After one month also I m am not able to get my Vehicle Documents.
Dealer response very slow, every time i called & aske for Papers.
if this is who are going to purchase tata cars???

    Noc certificate for car loan

    Sir i have purchase two car from raghuvanshi enterprises and contract no [protected] and [protected]. At the time of purcahse raghuvanshi dsa received one instalment cash and other 35 instalment chque. I was pay full amount but i have not received noc . Pls help us and settle....

    My Tata indica vehicle is 27 months old and so far driven 22300 km only.
    Now Clutch plate kit and fly wheel not functioning .

    Two year warranty period is over. So I changed the parts with my own cost about Rs 6800 in TMP Motors, Neiveli, Tamil nadu.

    My question is, Are the Tata products works only upto the warranty period ?

    My request is to consider this case as special one and try to re-pay my amount as maximum as possible .

      Hi,
      I booked for Indica Diesel car under OLA scheme with your dealer SRT Tata, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore.I underwent a series of weird incidents while during my purchase & loan processing vide Shriram group as recommended by SRT executives-Mr.Vignesh .It was procee=ssed during Dec2015.

      Finally I got the loan sanction verification call from Tata HQ backend team ;but was later told by SRT exec-Mr.Vignesh that my loan got rejected.

      I applied for refund of my booking amount of INR30, 000 plus return of my doc s along with OLA letter to get INR5000 refund.But my refund was not processed in full and got INR29k after several followups to the dealer.Also he is stating he got no idea reg. my docs and can complaint reg. the same today.I escalated this issue to their store manager last month few times and again met him to raise my concern.

      Appreciate if you intervene and resolve my issues at the earliest.

      Hi,

      SRT Tata dealer doesnt have any formal customer grievance mechanism as well.I checked their website and neither it has one to put the concern .I requested to meetup their MD and sought for an appointment vide their office manager Mr.Kaleel last month, but was denied an appointment till now.They are stating that MD might come any time and we are not aware of his schedule.You must visit regualry to meet him whenever he comes.It sounds ridiculous to me.

      Let me know what should be my next step in getting my issues resolved once for all.

        I purchased Tata indica ev2 27 moths before in VST motors . Today 7.2.2016 while driving pick up became slow. Then no movement . So far I have driven only 22300 km only. Now vehicle is near Neiveli . Kindly give suitable guidelines

          Dear Sir,

          We purchased TATA Bolt XMS (P) from AutoVikas Sales & Service Pvt Limited, Moti Nagar, New Delhi on 31st January 2016. Since then, its being a challenge to accept that we have actually being cheated for approx Rs. 5 lacs.

          At the time of booking, we were promised that TATA is providing free insurance of the value of Rs. 21, 540. However, on the date of purchase, we were provided with the insurance papers valuing the vehicle at Rs. 4, 22, 356. This is far below than the billing amount / ex-showroom price of the car. This was done to save on the cost of insurance premium.

          The series of shocks did not stop there. The moment we (with family) stepped into the car, the parking signals were not working. This was really shameful moment in front of family and friends.

          The next shock was when we found that even the music system is not functioning. This was a real set back. At the time of negotiations, a lot was told about the music system of this car. This was also one of the important reason to go with Bolt.

          This is not all, the car had more surprises (instead shocks) for us. Just after a drive for 5 kms, car got heated and we have to halt midway.

          Next day, when we visited AutoVikas to say thank you for being successful in cheating us, they took two hours to just repair the parking indicators. Regarding music system, they informed that the same is defective and cannot be repaired. Music system has not yet changed even after 5 days of complaint.

          The above apparent mistakes could have been easily identified by the dealer since the vehicle was with them since a month. We booked the vehicle on 27th December 2015 and were told that the vehicle is available with them. Its clearly a negligent and casual behavior on their part which is not expected from TATA and its associates.

          On the top of the above, the car is giving a mileage of 5km/litre against the promise of 18 km / litre.

          Sir, the above are only apparent mistakes which came out in just 7 days of purchase. We are afraid that what would be the situation after 2 year.

          As you may know, the market share of TATA cars is not so huge. Still, we trusted on the TATA brand and chose TATA inspite being advised contrary by relatives and friends. We believed that TATA being a company of repute and ethics will keep its commitment and would provide best of its services. Sorry to say but the experience is clearly opposite and not expected from the brand like TATA.

          We felt very shameful in front of friends and relatives. The insult we faced cannot be compensated. However, as a least, we expect TATA to bear the cost of the vehicle and refund us the amount paid by us. Looking forward to your positive response as TATA is known to be a Company of trust and good ethics.
          Tata cars are 3rd class junk, their parts wear out faster and the service centers are a waste of time and money.

          Honest suggestion - Sell off the car while it still fetches some money, wait 2 more years and this car will identify as scrap value in resale market.

          Tata cars have a very low resale value.

            Last 1+ year I am complaining about my Breaking system problem in Tata Safari Dicor every time I give for service problem is temporary fix max for 10days or so.

            Problem is simple on Tar road with rough surface or when there pot holes if suddenly apply brakes, complete SUV skids it just brake don't get apply .
            it very risky because in bumper to bumper driving it will dash side vehicle .

              Dear sir,
              I have purchased Tata safari storm vericar 400 yesterday 27/1/2016. To my Surprice the a.c was not working when I switched on a.c.. The heater is blowing the air.. When complained to Concorde showroom at l. B.. Nagar Hyderabad from where I have purchased. They said some times it happens and they took it to the workshop still not delivered.. The executive of the showroom was Karthick.. Ian disappointed kindly resolve this issue asap.. Or get me another new vehicle.

                    We have purchased Tata super ace vehicle on 23 / 04/2011, from prerana motors, We are regularly servicing and getting all the repairs done from Prerama motors bommasandra Bangalore, since one year clutch was replaced three times, as the company people are telling that the clutch is burnt, we have experienced drivers and we have got one tata ace and one tata 407 vehicle also the same derives are using the vehicle, we are not able to understand that why super ace vehicle clutch is getting burnt, we have left the vehicle in bommasandra work shop, our vehicle no, is KA 05 AC 6523, registered in the name of C Gayathri, advice us how to go along, My Mobile no; [protected]

                          I have purchase my new TATA ZEST XMS Petrol car in Aug-2015.From 1st day problem begins. SANYA MOTORS Buldhana not solved my problem and they said that we are not able to solve your problem and suggested to SANYA MOTORS Aurangabad, but there is no solution found in Aurangabad, They suggested to show in SANYA MOTORS Jalna, Once again there is no solution in Jalana also. Last three to four month nobody from Tata motors solve my problem. and it is not possible to drive the car due to petrol smell problem.

                            Sir, I am facing following problem in my car which were not resolved 1 year, even my car is under warrenty. i have already wasted many days and many times for the problem resolution but still it is not resolved. 1) Noise come from steering coloum or from somewhere while turning and moving on rough road. 2) some noise come from bearing while accelerating 3) noise come in 5th gear, while accelerating. if you check the records as well, many items changed for removing the issues of steering, buyt still noise is not resolved. My car No CH 01AQ-7616. I need to resolution, i have the doubt that mechanical staff at your dealer end are not experienced in the work.                                 Due to Over Heat I send my Car to SIFA MOTORS PVT . LTD. AUTHORISED WORKSHOP OF TATA MOTORS, CHROMEPET, CHENNAI - 600 044. December 15th 2015 vehicle handed over for the problem. After three four days vehicle received from the TATA Motors. While Driven the same problem observed. Tried to contact Sifa Motors Pvt Ltd to send the vehicle through his drivers. But the company is not send the person for pickup. Finally I my self dropped the vehicle to the service center for the defect rectification on 7th JAN 2016. But till date I am not Received the vehicle from the dealer till date. While asking they are saying the spares are not available in stock. Past one month with out vehicle I am Idle. What I have to do. Please resolve the situation. with out vehicle I an struggling lot. MY vehicle attending by Mr. sayed Mobile Number [protected].

                                  There is a manufacturer fault of the car, after running 20k km, they open the head of engine, after 3000 km of the work done again there are some problems with the timing chain and fan belt .

                                    Hi My new TATA 1109 met with accident on in first week on Aug -15. The Vehicle was totally damaged, still service center repaired the vehicle without my consent. They took consent of only Insurance company. As per rule, Tata motor was not supposed to repair the vehicle as this was 80 % loss specially not without customer consent. After 5 months, they have submitted a document where I have to pay 1.3 Lakh for possession of vehicle. I checked the details, they have changed Engine Case as this was Broken. They did not report the same to insurance company at start as they did not notice. This is a clear case of cheating by Tata Motors service Center. They took decision of my vehicle and did not share any documents in at the start. I raised a complaint to Regional Tata motor Service Manager, He says that he is not responsible for this issue. I requested customer care to share escalation details of the case, they did not share, neither they registered any complaint. Mr. Rajesh ( Service Manager ) and Mr. Lokesh ( Area Manager), Varanasi UP, did not support at all. Now I am struggling with my Insurance company for claim as they are not responsible for any expense reported after 4 months by Tata motors.

                                      My TATA ZEST XMS petrol model have problem from purchasing i.e from last four months. After starting the car contineous petrol smell is identified even though all windows are closed. TATA Motors i.e SANYA motors Aurangabad also not solve my problem. Today my car showing malfunction lamp which is amber colour lamp contineously blowing. My car register no. MH-28 AN-0316.
