Dear Sir,
my vehicle is breakdown in Mahuatadh near Gumla (Jharkhand) my car's clutch plate is being damaged. so there for i visit the Basudeb Tata motors which is located in Industrial area, kokar, Ranchi. They tell me that i will give you the car's clutch plate but you should pay Rs. 5000 and after purchasing the item it should not be returned.
I tow my car and brought in Ranchi. But the Basudeb Motors's employ tell me that these clutch plate we not used and we will not repair your car if you purchase the new clutch plate from here then we repair your car.
It is justified..?

    I have done the 2 company services recently, they have changed clutch, wheel cylinders to address the poor milage complaint... Even still I am getting 12km / litres, this is a very poor experience...

    Pls some one help me to resolve the complaint...

        We had sent two cars for service at b d motors asansol west bengal for servicing
        0n 4/3 2016 there we were informed by service advisor s ali ph no
        that a mega service week will be held from 8/3 to 14/3 .we asked whether any extra benefits will be given he assures us that all benefits of servce week will be given to us on 4/3 2016 itself hence we agreed. but today we have come to know that discounts given to us were lower thabn allowed in service week . it is clear that you service advisor is giving false representation and assurances to tata motor customer and eroding the goodwill of the company i hope you take serious note of the matter and act against such people my name is rajesh goel and contact no is [protected] the car are registered in the name of baba strip and tubes ltd

          Sub: - Regarding the inconvenience and loss of money due to the maintenance work / service of my TATA Nano car at Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd, Patna(BR46B6907)Kms 1200 Job Card No JC GuinMo PP[protected].
          Respected Sir / Madam,
          I am writing this letter to inform you my grievance on the inconvenience, loss of money and insecurity due to the maintenance work of my TATA Nano car and on the irresponsible service and malfunctioning of your authorized service center named ‘: Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’ located at Patna, Bihar.
          As per the terms of the company, the warranty period of the TATA Nano car is up to 60, 000 Km, or 4 years from the date of purchase whichever is earlier. TATA Nano car has not completed four years and at present the reading of my car is 14, 000 kilometers.
          On 24nd February 2016, I asked the M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’, Patna (an authorized service centre of TATA Motors company) to service the above mentioned TATA Nano car for service car .. I was told from the M/s Guinea Motors’, Patna on 25th February 2016 that they had carried out “complete service” and had diagnosed need to change following
          1), Nano Engine oil 2). Fuel Module 3)Filter Pack, 4) Oil Tranep 80Cast, 5) Coolant, 6) Fuel Tank Wrlded, 7). Wheel Cylinder , 8) Brake Oil, 9)., Spark PlugWheel Cylinder Assy, ….. etc
          Labour charges Diagnosis Charge cable Spark Plug, Overhauling, Vechile Health Check, Fuel Module, overhauling ..flusing +Sd+Radiatr flush, Vechile Health Check, Oil Change Service etc…
          Total billing of Rs 23000/- which I paid on 27/2/2016 at 16:43 hr
          I took car from workshop at 17:00 Hr in evening to home which is hardly 3-4Km Car at 17:25 Hr suddenly stopped and break out when I called Service center not got proper response they said you have to make own arrangement.
          Next day after continues follow-ups the send person to check .He said it has to be picked up van service which was already inform to tem .when called Guine Motos Pvt Ltd, they said you have to bring your car by own .
          I lost my hope and patience. Not only due to the repair expenses and service charges which I had already been paid to the TATA Motors company but also because of the pathetic service from an authorized service center of the TATA Motors named ‘M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd’’ located at Patna, Bihar
          When I took car by own arrangement after checking informed me that the vehicle engine mounting has broken
          After taking charge of complete, Vechile Health Checkhow within 30 min car broke down they not able to explain .
          As a reputed authority of TATA Motors Company, you are requested to know what is going on in your authorized service centers and the extent of inconvenience and difficulties made to the customers especially at M/s Guinea MotorsPvt Ltd, Patna. The M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd, Patna had not only failed to carry out the work on my TATA Nano car with responsible skill and care, using parts of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose as laid down by the Supply of Goods and Services At 1982, Hope that you can understand the extent of difficulty and inconvenience which I faced during that time. I am very disappointed with service center now. I had paid more than Rs. 23, 000/- (based only on the billed payments) to the TATA Motors company as service charges, all oil changes, Module, overhauling ..flusing +Sd+Radiatr flush, Vechile Health Check, Oil Change Service etc and I spent Rs. 25, 000/- (as repaire + workshop charge) till now
          I am really disappointed with the service: first, the car was not delivered in proper condition; second, the amount of inconvenience caused was immense because of the delay in repair of the car. unbearable experience with M/s Guinea Motors, Patna. The representatives at M/s Guinea Motors, Patna are least bother about the customers.. After passing through all the above mentioned information to the relevant authorities of TATA Motors Company
          In accordance with their convenience, they have charge and has not change engine oil and done servicing I should be compensated for the fault which is caused by the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna. Also, I got the information from Mr Vibhuti, CRM, M/s Guinea Motors that the technicians at M/s Guinea Motors who broke double stalk comb Switch and unnecessary replace fuel tank and electric motor w/pump ACU was not there. But, I had been informed by the repairman belongs to the outside workshop who repaired my car later that not only the existing AC blower in my TATA Nano car had been replaced by an old, damaged and broken one but also the engine oil was not changed due to which this break down happened.
          I pointed out the same with solid proof from the outside workshop repairman to the knowledge of M/s Guinea Motors Pvt ltd, team.
          I can firmly say that the service provided by the M/s Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd was an utter failure because the breakdown incident was happened which is hardly 2-3 kilometers away from their service centre / workshop at Patna. Since the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna least bother about their customers,
          Even if all the damage of my TATA Nano car is absolutely because of the maltreatment of M/s Guinea Motors, Patna,
          Then I realized that staff are hand in glove with M/S Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd for in encourage to high billing and the M/s Guinea Motors Company are going to cheat me. Not only the inconvenience, but also the time and money loss are the after effects to me because of their visit / talk. Not only me but also any one owns a car couldn’t make any justification to M/s Guinea Motors’ offer to still doubt about what is the significance of that offer especially from M/s Guinea Motors. As per the terms of the company, the warranty period of the TATA Nano car having the new and original engine is up to 60, 000 Km, or 4 years from the date of purchase whichever is earlier. Also, I well knew about the dreadful service which had been provided by the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna even if there is full payment of repair fee and service cost from my side. I can just imagine that how pathetic, terrible and pity will be the service of M/s Guinea Motors, Patna, if it is free of cost. How do I dare to hand over my fully conditioned and well being TATA Nano car to their service centre? Basically I am not interested with any more dealings in the sense of service / repair of any of my car with the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna further. I need your help to stop such kinds of malpractice and malfunctioning by the authorized service center of TATA Motors Company named ‘M/s Guinea Motors, Patna’. As a respectful authority of TATA Motors Company, you are requested to pass necessary instructions to your authorized dealers and service providers at Patna (especially M/s Guinea Motors) for the sake of both your customers and their vehicles. Based on the above given facts, I humbly request you for the favorable consideration of the respected authorities of TATA Motors Company to take necessary action so that either the amount which I spent to repair the car in the outside workshop only because of the malfunctioned service / repair of the M/s Guinea Motors, Patna should be refunded at the earliest. And, the latter should be acceptable only if the service provider is any authorized service centre of TATA Motors Company other than the M/s Guinea Motors. I think that this would be a way of successfully resolving my dispute without resorting to legal action. I shall be very thankful to you.

            I have given complain yesterday night(2nd March 2016) Today I received call Tata Motors (Ph [protected])10:37 AM regarding complain .Than Tata Motors employee took me in conference call with Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd staff with include 2-3 person .for 30 min approx. .I have already provided my detail complain without verifying facts and investigation unnecessary they trying to justify there point. I was never told that by Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd Car has engine problem.
            They have made bill of Rs 23000 and cheated me on top of that Tata Motors Employee in Unprofessional, unhelpful and taking side of Dealer without investigation and telling be that Tata Motors will bearer Rs10, 000 of cost Total cost approx. will be Rs 65, 000, which mean Rs 45, 000 I have to give from my pocket ..total cost occurred 23, 000 + 45000 Rs 68, 000,
            I have refused to except out rightly on phone .
            My complain was not appropriately addressed and the issues raised.
            I am completely dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided by Tata Motors, today justifying miss deed of dealer .
            I have already told that if found that proper services were not provided as required and no other information or options where provided to me.
            The Guinea Motors Pvt Ltd standard procure process had not been followed during repair due to their lapses I have to pay .
            Tata Motors has done nothing to take care of my concerns or problems. All that has been done is a personal attack on me as a customer with your claims of bad mouthing and terrible service I received from Tata Motors .
            Sir,
            This is to inform about the service you provide in the brand Name TATA at AADYA MOTORS. dated on 2/3/2016 Bill no Bp[protected] It was a shame to the company which is billing for the service it provides, the bill amount is in power with other competitors but service is too bad and worse than any other company. We don’t know what kind of mechanical service they provide.

            1. My car was serviced. At the time of delivery I found the Front wind Shield was not cleaned. The Dry leaves which had fallen from the trees near my house were still present in the corners.

            The justification given by service adviser (SA) was the washing is done by a machine.
            The are geared up only when some costumer complains after few days the go back to dogs. (Then why do you need a SA)

            Sir kindly tell me, Is there an higher ark supervision and a check list for the job and is this been checked by SA
            Or
            Is it that NANO cars are not given important. Or for AMC vehicles.
            Or
            In other words all the cars washed superficially for the name sake. Or eye wash

            2. The Foot room was cleaned but the seats were painted by hand marked with Grease and Oil. Is it you people do the Cleaning just to dirty the SEATS

            3. The Speedometer cover (glass) was filled with full of dust on touching we could see the Dust on our fingers and that was not one days DUST.

            4. The Cashier gives the feedback form and sweetly says that "Sir Sign here" I don't understand whether this is to improve the quality of service or something else just sine by the customer and fill it as per there requirement.

            This is a very bad way of collecting the feedback this is just cheating to say that you have a very good feedback rating TATA is Fooling its customers. This has to be taken care.
            Kindly work hard to get good feedbacks and not signatures from all the customers. I would like to know if My feedback is taken to your notice.

              Dear Team,

              I have purchased Tata Nano Twist XT over a year ago and I am facing so many issues with the product.
              As i have purchased my brand new car from the showroom it came with the below issues,

              * Came with Faulty Tires
              * Came with Faulty A/C compressor
              * Sales person forgot to put AMC as we registered while purchasing
              * Sales Person forgot to put Bumper to Bumper Insurance as we told to do so while purchasing but he have put the normal insurance

              Last month my car met with an accident and when i inquired about the insurance details and insurance person is saying car came with only normal insurance and i need to pay for the parts that do not cover under the current insurance scheme. (why would a person put normal insurance as he is owning a new car) . I request Tata motors along with Tata aig and VST motors to help cancel the payable amount from me to the parts and to take out my car from service center without paying money as i have requested and thinking the car came with bumper to bumper insurance.

I have all recordings of persone. Pls take a strong step to persone . Tata motors is a very respected company. But people like rohit nirmal are not good for your company.

                  I purchased a Tata Nano LX, which was a top variant in the cng category.
                  REG NO: MH-01-BU-0807.

                  ((Vaishali Lad & Shankar Kadam were attending my complaints and were the people I trusted, for getting this concern addressed))

                  Here starts the series of disappointments.

                  1. Everything was absolutely fine, until the second service was availed.
                  2. Post 5-6 months after the 2nd service, I started experiencing jerks while operating the car on the petrol mode, however, it worked completely fine on the cng mode.
                  3. On highlighting this concern to Concorde motors, probably in the month of Jan-2016, they requested to drop the vehicle to the service center ( Worli )
                  4. The car was returned to me after 2 days, and guess what, the same issue re-occurs in the next two days span. The vehicle was jerking and vibrating in the petrol mode and was unable to start as well.
                  5. Upon this, we had to communicate with the complaints department and the towing team. The vehicle was towed to the service center (Worli)
                  6. The service team could not rectify the root cause and they informed us that, they would be replacing the fuel pump and the ECU (Engine Control Unit) as it may be the concern according to them, and also reassured us that we would not have any other problems again.
                  7. Post that the vehicle worked well for a month, and to my horror, the same concern was spotted again.
                  8. This was the time when my confidence in tata motors was taken aback and I felt this concern should be highlighted.
                  9. Concorde motors again pulled the vehicle to the service centre, and this time again they were not competent to reach out to the core, which would be causing this problem to occur on a repetitive term.
                  10. The service team took a decision to clean or replace the CNG injector and also did an outside welding on the cng tank, without my notice or my consent. I fail to understand, that if the concern is with the petrol mode, then what was the good reason to inculcate the steps mentioned above.
                  Hi Prathamesh, even I have a Nano Twist and have similar issues with my car ever since it went to Concorde Worli. But it makes more sense to sit on their heads and get the work done. Complaining doesnt really get us customers anywhere. Infact the Nano is a wonderful little car. I am sure you too agree on that... Enjoy your Nano! :)

                    Dear Sir,

                    This mail is in regards to my Tata Indica car getting repossessed by Tata Finance agents. Details of my car and other details are car number MH48-P2400 and contract no [protected].
                    I would like to draw your attention in the manner of my car being repossessed. I live in Nalasopara and am in regular touch with Tata Finance agents. I agree that 11 installments are due. Last month I paid an installment. Due to certain financial problems there has been a delay from my end. If you wanted to repossess my car than it could have been easily done from my home itself. My car is regularly parked below my building. Your officers and agents are aware of it. Instead my car was repossessed in an undignified manner. While travelling to Kolhapur some of your Tata Finance agents stopped us near Satara. Since no id proofs was given to us we told those agents that we will get in touch with Tata Finance Vasai office. The agents one dozen in numbers started chasing us in the highway. After chasing us in bikes and car they surrounded us. It almost seemed to be like a real life highway robbery. When we got out of the car their only demand was a extortion fees of Rs. 15, 000/-. They told us to pay the money and that too without any receipt and then only would let us go. We made them speak to the Vasai Tata Finance office. They refused to speak or cooperate. Fearing for our life and extortion we called the nearest police station at Bhorgaon and reported the matter to the nearest Police Inspector Mr. Kadam. After reporting the matter we handed over the keys to the Tata Finance agents.
                    The highway chase could have resulted in an accident to us or others. It was a very undignified way to repossess our vehicle. This could have been easily sorted out by sending a repossess letter to my house and could have taken my keys and my car which is always parked below my building.
                    We are narrating our experience so that you should be also be aware of happenings of Tata Finance agents. Lastly in the repossess letter the agents failed to mention AC and other things in the car. We also have our personal belongings in the car. We kindly request you to allow us to collect our belongings.
                    We are in coordination with your Vasai Tata Finance office to resolve this issue. We would also like to resolve this matter immediately. There is 11 installments due. A humble request that we pay 5 installments immediately and the remaining 7 installments in the next 2 months. My work requires me to travel and hence I need my car immediately.
                    My financial problems are being sorted out and also request you to help and cooperate.
                    Kindly let us know how to move ahead.

                      I bought Storme one year back . I risen so many complaints about sound from gear box bearing and breaks.
                      When my vehicle is accelerate from 40kmph to 70kmph and by applying breaks I am getting sound which are like some bearing are rubbing inside.
                      No one knows exactly where the sound is coming I kept so many day in the work shop for observation and given complaint to customers will today nothing had happen .
                      The company doesn't care about the customer they always wanna cheat the customer. Nowe after 19500 kilometer my car getting all loose fitting sounds in bound. I don't know what to do shall I keep the car or cheat someone else by selling it.

                        I own a tata indica vista bearing registration no. MH14CS6175 bought in year 2011. I had opted for a 5 year warranty while purchase of the vehicle.
                        Now there is diesel leakage from engine.
                        FIrst of all what might be the reason for this, and secondly could it be covered in this warranty?

                          As discussed with you all,
                          I have purchased a CAR from Pandit auto on[protected] with one of my Friend who already working in TATA in commercial department (Bafna) his name is Mr Rahul. So in the presence of him Mr Saket Olkar was the agent who was dealing and gave us all the information about the CAR features and he Mr Saket also confirmed the Free Insurance amount ie 24217 RS from TATA motors given to me for all cover but he did not told me about whether is it the 0 depth or normal insurance policy in front of my friend. When I have saw the insurance document the insurance policy which I have received is only Rs 9846 Rs which is Normal policy and the commitment was given by Mr Saket was full covered 24217 which not fulfilled and he did not given me service also whenever I called for any query like still i don't received my car mud-mat cover, every time I only called him and taken the followup about remaining parts info. As a agent he never care about the customer requirement. I have asked him several times about insurance policy which he gave me and why he lair and not telling me the truth.
                          So now the case is I had an accident and my CAR got damaged from front site and the insurance company said that this your normal policy we can not cover full CAR in it and as you all know all new CAR always have 0 depth insurance in all the showroom as agent also promised me same. So the point is now my CAR which I have given for repairing in Pandit auto Pimpri workshop for more than 25days
                          Now my CAR got repaired and ready to use and insurance company asked me to pay cost of RS 12042. Request you to take a action on it and do the needful as Mr Sidharth who is owner of Pandit auto told me that he will take care whatever the cost will come and also he told me that he will asked insurance company about my policy and estimate cost. Please confirm me on mail and my mobile number also after servicing they have took petrol of RS1000Rs from CAR.. shemless people

                              Hi,

                              My name is Puneet Gupta and i have a tata manza exl (HR 26 BX 7745).
                              Last month i went to Jammu in my car. On our way back home i identify some weird noise from the car engine and i stopped. After contacting tata motors, i got to know that there is some issue with the oil pump and they told me to bring the car to the garage.

                              I visited them and they inspected the fault. They told me that the oil stainer is broken and they don`t have that in stock. When i asked them about the availability of the part, they clealy said that it will take about 1 month for the part to reach to them.But i can`t leave my car there for a month or more.

                              So, they give me an alternative for that, they use m-seal and fixed the broken part back. After 3 hour wait, when the m-seal dried up, they pack the car back and started the engine. The sound was still the same and they noticed the oil low light in the odometer. So, they put around 2-3 ltr of extra oil in the engine and the oil low light goes off. The sound of the engine also gets back to the original. They diidn`t told me about the consequences that this temporary solution can cause to my engine

                              Next day i took the car to concorde motors in patparganj for the inspection and to get the repairs. They inspected the car and told me that the car engine have got problem with the oil pump and turbo as well. They told me that the shafts of turbo are damaged and i have to get a new one and for all the repairs, they are giving me a huge estimate.

                              As i have my car in extended warranty, i asked them to repair the damages under that. They made a claim request which is being rejected saying that the damage is due to the oil pump. And when i told them that jammu`s workshop don`t have oil stainer in stock and the alteration in the engine is being done by them only, also they didn`t told me that it could affect the turbo, they show me their report. The report says that the customer have refused to change the oil stainer, but the reason why i have they haven`t mentioned. They have made wrong report and also the odometer reading that they mentioned is wrong.

                              Now, because of their wrong feedback i am facing trouble getting my claim under warranty. And for an expense of about 2k earlier now i was given an estimate cost of repair that is about 50k or even more.

                                Submitted my tata zest mh14eu1726 after a minor accident which made a dent on the back and bumper to Concorde motors, Pune on 4 Feb, 16. As of today I have not received my car. Everyday I have to call to enquire and get contrast info. Debashis, the service man is only lying everyday on the status. Still no idea about status. Eta committed -16th feb

                                  Your name is great in market but there are some(National Autowheels) which are not serving your customers. We had some problem in our commercial vehicle and we wnet to their serviving but in last three months we have visited them atleast 5 times because they are not doing their work correctly. we are small customers but i am sure you will definately loose ur market as we know how to use social media for anti publicity. We put our savings and bought a car for travelling business but again we are not yet satisfied leave it even we are not getting proper service and treatment.
                                  Very sad to write that by this service and weak response you will have to exit the market very soon and we will help you in that.

                                    The car has poor quality parts, with absolutely no quality check on part quality. When I cross verified with a friend working at a senior position in TATA all he told me was "You should have asked me before buying a TATA Car.".
                                    He went on quoting " TATA motors is now like a government organization filled with corrupt people who are ignoring quality...

                                    I have purchase two car from raghuvanshi motor contract no [protected] and [protected]. At the time of purchase i was given to one instalment cash and 35 cheque tata dsc raghuvanshi motor but raghuvanshi not deposited one instalment i paid all the instalments reqularly but tata finance not issue me NOC and so many time I approch to the offices and no response was given by them nd treatment from your side. It was really threten to me and no response was there from both the sides loan department and raghuvanshi kindly take an action immediately they are losing there knownly well costumer they are not givng any responce nd its too thretning please i request you to kindly take any immediet action

                                      Hii its Pratik here. I had recently purchased my brand new TATA Zest XT petrol car which has new engine revotron, from Miles Motors Vadodara gujarat on dated 12th June 2015 which has three year warranty. Its registration number is GJ6JE4861. I had finalized to buy TATA ZEST XT out of others car option that i had like Xent, Maruti Desire, Amaze, and also maruti Ciaz, hudai I20 elite. I m very happy with car's performance till date when i got serious problem faced on dated 26th January 2016. On that day I was travelling out of city. I was in Bhiloda taluka in Aravali district due to some family function with my whole family. while driving my car, suddenly some breakdown problem was happen and car stopped with some bad noises . Before that car was running on smooth roads with out any kind of damages . And this kind of problem happen suddenly. We all were stopped on road in bhiloda as its not possible to go further in car. When i opened the bonnet of car i found some screws were fall from the engine parts and whole engine is set below/ dropped below from its actually position. I immediately called emergency breakdown department of tata motors as it was public holiday and also i had no idea of near tata motors showroom in bhiloda and told them about the problem and asked for their assistance. Tata Motors responded well and sifted my new car to harsolia Motors in Himatnagar. What I came to know is in my car some engine saft bolts were broken and missed and exale belt was broken due to some reasons and the whole engine dropped below from its actual position. This was happen in my just 7-8 months old TATA ZEST XT car while running on smooth roads. I m not able to understand how can be this happen/possible in new car that ran only 8115 km at the time of incidance that may endanger the customer while driving car. Initially few small small problems also happen that will be corrected by the Miles motors as car is in warranty period. But after this kind of serious problem i decided to complain here on TATA motors. I got feeling that i was handed over some manufacturing defective car. and also now have no faith in your car and engine for long route long distance driving even though TATA motors sedan class New TATA Zest XT revotron engine car, TATA motor cars are known for their safety and tough car. I got feeling that I had took wrong decision to buy this sedan class Tata car.
                                      Car was satisfactory serviced And prepared by the Harsolia motors. I was happy with there service. I came to know this kind of problems also occurred in few others cars which has this new revotron engine zest. one more thing what i came to know is that tata motors had also not produce/provide some parts like engine saft bolts those are used in this new engine revotron because of which i got my car delivered late. No complain against service providers but i an very very disaponted with tata motors. so frankly speaking i m very disappointed and unhappy because of this kind of incidance that may endanger my family life while travelling in car. Now i have serious dought on my decision to by this TATA ZEST XT revotron engine car instead of others car that i can buy.
                                      Again i forwarded same complaint when tata motor person called me for feedback, he told me that he forwarded this complain to further respective department of Tata Motors. This is not acceptable for me to had this kind of serious experience while driving a car on highway.
                                      what i expect from TATA motors is, make few changes that will support your revotron engine very well and make sure this kind of incidence never happen in future. Breaking down of exale belt, engine shaft bolts and drooping engine from its actual positiion in a new TATA ZEST is not acceptable from my side. I got feeling that TATA Motors handed me a manufacturing defective car. I m very disappointed very unhappy and sorry to say but I am not willing to have your TATA Zest XT more even though TATA Motors replaces my ZEST XT with a brand new car . As TATA Motors lost my trust. I have no more trust on TATA Motors. so please do needful.
                                      Wish TATA Motors take this on a serious node. and do needful.
