My car was accident on 20th march 2012 ,Then I Visit OMR check point @ perungudi for repair work, he said it will be take 15days for work, but he start work at 4th April 2012 only, so 15 in days he don't do any work, The OMR check point spoiled my business, and then still i didn't get my car from OMR check point, If i am contact OMR check point service adviser he don't pick up my number, then i visit directly service adviser he said , The problem was spare parts delayed and all so manpower shorted , I don't know how can are you selected OMR check point as a TATA MOTORS SERVICE DEALER ?,, If i am visit local Garage service center, i am sure he don work within a week, i am loss Rs 30,000,00. thousand, because of OMR check point, Really I am very sad to choose OMR check point.
Tata Motors — old battery in new vehicle

BATTERY NO[protected] MAKE AMARON
The vehicle was running smoothly and i never faced any problem but suddenly on[protected]
it was creating problem in starting .I got it checked from your Authorised Dealer M/S Autolink New Delhi
and was told that the problem is due to BATTERY and they suggested me to take my vehicle to Amaron
Batteries Dealer.
I took the vehicle to M/S RK Enterprises Authorised Dealer of Amaron Batteries, Panjabi Bagh New Delhi.
I gave them the copy of the warranty card issued by the Metro Motors.They refused to change the Battery because the battery make was year 2006 and was out of warranty as per the year of make.
I am surprised that my vehicle is 2008 model and the battery installed in that is of year 2006, which is against the rule of manufacturing and it is a breach of Trust with the customer.I visited Metro motors, Ambala Cantt my dealer .
They also refused to change the battery.As I am working with a call centre and can not afford to get my vehicle stopped even for a day whereas i am not running it for the last 2 weeks.It is giving me the loss of my daily income and also the interest of my Financers.
Earlier also i wrote to M/S Metro Motors but didnt hear from them.Therefore you are requested to please get it changed at your end soon and compensate me.
