My vehicle no MH49BR6190 was break down on 16th July 2022 and registerd a issue online with company (issue no[protected]. Company arranged Toying vehicle and send to Jaika motors for vehicle issue. After 2 days they said the vehicle issue was solved and then vehicle was send to Aditya tata motors for the third free service. After 2 days asked me to take back your vehicle and on the same day again vehicle breah down with same previous issue. Again they took back my vehicle and tried to solve the issue. After 3 - 4 days they said issue was solved and they drop the vehicle at my house. Then next day I try to start the vehicle and again same issue happened and my vehicle break down.
Because of this I am facing lots of problem related to daily working and my duties. My self Dr Amol Gadbail Doctor by profession and working at Government hospital.
Kindly I request you to solve the issue permanantly as soon as possible or replace the vehicle.

    My Altroz Saga:
    I took the delivery of Altroz XT version on July 7th from one of their dealers in Trivandrum, Kerala. On exactly the 14th day of taking the delivery with just less than 50km driven so far, the car stopped on the highway with a "DCT FAULT" error in the middle of driving, with the gear change not happening and loud noise coming from the car, Car not speeding up beyond 30kmph, and too much congestion to move. Finally, we had to call the RSA and tow away the car. Even the service people found it difficult to move the car to the towing vehicle. Sent multiple emails to customer care, tried to call multiple sales people, no responses from anybody yet. One week passed, guys from Tata Motors landed in Trivandrum to troubleshoot, even they are not able to find out what is going wrong !! Here I am sitting desparately, with 10 Lakhs lost in the sea buying this car.. There is no solution in the vicinity, and days passing by.

      I bought brand new tata harrier car top model automatic on 25.03.22. Yesterday i was driving the car, suddenly there was a sound and RPM reduced to almost zero . I stopped the car . Again started but it was not picking up the speed . I tried my best to contact TATA help line, i talked to emergency service. They asked my location . I sent my location at [protected] and started waiting, but no response. After 30 minutes again i called, then i came to know that my complaint is not registered. I was standing on highway for 3 hrs 10 minutes, then mechanic came checked the car and told that Turbo pipe has been disconnected. How this could happen in brand new car ? I am shocked .         I booked one TATA Nexon XZA+ Petrol Daytona Grey on 23rd Feb., 2022 from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Progressive Cars, Kapadvanj, Gujarat. The dealership promised to deliver the vehicle before 90 days. But as on 25th July, 2022 even after passing of five months, I have not yet received the delivery of the vehicle. Whenever I call the dealership about the car, they always reply that they have placed the order but it has not yet been billed and i have paid rs 10, 11, 000(ten lakh eleven thousand) in advanced. When i called Tata Progressive they always extended date of delivery without my consent. Many times they not attended my phone call. no one take responsibility for over date.

          I had purchased a Tiago XZA (Regn No GJ 18 BK 4320) in Feb 2019 from Harsolia Brothers, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The car is used either by me or my wife and as on date it has run around 16000 km. I would also like to mention that my car has been regularly serviced at authorized Tata Motors Service Centers only.

          Ever since, the service of my car last year (kilometrage was 9000 km at that time), there has been an unusual noise when the engine revs up more than 2000 rpm. I was told by the service advisor that he has not found anything unusual with the performance of the engine.

          Recently, I had got my car serviced at Sree Vasu Automobiles, Tata Motors Service Centre, Meerut on 02 June 2022 . Post the service, there was a problem that at the pickup was very low when moving the car from standstill. Also at lower RPM (slow running), there was a missing sound from the engine and I could hear a short sound coming from the exhaust. The average has also dropped considerably to about 11 kmpl, which earlier used to return almost 20 km per liter of petrol.

          I had raised a complaint and the representatives checked my car thoroughly again, I was informed that there was an issue with the engine, and it requires to be opened and probably the connecting rods and crankshaft were required to be replaced the expenditure of which would be not less than 15-20k.

          I fail to understand that how come a vehicle engine which is just about three and half yrs old, run barely 16000km and serviced at authorized service stations fail so prematurely. Even if I get the repair work done, the output will not be the same as a new engine. Secondly, are the engines produced by Tata so unreliable that they start failing in less than 10, 000 km.

          I thank my stars that I did not buy another Tata Car, as I was quite inclined towards buying a Harrier/ Safari as a replacement to my 8 yr old Ssanyong Rexton. I also really don’t know whether my decision of purchasing a Tata Tiago which costed me almost 7 lakh rupees was correct or not. I don’t even know whether the engine in the present condition is reliable enough to use anymore or will it even last 20-25K kilometers.

          In the present state, I am perplexed as to what should I do with the Car, I would request Tata Motors to provide a viable solution to the problem so that owning a Tata car is at least worth the money spent.

          It has been more than 15 days. I havent received any intimation regarding the issue from TATA Motors. Please check and revert, else i'll be forced to file a lawsuit in the consumer court.
          It has been around 6 months now. It seems that Tata Motors is not interested in resolving the critical issue in my car. The car is unreliable to be taken on long journeys. I will be approaching the consumer court in case the issue is not resolved by Tata motors in next 7 working days

            Tata Punch - AC complaint

            Hi, I am disappointed with the AC complaint occurred in new vehicle. When my car was in ideal for two days and turn on the engine, after few seconds I switch on my AC and increase fan speed to three point. After one or two minutes, the AC drop off and the fan alone running. I have to turn off the engine and turn on to solve this issue. Some times it will resolve it single shot or I have to switch off/on several times to make AC work properly....

            It to bring in ur notice that tata taigo xz and tagor xz of model 2016& 2017 are suffering from technically in Fuel supply pump while climbing hilly area.Iam sharing with U my personal experience just two days earlier that I was going to Patnitop hilly area in J&K along with my family in my TATA taigo xz 2016 model . While climbing hilly road it started missing and then stopped. At that time I decided not to buy such cars which causes mentally and physically tension.Moreover defamed Tata brand. I waited there for 4 hours, no one could provide help .Then suddenly I called my frd who has tagor xz 2017 model.He helped me by video call to release fuel pressure because he has already suffered the same fault.My car has only travelled 9700km so far.Kindly resolve the issue by calling back such models and get them ok.Hoping best action from ur best administration.
            Please arrane free check up of fuel supply pump and get it ok

              I bought my car altroz xz October 2020.
              I am facing lots of problems like door locked some time gear not working, ac cooling not working properly now I have facing biggest problem after third service water has gone on chip of airbags when I saw i called to service centre she told after 25000km you can service your car now I have handover to car at service centre they told you have to pay 6600 for chip even 1500 for service charges of chip.. it's not my fault it's fault of service centre why I will pay even warranty i have.
              Kindly resolve as soon as possible.

                I am tata family member having tigor XZ+ -GJ11BR4247. I have kept my vehicle at Bhagvati Autolink, junagadh for service on 23/07/2022 sharp on 9:45AM. I drive for 40kms to reach at junagadh showroom from keshod as i am living in keshod. Till 1 PM, no one touch my vehicle. I have requested to change viper blades, tyres, engine oils, wheel balancing, alignment, general service including washing & under body coating. Because of insufficient management and non working instruments like water electric motor, tyre changing machine, wheel balancing machine as well as alignment machine, they have moved my vehicle to another place and get back to showroom on 6:30PM. After that they have kept my vehicle in queue for washing even if i took my vehicle which is third in queue to showroom in morning. I request service manager about this issue and he also told that i will arrange someone to wash your vehicle very fast. Then I again requested that i am coming from 40 kms from keshod please handover my vehicle i will wash my vehicle from other local washer. Then only i got my vehicle on 7:30PM. Old Tyres changed by mechanic (which was full of mud and water) was kept on back sit of my vehicle which ruined interior and seats.

                I am very unsatisfying by the service provided by bhagvati Autolink, junagadh showroom.

                There is no other showroom or service center in junagadh or near by talukas to serve our tata vehicle owners.

                    I own and Tata Hexa XE variant which was purchased in the year 2018, I have got my extended warranty, 2 months ago I had an issues with my A/C, when the vehicle is in idling the chillness will not be there whereas while the vehicle is running the chillness will be there, for this complaint i have given my car to Lakshmi Tata in the month of June and till date my vehicle is lying there and whenever I call up them iam being informed that spare is not available in Tata Motors and they are not even aware about when they will receive it, due to which I have called Mr.Kashyap who is the service manager from Tata end and escalated the issue, but from then on he is not even attending the call. Why Tata is appointing such kind of people who doesn't even care to reply for an customer who have trusted Tata and taken the flagship vehicle of their company. Dear Tat motors kindly resolve my issue on priority.

                      Dear Sir
                      My tata tigor icng (baught from Dada motors, dholewal chownk ludhiana) had been facing issue of ac continuously since its first check had done within the month by buying date 24March2022,
                      For which I have left my Car for fixing the issue in workshop multiple times
                      Now they had changed the compressor of Ac along with other various parts under warranty, I have just faced a fully new problem in Car which has crossed all the limits to break my trust being a TATA customer, THE CNG CYLINDER IS LEAKING above the rear left tyre the pipe is showing a smoky gas leaking from it with pressure and loud noise,
                      this is the issue that has arisen on the same day, noticed by me even under 1hr till the car was delivered after checkup, which is totally disappointing and, is extremely dangerous and life threatening for me and my family.
                      This car has been a total fraud with me as I have been facing multiple issues regularly since the time I have baught this as a customer will never ever recommend TATA product to anybody.
                      The only thing I have got from this company is harrasment since the time of buying. These around 4months are the worst experience of having a TATA car
                      A fake safety rating has been done there is no any safety in this car
                      * Now (since 20.07.2022) the Car has been handed over to Dealers by me the very next day of the cng leakage issue I donot want that Car now as there is not a single doubt that car is faulty.
                      Please replace my Car or refund the money I have paid for this fraudulent activity done by your company

                            Tata Altroz Service complaint

                            During First service on 10.06.2021, I raised Steering noise issue, But not cleared and vehicle given as it is .Again I raised same issue in second service on 26.08.2021.
                            Issue was cleared by changing link rod .
                            Again one more issue reported for Lift gate not opened after second service .Issue attended three times but not cleared after third service on 28.02.2022.
                            This issue was cleared on 29.06.2022 after several time...

                            My vehicle number is MH14JM9809 i own tata Nexon xmas taken in June 2021, yesterday while driving my car stopped in traffic itself saw the heat coming from Bonet when called customer care almost after 2 hrs technician was arranged as car toing was required we were standing in traffic from 12.30 to 4 and after that at 5 toing van came and took my car to Tata showroom Garve Showroom located near Navale bridge Pune, Today after insurance person Mr.Sameer checked the vehicle he said since it's not a damaged part it won't be covered in insurance can be covered in Warranty Now the service advisor Mr.Mandar Kulkarni called and is saying since the fan is damaged it won't be covered in Warranty i have to pay almost 17000, I mean how is that my fault if part inside the car which is fitted by Tata is damaged without any external injury and why I have to pay for this.Totally unacceptable and iam not paying single rs for the same.could you please look into this issue it's not a small amount to be paid iam ready to pay processing fees

                              It’s been almost two weeks I complaint about the charger to the service centre (kongaon, Bhiwandi).
                              I am having issues with the charger getting stuck, the problem is with the charger actuator, when i went to the service centre they said the part isn’t available, it will take 2 days but now it’s been 2 weeks they are just delaying more and more. My car is just standing still for weeks.
                              Unhappy with the service, they are not at all helpful.

                                I bought a TATA Harrier from Rotana motors, Calicut on Jan 2021.

                                My vehicle stopped working on road at coimbatore on 8/07/2022. It was taken to the nearest service centre in TAFE ACCESS LIMITED coimbatore by the twine team on the same date.

                                The service team diagnosed the issue as ALTERNATOR FAILURE and asked permission for replacement.

                                Tata Altroz suspension noise with in 10000km.

                                Tata Altroz Petrol XZ+ suspension sound from Link rod under 10000km during the warranty period which corrected by TATA workshop and the same noise again coming after 23000km. so this the big question mark on tata Parts Quality and Life cycle....
