The vehicle was sent to authorized service center on 06/12/2016 at 55244 KMs due to abnormal sound coming from the vehicle. After examining the cause, service center informed that its engine is damaged. Since the vehicle was covered under extended warranty, a request was made to the service centre for assessment and sending it to Warranty Office of TATA Motors for approval.
              Due to huge delay (approximately one month now), I repeatedly chased with Mr Arvind, CSM/Lucknow for early decision. Now service centre informed me that warranty coverage cannot be provided to the vehicle for its repair since it met with an accident nearly 02 years ago.
              I do not agree with the above rejection of warranty and want to highlight following points:
              a)The engine problem cannot occur as a consequence of an accident occurred two years back. The vehicle has run for additional 26, 000 KMs after accident at 28, 992 KMs proving that Engine was not affected at the time of accident.
              b)Being a Mechanical Engineer and having worked in Railway Engine Design wing at Diesel Locomotive Works, Varanasi, Indian Railway, I also have sufficient technical knowledge about it. Consequential failure in Engine (after accident) will occur very soon after the accident within few days or in a month.
              c)Rejection by Warranty wing of TATA MOTORS due to previous accident is completely baseless and illogical. They have not understood the technicalities involved in it and simply rejected it citing previous accident.
              d)Moreover, the accidental repair was carried out at service centre of TATA MOTORs. TATA MOTOR’s technical team at the service centre and the Insurance surveyor both examined the extent of damage for its repair and its admissibility. They did not find any need to repair Engine as it was not damaged. After the accidental repair, the vehicle performed well for nearly two years covering additional 26, 000 KMs.

              In my opinion, it is a case of breach of warranty contract by TATA MOTORS and I will have to go for legal action if my warranty claim is not accepted under warranty contract.

                Tata dealers are big time crooks !!

                Tata has gone worst in past few years. I am using a TATA INDICA VISTA since 2008 and so far the experience was fine. Recently, on 11/12/16, I booked a Tata Zest from Autovikas Dealer in Moti Nagar, Delhi. The dealer committed delivery of 01/01/2017 and took full payment from me on 23/12/16. On 28/12/16, when i called him, he told me that car is not available and might come by Jan end, 2017. Above this, he also told me that i will have to pay more money as the prices go up in January and December offers also won't be applicable now.

                I have been struggling with this dealer from last 4-5 days and under tremendous mental pressure. I don't understand why the customer should pay more money when the delay in delivery is not his fault? And when i have already made full payment of the car to him !! Under his pressure, i also got ready to compromise on color option but he was pretty rigid on delivering it higher price. My money is stuck with him and i have no other option but to cancel the booking and go for something else.

                After using my Vista for so many years, i again trusted TATA motors, but i guess it was the biggest mistake of my life.

                  Hi,

                  My name is karthik, working in ufl, chennai.

                  We are using tata ace ht to transfer our own stocks (Vehicle registration number: tn 07 cb 9774, purchase date:[protected].

                  Periodical service given for vehicle with their authorized service center as per parent company advice.

                  1st service done on 5/9/2015.
                  2nd service was done on 25/1/2016.
                  3rd service was done on 14/05/2016
                  4th service was done on 29/6/2016

                  Vehicle ran on;y 27853 kms as on 15th dec 2016.
                  Some abnormal noise was present when engine is on, so we brought the vehicle to the authorized service center (Vinayak commercial motors, kovilambakkam, chennai). Complaint number: [protected]

                  They have confirmed that the engine is seized due to lack of oil lubrication due to oil pump malfuntion.

                  Now they recovered the seized engine & asking us to pay approx. Rs.39000.00-inr for repairing the vehicle.

                  This is a new vehicle, ran just 27853kms, hearing engine seized at 27853kms sounds not good for the reputed brand tata motors

                  We called up tata motors call center to make them understand that this issue is due to manufacturing of low quality parts inside the engine, which leads to engine seized. After reaching the call center only we feel & understand that there is no care in call center for tata motors customers & we failed to make their asm to understand the genuine issue with their product.

                  That bad incident with the call center people makes us to route via www.consumercomplaints.in to resolve the genuine problem. Please help us in resolving the issue due to defect products by tata motors.

                    1 week before i booked a tata nano car for rupees 10000 to dealer concorde motors mavelikara alapuzha after that i have no calls or further details about the vehicle or my booking status not they mentioned me at this time last 3, 4days i cal the dealer several times in a day each but the they didnt take the calls or otherwise always switched off in this situation what can i do for now am very bad situation were facing the booking of thus vehicle now i decieded to cancel the booking for due to this reason..one mr suman manager of concorde mavelikara alapuzha district he is take my booking ..i think solve my problem from this hopefuly bye

                      I purchased a new safari storme vx on 21.12 2016 from Aristo gurgaon and facing so many issues. First the behaviour of the general manager is worst. Second they had given me a repainted rear left door. Moisture in left front light, rear door is not getting open from inside, wheel balancing alignment is out car is going to extreme left, steering shake after 100 speed. No proper pdi done and they handover repainted door car and the most funny thing Aristo motors general manager is not accepting this. Though I belong to auto industry jaguar cars international. Highly recommend not to but car from Aristo gurgaon.

                        During the picking up the vehicle after 2nd service at ABC Autolink, Vadodara on 4th Dec 2016, I come to know that the above said vehicle was already sold to Mrs/Ms Pallavi Rana on 28th Feb 2014, Vadodara. She hold the vehicle for some days and vehicle was replaced by Miles Motors before RTO registration. Further I come to know that warranty of the vehicle was expired in Y2014. Still the vehicle is showing on her name in your system, which I come to know during the payment of 2nd service. I got the invoice of her name during the 2nd service, you may check the invoice no AbCaut-RPI-R[protected] dated 4th dec 2016.

                        During the purchase of vehicle it was told me that the vehicle is new and model is old because it was kept in storage for long period. So we are giving at discounted rates.
                        Why 2nd handed vehicle was given, which was even not in warranty during the purchase time itself ? Do your dealer is allowed to do such type dishonesty ?
                        I believe, it was intentionally given the 2nd handed vehicle to me. I will not accept such traverse.

                        Kindly take-up the matter with above said dealer and ensure the refund of my complete amount i.e Rs 1, 20, 000/- and the cost of the both services and insurance @ 10, 000/-.
                        Sir/Madam I order 3 commercial vehicles (6 Wheeler Truck), 2 vehicles are delivered but one vehicle is not delivered.
                        And I paid near about 300000 rs./- of excess money but it is not also reverse as per your rule.

                          I bought my car in may 2016, since the i have noticed issue with ground clearance of my car and suspension, initially i was only one in vicinity to own tata tiago so i could not compare it with other, so i shared my complaints with the service centre they ignored my complaints stating every thing is fine and there is not wrong and its normal, but when i started watching other tiago cars on road i found that my car is very low or ground clearance is much less compared with other tiago car, along with that even with just one passenger sitting in the passenger seat the gap between the car body and the tyre reduced drastically, and with 3 passengers seating(no one in front seat) the gap disappears, which is not normal, i was very frustated with ignorance of service centres so i gave a complaint with tata customer care and so they asked to take the car back to workshop, since then my car is in worshop its been 15 days this time but the workshop is not able to fix the problem, a per the workshop there is a issue but they are unable to identify the root cause, they said they have escalated the case to Tata motors and they will arrange a meeting with tata motors engineer but tata motors engineer is not in town or is unavailable, its most unprofessional, pathetic and acceptable customer experience with tata motors, I regret my decision of buying tata tiago and not buying I10 or wagon r

                            I gave a huge money to Mr. Gaurav Sachdeva the former branch manager of Tata motors CMPL agency located in Rupnagar, Punjab. The money i paid him was of RC, other documents.
                            He (Gaurav Sachdeva) was the face of that branch. I bought Tata Magic from him. I paid him down payment with bill, but as we took the van from agency it lacks some parts that were not disclosed to us. Then he (Gaurav Sachdeva) asked for Registration of van and he took Rs.25000/- for that purpose, he assured to give us bill after completion of process. Now we trusted him as a company which is the global market and gave him the money but took that money and left the company. Now company owned by General manager Mr. Sanjay Sudhir (chandigarh branch) and new branch Manager Mr. Sanjay Thakur (Rupnagar branch) refused to take any responsibility for that activities. NOw my question to the company is :
                            1. If any employee of tata motors leave the job immediately then as per rules he is not given the salary, or before clearing his dues he must not leave then how they let go that person with giving his full payment as the current manager says, he has nothing left here in terms of his salary.
                            2. If a company hires an employee and mark this i am talking about the manager, then is it not the responsibilty of the company to look over his past experience or works.
                            3. If a customer by trusting the company gives amount to branch manager, isn;t this the responsibility of the company officials to make up for the loss of his customer.
                            4. How it can be possible that a manager was relieved without checking his relations with customers, or if he left company without informing anyone, then it must be the prior duty of the company towards the customer to provide his money either from the that manager's salary or from themselves, it really doesn't matter here, what matters is that the compensation must be made as fast as possible.

                            I am writing here the address of branch manager provided to me by company instead of taking action on him themselves.

                              I have bought Tata Ace Magic(yellow Colour) in May, 2016 from CMPL motors in Rupnagar agency in Punjab.
                              Firstly i was not given any details about the service dates and after the delivery of van i found that there was no clock in it, no tool kit and no working fuel meter indicator.
                              I asked to the present branch manager Mr. Gaurav Sachdeva resident of ludhiana for completion of all parts but he refused saying that they will be available after sometime but till date ( December, 2016) i have not received any of the things.
                              I visited Tata motors agency CMPL in the meantime after i approached their officials for information of free services due date. I got first service and told them about the non-functional fuel meter. The workers in the workshop told that they will forward the product requirement to higher officials but nothing was done. The now branch manager named Mr. Sanjay thakur didn't respond me as helping hand but just gave me the number of Dara Singh the workshop manager of Ropar branch. When i called him and asked for repair he told to take the van in chandigarh as no mechanic is available in Ropar, that's what he told. Now it is quite a difficult work to take van to chandigarh 100kms away just for meter repair when i have bought the van from Rupnagar, Punjab where also a workshop exist. They should send a person there in Rupnagar(Ropar) for repair but i got no help in this regard, also till date i have not received clock, tool kit, fuel meter.
                              I don't know whose door to knock now for this situation.

                                It is regret of matter that, in our night journey time the car is creat trouble, that is head light off in suddenly, it has been already happened 3 to 4 times. For which it is the grate chances of accident by car. I t is extremely impossible to journey at night with my car. Though the car was just 3 to 4 months before bought from bharat motor bhubaneswar and from the begining we are facing this kind of trouble. We have already lodge to complin against it from our first servicing to yet. At our nearest service center sonu motors balangir, the servicing point bolangir what type of repair of my car, the car is repitededly given light problem and shortdown in suddenly and some time battery also charge out, regarding this technical problem still now. Tommorow at night 11.30pm the head light problem occured while i was drivind at night. Time. And lastly i save from a great major accedent with my famely members, so my car. Is vary risky for my life to journey in this new car. This complain takeup immediately and do a permanent solution it as soon as possible other wise i will return back this car to your company i save my life peasfully from car tata tiago and tata company. At last you send a perfect technician with electrical equiptment and solv this problem permanently otherwise the case should be go to court of consumer. Thanking u

                                With Reference to the above subject my loan contract was closed in the year May-2015 & NOC Has been taken from Hosapete (karnataka) Branch.
                                Till date balance of 11, 123.00 showing in my CIBIL score in the name of Tata motor finance.
                                They mailed me reference no for my query in the month July 2016.

                                Till date the issue not yet resolved.

                                  I have a Tata manza of 2010. Regularly serviced at Tata service centres. This is the second time my car has a breakdown without any warning. The clutch has got jammed and locked for which the service centre ASL MOTORS ADITYAPUR is charging Rs 10000 to change the entire assembly. They are not changing part by part. Moreover they are charging very high towing charge more than Rs 18 per km. They have demanded 1200/-
                                  They had also demanded very high rates in last repair of coolant assembly.
                                  The costs are very high especially when the car had been serviced by them 2 months back

                                      I have purchased TATA SAFARI RJ 27 UB 1212 in April 2015.

                                      It has been a good experience riding the vehicles of TATA and also I have referred TATA Vehicles to many of my known persons. Even I purchased TATA Safari in 2008 from Udaipur from Classic Motors & expereinced good service. Thus I may be a valuable customer of TATA as I have around 8-10 vehicles of TATA in my family.

                                      But I had a very bad experience, from the 1st day I purchased, regarding service of TATA SAFARI RJ 27 UB 1212 specially in engine & also in steering, power glass & suspension. It is informed us to provide service till 1, 00, 000 km but every time they charge us. Every time I complained for the same but concerned persons made me fool and they do a normal service and tell me its all right now. Again when I tell them that still there is a problem in shockers they just ignored my problem and never gave me proper response.

                                      And also there is problems like steering locking, Power window & suspension from starting.

                                      This time I found that Engine has been Chocked on the way & I told to replace the engine but Company deny to replace the engine.

                                      At last after a lot of arguments for an year now when I told them that "I don't want to spoil the old relations with TATA either you solve this problem else I will have to take some legal action" then they told me to take any action they don't care.

                                      Now lastly I hope from you to kindly look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue. Otherwise I will be compelled to take a legal action.

                                        I have booked Tata Tiago from Laxmi sales & services, Bargarh, Orissa worth Rs 10000/- vide money receipt no-28614 on dt 04/11/16.Due to some problem, I cancelled by booking and approached the dealer for refund of my money. Despite several telephonic as well as physical visit to the showroom and completing all the cancellation formalities, they are not refunding my money and just passing the days.Kindly take necessary action to make the refund....
