i know this complaint will be justified for ur stand, but still i register the complaint to tata motors but all is vain, you won't take any action. i have to go to consumer forum if required. Yesterday, I've sent my car(details as above), to ur service center mentioned above to top-up the engine oil and the other fluids and filter change if required. when the bill amount wad told to me i was really shocked. it reads as, Final Parts invoice amount Rs. 4984.54 and Final Labour invoice amount Rs. 4741.59 totalling Rs. 9726/- Just 10000 bucks, for oil and filter changes. what a deal, keep it up. Yesterday registered a complaint with helpline. Complaint ID : 1-[protected] That's my grievance. Now second thing, the service personnel mislead me telling that there is an AMC offer which will cover the parts also for two services, and the amount may be around Rs. 7000/- and took the vehicle inside. During delivery only he told that AMC was not possible. if it would have been told me earlier itself (before taking into workshop), i would have made some other alternative. All these things started after i took my car two days back to the same workshop to change the one side head light(bright only). The next day, morning my car didn't start. Suspect battery was shorted and drained. Vehicle off road helpline only did the wonders after that, and I was told the battery was completely drained and not chargeable and to be changed immediately for a very good attractive amount, which i didn't agree. I got a better battery for a much less price, which may not be o[censored]r relevance, o.K, and the next story is explained in my complaint. Expecting to get a justifiable reply.

    Dear Concerned, We had sent our car (TATA NANO CX – RJ14 CP – 1918) for service at your service centre at Kamal & Company Tonk Road Jaipur. But when we got it back the mats in the car went missing & Last time also the Pen Drive 16GB the car was stolen at your Service centre. It is strange that such branded names are not even able to adhere to basic code of conduct...When I complained your executive Mr. Rajesh [protected] he said that he will check and revert and next Day he give used Mats from another CAR my question is this is TATA’s service level???????? This is very disappointing and i need revert from your end what is difference in Company’s Service centre and Local Service Point????? After this incident I received a call from TATA Service centre +91 [protected] and i explained complete episode to him but still I’m not getting any revert yet... ‎Rather than providing satisfactory customer service even the basic etiquettes are missing amongst your staff. I request you to intervene immediately. Or in case you are unable to resolve these issues then I should lodge a complaint at the consumer forum. And the complaint would be that of theft.       i have tata indigo ecs, that car is the worst car of my entire life. I m facing a OIL LEAKAGE problem from the very fist day. I went to workshop many time i told them abt that in 1st n 2nd servicing. but they couldn't solve it. the problem was still there. now i went service center n my car is in service center from 3 days. they opened my engine, n they r blaiming me that i hv repaired from outside. which i never done it yet. only oil leakage prob was done by outside bcoz service center couldnt done it properly. I have Top up the oil many times. but prob is still there. from the first day m facing many type of prob with this bloody tata car. now they opened engine n there were found sum non- genuine parts inside the engine.n they're saying that i cant claim my warranty. i didn't repaired my car from outside, n they r harassing me to accept me that i have repaired my engine from outside, why the hell i accept that when i dint do it. i m having loss in my business, who will b resposible from this. from the very first day i used to go to the service center again n again. i never felt like that i m driving a brand new car from the day i bought that bloody car. i have seen sum duplicate parts n sum damaged part inside the engine. that is company fault not mine, and i want quick response. i have already registered a complaint but there is no response from ur side still. i want my car fully restored/ repaired in warranty. i m not going to pay a single rupee coz its company fault, they gave me used car or watever coz m facing prob since the day i bought that car. i need a quick response other wise i have all the evidence which consumer court's needed. i dnt have time. m having loss in my business. i m requesting u to please solve my prob as soon possible o higher and serious action against the company n the service center. i hope u understand my problem.

        AC of my car indigo CS petrol no GJ 5 CE 1232 was out of order. So i gave car to Shreeji Auto- Surat (authorised dealer of TATA) 30 days back. They returned car and said that condenser of AC is out of order so it has to be changed. I paid 2000 rupees advance for that. Even after 30 days, dealer says that we have not received sparepart from Tata motors. So we are helpless. DR. S. D. MISTRY (car owner)

          I have recently bought a tata storm from ahemdabad through csd on 31 dec .how ever on delivery i noticed that the rear ac is not working .i took my car to tata service station concorde mumbai.. They have told that the part is defective and need s to be replaced .however till date nothing has been done to replace the defective part. It is indeed very disappoinment that tata has sold a defective vehicle.

So now I had a talk with lawyer for filing case against tata motors and on monday ill be filling case and now let forum will decide car need to fix or needed to replace. Ill be honouring the decision of forum. Now my main concern is this is 6th time and after keeping 5 days in service canter in period of 16 days of purchasing new car still you can't give guarantee that there will be no problem right after in next day, and in this case if I make any damage or accident because abs is not working in manner it has to be THEN who will take responsibility of that?                 My brand new one month tata indigo car front glass just cracked by putting in sun rays. Please kindly request to change this glass. I m very disappointed because my car was just under the sun rays and this problem should not happen according to the companies name and fame. And now this is not the season of actual summers then why this problem happens. Please resolve this problem immediately.

Recently I brought nano xt from sbm motors nagaon, which is branch of sbm motors guwahti.when I went to give my car for first service firstly he made me wander for 3 days and finally on 4 th day he took the car and gave it to road side mechanic.when I questioned him he arrogantly said, complain where ever u want.I kindly request to take action, failure of which will force me to go to consumer court.my Tata nano no is As 02 m 9270.

                        i have purchased a second hand car (Tata indigo cs) . but i am not getting good services by jasper vijayawada a.p for 15 days i am facing inconvineance from the side of workshop i sent my car for servicing on that day of delivery it was worst.i complained against it but no responce was given by that side.therefore finally i am sending you this mail.please take serious step and do the needful as soon as possible.
                        My car Tata altroz XT model got delivered on[protected]two months old) at Jasper industries Vijayawada. Till now registration is not completed with RTO due to dull/light chassis number punching which is on down side of the driver side window. Show room people had uploaded chassis number images multiple times to RTO and the same has been rejected by RTO. I am not getting proper solution/support from Sales team and they are saying that this is the problem with RTO not with the vehicle. Already my temporary registration has expired and i cannot drive the car on the road as per rules and insurance also not covered if any damage happens to my vehicle. Hence please take serious step and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          That i have a tata nano car, which number is mp20-cd 0285.i have already taken the AMC for servicing of vehicle .i am facing the pickup/clutch problem .if the four person is sit in the vehicle than vehicle is not able to be pickup /run smoothly. i request the change Vehicle clutch plate at the time of servicing .which has been refused by the service center .Vehicle alignment also denied under the AMC . I am not satisfied with the service of work shop .in-spite of that vehicle is also under four year warranty as provided by the company.

                                I have a vehicle INDIGO ECS LX TDI purchase from CHAMBAL MOTORS, KOTA registration no. RJ08CA3996 in the name of BHOMESH AGARWAL, Bundi. I had complain many times about vehicle service and warranty product replacement but there is no responce till now. i had complaint at Mumbai Head office[protected] om 06th feb, 2015 at 3.23pm) then they give me no. of Jaipur office landline no.[protected]th Feb, 2015 at 3.28 PM) when i call to jaipur office they told me that we finding issues but how can they find the problem though they dont ask about my Vehicel, Registration no, Name and city. and when i call again they used abuse words to me and cut the phone. i had also meet with Mr. Rajeev Kohli (Owner of Chambal Motors, Kota) but they also didnt give me any response and dont behave like a good person. NOW I AM VERY FEELING SHAME TO PURCHASE TATA MOTORS CARS where no respect for customers and dont give any service. Now iam very disappointed.

                                  I have an Indigo eCS Car bearing Registration No AP10AY2986. I had given it for service to your Dealer cum Service Center Malik Cars Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad on 06/02/2015. It was a routine paid service involving general service and change of Oil. The Vehicle was returned today (07/02/2015) at 1900 hours. In the darkness, I could not make out the quality of service. All the same they made me sign some documents indicating satisfaction with Service quality. Later I got a torch and examined the car. To my utter surprise, I found that my Spare tyre and rim had been replaced with an older tyre and rim. I know this for a fact because my spare tyre had not run a single kilometre. I immediately called the Malik Cars Service Adviser Ravi ([protected]) at 1916 hours. He refused to accept it and hence I am forced to make a direct complaint to Tata Motors. Malik Cars Pvt Ltd Invoice # MalikC-TC[protected]. I hope that Tata Motors will intervene and replace my new Tyre & Rim. Otherwise, all customers will loose faith in all these so-called dependable Company Service Centers.

                                    My complaint I, , Deba prasad Sarkar owner of TATA SUMO SPECIO.I have purchase my vehicle in july 2000, My chassis was cracked, Within Warranty Period. My Complain code-EA31119, which was replaced by J M A STORES LTD Bokaro Bihar on 03/09/2001(Job code-311000, chessis replacement).Reg No of my Sumo was BR20P9999, E.N:497SP26EZZ737268 and C.N:421055EZZ91223.I was transfer to Kolkata my new R.N of my Sumo is now WB 20G0813.My Sumo is due for Fitness from Barrack pore RTO, Kolkata. Self has gone to RD MOTOR for final check-up prior fitness, they found Eng.NO is alright but Chass.No: is not punched during replacement on my Chassis Frame by JMA STORES LTD Bokaro.I briefed all the details to the Warranty Manager Mr Ramesh Singh, then he told me to wait, After approx '2'hr he advise to Hand -over the Sumo for Service, RD MOTOR will punch the Chassis no on replaced Frame & told Service Supervisor Mr Rajat to mention in Service job card. Next day when I went to for delivery of my Sumo, they have started non co-operation & ignoring for Punching the C.N: on my replaced chassis. This was not only shocking For me but even W/manager Mr Sanjeev sharma started twisting the matter in various ways. Then I came to meet GM RD Motor But he was not available, Receptionist suggest me to Contact TATA MOTOR'S Swadesh Bhattachrya CSM.I talked to him & briefed the details to him.He assured me that within 2/3 days he will do the needful for Punching my Chassis no on my Chassis frame which was over looked by J M A STORS LTD, Bokaro Bihar. Since 02/02/2015 to till date Even Mr Sadesh CSM Tata Motor has not replied/informed/mail me back. NOW Fitness of my Sumo is due and RTO Barrack pore Kolkata. Verification of Both Eng No & Cass.No is a part of FITNESS, Engine no is ok but Chass.No: is blank & plane, Without the chassis no my sumo will be withheld /Scrap/Useless. I have paid the life time tax also & Firs party Insurance. Kindly do the needful on Priority to Punch my Chass.No on my Chassis frame to avoid any Penalty/complications. Thanks & Regards. Since 02/02/2015 to till date Even Mr Sadesh CSM Tata Motor has not replied/informed/mail me back. NOW Fitness of my Sumo is due and RTO Barrack pore Kolkata. Verification of Both Eng No &amp;amp; Cass.No is a part of FITNESS, Engine no is ok but Chass.No: is blank &amp;amp; plane, Without the chassis no my sumo will be withheld /Scrap/Useless. I have paid the life time tax also &amp;amp; Firs party Insurance. Kindly do the needful on Priority to Punch my Chass.No on my Chassis frame to avoid any Penalty/complications.
