Have been a user of a tata altroz with a registration number DL9CAX4102 . I recieved my altroz on 29.jan 2022 after a long wait & follow ups.
The car is superb to drive. However the customer care experience is unexpectedly low.
I had tried to get the first service of the car after 2 months however, the given numbers were either busy or were not picked up at autovikas, moti nagar as this is the nearest service centre from my place. I went to autovikas, in the month of april to drop off my car for the first service, but i was turned down as i had no prior appointment. I kept on following up over phone calls but the results were not so convincing.And had driven the car with various shortfalls.

On 4.aug, my altroz broke down, which is just 6months from the date of delivery of the car. That day, I was driving from Air force central medical establishment to my way back home, when the Air conditioner started blowing out hot air with a burning smell.
Lately, engine oil & high coolant temp indication started illuminating . To avoid any mishappening i parked the car at Sir ganga ram hospital, rajinder nagar and called up the on road assistance around 03:45pm. And i was informed that the radiator fan was jammed. The car was then towed to the moti nagar service centre around 7pm from the hospital. Unfortunately it is very disappointing to realize that a new car from The Tatas broke down within just 6 months of delivery, which also proved out to be a huge inconvenience for me.

Now that my car was already at the service centre i had told Mr.Rajinder to do the scheduled service at the same too, as i had a date for car service for 8.aug, which was after 4 days.
A list of shortfalls is attached alongwith, the same was shared with Mr.Rajinder & Mr. Jawed, to work upon, while servicing the car. Most of them have been rectified, however, the gap in the bonnet of the car(left side) is reduced but still present. At the time of picking up the car, i was told that it is the manufacturing defect.
Now, pls advise who shall be responsible, in this case, if the parts of the engine bay gets stolen, or water enters the engine bay during rains because of this gap. If it is a manufacturing defect there should be an alternate provided to the end customer.

To my surprise, the car service was marked
as the second free service . Upon enquiring about the first service, they denied the same, as it was past 2months. Without accepting the shortfall of their own service station & non availability of the slots at their service centres and no walkins were entertained either.
Unfortunately, my car has missed the first free service as commited during the time of purchase, despite following up so much.

This is my third self owned car, and i have had so many disappointing instances since the delivery in this car alone.
I have never had any such bad experiences in Hyundai or Honda neither with the cars or with the service .

Hence, now i seek resolution for the first free service of the car, which was commited to me at the time of buying the car. With deficiencies of slots & highly unresponsive customer care at the station, my car could not be serviced on time and now they are not taking up the responsibility for providing the much due first free service of the car.

Hoping to hear from you soon in this regard.

    I buy my car in Oct 2021. At first service i talk to service center of this issue . Issue is mostly when i reverse the gear is stuck and come to neutral gear and sound like ( kkrrrrrr ).
    My issue not resolve again i talk to service center but its same.
    Request you all to please resolve my issue.
    I think its manufacturing defects.
    service center ignore this issue.

      Hi Team,
      I booked TATA NEXON on 25th April 2022 XMA, White Calgary . However I have not yet received the vehicle and the delivery date keep extending though the dealers have mentioned that my slot is on high priority.
      I have been continuously checking with the delivery details millions of time and I keep getting side tracked by one or the other people within the TATA MOTORS dealers located at kaikondrahalli (Sarjapur main road) .

      This is getting quite frustrating as the dealers had promised to deliver the vehicle within 2 or 3 months.

        I bought a new Tata altroz xt car from jay automotive baramati on 24th june 2022 after meeting the delivery of the car i brought the car home and found water inside the car cabin. then after i called the showroom they told me to show the problem after bringing the car to the servicing. after taking the car to the servicing He said to take it when he calls later and said that he will have to keep the car for four to five days. Regarding the service, I have a complaint that I should get a new car instead of the problemetic car. I have suffered a lot due to the service of Tata service. Also my traveling expenses and time have been wasted. I request to get compensation for it.

          I'm S. Kaviswara and I own a Tata NexonEV car that was bought in mid March 2022. It has run around 12500 kms and have got it serviced at recommended periods. I'm observing fast discharge of battery once the RANGE reaches 60 kms limit. It has happened to me twice in the last fortnight, that even though display shows 60kms range, I could hardly cover 20 kms distance, for which i called their help line on 16.08.2022( around 3.30 PM) but for a disappointing response. After waiting for almost 4 hours on high dense national highway between NICE road junction and Nelamangala, i I had to hire a private towing vehicle to move the car to my place. If there is too much of difference between dispalyed Range and actual available kms, it will put drivers in hardship and confusion.

                Vehicle no DL08CAX9934 has been accident repair by invoice no: ISWWSE[protected] dated 1608/2022. Before repair Jali below front number plate was in crom shine. But the replacement new jali is not in crom shine. It defaced the vehicle workshop Swan Motors pvt ltd sonipat is going no. Response. The replacement parts should be just like old one or not. Please direct your workshop for needful.

                  We had purchase vehicle tata 1212 in dec 2021, Since that time it has been send to repair 10-12 times all pipes, radiator, all are faulty and damage parts . We need refund or replacement of this vehicle .

                    I am facing ABS light on issue in My Tata Tioga from 2019 onwards and now(in 2022) they figure out the issue and asking for huge amount to replace the parts.

                    My suggestion: Please ignore to use Tata products(Car) and save our money and time. Because spare parts and service is to costly. In service center they charge 3 time more.

                      THE STORY:

                      We bought a brand new TATA car back in 2010 from an authorised showroom + workshop of TATA motors.

                      After sometime o[censored]se the car went through series of malfunctions and every time we had to take it to the same authorised showroom + workshop for its series of repair.

                      We had raised many complains to TATA customer care call center for its frequent malfunction and was issued a series of complaint numbers one after the another, some complaints where closed some complaints continue to be there.

                      During the last repair in the series of repair we was assured that our will be okay and is very soon to recover and was told to come a day after, but when we visited the showroom + workshop a day after, we was told that the camp model was broke down by the workshop labours while repairing the car and that the parts has to be brought up from a very remote location.

                      Few days after, we again visited the workshop + showroom and we was told that the agency has been sealed or closed by TATA motors, therefore they are not able to repair the car and they are negotiating with TATA motors to reopen their agency and that they are trying their best.

                      The agency has issued an application in written to us stating "the agency was closed by TATA motors due to which labours left the agency and they could not repair the car and that the agency is negotiating with TATA motors to reopen their agency and therefore we were forced to depend on the agency that one day the agency will successfully negotiate with TATA motors to reopen their agency and our car will be at our doors.

                      PLEASE NOTE: There was no use of customer care calling as we were continuously getting the complaint numbers but there was no resolving so we had to depend on the agency till there negotiation with TATA motors to reopen their agency and the time passed, we had many other important problems to solve in our life and we were forced to focus ourselves to solve many other problems of our lives.

                      We are no more a local of that area because we have been retired many years ago to Bihar therefore we cannot do anything conveniently to retrieve our car, TATA motors please help us.

                      Our car is still lying in the closed agency locked up in the garage.

                      I shall be highly obliged to TATA motors for fulfilling their responsibility to repair my car and return to us.

                      Since the agency was an authorised showroom and workshop of Tata motors it is the sole responsibility, power and authority of Tata motors to help return my car in repaired state, the agency has accepted in written that due to Tata motors they were unable to repair.

                      We kept trying these many years at customer care but nothing helped, and after these many years they are giving me rccm reference saying when the dealership is closed rccm only can help, i am trying to ask help from rccm, let us hope for good.

                        My vehicle no. is MP13CE0454 MY Name is Rajendra Agrawal I purchased a car from tata motors after six months I park my car in garage and not use for 2 days after 2 days my car is not starting so I call road side assistance after 1 week after so many problems and poor service of tata towing drop my car in nearby delearship after 4 days I got a call from dealership and they told me that we found water in your which is not cover under warranty and you have to pay sum of one lakh plus amount and they told if you want to cover it under insurance you have to write a lie that your car is gone somewhere and drown there but I am not ready to accept this lie they are not ready to repair my car under warranty and they are harassing me for money please help I am mentally very disturbed

                          My name is Anurag Gupta, I bought Tata Nexon Xz+ Dark Edition on 10th July 2022 from Panchjanya Automobiles, Pune. On 13th July I had an accident in my parking and some parts like the bonnet, Front bumper, etc has been damaged. I gave my car to Rudra motors Wagholi on the 14th of July 2022, there was no problem in driving the car I drove 14-15 km and reach Rudra motors Wagholi.
                          They took 15 days to order all the damaged parts, get the insurance claims, etc and but suddenly after that they called me and told me that my car is not even starting properly. They did some mistakes while replacing the damaged parts. So basically due to mistakes happened by their engineer my car is not even starting and till now they have not given my car. Today is the 18th of Aug and till now they have not given me my car. When I ask they are saying that they will have to replace some parts and check them one by one. They are not able to find the issue. I don't know what should I do.

                            I had purchased TATA safari Dark edition XZ+ in the month of April 2022. On next day of delivery i observed that there was some issue with middle row seat which is unable to fold/tumbled. Due to which it is difficult to reach 3rd row seat.

                            I have been reaching out to the dealership & CRM team since then but except routing to different person there is no solution provided.

                            Sakinaka CRM team has suggested to reach Thane Heritage motors (Wagle estate) to sort the issue out. After keeping vehicle for 4 days the executive informed the seat need to be replace & order has been placed. This information was provided on 27th June during 1st service.

                            Since then i was following up with Tata Motors CRM team & executive but no proper response received. I had explained this to the General Manager on 5th Aug but after that no call back received from him, i had tried calling him multiple times but call remains unanswered. Later i reached out to Group General manager but after the first call he too not responding the call or given call back .

                            This is pathetic service which TATA is offering to their customer. Please advice to whom i can escalate this matter.

                                My name is Jose Prakash, Bangalore, I booked for a Tata tigor EV on the 31. May 2022 from Adishakti Cars, Hebbal. The booking amount was 21000 which was paid via Phone pe via the scanner shared by the sales rep. At the time of booking I was promised a full refund in case of cancellation of booking.

                                Due to some unexpected issues I had to cancel the booking which I did on the 15th of July 2022. I have not received any refund as of today.

                                  Service issue

                                  I have purchased Nexon XZ+(S) Dual Tone 1 year back. ( For this vehicle initially, there was a chassis number issue at the time of purchase )

                                  No doubt the car is very good but I have concerns regarding the services I have got.
                                  There were a few issues that were fixed after continuous visits to the service center.

                                  But the major issue I am still facing is related to the car battery.

The service manager(Mrs. D.kalekar ) has assured me that he will do 1st free servicing though the KM was 2956 which shall be 2000 only .
