My Tata Nano KL 07 BN 9069 as run only 28??? Km now hyson motors says that their is engine work. and the expenses will come up to 17k to 18k Rupees. I always get the problem after service is over. It was my passion for a nano. but after this and seeing the response of the company i am rethinking my thoughts. I have already given a complaint in the customer care still no response. Mob.     Hello, On 30th January 2014, I approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for servicing my vehicle.One of the Malik car's Staff attended on my vehicle and insisted me to enroll for the AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) and asked me to pay some amount to get good benefits while servicing like free oil change and filters change etc.I said that am not interested but still he insisted and told me that overall on cost I will benefit by enrolling for AMC as it will be valid for two services.So I enrolled and he took the vehicle for service.During this service I got AMC benefits.Please note that he never mentioned that AMC expires in an year and it has to used within an year or certain amount of kilometers in my case 34000.I again approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad on 13/11/2014 and asked them to service my vehicle under AMC for which they denied citing a reason that my car has to travel 34000 kms for AMC to be applicable.My car travelled 33000 approximately at that time.Even during this time none of them told me that AMC expires in an year and I have to use it.On 25th May 2015 I again approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for a service as my vehicle had some problems and asked them to take my vehicle for a second service under AMC.To my utter disappointment and shock he simply says it is expired and my vehicle is not eligible for AMC service.My question is when Malik cars staff can work so sincerely while enrolling their customers for AMC which is again not a small amount.Why are they not sincere in making things clear to the customer about AMC.It is their responsibility to clearly tell all the conditions involved.If it is about to expire we should get an intimation over mail or phone about the same that our AMC is going to expire and we should go for a service immediately.Nothing happened in my case.They were least bothered and denied taking my vehicle for service under AMC.I would rather love to spend the amount spent on AMC to charity rather than to Malik Cars /Tata Motors.I either want my half money spent on AMC registration to be refunded or a second service under AMC. Request you to look into the matter and expedite.I can't keep my vehicle in a bad condition for a long time and roam around just because Malik cars staff is doing an unfair service.Kindly request an immediate action.       To, Tata Motors, I have bought Tata Zest XT dated 26th December, 2015 from Oberoi Cars NOIDA. As per the document and advertisement the car was supposed to give a mileage of atlease 15.81 KMPL, not talking abour ARAI which is 17.6 KMPL. Now, from day one I have been getting an average of 8-8.5 KMPL. After lodging complaint I was told to go for first service which was due in the 3rd month anyway. I did go for that. Service guys told me that they will upgrade the software which will solve the issue. It did not, I was supposed to travel to Lucknow by road which had to postponed twice because of this issue. I visited the service center of Sector 1, Noida twice after the first service and they did not solve the issue. I was told that there was some issue with system upgrade. AT THE SAME TIME I WAS TOLD THAT 8-9 KMPL IS VERY NORMAL FOR PETROL ENGINE IN CITY. Just so you know, my office timing is 11:30-8:30 which means I do not drive during peak hours. Anyways, last month I drove my car to Gorkahpur Via Yamuna express way-Kanpur-Lucknow and came back using the same route, which is around 1800 KM. The average I got was 10-11 KMPL. Since then(been almost a month) I have been trying to get an appointment with Tata service center and I have been constantly told that the guy who will look into the issue is not available at their end. It is so shameful that a company of TATA stature and a car dealer of the likes of Oberio, are actually harassing the customers by not providing the quality service in such a competitive domain and era. I was told by many to not to go for Tata cars as service is one of the major concerns but I took a leap of faith to find our law of average matters and brand value is only there in advertisements. Anyways. Looking for a solution from your end. There are a few more but this is the most critical one in the queue. if not provided urgent solution, I am going to take this issue in every possible forum to make sure I am heard and heard properly.         Dear sir/madam I beg to inform you that, Mr. Nand kishore khandelwal, owner of a heavy commercial vehicle Tata 1109 ( Vehicle no:- AS01 FC 5271) was carrying my transport business through this vehicle. But on 14/5/2015 my vehicle broke down at BJP motors, Numuligarh, Golaghat, Assam (Authorised Tata Motors workshop). Upon inspection, The Authorised person at BJP motors said to me that my vehicle will be requiring a new engine replacement which will be available within 15 days. But it has been now 24 days since. I have interested with the appropriate authorities but they just postpone the date of engine coming through transport . Also I have to add that I have a loan over this vehicle`s purchase. Moreover, I will also be mentioning that this is not the first time that my vehicle has broke down, prior to this incident there has two instances of vehicle breakdown, and similarly a new recall engine was fitted in my vehicle. Please kindly look into the matter as I have to bear the loss of profit and pay the installments on the vehicle, while the vehicle stands at the workshop of Tata Motors. From that day I have replaced various times power Windows & its components with 10, 000 INR being spent excl the initial investment. Today I called cust care as the power Windows are down & not coming up no help was offered reason picked was vehicle isn't under breakdown

            I bought a new tata sumo gold 5 months back. Just after 15 days, the vehicle started giving me many problems. Like the steering, all the doors and the dash board was creating excess noise, the new vehicle had started rusting at some places, and the silencer was giving smoke and the fuel tank is also not indicating the fuel properly. I went to the company many times for all these issues. In these 5 months, every month I went there whenever I found time or when they called me. But my problems were not resolved. When the problems arose much, I went to the company 15 days back.They kept the vehicle there for 8 full days. They then called me and said that the turbo needs to be replaced. They said they would change the turbo as the vehicle is in warranty.Then next day, they called me and said that the turbo will not be changed as the vehicle's 2nd free service was late by some kilometres. They are just giving this lame excuse. My car has undergone 2 services till now.After every service, I used to ask them about this thing that if I get late sometime, it wont be any problem? They used to say no- no, Dont exceed the service period, there will be no problem. But now they have completely refused to change that turbo and are saying that not only for that turbo, your complete vehicle warranty is over. Now please help me with this problem as they have cheated me without giving me proper information...

                I have purchased Tata Indica from M/S Manakular Motors, Pondicherry who is the authorised dealer on 12/04/12 and now the vehicle is under extended warranty period. Unforunately Manakular Motors have closed the shop and a new Dealer M/S Schakralaya Motors has taken over the dealership.The new dealer has refused to take the vehicle for service under extended warranty.Regarding this I gave two complaints to Customer care Tata Motors vide Complaint Nos 1-[protected] dated 28/05/15 and 1-[protected] dated 01/06/15. Still my problems is not solved and if the tata motors is not taking any action I have no other choice except to go to Consumer Court. Before that the tata Motors are requested to make alternative way for extended warranty service. Thanking you.

                  Tata Safari Dicor KA 53 N 7158 - I've addressed the issues before and there seems to be no improvement whatsoever. People at your service center can't even diagnose the problem, Since the time I've purchased the vehicle I've only got it serviced from you (authorized TATA Service), but it hasn't even run 2000 kms after my last service & its having many problems already and I paid whopping Rs.25, 000 for the last service and when i took it for check up last week to CLASSIC MOTORS YESHWANTPUR, nobody even paid attention nor solved the problem and always ask me to come later., This SUV is a huge investment that I've made, but you have zero concern for customer satisfaction, absolute negligence from you guys, I'm aghast. Please respond and try to fix my Tata Safari, I love my vehicle but your servicing has ruined my Safari terribly

                    1. Combination Switch replacement charges are 154 as per Tata but charged 415. In spite of showing it to them they said do whatever you want and Tata will support us. 2.                       i just got a fake call letter mail with the name of tata motors limited ..Mail includes tata logo stamp n they are requesting to pay a amount of rupees for interview process..So please take some strict actions because i rescuesd but i dont want to other people get victim of such plans... so please take some action as soonas possible

                        It is with great regret that I am re writing this letter to you as I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and inconvenience, I have undergone due to your negligent & bad services, on 21st March 2013, I had purchased a Tata Safari Storme EX of your company from Maharashtra. The registration no. of the car is MH-04-FZ-6544. Towards this purchase, I paid (Rs 10, 73, 787/- +Taxes extra) to your company.
                        concorde motors in ECR chennai took my nano twist for first service on 19/6/15 and suggested that anti rust treatment must be done costing rs.1117/- and i agreed.
                        the black material sprayed under the car have spoilt the sides of the car and this matter was reported to them immediately,
                        one of the service personnel responded telephonically and suggeted that thinner should be used to clean the paint and asked me to do it myself.
                        i said that it is wrong to have sprayed the black paint on the sides and doubly wrong to have delivered the vehicle without without proper inspection. on top of it he is aking it to clean it myself.
                        after much request he finally agreed to depute someone to clean up. but there is no furthur response or action.

Since two days we are trying to report to the dealer regarding some staring probelms, we are anable to contact the dealer.I hope any dealer will contact the customer after the service for any querries regarding the repaired vehicle.But they did'nt contact since today.                               AP26TB7107 TATA Zip vehicle kept for repair on 8th october at your dealer varalakshmi Automobiles pvt ltd, nellore, Andhra pradesh. So far no reply from dealer, we are having 5 commercial vehicles and every time we use to repair in the same garrage.But every time they demand advance money for repair and this time also we have paid Rs 5000 advance and they promised to deliver within 3 days, and mechanics also not trained they are repalcing the parts even in the good condition.

                              So please see that the distributor should improve

                                  I am having a tata indica tourist car, I met with an accident, my car was damaged. I have given my car in tata motors authorized service station (wasan motors) Mumbai. So that my work will be done fast. I have given my car in service station on 15th of may 2015. I got an approval from my insurance company on the next day(16/05/2015). But till yet tata motors have not done my work. And their service advisor is giving me pethetic reason that they don't have the spare parts in stock. And now they are not bothered to take my call to answer me what's happening. From last 15 days my car is standing at their place, and on this 2nd June their emi will hit my account. As if my loan is from tata motors finance.How will I manage to pay their amount.                                     greetings of the day, I have purchased TATA vista on 28th May 2014 Jai Ganesh Motors, Rajkot. obtain service 1 st service from Jai Ganesh and then after jai Ganesh motors stopped selling cars and service center. I got second service in November 2014 from authorised service center Elite Motors, Rajkot and I told regarding bonnet lock problem. they inform me due to new start of service center they have no stock spares will be replaced within a week. frequently I follow up but they told they have no stock when they receive replaced in warranty. when I put my car for third service on 23rd May 2015, the told it is not in warranty and for replacement will be on chargeable basis. i also agree for paying charge but unfortunately they not replaced. I would like to know from the beginning bonnet opening problem informed and not getting resolved why such promise passed to customer for replacement during warranty? my car number is GJ-3 FD-9010 on the name of my wife Hasumatiben Parekh. request to resolve my complaint in warranty.
