Sub: - Regarding the inconvenience and loss of money due to the maintenance work / service of my TATA Nano car at Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd, Patna(BR46B6907)Kms 1200 Job Card No JC GuinMo PP[protected].
Respected Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you my grievance on the inconvenience, loss of money and insecurity due to the maintenance work of my TATA Nano car and on the irresponsible service and malfunctioning of your authorized service center named ‘: Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’ located at Patna, Bihar.
As per the terms of the company, the warranty period of the TATA Nano car is up to 60, 000 Km, or 4 years from the date of purchase whichever is earlier. TATA Nano car has not completed four years and at present the reading of my car is 14, 000 kilometers.
On 24nd February 2016, I asked the M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’, Patna (an authorized service centre of TATA Motors company) to service the above mentioned TATA Nano car for service car .. I was told from the M/s Guinea Motors’, Patna on 25th February 2016 that they had carried out “complete service” and had diagnosed need to change following
1), Nano Engine oil 2). Fuel Module 3)Filter Pack, 4) Oil Tranep 80Cast, 5) Coolant, 6) Fuel Tank Wrlded, 7). Wheel Cylinder , 8) Brake Oil, 9)., Spark PlugWheel Cylinder Assy, ….. etc
Labour charges Diagnosis Charge cable Spark Plug, Overhauling, Vechile Health Check, Fuel Module, overhauling ..flusing +Sd+Radiatr flush, Vechile Health Check, Oil Change Service etc…
Total billing of Rs 23000/- which I paid on 27/2/2016 at 16:43 hr
I took car from workshop at 17:00 Hr in evening to home which is hardly 3-4Km Car at 17:25 Hr suddenly stopped and break out when I called Service center not got proper response they said you have to make own arrangement.
Next day after continues follow-ups the send person to check .He said it has to be picked up van service which was already inform to tem .when called Guine Motos Pvt Ltd, they said you have to bring your car by own .
I lost my hope and patience. Not only due to the repair expenses and service charges which I had already been paid to the TATA Motors company but also because of the pathetic service from an authorized service center of the TATA Motors named ‘M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’’ located at Patna, Bihar
When I took car by own arrangement after checking informed me that the vehicle engine mounting has broken
After taking charge of complete, Vechile Health Checkhow within 30 min car broke down they not able to explain .
As a reputed authority of TATA Motors Company, you are requested to know what is going on in your authorized service centers and the extent of inconvenience and difficulties made to the customers especially at M/s Guinea MotorsPvt Ltd, Patna. The M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd, Patna had not only failed to carry out the work on my TATA Nano car with responsible skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose as laid down by the Supply of Goods and Services At 1982, Hope that you can understand the extent of difficulty and inconvenience which I faced during that time. I am very disappointed with service center now. I had paid more than Rs. 23, 000/- (based only on the billed payments) to the TATA Motors company as service charges, all oil changes, Module, overhauling ..flusing +Sd+Radiatr flush, Vechile Health Check, Oil Change Service etc and I spent Rs. 25, 000/- (as repaire + workshop charge) till now
I am really disappointed with the service: first, the car was not delivered in proper condition; second, the amount of inconvenience caused was immense because of the delay in repair of the car. unbearable experience with M/s Guinea Motors, Patna. The representatives at M/s Guinea Motors, Patna are least bother about the customers.. After passing through all the above mentioned information to the relevant authorities of TATA Motors Company
In accordance with their convenience, they have charge and has not change engine oil and done servicing I should be compensated for the fault which is caused by the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna. Also, I got the information from Mr Vibhuti, CRM, M/s Guinea Motors that the technicians at M/s Guinea Motors who broke double stalk comb Switch and unnecessary replace fuel tank and electric motor w/pump ACU was not there. But, I had been informed by the repairman belongs to the outside workshop who repaired my car later that not only the existing AC blower in my TATA Nano car had been replaced by an old, damaged and broken one but also the engine oil was not changed due to which this break down happened.
I pointed out the same with solid proof from the outside workshop repairman to the knowledge of M/s Guinea Motors Pvt ltd, team.
I can firmly say that the service provided by the M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd was an utter failure because the breakdown incident was happened which is hardly 2-3 kilometers away from their service centre / workshop at Patna. Since the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna least bother about their customers,
Even if all the damage of my TATA Nano car is absolutely because of the maltreatment of M/s Guinea Motors, Patna,
Then I realized that staff are hand in glove with M/S Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd for in encourage to high billing and the M/s Guinea Motors Company are going to cheat me. Not only the inconvenience, but also the time and money loss are the after effects to me because of their visit / talk. Not only me but also any one owns a car couldn’t make any justification to M/s Guinea Motors’ offer to still doubt about what is the significance of that offer especially from M/s Guinea Motors. As per the terms of the company, the warranty period of the TATA Nano car having the new and original engine is up to 60, 000 Km, or 4 years from the date of purchase whichever is earlier. Also, I well knew about the dreadful service which had been provided by the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna even if there is full payment of repair fee and service cost from my side. I can just imagine that how pathetic, terrible and pity will be the service of M/s Guinea Motors, Patna, if it is free of cost. How do I dare to hand over my fully conditioned and well being TATA Nano car to their service centre? Basically I am not interested with any more dealings in the sense of service / repair of any of my car with the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna further. I need your help to stop such kinds of malpractice and malfunctioning by the authorized service center of TATA Motors Company named ‘M/s Guinea Motors, Patna’. As a respectful authority of TATA Motors Company, you are requested to pass necessary instructions to your authorized dealers and service providers at Patna (especially M/s Guinea Motors) for the sake of both your customers and their vehicles. Based on the above given facts, I humbly request you for the favorable consideration of the respected authorities of TATA Motors Company to take necessary action so that either the amount which I spent to repair the car in the outside workshop only because of the malfunctioned service / repair of the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna should be refunded at the earliest. And, the latter should be acceptable only if the service provider is any authorized service centre of TATA Motors Company other than the M/s Guinea Motors. I think that this would be a way of successfully resolving my dispute without resorting to legal action. I shall be very thankful to you.

This is to inform about the service you provide in the brand Name TATA at AADYA MOTORS. dated on 2/3/2016 Bill no Bp[protected] It was a shame to the company which is billing for the service it provides, the bill amount is in power with other competitors but service is too bad and worse than any other company. We don’t know what kind of mechanical service they provide.
1. My car was serviced. At the time of delivery I found the Front wind Shield was not cleaned. The Dry leaves which had fallen from the trees near my house were still present in the corners.
The justification given by service adviser (SA) was the washing is done by a machine.
The are geared up only when some costumer complains after few days the go back to dogs. (Then why do you need a SA)
Sir kindly tell me, Is there an higher ark supervision and a check list for the job and is this been checked by SA
Or
Is it that NANO cars are not given important. Or for AMC vehicles.
Or
In other words all the cars washed superficially for the name sake. Or eye wash
2. The Foot room was cleaned but the seats were painted by hand marked with Grease and Oil. Is it you people do the Cleaning just to dirty the SEATS
3. The Speedometer cover (glass) was filled with full of dust on touching we could see the Dust on our fingers and that was not one days DUST.
4. The Cashier gives the feedback form and sweetly says that "Sir Sign here" I don't understand whether this is to improve the quality of service or something else just sine by the customer and fill it as per there requirement.
This is a very bad way of collecting the feedback this is just cheating to say that you have a very good feedback rating TATA is Fooling its customers. This has to be taken care.
Kindly work hard to get good feedbacks and not signatures from all the customers. I would like to know if My feedback is taken to your notice.
