The Vehicle have met with an accident on 24/03/2016 and was take to Concorde motors on 26/03/201, I have claimed insurance on 26/03/2016, service agent (uday ) said Saturday and Sunday holiday for insurance company.
The process was started on Monday(28/03/2016), insurance agent saw the vehicle on 28/03/2016 at 6 pm.
The Tata motors agent uday said on 26/03/2016 that condenser, radiator and Fan was damage will total cost for insurance will Rs 25000 and customer need to pay Rs 5000, I said I am ok for Rs 5000.
Tata motors agent on Tuesday morning(29/03/2016) did not with spare part the parts are available with service center to replace with car indicia Ev2.
The Agent uday ordered spare part on 30/03/2016(placed order from spares from Tata motors spares unit), till today(05/04/2016) the vehicle is pending for insurance approval.
Still agent uday say that will get approval till today evening 6 pm, no update and no assurance from the concede motors about the vehicle for delivery date.

Please look in the issue and help me to get my car as quick as possible.

I regret having purchased TATA Venture model GX. From day 1 of my purchase, it has been giving one or another problem for which I had to send vehicle to their authorized service station at Nagpur for more than 20 times in just one year and drove less than 7000km. Since purchase of this vehicle in the year 2011 until 2016 March it ran just about total 27000 km for which I spent more than Rs. 1, 50, 000/ for spare parts at TATA's authorized service station. Recently the same vehicle has developed overheating problem and kept lying at the Tata's Service station at Jaika Motor, Nagpur for more than one month without any remedial action. They are unable to detect and repair the exact problem and hence unable to commit for delivery of my vehicle. I have given online complaint at Tata's customer number and there also no feed back. Not only I got mental torture since I purchased Tata Venture, I also lost my money on repairs and now lost the vehicle. Is there any one responsible who will look into my grievance and save the image of TATA. I will share my bad experience and discourage to all my known persons for buying Tata car.

Exactly five months back i had purchased all 04 numbers bridges tyre from pankaj malvi chandan medical ratlam,

Tyre size will be 165/65 r13 but i felt that quality is very poor,

Because my driving is around the ratlam city only.

From the date of purchase till date max to max 13000 kms run my car. But front left tyre already cracked condition.

So kindly look into this matter very special and replace under warranty immidiyetly

Second time stranded on road with AMT fault. Obviously the issue was not attended properly after towing the first time. First service after first towing. Can Malik Cars really take care of your vehicles . Thoroughly dissatisfied. Is there an exchange programme for new Tata vehicles? I think I need to go public so that others are forewarned

I received a call letter from TATA motors company that i was selected by online from times job.com.They inform that i pay 250/.rs for interview security to a/c no:[protected]- Mr. RAJKUMAR hr at bangalore. i send money, after that i selected as assistant manager at nearest hometown and i paid as 5000/
as security deposit. they write that they will send gate-pass and air/train tickets by courier. pl. take action to this type of emails.

मैं महेंद्र गाजणा बहुत ही परेसान होकर लिख रहा हूँ की मेरी गाड़ी 18 फरवरी को नील गाय से टकरा गई थी उसी दिन मैंने गाड़ी शोरूम पे डाल दी थी । मेरे को बताया गया की गाड़ी का बोनट, बबम्पर, हेडलैंप और टर्बो damage है।मैं बताना चाहूँगा की मैं अब तक लगभग 10 चक्कर लगा चूका हु और रोज call करता हु पर आज तक मुझे किसी ने satisfactory जवाब नहीं दिया की गाड़ी इस साल मिलेगी या 2017 में।
मैंने अपनी सुविधा के लिए 6.50 लाख रूपये लगाये थे पर मैं बार बार टैक्सी ले के शोरूम जा रहा हु की मेरी गाड़ी मुझे दे दो, पर मेरी कोई नहीं सुनता। मेरे से 4000 रूपये भी जमा करवा लिए पर अभी तक मुझे गाड़ी नहीं मिली।
अगर कोई है जो इसे पढ रहा है तो प्लीज मेरी गाड़ी इसी साल दिलवा दो😢😢😢😢😢
अगर मुझे एक सप्ताह में गाड़ी नहीं मिलती है तो मैं consumer court जाऊंगा।।।।।।।...⇄

Sir, i bought two tata winger from indore sanghai brothers in june month after 6 month both vehicle batteries automatic damage many times i call & complaint to tata motors and their service centre for changing the batteries also wrote mail but still no action done due to this my ambulance is still stand .(Tata motors complaint no. Tata Motors Camp experience has not been very encouraging.(Pre & Post).

Car was brought on service camp at Tata Motors, Autovikas, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Mr Sathya (GM Autovikas, Moti Nagar, New Delhi) did called me and assured that service would be very prompt and excellent.

Post service I did text him that says "Clutch cable of my car was replaced. Not done properly atall..." @ 15th March, 2016 at 18:56 hrs.

I regret to say that there was no callback/ message/ enquiry from anyone.

My car has become even worse than before and that too after paying for "clutch cable" at your workshop.

This is not acceptable atall, I demand an urgent resolution of my issue. Failing which i will have to explore legal options.

Please treat this mail on priority.

मेरा नाम सुनील कुमार हसीजा है आपके यहाँ से मैंने टाटा की गाड़ी ली है नवम्बर में जिसका की पूरा पैसा देने के बाद भी जानबूझकर मेरी गाड़ी का रजिस्टेशन उलझा दीया क्योकि उनके द्वारा मेरे से रसीद के अलावा 10000 मांगे जा रहे थे जिसको की देने से मन कर दिया इस कारण से जानबूझ कर मुझे परेशां किया गया मैंने कस्टमर केयर पर इसकी कंप्लेन किया पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई आखिर थकहार कर मैंने ही आपके डिपो से संपर्क कर टी आर निकॉन के लिए बोला जिसका की 4000 मेरे से लिया गया जिसमे 2500 की रसीद दी गई 1500 बोले की हमारी चार्ज है वो भी ठीक था पर टी आर 1 महीने की बनती है जानबूझ कर इन्होंने 7 दिन की बनवाई मेरे पास जब मिली तो उसमे सिर्फ 2 दिन बचे थे वो भी छुट्टी के मैंने तो अपना काम जैसे तैसे करा लिया लेट फी चार्ज देकर पर आपसे निवेदन है की दुबारा किसी को इतना परेशान न किया जाए मेरी नई गाड़ी का चेचिस क्रमाक MAT445064FZJ34987 है!धन्यवाद

Dear tata team,

I'm very disappointed with tata service center (takaza motors pvt ltd rewa m.p) after an accident around 18 month ago i have given my tata safari lx for repairing & the billing amount was 4 lacs which is unlivable.

However i have paid complete amount for repairing but my vecale is not repaired as per the expectation against such a huge amount (4 lacs).

For this i'm keep following the tata motor's cc but they are suggesting to go some other service center where again i have to pay a large amount which is not acceptable by any customer who has already paid 4 lacs rs.

Plz advice from where i will get the solution.

My name is Harinder Singh and I have purchased tata zest xms model on 25 feb 2016 from tayal motors faridabad (haryana) . the bank has disbersed all payment to them but i still didn't got my RTO file. Now i have a regret that why i purchased tata car because you people can never treat your customer addiquatly. This is the standard of tata motor and it's services. I'll never recommend any of my friend to purchase car from such a company who only want to bother their customer. 2 days back they told me that your payment has disbersed from your bank and we'll handover u RTO file but the next day they said your payment is not reflecting in our account . Now you tell me what is this . The worst service i have ever seen in my life. A big thanks to Mr. Ratan Tata for taking care of his customers in such a way.

I purchased tata Bolt in Sep'2015 at Malik Motors, Hyderabad. till now mileage 3000Km. Now AC stopped working I consulted Concord Motors, Uppal but they were not able to address the issue. Now approached ti Brindavan Motors, Secunderabad on 13th of this month. Till no response from them. Please do the needful.

I have received a job offer by tata motors.And its completely fake.
These all fake peoples are realy promoting Cyber-Crime and these all are to be arrested as soon as they can.They are just abusing the particular job needy peoples.Athough i had a telephonic call with one of the Basturd, Morron guy named Mr. R. S. Raghwan - (Recruiting Manager).So, guys don't make urself indulged in it and be aware of this frauds.

There was a phone call for free chake-up camp. So today i visited service station at Yavatmal c/o Mac motors. My vehicle no. is MH-29, V-2834 INDICA-VISTA CAR. The vehicle was get registerd at around 10.20 am. I wait there up to around 12.50 pm. till that there was no reply for progress. Finally i took the car it was only chacked and adsolutely it was so durty i personally clean the car by my own . The staff was looking towards me. If service station is not having the adequate staff to fulfill the requirments WHY THE COMPANY ORGANISE SUCH TYPE OF CAMPS?

FINALLY IT WAS VERY BAD EXPERIANCE OF FREE CHAKE-UP CAMP

my vehicle is breakdown in Mahuatadh near Gumla (Jharkhand) my car's clutch plate is being damaged. so there for i visit the Basudeb Tata motors which is located in Industrial area, kokar, Ranchi. They tell me that i will give you the car's clutch plate but you should pay Rs. 5000 and after purchasing the item it should not be returned.
I tow my car and brought in Ranchi. But the Basudeb Motors's employ tell me that these clutch plate we not used and we will not repair your car if you purchase the new clutch plate from here then we repair your car.
It is justified..?
