Hi Team Its just after 2 of delivery my car AC stopped working car was delivered on 1st July 2022. Since That time I am following up with the team for same didn't received any response.

Finally after many follow-up when they took my car on 12-Aug-2022.

With new car AC stopped working and now service center is saying it will take another 15 days

As per service center it is very common problem in this car.

Please help me team to get this problem resolved.

    I purchased my TATA Nexon exactly one year back but apparently im facing lots of issues in my car.

    Please find below issues faced in my car
    Third gear has stopped working from 6th August. Moment i move the gear from second gear it goes to neutral. I showed it to the TATA motors service center and they mentioned that some parts in the gearbox were worn out. Car is just one year old, clearly it's a manufacturing defect and the gearbox is faulty. The service center is saying they will get new parts for the gearbox to repair it but it's clearly a faulty gearbox and what will happen once I lose my manufacturer warranty ? All this indicates I have to sell off my new car quickly and move away from the TATA motors brand all together.
    In the past, the reverse gear was getting stuck a lot of time while driving, which is quite dangerous and can result in any accident.
    In a new car, constantly I'm hearing jarring noise from different parts of the car from the back left door and driver's door. Is this the quality standards of TATA motors ?

    My car is in the Wagle Estate service center of Thane. Can you connect with someone who can look into this matter quickly ? How can someone face so many issues in a new car just one year old and driven only 4000 Kms basically ?

      Sab motors response time to query is pethatic. Staff and senior escalation officer mr rakshit and team never respond . Nexon xma diesal was booked in mid march 22 and now mid august is there. This is corporate booking . Financial losses are there. Due to delay.. No time commitment, no call response is there. I thjnk bigger bigger mistake done by opting TATA product. Not sure if car delievery is being handled like this … than in case any service issue arised how same be managed .Must say very poor service standards . Want to upload regarding sab motors views on social media

          Recently purchased tata altroz vehicle as mentioned above subject matter, from starting day to till date(only 3months old vehicle )I'm getting so many issues regarding engine n battery... This is the 8th time I'm facing issue with the vehicle... In this regard I'm dissatisfied with services provided by tata motors... Kindly guide us regarding replacement of my vehicle with tata altroz petrol...

          I hope this mail will get me a solution to stay with Tata motors other wise I will switch to other brand with replacement of this vehicle...

            Order placed and full payment done on 23rd June. Delivery promise from dealer was 15 days. Not it is over 45 days and we are still being told every week that we will get it next week. Vehicle in transit etc. We are being cheated by Tata Motors and by the dealer.

              Regarding service of sanghi tata motors indore

              I have purchased tata altroz diesel XZ MP13CD8477 in October 2021 from sanghi motors ujjain.In my second servicing from sanghi motors indore, they stole goggles and some amount approx 200-300rs from car while servicing.from that incident I learnt that I should not left my any important things while leaving car for service.but in 4th servicing they even stole sd card which was inserted in dash cam.they also misbehaved and instead solving issue...

              Hello Tata Motors Customer Care Team,

              First of all I am a big fan of Mr. Ratan Tata and Tata Group. All contributions by Tata Group to India are really commendable.

              I am writing this email to raise a complaint about "Automatic HVAC Controller" failure in my TATA_NEXON car.

              MAKE/MODEL - TATA NEXON 1.5 XZ+ DIESEL

              Brief Details: I am based out in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and own a 2019 TATA NEXON (1.5 XZ+ Diesel model). Few days ago, one day when I started car and Turn-ON Automatic-climate-control (ACC) then I noticed that only FAN is working but cooling was missing. I turned the temperature knob & Fan Speed knob but cooling was still missing. I turned off the ACC and started again with the AC button but still FAN was working but cooling was missing. Next day (9-Aug-2022) I visited the TATA dealer (Ahmedabad, Gujarat) service center and informed the service agent (SA) about the issue. SA informed me to drop the car in their workshop for troubleshooting. Next day I got a call from SA that the "Automatic HVAC Controller" had failed causing an issue and it needed to be replaced. On asking the cost, I got a quote of 21, 000 approximate as per SA and part delivery could take around 8-10 days. I was shocked by the cost estimation given by SA and this tells how costly parts and components are for 2019 TATA NEXON.

              I wanted to inform you that currently the odometer of this car is at 37, 738 KM and I am facing such a big component failure that too after less usage. This is really worrisome for me. Three weeks back silencer of same car was broken all of a sudden and I got it replaced immediately being external body part which takes daily wear & tear but component like "Automatic HVAC Controller" which is internally used part being operated carefully and still going faulty is problematic and raises questions on quality of parts being used in such a car. Pls note that I am totally in love with my 2019 TATA NEXON and wanted to keep it for the long term but two such issues are giving me nightmares.

              I am attaching pics of "Automatic HVAC Controller" received from SA. Pls check if this component can be replaced as a goodwill through my car's warranty has expired already. I would also like to inform you that I had faced the same issue 3-4 times earlier as well but after the issue when I was starting my car next time ACC used to work properly but this time it failed completely. I wish I had identified this issue earlier during the warranty period.

                Dealer are making own priority for thier known customers. They are not giving preference to normal customer. I have been cheated by dealers 2 time and complaint to Tata motors by mail, there is no any single reply from Tata motors customer care mail id. So dealers are taking advantage. Kindly help me on this

                  Dear Team,

                  I am writing my worst experience I had with Tata Harrier service station .

                  For understanding please let me share car related information i.e. I purchased this Vehicle last year in Feb 2022 from Vadodara based dealer SP Tata motors .Since last year after purchase, due to peak of pandemic . I just travelled with vehicle around 5000 KM till my 3rd service which completed on Mar'22 . My vehicle no is GJ06PE6288

                  Recently due to some unfortunate death in my family, I travelled from Vadodara to Delhi on 22 July'22 along with my family to attend furnel of Close relative in Delhi. On 25 July '22, I was returning back from Delhi to Vadodara . During start of journey from Delhi I stuck in bumper to bumper Trafic near Airport (terminal 3 ) connected road around 8.30 AM, when I reached near airport road which connecting Delhi to Jaipur ( Mahipalpur), a smell Start coming in cabin and after few seconds fumes start coming from Bonnet . I suddenly stoped and jump out from vehicle with my family including small kids . Then called to Tata customer care at 8.30 AM, and after explaining to customer care I was informed that Toe vehicle will be arranged in after noon 3.30 PM. During much gap of waiting period in traffic under heat and humidity, myself including family exhusted and just went through pathetic condition.

                  On around 3.30 PM Tata Toe vehicle arrived and took the vehicle Okhla phase-1, "GO AUTO " authorised service station at 4.30 PM. I requested to adviser, my vehicle should be attended on priority as I had to returning Vadodar to fullfill committee with my working company .But adviser told, clutch plate to be open in order to check and in case replacement is required then vehicle need to be left in service station. Also given me estimation of 32000 Rs that should completely in paid by customer, which really surprised me much . I just drove newly Tata Harrier in 4 to 5 KM in dense traffic, clutch plate got burnt . That is totally attributable to quality of clutch plate because I aslo drove other vehicles in dense traffic more then 15 years but never had such problem.

                  Apart of that also would like to another worst experience of hospitality received : As I was having full day stay in traffic I start having seviour headache, I requested to adviser to arrange medicines, but no one has arranged any medicine, even I was facing worst headache there. Even I was about to collapse, but no one had paid attention.

                  Even I shared one of the vehicle no UP16CM3012 who had similar experience and his clutch plate was replaced by Noida based Tata service station free of cost, then why cost was charged to me .

                  Request Tata team for explanation, also wat my paid amount ~ 21000 Rs to be refunded .

                  Compliant no that I have raised to Tata customer care is[protected].

                  Please check and revert with Tata's line of action .

                    Dear tata service,
                    I owned a car of your company, and which i had done its first free service today at lone tata service centre, k square, arunachal pradesh. And to tell its was surprise for me to observe and experience the service that tata delivered to me... after routine usual first service, i gave the car for washing as instructed and surprisingly, the washer boy told me that the water in the tank was badly contained with iron and i too saw in the end after the car was washed... and when told the agm as well as the supervisor regarding it, the agm was trying to find excuses... to that i got frown.. its known that iron contain in water is harmful exterior and interior as it corrodes...
                    My suggestion, i had maruti vehicle which cheap in service but not safety for life and then i brought mehindra s10 which was hitting my pocket every now and then, and now when brought tata tigor which i consider safety and under pocket service maintenance, the dealer of arunachal, ksquare lacks in spare parts and technician and maintenace facility... and this complained face by various arunachal tata private vehicle consumer as with duscussed/ observe today in the k square customer, lounge... please do streamline this problem or i have to sale the tata vehicle and opt for hyundai, toyota or so... vocal foe local is being mis used towards consumer as to eye wash the consumer here... and do install filter for water and avoid cost cutting metality.

                      I had booked the Tata Nexon XZA+ (o) Dark Edition from Prerna Motors BTM layout.
                      Below are the list of issues/complaints:
                      1. It started when I went for PDI, there was an issue I noticed during PDI. The back door was not getting shut properly with strange sound. I reported this issue to the assigned Prerna Motors associate- "Aishwarya M" who went with us for the PDI and she acknowledged the same.
                      2. Secondly PDI was done on 21st July 2022 and they delivered the vehicle on 3rd August. Everyday I called my relationship manager "Aishwarya M" but got only execuses in a response. She pro actively never called me first with an update or any progress.
                      3. During the delivery on 3rd August, the issue with back door was not resolved plus there was multiple scratches on left side of the vehicle. we refused to take the vehicle but they assured that they will rectify these issues with pick up and drop service.
                      4. They were supposed to pick up my vehicle on 8th August. After calling multiple times, they picked my vehicle on 9th August and assured that they will deliver back on 10th August by 3PM as I planned to surprise my relatives 10th night.
                      5. But after calling multiple times on 10th August (today) they had not yet worked upon the issue and telling that they will deliver back the vehicle on 11th Aug.

                      I was regularly trying to co-operate with them but after their continuous ignorance I have to report this issue and I request someone to act upon it asap.

                      Please look into this isssue. This is not how anyone supposed to get their first brand new vehicle.

                        Hi,

                        This is regarding my car buy back.

                        TATA team got my vehicle on last Thursday for buy back process of my car for amount Rs:1, 70, 000/-

                        And committed that amount will be transferred to my bank account. It has been 6 days no update on my payment status.

                        TATA representative called me so many times continuously for getting my car and after getting my car they simply don't care. And giving blame excuses like network issue, software issue. Looking totally suspicious that they are cheating the customers.

                        Now I am on huge fear that I have booked new car in TAFE Access showroom and I am sure that after delivery of new car, for any issue it is going to be tug of war with TATA TAFE Motors.

                        One simple question, will TATA deliver new car and get the money from customer after one week ?????????????

                        The TRUST index has been shattered. I have been following up with TATA for my money and still yet to get.

                        Don't give customers a false commitment and false trust statement.

                        Be honest with customers. Now the trust with TATA is not even in positive side. From top mangement to lower order (I don't wish to mention the name of the persons), everybody in the showroom is lying with customers which is totally disgraceful.

                        I am cancelling my old car buy back process. Return my car as such in same condition. And I will never refer this showroom to anyone.

                        TATA TAFE Access I hope you people don't play this type of cheap game while buying new cars from you.

                          I pre-booked a Nexon ev max on 2nd of May, during that time Nexon ev max was not released so they gave me a receipt of normal Nexon ev, but they told me that it wouldn't be a problem, so I pre-booked..they told me initially it would take 8-10 weeks to deliver, after 8 weeks when I called, they said it will take more time, now it's been 3 months, and even now they say it will take 3 more months, people who booked after me already got their car delivered, this is very irresponsible and I have been waiting for the vehicle since 3 months, I have been hiring a cab wherever I go. Please try to deliver my vehicle as soon as possible, this is not expected from Tata, I'll attach the receipt for the same, and you can reach out to me via my email reddy.[protected]@gmail.com or my mobile [protected]. Hoping for a resolution soon.

                            I had given my vehicle for service on 19 july 2022. As, there was slight damage in car front bumper. They assured me for vehicle delivery within one week, I.e., 26 july 2022. But, on the desired date they told it was not possible due to delay in spare parts delivery in the store. Now today is 09.08.2022, a call comes and representative tells me that we are adjusted a different bumper with white color, and will polish it. But there will be a color difference.
                            It's really pathetic to here such service by TATA that even after more than 20 days they are not able to make the vehicle in OK condition, even if my vehicle is almost new, it's just one month for this new vehicle purchase.

                              Hi,

                              My parents recently booked a Tata Punch ( Accomplished model with Dazzle pack) in the month of May 2022 from Tata showroom- Autovikas, Rama road, Delhi. At the time of booking we were told that max. by mid July 2022 we would get our car. Then this was pushed and we were promised that definitely by the end of July 2022 we will have the car.

                              For the past 2 months we are given false dates/promises that our car will be coming tomorrow or next week. Every day we are reaching out to them and they are just pushing us away by saying new dates.

                              Last week we were told that our car has been loaded on the truck for delivery from Pune, but today we are told that there is no update on when the car will reach Delhi. We were also told that a chassis number has been allocated to us but now it seems everything is just a fake promise/statement to push us away.

                              I stay in Dublin/Ireland and my parents stay alone in Delhi. They are both above 50 in age and hence constantly need a car to do daily chores. Because we were given false hopes that our car will be coming in July, we even sold our previous car thinking that the new car is coming within a few weeks. Now it has been more than a month and we are honestly fed up with the pathetic responses and lame excuses given By tata every day.

                              Autovikas showroom has also taken around a lakh rupees from us stating that the chassis number has been allocated and hence we need to give them some more payment for the car apart from the booking amount to show interest in the car. We have told them multiple times that the payment is ready as well but their responses are very lame. There CRM manager Mrs. Sangeeta doesn't even bother answering the calls, and the salesperson is now clueless about the delivery.

                              To be honest we had initial plans to book a Kia car, but I forced my parents to trust Tata and we went and booked the Punch automatic model, which I now feel was the biggest mistake of mine.

                              My parents are now fed up with going to the showroom everyday and I feel really bad sitting here that I made them trust such a company that doesn't even respect its customers in providing the correct delivery timelines.

                              I want you to hence please provide me with a written update on exactly when the car will be delivered to my parents.

                              The car is booked under the name of Mr. Rakesh Bhatia (mobile number - [protected], address- 50-a first floor, madan park, east punjabi bagh, new delhi 110026).

                              I want an urgent solution to this problem, and request you to please train your staff to provide the correct solution rather than just hoarding the booking amount and then doing nothing.

                              You have lost a loyal customer before we even got a car delivered by you, for 20 years we have been a Maruti Suzuki customer and we have never faced such issues with them.

                              Please don't give lame excuses, I work in the top most chip manufacturing company and while I know that there is currently a global chip shortage, I also know that this is NOT how a customer who is spending more than 10 lakh rupees should be treated.

                                I have bought Tata Safari XT+ on last may 2022 in Lakshmi TATA Motors in Ambattur. Before booking the car, The Showroom executive told touch screen can be modified, 360 degree camera can be installed but after i booked and at the time of delivery they told that these modification can not be done due to warranty. Why don't they tell us true before that we were not going to cancel the car, because we like the TATA safari very much but the Service executive handled us was very bad and they didn't delivered the CAR on the auspicious date we want. on the time of delivery, they have given only one key and told spare key will be given on 1st service but during the 1st service they told it will be delayed to 2 week. again we asked them about key, they told will give on end of July 2022, but no one spoke to us. we only called them and asked they told the key will be deliver after 6 month like wise they told. each and every time we need to call and ask them. they will tell we will get back to us after speaking with they higher official, but non of the time they will call back. We gave money and bought the product of TATA, TATA have not given for free of cost. it is their responsibility to give intimation on they words but they are treating us so badly. key is not important to us, customer service is important to both o[censored]s, that is why TATA has grown so far. So, TATA motors should take action on Lakshmi Motors Ambattur. executive handled us are Nasir, Balachandar and Surendhar. Kindly take action and do need ful to us.

                                    I was late in paying the premium for my insurance policy, but when i did, the agent started demanded that i bring the car to workshop for inspection. Since i was not in city, i could not do tat and demanded that the agent refund the money, and i would take another policy outside.

                                    This agent, by name of Jitendra, has not returned 9740/- rupees since a week now. On calling he is now missing calls and has not provided his GM's number even after repeated requests. Please help

                                      Hi I had purchased tata nexon (DL3CCT8192) from tata treo okhla, Delhi on march 2021. I had recieved the RC on june 2021 with wrong address. I asked them to rectify the same. But still i have not recieved the revised RC even after continuous follow up. They keep on saying it will reach you in one week. Please help.
