Below are the list of issues/complaints:
1. It started when I went for PDI, there was an issue I noticed during PDI. The back door was not getting shut properly with strange sound. I reported this issue to the assigned Prerna Motors associate- "Aishwarya M" who went with us for the PDI and she acknowledged the same.

TATA team got my vehicle on last Thursday for buy back process of my car for amount Rs:1, 70, 000/-

And committed that amount will be transferred to my bank account. It has been 6 days no update on my payment status.

It's My Complaint...

I was late in paying the premium for my insurance policy, but when i did, the agent started demanded that i bring the car to workshop for inspection. Since i was not in city, i could not do tat and demanded that the agent refund the money, and i would take another policy outside.

I received message from a whatsapp number [protected] saying that I have to pay rupees 2650 as the application fees and it will be refundable after that. It was said that its from shailaja roy, Tata motors, HR team...
I want to know whether its from the tata motors or its fake/fraud.
I read in news that there is no application fee or such charges......

We had bought a car in jan 2022 from tata motors ujjain branch in july 2022 our car was not eprking its battery was dead so we called tata helpline they tried there after that they toed the car and took to their service center from where they informed that damage was not covered under engine warranty and started asking for the money for repair. I own a tata harrier from 2020 oct bought & regularly serviced from lakshmi tata chennai and i have been facing clutch issues right from 500 kms and have been facing unnecessary revs, clutch jam, 2nd gear issue etc through out these 2 years and now the service center is saying the clutch is burnt and cannot be covered under warranty and asking for an whopping 95K for replacing all the kit . even after repeated complaints on every service...

Android auto is not wireless. When we connect through wire it gets disconnected automatically and ask for reconnect. If this is the issue why the system is provided with android auto when we cannot use when we want. Service center says thus complain is from every customer. Even kiger is giving wireless Android auto and mobile charging....

I had booked a Tata Nexon more than 4 months before from SP Vehicles. I was promised by the dealer that the car will be delivered within 4 months.
However when I follow up I get the routine reply from the dealer that they have forwarded the priority list to Tata motors and there is no reply from Tata Motors.
It is extremely unprofessional of Tata Motors not to respond to such email and keep the customer waiting without a deadline.br...
