My TATA ZEST XMS petrol model have problem from purchasing i.e from last four months. After starting the car contineous petrol smell is identified even though all windows are closed. TATA Motors i.e SANYA motors Aurangabad also not solve my problem. Today my car showing malfunction lamp which is amber colour lamp contineously blowing. My car register no. MH-28 AN-0316.

    I have at Tata Zest below are the issues faced: 1- The alloys(2) broke automatically while driving 7 months back which were replaced by Tata motors Chandigarh. 2- One of the Tyre bulged and the complaint was registered at Tata Motors Jaipur no satisfactory answer given again the same complaint was told to Tata Motors Jalandhar and they said I would be informed but no one replied. I changed the tyre with the spare tyre given 4 months back. 3- The new tyre also bulged out few days back the complaint was given and the photos were sent to Dehradun Tata Motors as I was not available in Dehradun they told me to go to Jalandhar Tata Motors.
    No one is taking ownership to help the customers...

      I have bought my nano car on 2012 my nano car was just okay for 2 months after that I have faced so many technical problems regular intervals. My car started heating problem and gave 3 times to Tata service centre after that I got radiator problem ... After that now I am facing starting complaint. I gave my car to a authorised service centre here in Cochin . They told starting motor complaint so they replaced the starting motor . Now again the problem presists . I can't bear anymore I spend a lot of money in it. And breakdowns in traffick jams . Etc. So please help me sir I needed a resolution from Tata motors for my losses again I am using this car in future there wil be more problems I don't have so much money to spend on. Please help me from trouble

        Hi, I had purchased a tata indigo in september 2014 . I had taken loan and car insurance of the same from tata motors itself . for first year the insurance was done correctly but on renewal this year they did insurance for personal car rather than commercial car but charged the insurance of commercial car from me . recently i met with a small accident and claimed insurance from them this is when they told me that by mistake they have done insurance for personal car instead of commercial . it has been 10 days and no action from their end.               Dear Madam /Sir I received an offer letter from Tata Motors from HR person Mr. S.K. Gupta. I talked to corporate tata motors regarding this and they told there is nothing like such vacancy there and do not pay any money to them. I received such type of mail earlier also. so, Please aap thoda dhyan diji ye is baat par muje aaj ek Motors Limited - fake offer letter aaya hai lekin main abhi tak payment nahi kiya hai aur karu ga bhi nahi aap thoda dekh lena in ko please. Letter/document is in pdf format so it cannot be uploeaded
              I got a call again from a number [protected] asking to pay rs 4500 and i am selected in tata moters . I asked his name he said its r.K gupta and he is the hr manager he said but when i asked how come u got my resume when was i selected and why asking to come to bangalore when we have tata motors here in chennai.. He insisted that i am already selected in tcs we got your details from times jobs.com & i asked .. U first said tata moters and now u said its tcs is it a fake call .. He disconnected my call.

              Kindly let me know if this is genuine caller or if its a fake one you guys need to punish him and i need to know what happenned, if i dint get any information, then personally, i will have to take this to the court, as my brother is a criminal lawyer.

As on date no any documents i.e. comercial registration, road tax, pollution, fittness certificate & 05 years permitt etc provided by divyani motots staff ranchi. Due to slackness job in this regard so i am facing economical hardship. All charges paid by me on 27.10.2015 as per guidline by tata motors ranchi.

                        Hi this is Sam from Chennai. I Have purchased TATA BOLT XE Diesel last month, Left side mirror has broken when was hit by a bus when parked. The thing is there is no side mirror is available in any of the dealers in chennai everyone asked my to bring the car and i took it to all the TATA motors dealers and workshop the mirror is not available anywhere. Is it wrong i bought TATA Motors kindly suggest the alternative. The response from the dealers are not good and i dont want to complaint as i understood only foreign sellers have courtesy to take care of customer.                           I own TATA NANO LX 2009 model - AP-28-DD-3469. I purchased it from first owner in 2012 and have inefficient brakes issue from the beginning. Got it repaired many timesin last 4 years. Got my vehicle serviced last on 23-Oct-2015, but last week suddenly brakes got failed. Now the vehicle is with Concorde Motors, Sanat Nagar, Hyderabad. They have replaced all the cylinders, brake pads and asking me to pay around Rs.4500/-. I am getting my NANO serviced at authorised service centers many time for brakes issue and spent lot of money, time and energy. Finally I got used to it, I apply brakes very gently and almost pull back brake lever manually after applying the brake. But suddenly all the brake oil drained out after getting the servicing done.                             TATA-INDIGO (LS), bearing Registration Number AS-06/G-1194, Colour- Artic Silver.
                            With reference, to the above mentioned details; i would like to state the following - i have given my Car for repairing of a starting problem on May 2014. It was after 5 days they called me & has removed the DIESEL PUMP. The Pump was to be repaired for which the dealer has got no machine, even to test the defect. The workshop Manager advised me to get it repaired at BABAMONI PUMPCENTER at near Railway Station. As such, i took it to the repairing shop. On testing the Pump repairer has informed me that some elements in the DIESEL PUMP has to be replaced & it would take some 1month time to get the parts from Delhi. Since, i was bound to place the order for the faulty parts since it has already been removed from my car. Later, i got the Pump repaired & paid Rs.23, 000/= (as per the bills). It has been 2 months time taken by the PUMP REPAIRER to rectify the defect fitting the new parts, after several tests. Then, i called SUBHANGSU MOTORS & has taken the Pump back to the dealer. At the time of returning the REPAIRED PUMP, the concerned Manager of SUBHANGSHU MOTORS has told me that i will have to pay a sum of my hard-earned money as the PARKING FINE. It was even the Dealer has asked me to deposit Rs. 4000/= as an advance payment, which i did & received a copy of the CASH DEPOSIT RECEIPT.
                            Now, it has been 2 months that did not responded & absconding. I went to SUBHANGSU MOTORS for the car, but they denied to even show my vehicle. In some instance the workers (workshop manager) has told me that they were instructed not to show the vehicle to anyone, under repairing & no outsiders are allowed to enter the workshop. As such, i would like to; request your concern of good repute to do the needful & help me in getting my vehicle back.
                            Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Dear sir, We have purchased new chasis from Cargo Motors - Ahmedabad ., the details of which is as under. We had purchased Tata LPO 1618 TC vide invoice no. CargoA-CH-R[protected] of 31 / 07 / 2015 . We had purchased the chasis to convert it into passenger carrying commercial vehicle . It has been registered with RTO Ahmedabad vide registartion no. G J 1 DZ 9955 on 02 / 11 / 2015 . On sending the bus on hire to the party it was found that the milometer was not working properly . the milometer showed 87 kms. on the travel of 100 kms. Due to the same we lost the fare of 13 kms on the travel of 100 kms. which is not a small one . We had complained to Cargo Motors Ahmedabad & Tata Motors Ahmedabad regarding the same many times . We were asked to send the bus to the service centre of Cargo Motors for the solution of the same . On the request from your level we had sent the bus to the service station from Limbadiya ( our gaurage ) which is 70 kms. ( to & fro ) for three times, There is no solution of the same till the date of the letter . We have to bear the loss of approx. 40 kms. per day for average kms.. We have to ultimately loose minimum fare of 300 kms. per day for the bus is sent to the service station . Moreover, we to spend for 20 ltrs. of diesel and driver expense of Rs. 500 / -, to send the bus once to the service station . We regret to bring to your kind notice that if there is no permanent solution today, we will be forced to return the bus and ask for the total cost of the bus and the loss occured till now .                                 Dear Sir, It is my painfull duty to inform you that, I had purchased a new brand car TATA INDICA CHASIS No. - MAT600185FTK17955, Engine No. - 475IDI03KUYP53901 on 10/11/2015 6:30 PM from BRINDAVAN SHELTERS (SAI MOTORS) Fazal ganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I Invested Rs. 4, 80, 000 by DD and Cash. But on 11/11/2015 when I was driving back from one of my relative to my home I experienced heaviness and uneasiness in driving the same car. I reached back to my home and parked my Car near by After 15 minutes my neighbours informed me that the engine compartment of my Car is on fire. We tried our level best to stop fire. But still the front portion of my car was completely burned. I complained and informed to General Manager Mr. ABHAY SINGH SENGAR, Authorised Dealer SAI MOTORS KANPUR immediately on 12/11/2015 Morning. He assured me to take necessary step and His words were " SIR AAP PARESHAN MAT HO APKO YATO NAYI CAR MILEGI YA PHIR PURA INSURANCE CLAIM MILEGA" It has been completed 1 Month but Now They are saying THERE IS NO MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN YOUR CAR according to the survey done by ENGINEER OF TATA MOTORS. But when I asked for the Rejection letter or any Written document of survey they are delaying me and making me fool from last one month continuously. They also said " KI YE SAB VERBALY HUA HAI OR MAIL PAR HI KOI CSM SUBODH KUMAR NE USE REJECT KAR DIYA HAI" My BURNED BRAND NEW CAR which is used by me only for one day and I had paid the full amount for it. And it is Standing in their WORKSHOP from last 1 Month and not even a bit of sincere work in Progress can be observed. Being a Reputed Organisation of Our Country is this the way to deal with your obedient and trust worthy customers. who are using your services from uncountable past years. So I earnestly request you to Please look into my case seriously and please inform me as soon as possible about the steps taken regarding the same.                                   Dear sir, I had purchased Tata nano twist model from tata dealer Pandit auto sangli on 01/10/2014.From the begining it has alignment problem, right side tire wear takes place.I visited sangli dealer more than 8 times in the interval of 2 to 3 months, as per the dealer engineers request & suggestions, everytime they do the alignment & says to run the vehicle for 2 to 3 thousand KM.But their is no result the tire wear takes place continuously.They done Trial & Error method by exchanging right & left tire but due to that both tires wear takes place (i.e. originally left hand side tire also starts to wear)Dealer warranty manager commented to replace the tires after the availability, but as the time passes he refused the same.I submitted my vehicle for the same problem to dealer on 01/12/2015 & on 03/12/2015 I get message that your vehicle key is lost from their side.Today 14 days later my vehicle is still not repaired . The refused to give me a courtesy vehicle. So request you to replace both front tires & also remove the alignment problem permanently. so that it gives me satisfaction in driving.                                   Dealer delilered vehicle on 14 dec 2015, by just doing the alignment.He refused to replace the tires whereas this is happened due to faulty alignment in manufacturing process.
                                  As per dealer engineer suggesations i am driving the vehicle but as the alignment is not takes place perfectly more & excessive wear of the tire takes place. So please request you to do the same as early as possible.
                                  I submitted the vehicle to dealer on 01/12/2015 for the same problem.After repairy i get the vehicle on 15/12/2015 at the time of delivery dealer engineer suggest me to run the vehicle for 1000 Km but their is no change in tire wear . So once again today i am submitting the vehicle for permently removing the techinical problem & requesting them for replacment of both the front tire.

                                    On 07/11/2015, I gave my car AP31BP9606 to SIVASANKARMOTORS, VISAKHAPATNAM for running repairs and the car is returned to us on 10/11/2015 and charged Rs.22, 095/- Nobody even by TATA enquired how car is functioning.Ever since the car is repaired it is getting abnormally heated up and getting stopped .Its serious and need intervention byTATAMOTORS.

                                      Today my vehicle delivered from venus service centre at dindigul of tamilnadu state.vechicle no. Tn38 ay 1435. More than 5 litres of diesel theft from my vechicle.advisor didnt reply properly . Due to trial that diesel gone, i never heard this kind of diesel theft from any kind of showroom, i think this is regularly happeningg for all. Kindly do the needful. Please take necessary action here after no one ll spoil
