We are owner of a Tata Indigo Car in the name of our company R.R. Nirmaan Pvt Ltd with chasis No. MAT601481CWG34310, Regn No. UP16AL5393. I was coming back from Gorakhpur to Lucknow on 21.5.2015. After I crossed Basti the some defect in the engine was reported and the car was stopped. We contacted toll free number of Tata. In a while one mechanic came and started inspected the car. We asked the mechanic how you came to know about breakdown in our car. He told that his workshop has recd instruction from Tata Motors to attend the breakdown. When we asked about his identity he shown us I Card of Honda Motor Co. After inspection the mechanic reported that the clutch plate of the car is burnt and only replacement is the option. When we asked about nearby authorized service centre of Tata Motors he told that the nearest service centre is at Gonda and another at Lucknow. We informed that since we belong to Lucknow, we prefer to take the car to Lucknow service centre and requested for toeing the car. In the meantime we recd another call from Swastik Ventures Pvt Ltd. Basti. The person making call informed that his company is authorized service centre of Tata Motors and their owner Mr pandey has recd instruction from Tata Motors to attend the break down of our car. In a while a toeing car of Swastik Ventures Pvt. Ltd. came to spot and toed the car to their service centre in Basti. Since under instruction of Tata Motors the representative of Swastik Ventures Pvt. Ltd. came to us we had no reason to doubt about the authenticity of them. Next day on 22.5.2015 maintenance work started & clutch set was changed but since they were not having laptop facility, setting was not done and instructed us to contact Goldrush at Lucknow for setting of clutch plate. Swastik Ventures Pvt Ltd has given their cashmemo No. 539 dt. 22.5.2015 for Rs.6, 905.00 (copy attached). After reaching Lucknow on 23.5.2015 we contacted Goldrush for setting of clutch plate. The engineers at Goldrush after inspection informed us that the clutch assy is not of proper quality & new clutch assy is to be installed and an amount Rs. 7, 137.00 was charges vide of Invoice No. FR-R[protected] dt. 24.5.2015. It was also informed that Swastik Ventures Pvt Ltd is not the authorized service centre of Tata Motors. When we contacted the Swastik Ventures Pvt. Ltd over phone for return of Rs.6905/- they refused. Now few serious question arises like: (i) When we contacted on toll free number of Tata Motors for assistance how instruction were given to unauthorized service centres? Under the circumstances I would request you to kindly take suitable action against the person responsible for lapses in this case and arrange to refund the amount of Rs. 6, 905/- charged from us by Swastik Ventures Pvt. Ltd., Basti. Please also take suitable action against Swastik Ventures Pvt. Ltd. for unauthorisingly attending our car and charging the amount.     ear Sir/Madam I would like to lodge a complaint on behalf of Sh. Ravinder Kumar Jain (My father), who has purchase TATA Nano XTA model from concorde motors sarita vihar New Delhi. Following are the complaint specifics 1) The customer sales executive Mr. Rahul made false commitments to make us book the car. The false offers included discount coupons of 5000 Rs from big bazaar and other outlets. Also a discount of 20, 000 Rs on the cost of car was promised by him because he said we have made the first booking in Delhi NCR. None of these offers or promises were delivered. 2) The Number plate given to us by the company is just a piece of paper pasted on the car and no formal number plate has been given yet. It has been 20 days since the delivery of car. We have to plead to traffic cops to not to challan us. 3) The nominee name on our insurance of car is wrongly written in spite of mentioning many times. 4) The final cost of car decided at the showroom was 3, 10, 000 Rs (Three lakhs ten thousand only), But the invoice has been made of 3, 14, 000 Rs. We have made the payment of Rs 3, 10, 000 only and we need the receipt or invoice of the same. As my father is a government employee, his every purchase have to be submitted in his office. 5) NO free service coupons have been provided by the dealership. It was promised to us that first three services will be free of cost but no coupons or vouchers has been given to us for claiming the same. 6) The response from Mr Jainender and Mr. Varun has been highly sub standard and un reliable. We are feeling mentally harassed by the employees of yours. We have to relentlessly follow up with these people just to get them on phone and after committing a timelines none of it has been met. Thus I request the following 1) Original RC of car 2) Corrected copy of car insurance 3) Free car service coupons 4) Number plate 5) Discount coupons/vouchers And finally strict action against the customer service representatives. With the sales of NANO falling short and still remaining unpopular among masses, the customer service of your centers will only demolish the NANO brand. In spite of strong advice against purchasing nano, I went ahead and trusted a company but I am now regretting my decision. Enclosed are the details and invoices of purchase Thanks

      My CAR No: DL4CAL2974, TATA Indigo Manza Petrol ABS model. My car Brake system caught Fire on 13th June2015. I was driving with my family (wife and 2 children) from Farrukhabad to Kanpur in UP on G.T.Road. this incident occured on the Highway just before Railway Crossing of GursahayGanj. My car was in Flames and Life of all my family including myself was in Danger. I drove all the way to Kanpur city from this place which is 79 Kms away without any brakes in Car and then TATA Authorised Service center on GT ROAD, Kanpur, said the spares will not be available in any of the service centers in Kanpur as they have not sold any Petrol ABS Vehicle here. so they did not help me. Today I have given the Vehicle to HIM MOTORS, Patparganj, New Delhi. And they are demanding almost 17 thousand to 18 thousand rupees. My car has an extended warranty on it and I have always got it serviced on Time ONLY at TATA authorised service centers. Please help me.

        sir, i purchase tata bolt from jabulpur motors indore on 21/3/2015.and i paid 49000 for rto and registration after payment of all bill to sales manager navin vaishnav.but till date i dont get my vehicle registered and even navin leaves the job from jabalpur motors. without transfaring my amount to jabalpur motors, they are also not taking strict action against him and not giving proper answer to me as well i am unable to use my vehicle. please help me. my vehicle chassis no : MAT608051EPP32391

          worst service i ever seen in my life. I purchased Tata indigo ecs from tata motors authorised dealer JMK motors on 12.06.2014. the window mirror is not going up & down. as i dwell in Mahoba(UP), i complaint it near most JMK motors authorised service center, Baba Motors Banda. but they refused saying that they had no warranty code. So I visited JMK motors workshop Jhansi on 13.06.2015 for the purpose where they said that there is no availability of parts what is not working but they assured that their camp would be at Banda on 16.06.2015 so we would replace the window mirror button there. Unfortunately I visited today at JMK motors camp at Banda but they are not being ordered to replace the window power button so we don't have there. I spent around Rs 3000/- for the purpose and totaly upset.

            It has happened twice, same issue. My brand new TATA ZEST broke down twice because car was not getting started.. Called emergency breakdown team, person reached and told that there is issue and he could not start the vehicle and they need to tow the vehicle to dealer Fortune cars, Nerul. After inspection they replaced my fuel pump. Now after one month same issue occurred. How to trust the brand?? big question??

              I Repaired my Tata Vista lx at jaika motors pvt ltd, HINGNA road nagpur for battery alternater problem on 04/06/2015, the charged me Rs. 5, 310 for repairing. After taking delivery on 14/06/2015 my car's electronic systems fails down again. When I contacted JAIKA MOTOR they told me to took the car to a local mechanic. They charged Rs 5, 310 for the battery alternater problem and when the same problem happened again they are tell8ng me to take the car to a local mechanic. WTF

                Hi tata family my name is chandra mouli my vehicle number ka02ae5399 my car had been breakdown i called to toll free number they gave information as no charges would be taken as the car is in warranty and they told to send the car for service later after doing the service they billed Rs 7, 000 and told tha stupid reason as labour charge but before they had informed warranty will be there for showroom engine parts but one of the staff throw ed visiting card on our face and told i have cars of troll for 7, 000 u talking with us come out side i ll see u how u ll go to home why r u speaking so much and wasting time and when my brother was parking car to a side 10 numbers attacked him and dragged car keys mannerly and dint give up to 10 pm in night what's the hell is this the way you people won't give proper information before only please train your staff to respect customer how can we believe you in future for service and how can we believe your service if you staff change the parts who is responsible for our vehicle parts if they do such things it was a very bad customer service and bad experience try to help and respect tata customers its my humble request to your stupid uneducated staff

                  Hello, I had purchased indica vista from Vapi gujrat . taken loan from tat motor finance . my loan contract no is [protected]. After continuous payment made on date via ECS of ICICI bank. For 2.5 years. I had applied for only account change of ECS deduction.my bank is same . But still Feb 2015. They could not update in there system. On Every month they said that ECS sent by tat motor and my bank ICICI said not any request found. now I am got fed up . really a bulsheet people they are. And height of the thing that they show me the ECS bounce memo. Showing INSUFFICENT FUND IN MY ACCOUNT. WHAT A CRAZY ...!!! I am prove that that in monthly statement.that there is a sufficient fund available. Now if this happen more . I am not going to pay a single penny. Let Tata motor come to my home to collect every ECS. Thanks mahendra Matele

                        Hello sir/mam, I have a tata indigo ecs cr4 (cg 07ah 8260). I m purchased that car by sai raam tata Motors, bhilai, chhattisgarh. It will be prove the tata Motor has been a mistake to chuse of bought this vehicle.. i am recently cancelled booking of tata safari strome because of that my indigo has gave regularly problem... and customer satisfaction is very nil. So The reason I’m writing this mail is to let you know that the quality of servicing is horrible and pathetic. I have so many problems in my car, low mileage, poor pickup, jerks in the middle of ride and lowest paint work.. paint was automatically removed etc., I never realised that the quality of TATA would be so bad.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, My car got break down due to failure of it's fuel pump. I towed my car to my nearest TASS i.e. Fortune Cars at Palaspe, Panvel. The problem identified by the person there and placed the order for the spare immediately on 03.06.2015. But till on today when I required, they could not find the spare fuel pump. This is very disgusting and xxxxxx for the company not to provide the spare for such a long time and that even in core business region (what will be service in remote region). Don't you want to keep your name and fame? Provide the new spare immediately and let me get my car within two days ( on or before 18.06.2015)

                            Hi, I have given my car Tata Indigo CS (AP28BL 6143) for servicing on 6th June and got it delivered to me on the 7th at Tejaswi Motors, Tadbund, Hyderabad. I have gone for AMC for 2 years for which I have paid some 9K. The reason I’m writing this mail is to let you know that the quality of servicing is horrible and pathetic. I have so many problems in my car, low mileage, poor pickup, jerks in the middle of ride etc., I never realised that the quality of TATA would be so bad. I have got a call from the service center asking me how the service was and I have told them about these problems. They said, they will send someone to fix the problems but no one turned up till now, even after a week. This is hopeless service and I’m a dissatisfied customer.                               Sir, I have a tata Nano car model 2010 LX No 23C 6461 kerala registration, Which was purchaised through M/S St Antoney Kottayam. The said vehicle used by me and covered only 15800km.Now the vehicle admitted at st antoney workshope, kollam on 08/06/2015 for rectifying the startingtrable.But the workshope authority says that the pumb is not working and required to be replaiced and it is not available here.kindly do the needfull to get my vehicle.                                 I HAVE PURCG=HASED TATAINDICA EV2 VEHICLE FROM JASVEER AUTOMOBILES VIJAYAWADAIN LAST WEEK OF MARCH 2015.I HAVE VISITED YOUR SERVICE CENTRES FOR FIRST FREE SERVICE AT RAJAHMUNDRY, KAKINADA.LATER I ENQUIRED AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ELURU THEY HAVE ASKED TO COME AFTER 2 DAYS DUE TO WATERPROBLEM..LATER I WENT TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ELURU FOR FIRST FREE SERVICE, .THEY HAVE CHARGED ME RS225 AS A PENALTY FOR NOT COMING WITHIN 1 MONTH.I TRIED TO CI=ONTACT YOUR VIJAYAWADA SERVICE CENTRE BUT THEY WERE RELUCTANT TO LIFT THE PHONE FOR EVEN 15 TIMES.AS CHARGING OF PENALTY WAS NOT MENTIONED IUN THE FREE COUPEN I HAVE LODGED COMPLANTS TO YOUR OFFICE BY MAIL AND TO JASVEER AUTOMOBILES ALSO .AS SUCH KINDLY REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AND ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.AS I WANT TO TAKE THE MATTER AS SERIOUS DUE TO THEIR ADAMANT BEHAVIOUR .URGENT PLEASE

                                  My Tata Nano KL 07 BN 9069 as run only 28??? Km now hyson motors says that their is engine work. and the expenses will come up to 17k to 18k Rupees. I always get the problem after service is over. It was my passion for a nano. but after this and seeing the response of the company i am rethinking my thoughts.                                     Hello, On 30th January 2014, I approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for servicing my vehicle.One of the Malik car's Staff attended on my vehicle and insisted me to enroll for the AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) and asked me to pay some amount to get good benefits while servicing like free oil change and filters change etc.I said that am not interested but still he insisted and told me that overall on cost I will benefit by enrolling for AMC as it will be valid for two services.So I enrolled and he took the vehicle for service.During this service I got AMC benefits.Please note that he never mentioned that AMC expires in an year and it has to used within an year or certain amount of kilometers in my case 34000.I again approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad on 13/11/2014 and asked them to service my vehicle under AMC for which they denied citing a reason that my car has to travel 34000 kms for AMC to be applicable.My car travelled 33000 approximately at that time.Even during this time none of them told me that AMC expires in an year and I have to use it.On 25th May 2015 I again approached Tatamotors, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for a service as my vehicle had some problems and asked them to take my vehicle for a second service under AMC.To my utter disappointment and shock he simply says it is expired and my vehicle is not eligible for AMC service.My question is when Malik cars staff can work so sincerely while enrolling their customers for AMC which is again not a small amount.Why are they not sincere in making things clear to the customer about AMC.It is their responsibility to clearly tell all the conditions involved.If it is about to expire we should get an intimation over mail or phone about the same that our AMC is going to expire and we should go for a service immediately.Nothing happened in my case.They were least bothered and denied taking my vehicle for service under AMC.I would rather love to spend the amount spent on AMC to charity rather than to Malik Cars /Tata Motors.I either want my half money spent on AMC registration to be refunded or a second service under AMC. Request you to look into the matter and expedite.I can't keep my vehicle in a bad condition for a long time and roam around just because Malik cars staff is doing an unfair service.Kindly request an immediate action.                                       To, Tata Motors, I have bought Tata Zest XT dated 26th December, 2015 from Oberoi Cars NOIDA. As per the document and advertisement the car was supposed to give a mileage of atlease 15.81 KMPL, not talking abour ARAI which is 17.6 KMPL. Now, from day one I have been getting an average of 8-8.5 KMPL. After lodging complaint I was told to go for first service which was due in the 3rd month anyway. I did go for that. Service guys told me that they will upgrade the software which will solve the issue. It did not, I was supposed to travel to Lucknow by road which had to postponed twice because of this issue. I visited the service center of Sector 1, Noida twice after the first service and they did not solve the issue. I was told that there was some issue with system upgrade. AT THE SAME TIME I WAS TOLD THAT 8-9 KMPL IS VERY NORMAL FOR PETROL ENGINE IN CITY. Just so you know, my office timing is 11:30-8:30 which means I do not drive during peak hours. Anyways, last month I drove my car to Gorkahpur Via Yamuna express way-Kanpur-Lucknow and came back using the same route, which is around 1800 KM. The average I got was 10-11 KMPL. Since then(been almost a month) I have been trying to get an appointment with Tata service center and I have been constantly told that the guy who will look into the issue is not available at their end. It is so shameful that a company of TATA stature and a car dealer of the likes of Oberio, are actually harassing the customers by not providing the quality service in such a competitive domain and era. I was told by many to not to go for Tata cars as service is one of the major concerns but I took a leap of faith to find our law of average matters and brand value is only there in advertisements. Anyways. Looking for a solution from your end. There are a few more but this is the most critical one in the queue. if not provided urgent solution, I am going to take this issue in every possible forum to make sure I am heard and heard properly.
