i have drop my vehicle Indica Vista Ls(BR-01BM 7470) On 14th of April 2015, for minor accidental Denting & Penting work, cover Under Future Generali India Insurance company ltd...But still It Was Pending, I want to ask some Question From TATA Motors about the service which i have received in last 10 days from Astha Motors, Mentioned Below: 1.How Call Can Closed Without Complition of Work..?(as i have receive Message from TATA MOTORS on 21st of April that your vehicle is ready for Delivery)but still Pending, Clarify...? 2.IS Mahindra Scorpio is Product of TATA MOTORS which was Pented inside AStha Motors Work Shop & Workers are engaged in That instead of Compliting Pending Tata Vehicles...? 3.General Manager of Astha Motors Mr.Nivesh Sinha is not Picking Up any Call Since last 4 Days...Is he has Resigned or He is not Picks call of His Customers...I have not seen Any Role of Him In Service Centre..? 4.Has the staffs of Service Center is not aware about how to deal with the customers ...thaywere continuously making Wrong Commitment that we will deliver your vehicle today evening every day but Still Pending... 5.Is i m a fool to purchase a tata Vehicle & Get is Serviced through Astha Motors... I am totaly Harassed by Astha motors...I want Answers of above mentioned Questions by tomorrow, to decide my next step... One thing i want to clear that i will not visit any more time to Astha motors to pick my vehicle... I will ensure You That With The service Which Astha Motors were Serving Sale Of Tata Vehicle will definitely Goes Down..

    My car had an aircondition problem. Now its in tata motors authorised service center in thrissur - kerala. (Hyson motors - thrissur) i think the work will complete in half a day. But its day 16. There is lot of replies. No stock, parts on transist, vehicle is in check post, sale tax problem, courier service problem, will give you tommorrow, & tomorrow & tommorrow etc. . . No confirmation. Its very poor.

    There is lot of notice, cards etc. . , "if the vehicle serviced any where outside, company will not give any type of warranty etc. . . But their service was very poor

      I want to change my emi date, , now is 02, , but I want this, , 09 per month // I call to toll free no. but he told me that, , , we can't change the date now, after 06 month, , , , , , , , but why, I m not comfortable for the date 02 now, , my cheque are bouncing, , , and i m paying the penalty charges, /// so pls change my emi date, thanks
      We have reverted to customer on 24.04.15 through email we are unable to change the due date as per the process.

        I Pradeep Negi r/o LP-25C Pitampura, New Delhi had purchased a Tata Indigo ECS LS BS IV from Pawa Motors, Wazirpur, New Delhi on 31st Jan. 2011. My vehicle broke down in November 2014 and I took the vehicle towed to Malwa automobiles where I was told that oil seal, assy oil filter, assy injector with washer(all 4) etc. needs to be changed.The job card date was 16th Nov. 2014 & the invoice date of the service was 21st Nov. 2014 and the invoice no. is MalPlt-UP[protected]. Now after a gap of only 5 months, noise started coming from the engine & when it was taken to the service station (21st April 2015) I was told that the injectors have worn out and needs to be changed. I am not able to understand that is the quality of the injectors so low that they have worn out just after a gap of 5 months. The injectors are very expensive and I am not able to afford such a huge expense in such a less time period. I run my vehicle as a taxi andthe earning are not that much. i would like to know that why the problem occurred so early. My vehicle is in Malwa automobiles since 21st April 2015 but even after 3 days they have not taken any initiative for starting the work on my vehicle. This action of the dealership is affecting my business. Is this the way to treat your customers anad provide the best of service.

          Dear Sir, I am a Taxi Driver residing Kerala and I am in this profession for last 12 Years.I am currently driving Tata India (ev2 cr4 Dicor, KL 36B 7053) and writing this mail toRegister a complaint regarding about the same vehicle.This vehicle has completed 95000KM. After 45000KM vehicle shut down.If I reduce gear by pressing clutch, mostly when I press clutch suddenly.Shown it in your service centre (Concorde Motors Nettor, Ernakulam ).Several times without any result.Now the vehicle is not in a running condition. I have complaint it to service manager, Service Head.No one seems to identify the problem. I need the problem to rectified as vehicle to be taken back. my contact nmbr [protected]

            I had purchased indigo ecs cr4 silver barring chassis no MAT601445DPK30011, dated 31st dec 2014 I was not taking the delivery on that day due to the dent on front driver side door but they forced me to take the delivery and had the verbal commitment was given by sales person that it will be done on first service with out any charge, however my vehicle"s first service has been done on 07 march 2015 and again they told me that the paint booth is not working and we will call you once it get started yet not received any call form concorde motors pune. It’s been 4months the vehicle has been delivered yet registration & insurance of the vehicle is pending. Vehicle was deliverd without any documentation. The number gives by the dealer MH 14-EU-1989 which is registered on some other name. i had bokked my car in the name of MISS SWATI SOMWANSHI and on the 1st service of my vehicle i came to know the vehicle was billed on the name of Samarth Enterprises which is a tourist company and till date after the delivery n 1st service havent recived any call from concorde motors/Tata motors. it is the worst experience with CONCORDE and TATA MOTORS they give pathetic service to the customers and they give wrong commitments. i will file the case against concorde n Tata motors along with putting it on social sites n newspaper’s

              i have bought the tata bolt vehicle on 23.03.2015 vide chesis no. MAT611361FPA03139 Engine No. REVTRN01AVYP00067 from sanghi, they are taken the full amount for insurance, rto vehcle price etc. but not provided the full amount document now the recently insurance policy given to me from reliance which is not cliam timely or if claim pass under cutting more than 3000/- deposit before claim if any any amount claim less then or more than. the said manipulation by the dealers end they are think customer satify or not but insurance commission on his pocket, i want if reliance insurance not getting the services properly why your dealers given the policy of tata vehicles, you can also banned the tata vehicle insurance from reliance because tata customer in not satisfy . tata name fem is misleading . every body is not interested after sales and told him i am help less its tata policy, i asking tata have decide complsary insurance from reliance, any claim before deposit Rs. 3000/- sir what is this? kindly request to see the matters in the presence of tata moters person with me, i have given the full proof to you against manipulation by the dealers i think tata given the multi drive car in lower price to indians but yours dealers don't want to set the said car.               Before 5 months I have bought Tata rigor. When I have went for 2 service at sanghi brothers. They have stated that they done the service but nothing was done. And again I have visited to complaint the same. No one is attending me. And I have waited to long to get service. Now I no there is post sales service provider. I thought Tata is a big brand but this type of dealer is dropping the brand name that make no sense for customer service. Which is really pathetic for brands. Still my car is not serviced.

                  hi sir, Last week i was serviecd my car TATA SAFARI in Dindigul Venus Tata Motors for general checkup (i, e) oil service and timing service, they were replaced oils and changed timing kit... they charged me coolant oil 1 ltr(167 rs)*7 but they are not topuped coolant oil...i started my trip befor 2 days my radiator was boiled and we r standing road for more than 5 hr...after open the radiator and coolent check up ... the radiator was fully blocked with Rust am very much disappointed about that because 2 days before only i serviced my vehicle but they r not changed the coolant oil properly so i spent 3500 extra for radiator flush and coolant topup and 2 days i was stayed in hotel and it spoils my whole trip...I am very much disappointing for this ... this s the worst service ever in my life...please kindly take some action against them to stop this problem in future thank you...also i spent 10, 000rs for this issue...so here after i wont service my car in tata motors...kindly take some action against them

                    I owned a NANO bearing registration number KL58 K 6920 which met with an accident a couple of months ago (07/02/15). The car was fully damaged. The damaged car was taken to your Show Room at Kalpetta in Wayanad (Marina Motors), the next day. I opted for total loss claim so that I could buy a new car. Till now I the issue hasn't been resolved despite my regular communication with Marina Motors. As there is no option to attach the police report here, I fail to do it. I look forward to a quick solution Ranjan PK

                      Dear ManagerI Virender Kumar Malhotra is holding 940 shares of Tata motor from last 22 years. My dp I'd is 300118 and my client master I'd is 10248711. Under Alankit Assignment Limited .We got the news that the company is coming up with the right issue of Tata motor which closes on 8 April 2015. We have been waiting for so long for this right issue as we need to make a big investment in it. But this company doesn't seem to have any responsibility towards their shareholders that they can just send one form to their shareholder so they can make an investment and earn profit. So, answer why didn't the company has send me the right issue form and who will bear me the loss as I have a right to apply 156 shares for 450 Rs per share and market value of share Rs 556 by 10 April 2015.                         I have booked vehicle on 21.03.2015 against my advance through cheque of Rs.21, 000.00 Due to some problem the cheque has not been cleared. After knowing the cheque problem I once again rtgs done for Rs.15, 000.00 on 03.04.2015 - Malik Motors, Himayathnagar.Hyderabad. But as on today information I came know that vehicle will be delivered/expected after 15 days. I got the mail from of local sales In-charge saying he reqd still 15 days time. the mail msg herewith mentioning for your information. " As request, I hereby confirm that Bolt RT XMS Red is presently not available in plant. However, same can be arranged in next 15 days, which is subject to plant production. " It seems days are running but as per my choice is not getting through your dealer. If you can help me out from my issue I will be very happy. Other wise there is no alternative to buy other brand.                           My Vehicle Tata Safari EX 2007 has this perculiar problem from last one month. At speed of around 80 kms and above, the vehicle drags does not gain speed even with maximum accelaration at whatever gear. There is a message on the Instrument Cluster as "SERVICE" At present the vehicle is in EMM EMM Motors, Bangalore and the technicians are unable to fix this issue. They informed me that the vehicle has been scanned and the Engine Control Unit needs and the Radiator Fan needs to be changed. I have agreed to this and yesterday they called me and informed me that the problem is fixed and I can take delivery of the vehicle. They have billed me around Rs.38, 000/- But during the trial run before taking delivery I noted that the problem continued and I have told to rectify and give me the vehicle. I am surprised how ur Authorised can cheat me like this. Pl. interfere and resolve this technical issue with your service centre. The vehicle is kept there sine last 10 days.                             worst workshop in tata motors tumkur, karnataka, win auto, from past 7 months my indigo manza car is in work shop and i have complainted so many times in customer care and with prior notice from wrokshop they closed complaint . managers also dont have maners to talk only fake aaurance giving me my complaint number is 1-[protected] & 1-[protected] worst service ever by tata motors guys dont buy tata motors car

                              I have purchased Tata Magic Iris vehicle in May 2014, from May 2014 to till date I have getting one by one problems in my vehicle, I have informed to authorised dealer about these problems, and 9 times I went to service station in past nine months. I have requested to change defect vehicle but they refused. I got all problems from my first 1000 kilometers. Till date they have changed around 15000 rupees parts under warranty, some problems till remaining since 1000 kms, today also my vehicle is over heating, I have informed to service center, they told that head gasket need to change. Warranty will complete within a month. After warranty I need to pay more money to repair my vehicle, so please help me, please do needful. Regards. Ahammed Kabeer Muloor

                                We took Tata ace, it is almost 1.5year, no driver is ready to take that van and monthly we are paying 6800 as EMI. really we are struggling to pay but we are not delayed with the payments.please help us providing driver or suggest us how to deal with this problem. all road tax and everything is there for VAN.

                                    Tata motors, i am owner of tata indigo manza. I am firm beliver of getting all servicing done in compny workshop. From date of purchase i had issue with tyres getting worn out at very high rate. This has been tthird set of tyres in my car from 2 and half years. I have regularly checked wheel alinment even though problem persist. Kindly help me in this Jagpal

                                      We bought new Tata Indica V2 LS car on[protected] Car details: Car temporay number:TS07ETR2317 Engine number:475IDI03AUYT02374 Chassis number:MAT600185FTA00634 from Tejaswi Motor(Address:4/14, 2nd floor Opp.Cyber Towers, Khanamet, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081). After 250 KM car running only car stopped working .we went to Car servicing center mentioned by company, They registered a Complaint on[protected] with Complaint number 'SR[protected]' .On warrenty basis they Replaced radiator and Repaired other parts like coolent and AC and Some other small issue whatever they identified. After 1311 KMS Car runnning only Again we got problem with Engine on[protected].It is getting over heated and stopped working .Now we are going to same servicing center. Could You please Do the needful .We are facing so much trouble with this defect piece (new Car).

                                        Dear customer care, I have booked one ZEST CAR for Rs. 5.05 Lacs from VEER Motors Bhopal against my old car Maruti 800. The on road price was Rs. 6.33 Lacs. As on the day of booking there was an offer which I availed in which Rs. 30, 000 ( Exchange bonus ) + 10, 000 (Extra discount) will be deducted from the aforementioned road price, after deducting the bonus and discount the actual price of the car as written in the quotation (enclosed below) was 5.93 Lacs which was round off to Rs. 5.90, It was told to me that the value of my old car is Rs. 80, 000 which was raised to Rs. 85, 000 on my request. So, the net payable value in presence of two authorized person of Veer Motros was 5.05 Lacs (quotation) out of which I have given 5, 001/- as booking amount & booked the car ( dated 27 march 2015), and it was decided that the remaining 5 lacs will be financed by Bank & old car to be handover on day of delivery. On 30 march 15 the loan was sanctioned and Rs. 5.00 lacs was transferred to dealer account by SBI, even one installment/ EMI (Rs. 8420) was also deducted from my bank account but on the very next day i.e. 31 march 2015 I got phone call from dealer stating that "Madam, there is some calculation mistake on our part so, please pay Rs. 30, 000 more otherwise car will not be delivered." After paying the full amount & on the last day of the offer i.e. 31 March 15, the dealer tells me to pay an extra sum of money (i.e. Rs. 30, 000) which I was not previously told. Such an act of mischief and fraud shocked me as despite of paying the full amount decided/ agreed by us the dealer is trying to harass me by telling me to pay an extra amount of Rs. 30, 000 or else car will not be delivered. If the dealer finds a calculation mistake after paying of the whole amount clearly shows mistake on the part of the dealer and hence I should not suffer because of the mistakes and carelessness committed on the part of the dealer in calculating the amount. At the date of booking whatever amount was told to me we agreed on that, If I would have known such hidden amount is there I would have never booked this car. Secondly it clearly shows the fraudulent and mischievous act on the part of your dealer which caused and will cause me serious Financial Loss/es as well as mental harassment in the whole deal. Being a Lady, I request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible or else I would not be left with any other remedy then to move consumer forum. Looking forward to hear from you.
