Hi, i have booked tiago car in orr branch bangalore on 18th may 2016 and suppose to get the car on 18th july. I got a request email from nivedhita (Br. Mgr) there is a delay in delivery for 4-5 week. Today we spoke to surjit he is saying it will take another 3 weeks. When i spoke to dairy circle manager (By mistake i called him instead of orr branch), he told it will be delivered without alloy wheels means on 19th july or else need to wait for 2-3 weeks.in that case, i should have received my car by this time. I need an explanation.

    Last 2011, nov 17. I was purchased a tata nano from lexus motors, singur. But they provide me a old vehicle at the place of new vehicle. Many many i was trying to contact with them but they never try to solve my problem, they always ignore me. For that i was stop to pay the finance amount. Last 18th july 2016, they pick my vehicle from sreerampur, delhi road (Near - mood bar & restaurent).

      Respected sir.. I have purchased a tata safari strome from dhingra motors gurgaon in nov. 2013... After purchase ot was sequel of complaints coming out of the car somtimes its noise from engine... Sometimes its autolocking system.. Doors... Gear... And streo by alpine... As the dhingra motors come to close by 2015 mid in june... They issued me amc against 15000 service paid one they taken money by check n after their closing the outlet i went to aristo motors sec. 5 gurgaon.. They told me ur amc is not punched at that time.. I shocked.. As it was my mistake to not check papers.. Only on words i belived after that aristo motors told me i[censored] want to go for ur 25000 service u have to bill around 19000... Ither u take silver amc or u will have to pay 19000 but after taking amc from them they issued me another cash bill worth rs..10000... Extra... N extended warranty charges if i take 9060... Total it come out to be...14022... Amc+10000 cash bill..+9060 extended warranty..=33082... This what i have paid today for my third service at 26000kms done safari strome... I m shock about the loot these gys r doing on the name of tata... Motors... I don't think in future anybody will buy any vehicle from tata anymore... I m attaching all the bills n attachments below my car no. Is hr26cf4852.. Please check its history sheet n provide me justice... They have chargeed every little thing they can from all oils.. Changing and all little leckage ingine oil.. Or airvacume maintaince etc... When i requested to reduce some amount they give me 1400 dis. Thats it all.. But i think this amount is a cheated amount as my car is not so running outdoor.. It has only done...26000kms within 2.5 years.. N they told me to repair shockers... Front wiper motor n lot of other.. Charges... Pls.. Anybody go through my case so that this loot come to end... And i would like to point out defencial oil type item.. They said it should be changed at 15000 kms but dhingra motors haven't done it so u will have to pay sepratlly...

        I booked a tata tiago xz petrol model at the tata motors thane, ghodbunder road branch (Atulya motors) on 29th april 2016.. Dealer communicated the vehicle will be available in 1 - 1.5 months, its almost 4 months now the vehicle still is not available and i keep on calling every week the reply is only that we are trying our best to get the vehicle as soon as possible.
        Recently when i visited the showroom the sales representatives said the tiago price has now increased and i have to pay the new price, this is realy disgusting of tata motors. I booked vehicle on 29th april 2016, price rise was in august 1st week, how could they ask customer to pay the increased price with no fault of customer. This is absolutely poor service, i am now going to cancel the booking. Would suggest no one to buy tata vehicles they are cheats..

          Went to baroda miles motors for regular customer but few times mr rahul jaiswal advisor is not taken serious attention. They do pending work and harressment & frustrated me so i decided not come in tata motors in miles for any service from today, they always pretend. After 2 days of vehicles left today & no service my vista;and never purchases tata vehicle since now because you not provided service and do rudeness, insulting behaviour infront of security today by employee mr rahul jaiswal is not treating as a customer. They do dadagiri with me, you check all metter.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased tata ace mega from your dealer namely "cosmopolitan auto a unit of lmj auto pvt. Ltd.in guwahati" on 18th of august 2016 but i am soory to say that the dealer's staff and the way to deal with party is not up-to the mark and the reasons are.
            1) i have booked blue color of the vehicle and they have assured me that the vehicle is available in stock with them but at the time of delivery they are unable to give the same color vehicle so i take another one.
            2) they took long time to hand over the vehicle as a result my full day has been lapsed.
            3) though i have purchased vehicle on 18th august till now i have not received invoice and other related documents except only insurance.

            Hence i would like to know the reason for such delay from your end.

              Dear sir/mdm.
              I have purchased tata zest xt reg no. Hr 26 ct 8617 on 15-nov-15 from aristo motors gudgaon. Invoice no.[protected].
              They gave me a gate pass no.3367 dd 08-aug-15, where as i took delivery on 15-nov-2015, why i was given back dated gate pass and also they have issued me back dated service coupons dated 18-aug-15. Due to this date, i got call for servicing yesterday. This shows that the vehicle has been sold to some one else on aug-15 and all the papers were prepared accordingly.
              Second thing i noticed that the registration of vehicle has been done as diesel vehicle and showing cubic capacity-1248. Where as my vehicle is petrol version and cc-1193. This all will create problem for me, in case of some miss happening.
              My family is regular user of tata vehicle sumo, at present we have safari and tat zest xt.

                I have purchased a sumo grande turbo on 31/10/2010 with a chassis number mat 465212 apg 24530. I have noticed a complaint on fuel meter on the delivery itself. I have informed the same to the tata showroom sky high in perinthalmanna from where i have recieved the vehicle. It was not repaired and they said that is not significant and i ignored it and "now iam facing a serious problem regarding oil pumping and it causes starting problem and all the time i have manual pumping for starting the vehicle. The problem has presented in the showroom and they are helpless". Now i am so much worried about the vehicle that it will cause a series damage to the engine. Please be kind enough to help me in solving this problem yours faithfully

                  I had purchased a tata tiago in april 2015 basis the advertisements made by the company on the product. Big hoarding were displayed claiming average of the car above 24 km/l, however to my surprise when i started using the car the average was 6-7 km/l then the company officials told me that after 1st servicing the average will increase. Post the servicing the average was 10 km again i approached the comapny officials who told me that once i cross the 2500 km the average will increase however it is only giving 10 km/l. I now assume either the car they have given me is defective or the company has made false promises about the car. Despite several followups with the company i am not getting any response. Kindly do the needful

                    Delivering period was to long around 4 days. Given car for servicing on 14 august. One problem was sort in front of me. Sending message at around 11.42 am that your car is ready on 19 aug. When visited they took around half hr, and then they did car for washing. I had wasted around 2hr there. Every poor service. I am using tata zest mh 15 ep 2712. Servicing done at wasan motor in kandivali.

                      I had purchased a new Tata Indica eV2 LS model (White) from Fortune Cars Pvt Ltd Thane in the month of July 2016. It hasn't even been a month and my car has broke down twice. I had given it for service on the 16th of August and they said there is no complaint. The very next day my car showed engine problem and i had to give my car for service. After 2 days i get a revert from them saying "it might be a ECU problem". Not only did they take 3 days to identify the problem, they were not even sure if it was the real cause. Moreover, they said it will take another 6 days for the car to be given back to me (this was also if the problem really was in the ECU)
                      I had to suffer a loss of almost 2500/day due to this negligence by the Fortune Cars service team which is more than 20, 000! Not only that the mental torture i had to go through because of this incidence cannot be explained. What sort of compensation is Tata Motors and Fortune Cars going to bear for this? A new car breaking down twice within a month plus an additional 20k+ loss!

                        The Tata Motors refused to its own AMC {annual maintenance contract} no.[protected] on tata nano.
                        I purchased a TATA- NANO car from m/s CARGO MOTORS, JALANDHAR, the authorised dealer of TATA MOTORS on 27/07/12 with chassis no.MAT612256CKB14253 & Engine no.12549.I also purchased AMC[annual maintenance contract]no.[protected] on dated19/10/2012 for a period of 4 years/20000 kms. and paid Rs.3200.00 to Tata Motors for the same.
                        For first 3 years, there was no problem with AMC and I got the satisfactory service from CARGO MOTORS.
                        But in the fourth year, cargo motors ceased to be the dealer of Tata Motors.On 26/07/2016, I went to KOSMO VEHICLES, JALANDHAR, the another authorised dealer of Tata Motors for service under AMC, when my car ran only 3540 kms.But kosmo vehicles refused to honour the AMC.
                        I, then wrote to customer care tata motors but still there is no satisfactory reply or action from the customer care.
                        It seems the customer care of TATA MOTORS is not for the benefit of customers.It is only for the benefit of its officers and dealers only.

                        I bought Tata nexon with registration date 22 November 2017, the car is register with my father name - MANTU ADAK, my car number is DL3CCN1650.. I bought AMC with the car, the AMC cost me 11, 500 something.. the car dealer said that you don't have to pay any rupee for the first 5 services within 2 years.. I got my first service in 15 January 2018 in AUTOVIKAS moti nagar, but they charged me 500 rupee for lubricant, they said that lubricant doesn't cover in AMC.. if Tata motors charged 11, 500 for AMC service, then how can they again charging the customers for services.. I am very disappointed my Tata motors.. some of my friends have Hyundai car, hyndai doesn't charged a single rupee for thier first service even they doesn't have AMC.. TATA MOTORS service is very poor

                          Dear sir,
                          With due respect like to inform you that my indigo ecs 25kmpl (Wb-k/4778) was serviced at malda lexicon motor, 34 nh road, malda on 16th august, 2016 and i have been paid rs.10, 220/= for that. But unfortunately the said car's engine was fully stopped at 34 nh road within 1 hour during return to my home. When i report to mr. Amit burman, he sent a break down relief van with a mechanic. The said mechanic mr. Biswa had try to start the engine, but he could not do that and he suggested me to take the car to the lexicon motor, malda. So he take that car by a iron chain fitted with his break down relief van along with my driver on same day.
                          Therefore i hope that necessary action for the above may kindly be made without any further cost for that reason as early as possible, because i am not liable for that, as two times trial had been done by your authorised mechanic. I am awaiting for your kind co-operation.

                            Dear all @ tata motors

                            I own a tata safari, 2011 ex model, mh 04 ex - 0304 and have always got my vehicle serviced from tata motors authorized service center and did the same a couple of days back. However, i did not know this will turn out to be nightmare for me. Since the servicing was due and although i had no issues but gave my safari for servicing at marigold motors, bhandip west. I was informed that the vehicle is ready and was made to wait for almost 3 hours before i could take my vehicle back, for which i had registered a complaint. Only god knows what has happened to this complaint. The service center charged me almost rs. 12000 with usual bills of oil change and what not, which no individual on earth can know whether it was actually done.

                            I was planning to go to shirdi today evening but fortunately / unfortunately, when i took my safari out today morning, it stopped mid-way after running around 5-6 kms. When i contacted the toll free number, i am told that it will be on a chargeable basis. Marigold motors say that once the delivery of the car is taken, they are not responsible and you are at god's mercy. I called the toll free number at least 10 times and every time i was told that the supervisor will call me back in 10-15 minutes. The last call was made around 6 pm and am still waiting for the supervisor to give me a call. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers. I wasted half my sunday at the dealership and have wasted half of my day today on talking to worthless people.

                            There are a few questions that i wanted an answer to

                            1. Did i commit a mistake that i went to an authorized service center of tata. My vehicle which had no issues suddenly stops immediately after servicing and the the customer service at tata motors and marigold make me realize that i actually had committed a mistake

                            2. If i had not taken my vehicle out today morning and had proceeded to shirdi, only god knows what would have happened. My entire travel plan has been spoilt due to your crap service. What plans do you have to compensate this.

                            3. My vehicle is still waiting to be set right. When will this be done.

                            4. On what basis do you provide dealerships. Is there any check that you do on a regular basis on what customers feel about the dealers. Do you dealers even know how to talk to customers. Do they have any professionalism

                            5. I spent almost 12000 for servicing and 500 today for towing it to my home and i want it back. I will go to the consumer court if required for this.

                            Please let me know if you can solve this problem. If not, please let me know who i can escalate these issues to.

                              I purchased one lp1512c bus chassis on 22.4.2016 and body works finished and started running last month and now kilometre nearly 2100km but my vehicle diesel pump was leakage from 6th august same day we went tata authorized service centre (Popular service thottada, kannur, kerala) but still we did not get my vehicle they are telling repairing in going on but iam not satisfy repair diesel pump because same problem occur my another vehicle and they repaired and solve the problem but again and again problem came and i replace diesel pump by my own expense and problem solved so please replace new diesel pump and solve this problem. Now i have at least 50, 000rs loss. I have to pay loan to bank and this vehicle having three workers also. Please take immediate action for this.

                                Dear sir in year 2012 we have buy five vehicles tata 4923 & sir i have give manufacturing problems in my five tata vehicles and sir i have attached all details of manufacturing problems like which time what problems i have face in this vehicles and by this problems my track record is also up or down and sir you know that from 1990 we have best customer of tata motors dear sir in year 2003 if tata 3516 is launched so which time the vehicle is not success in market and you have ask to area sales manager ritvikg he can give information for me if which time i have more by more customer of leyland divert into the tata

                                Rajasthan head mr. Singhal discuss from me in 2013 he have promise to me if he can also help me like i have buy any time tata vehicles he can give me benefit on tata vehicles

                                Sir now at the time i have give a new contact from hzl, & birla cement, so sir now at the time i have need of ten tata vehicles 4923 but my trck record is up & down so please see it.

                                  We went to purchase tata zest but executive give wrong information than we did registration on the basis of what executive guide us. Than we need waiver to my payment. We did registration to the car but after 3 months the gave us only 3000. Agree that's company norms but executive miss guide us than we did registration than after they said executive left the job who miss guide us but we loss our 2000 rs. We need waiver. They keep executive who not clear or knowledge of scheme which they run or launch of the product.
                                  I buyed a tata tiago on 6th of july from concore motors south extension delhi but till now they have not given me permanent rc and number and in the meantime my car met up with a accident due to which i applied for claim but from last 15 days my car is in workshop and m running for my papers they all are same

                                      Sir we booked one bus chasis vide rect no tatamotors-rct[protected] dt 30/07/2016 of rs 20, 000/- chq no 019168. We also finance the bus funding 80% from tata finance, delhi office to the value of rs 10, 41, 000/- vide ro no.6872426 dt 31.07.2016. And same will be recd. To your patparganj off.
                                      But your from respective office sales executives are demanding the balance margin amt. For delivery of bus afterwards. We rtgs the required fund on dt 04.08.2016 against our bus booking.
                                      Then after recd. The margin amt. They are not giving booked bus chasis to us wright from 4.08.2016. All ur sales head and executives are lingiring the delivery of bus.
                                      Your company has great worthy goodwill. But we cant understatnd this type of delay or misguiding us.
                                      Sir this is our first dealing with tata motors and the experience we get is not good.
                                      Please lokk into this matter and reutrn my all amount with you along with interest there on.

                                        My tata indica vista had met an accident on 27th june 2016. All the papaer works done within 1-2 days, estimate recd by bhasin moters raipur is approx 190000/-, after 1 month and 10 days dated 6 aug 2016, i have take over my vista, and paid difference amount after claim settement.

                                        Gears are failed at jagdalpur on dated 9 aug 2016, again we are going to tata moters jagdalpur, in there service advisor told to us, in gear box, oil level is to low, and oil is licked form gear box, and again he giving me 22000/- estimate and 1 weak time,

                                        My issue is that, when my vista is under maintaince in bhasin moter raipur for more then one month, then general chekup is not done by bhasin moters raipur, may be gear box is licked, due to accident. So that is also covered in insurance claim

                                        O who is the responcible of wastage of my money and time
