Dear sir,

We have purchase vehicle "dl1vc1313" before 4 year, in the name of bhim sain arora. since our purchase, we are facing heavy problem in lift exl, tyre, air break pile line, wiring, engine problem.

We are already send vehicle to tata motors company at patparganj every time, but the problems are not solved from last three year. period of two year this tanker went more than 18 times for same problem at the place of service point, but problem not solved.

Due to problem we can’t run this tanker.

We request you to look into the matter seriously because we are totally dissatisfied regarding service from bhim sain arora

We are expecting your early reply to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Worst service ever.

I had cancelled the booking of tata tiago in concorde motors dairy circle bangalore. Its been 25 days. In this 25 days i have called mr.Bhaskar sales executive more than 50 times and crm more than 10 times, there are just delaying saying that tommorow it'll be credited. Such a horrible response. Please somebody from tata motors help me.

    Hello,

    I have booked one tata indigo lx bs3 on 31st march 2016 from devgiri auto andheri, mumbai, and have moved vehicle on 28th apr 2016 from devgiri moters.

    From day one i have facing lot of issue in mileage and i have reported to devgiri about this but they ignore us.. after putting the lot of presser then they ready to start first service but they charge about 400/- after service my vehicle start giving again problem, because of mileage issue i am going in loss for past 2 months again i reported to devgiri but they again ignore, now i have paid 3 emi and my vehicle ran around 9000 km.

    My vehicle is giving lot of problem e. g. mileage issue, piston issue, engine issue, black smoke issue, etc..

    Am requesting to you please check this vehicle properly or replace with new one... i dont want any risk on this because already am running in loss

I got enough frastrated from last 1 month by did Tata Tiago patrol booking on 27th Apr-16. Everytime, Dealer gives me date and denied. I am working in Maruti but willingly to buy Tiago but i got very bad experience of Tata motor dealers. No one taking responsibility seriously. Please give me ur senior nos. whom i can highlight my problems.

            The issue is related to the hand brake which is useless. I have complaint so many times at service centres for the same issue but they could not resolve .
            As i go very often on hills where hand brake is very important so please help in resolving the issue.

              I have booked tata tiago vai company lease policy with the dealer tafe reach ltd, mount road branch. After the financier released the money the tafe executive called me and said they have done mistaken in form-20 for which they have to cancel and redo the form-20 application which will delay the whole procedure completion min by 1wk.
              Latter from the financier ge india i came to know this not the 1st time tafe has done such mistaken. This 12th incident where tafe people have done same mistake forcing the customer to wait only.
              Now i am surprised how tafe reach executives can do this kind of mistake where as they are not new these things.
              I feel like why i opted for tata so that i landed in the hand of tafe reach for which i am facing this problem. This is nothing but creating dent to tata image only. This kind of negligence shows the how tata is tolerance to such wrong doings which giving pain to customer only.

That my client purchased one new tata chassis of model nano cx cng bs 4th completed with standard accessories as per specification, cost total rs 243682 via invoice number pcd-0107/14 dated 16.06.2014. Chasiss no - mat612323dkk15544 engine no-273mpfi31kwyk14971 color serene_white.
                2. That my client contacted you on dated 06.06.2016 for renewal of insurance said purchased car and request for up gradation of that. I was told by your agent at that time when you purchased the car. My client told him that i purchased the car on dated 16.06.2014. He again query about manufacturing date of the car that is mentioned in rc. My client requested again to check the rc in your record, after going through record he told my client model is october 2013. I surprised and shocked to listen about the model year and felt cheated.
                3. That you fraudulently sold the said car by concealing fact and hurted my faith in tata motor a pioneer name and brand.
                4. That my client hurted by selling old model car on the date of sale mentioned in the invoice that is unfair wrong and a clear cut action of fraud.
                I, on behalf of my client do hear by call upon you to pay to my client the loss amount (Damages) with in fifteen day from received of this notice and updated my car model without charging any price or cost. Failing which, my client shall be constrained to file a criminal complaint against you under appropriate and applicable section and other relevant provision of law of ipc.

                  India has no be so a car manufacturing company cannot be run in india without a be in samarjit barman (T/bi) only.

                  Hence, a fraud business by tata motors is caught by consumer rule/law of india only.

                  Hence, indian constitution is abused only by tata motors and others like a hll also in same crime only against the tsar of india (Tp10..), and indian consumer bases.

                  Running a car manufacturing facility or a company requires Constitution of India's approval also.
                  And on one in India and at United Nations by a UN or in America/USA can do a approval to it.

                  Then how Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki and others are running that the consumers are killed by buying a illegal and unlawful car only.

                  Hence, a Bank in India is same and so unlawful operation only is being run and so a India and people (consumer) only is cheated and abused!

                      I had booked a vehicle from sakthi automobiles from madurai unit. I paid the full amount immediately.
                      Till date ;

                      I did not get the vehicle
                      I did not get the invoice number

                      Hence i requested for refunding

                      After repeated calls the unit asst manager told me to collect the money of rs. 68000/- paid as cash by me almost 30 days ago.

                      I went to collect on 24th june but i was given only rs. 50000/- only and the unit representative mr. Rajkumar told me that the balance amount of rs.18000/- is with rto office and he would collect the mount and would give me later.

                      I really doubt on the money i paid towards new vehicle and the delay made by the unit personnel.

                      I would have never heard like that the government sectors repayment would never be as mr. Rajkumar of the sakthi auto motor have said.

                      I as the long run customer of your firm had booked an Indica LS(T Board) on 26th May2016 under name called JUSTIN and I had paid the full amount of Rs. 5, 55, 800/- to SAKTHI TATA MOTORS(opposite Fatima college) in Madurai city, Tamilnadu with assurance given by the unit representative to get the vehicle in 3 days after the full payment.

                      I was not given the vehicle even after 10 days, hence I asked for the invoice detail for allocating vehicle for me that was also not given by the sales head of the unit.

                      Therefore I planned to get back the amount due to their delay and contradictory reply among their team and lethargic attitude towards satisfying their customer. Met the unit team and given request for refunding in written.

                      The team was trying to beat around the bush but delayed in responding to the request after constant email communication the manager (sales) assured in written to set back the full amount ON or BEFORE 23rd JUNE.

                      NOW the date (23.6.16) had passed, I did not get any response nor reply to my mail in spite of my reminder mails . The whole process and happenings were also communicated to viz TATA; -Customer care, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai office.

                      Inspite of repeated mail and telephonic communication the manager of the unit who assured me to repay the amount by 23rd June withdraws from answering to mail nor to calls.

                      Is it the quality of the head of the unit? If a person like this run the unit as the head, i really doubt the credibility that the TATA firm had earned will be lost .
                      Hence i would like to get your assistance and support to know that when will i get the repayment fully ?

                        This is dr rohan trivedi. I bought tata nano car about 1.4 yr ago from gajanan motor, palanpur, banaskantha, gujarat.
                        I have very bad experience with this workshop and their owners.
                        When my car got accident and i drove to this workshop.
                        1. They told me about my insurance and explained me that i will not have to give any money.
                        2. They didnt repair my car p tor15 days.
                        3. After my continuous approach they give my car after 2 months.
                        4. When i received my car they told me to give money 25000.
                        5. They had not given us any estimate or not even a signature and most important thing
                        I have insurance of 3 years and it was 0 dep but without our permission or any notification they changes our policy.
                        We had ecs system with loan installments.
                        But i have to pay.
                        4. Second wrost thing is car was on day when they gibe car, car was wobbling and not going smoothly. I again visit there and they do some process but not satisfied.
                        5. Second day after inner plastic comes out and accelerator fails when i was driving.
                        6. They change my tire.. Which was new i bought from bridgestone and they put mrf tire.. Which i didnt have or anytime since i buy this car.
                        7. Within 5 days engine notification is showing some problems and since i receive from tata workshop many different noises are coming.
                        8. Such things are you people doing are cheating.
                        They dont even change oil and take oil changes.
                        Kindly dont do this to us these money is from hardwork and i have many work not only to visit tata amd listen their wrost answers.

                          I have tata aria, and from the date of purchase I am struggling for services and many times given complaint directly to tata motors. But failed in warranty period also. Then I wanted to exchange the vehicle many times whenever offers given by dealers, but even tata dealers said the Aria is worst vehicle and we can't exchange it. I am fedup for non availability of spare parts, non satisfactory servicing. Suggest what to do

                            Dear sir / madam

                            On 26.04.2016 i booked tata tiago by depositing rs.11000/- cash [commitment was given to deliver the car within 4 weeks.] on 27-04-16 all the desire papers pan, addres proof etc were mailed to kamal and co.

                            28 days before sh rohit mehta, executive of kamal and co.Informed that cars have been rushed from pune and it may take further 10 to 15 days to reach jaipur.

                            Despite regular follow up with kamal and co & tata motors helpline [comp no.1-[protected] 01-06-16, 1- [protected][protected]], no concrete reply is being received from the dealer nor by the tata motors.

                            I am not in a position to understand the mistake done on my part.

                            I request all the concerned to please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              I am now in a pathetic situation after being purchased a tata prima 2523lpk this model is one of very worst failuar vechile i have come across commercial vechile sectors

                              Worst mileage
                              All most all major compliants (I. E) gear box, crown and pioin fault, bearing failure, electrical problem, clutch, air filter, cabin shake due to defects, shelf motor

                              I have faced all above major issues from a peroid month of purchase and with in a year of purchase of vechile


                              Service issues

                              No proper service is done by popular motors being a service dealer
                              No proper spares available from time to time
                              No skilled engineers employed in service sector

                                I have purchased tata indica vista ls on 06th apr 2015 in tejashwi motors located at madhapur, hyderabad, registration no ts15ua3941. From the day of purchase to till date having an issue with alternator, every time when i visited your work shop at tadbund & madhapur, the same has been repaired by keeping vehicle for 2 to 3 days. Regularly servicing done till 50, 000 kms in tata authorized workshop, but unfortunately oil change has been done in 58843 kms at outside when vehicle was break down due to oil leakage at below stirring pipe, once again vehicle given in workshop when their was break down on 6th may 2016 at concorde motors by informing customer care, they have charged 6250 for connecting wires in dashboard, now again on 13th may 2016, vehicle was overcome break down with breaks were not working on running near by hitech city. As informed by workshop of tejashwi motors, madhapur. Warranty not applicable. But my concern is from starting of purchase to till date, vehicle is having an alternator issue which is well known to tadbund workshop which has been closed now & madhapur workshop of tejashwi motors.
                                So i will not tolerate & ready to repair myself. I hope the same should be repaired or replaced in warranty.
                                Else i have no other option to contact consumer court regarding the issue with support of media.

                                  Booked my tiago car from concorde motors, ambattur, chennai on April 5th. Thy are giving infinite reasons for not delivering my car and still I have not received mine. I made a blunder by deciding to buy a Tata product though inspite several warnings from my friends. I am fed up. For the last time, Im approaching here or I have to cancel my order.

                                    Sir i want to ask that a person named deepak chaudhary saying that he is a hr at tata motors and recruiting many graduates for different posts in tata motors.
                                    He is asking to deposit rs. 9, 100 in his account number as soon as possible so he'll give us a air ticket to mumbai where the interview is going to be happen and said after the interview the money will be refunded to our account.
                                    I just wanted to know whether this is a real recruitment or just a fraud.
                                    Kindly reply me as soon as possible.

                                    Even i also got this letter, i think this is fraud.
                                    I even got a letter from L&T is the same fashion demanding security deposit pf 10000 rs from deepak chaudhary

                                      I did not receive my document like RTO slip and Fitness of my car NO DL1ZA 1951 which named on Naveen Kumar.
                                      I had tired from your service it is very bad I did not see this service in my life.
                                      Every one has lack of knowledge of his product and every time they promised but not complete his promise. Every time they give excuse and some time they did not pick my call. Your sales executive told me amount of rs 23000 for registration but it charged rs 27500 however actual charge for registration is rs 11650 which I got sms from RTO.
                                      Please give me clarification and proper response how much time it will take to complete my documents.

                                      3. Original RC
                                      4. IND number plate.
                                      5. CNG Bill.

                                        This is with refenrence to my complaint number 1-[protected] registered at the customer care of tata motors.

                                        I've been calling mr. Maruti and mr deepak regularly but none of them bother to pick up my call. When i go to the service center they make me sit for hours before attending my concerns and even after that they don't reply in a proper manner (Trying to ignore the matter and postpone it endlessly). Many times i've sit in the svc center for 3-4 hours and at the end a staff comes and says that just now sir went out for some work, come another day.

                                        Being fed-up of the delay in the repair, i'd registered a complaint on the tata toll free number 15 days back - after which, i immediately got a call from mr deepak and mr maruti that my car will be repaired by 12th of june.
                                        So finally, after my car was kept dumped for 2 long months at the service center without even registering a insurance claim or any other basic initial process - i felt like i'll get my car repaired.

                                        But, now after their promised date (12th june 2016) passed, and i got tired of calling them again and again i went to the service center again and saw that my car is still dumped in a corner and nothing has been done to repair it and deliver on the promised date. And after the delivery date had crossed i was being told that you'll have to submit some money as advance. I would not have any problem submitting the amount but why wasn't i told the same 15 days back. Were they waiting for me to come on the delivery date and listed to a new reason for the delay. Or, can't they bother to make a call to the customer?

                                        Nobody came to attend me for my concerns and when i again tried to call the customer care, mr deepak (May be the service head) snatched the phone from my hand and disconnected the call. When i forcibly again called the customer care again to register my concerns, i was told in an abusive and misbehaving manner that -"you have complained!! Do whatever you want, we will not repair your car". And, maruti, (His senior) is also involved in all this and supports his subordinates in delaying and harrasing the customer.

                                        What ever i went through is on one side but i would like to ask tata motors if i made a mistake buying their product? Who is going to pay for the harrasment i went through??? And should i forget that i own a car too and keep riding my two-wheeler for ever???

                                        Also i would like to mention that last time when my car met with an accident and needed a repair - aastha service center took a complete 1 year to repair it. So, should i keep it mind that i have to wait for 1 year.

                                        I request some strict actions against the service center and the officials
