2821 Tata 4 Cylinder Tata Engine commercial truck

Tata Tiago Late Delivery and unresponsive dealership

I booked a Tata Tiago XTA (white) on May 8th, 2022 with a comittment of delivery in the same month. [Dealership: Ajmer Rd, Jaipur; Sales Consultant: Bhupendra Singh].

Even today, after 2.5 months of my booking, I have received my car.

I also gave a car for exchange which they took away very early and left me with all the challenges with my commute.

The sales consultant also has started to ignore...

Water Leakage from the body to boot space

Hi, I bought the tata nexon xz+ in the month of dec 2021, and currently it's rainy season, so I started observing a water leakage into the trunk boot space (where spare tire - Stepney is kept)...Not sure what to do, i believe this is a manufacturing defect.

Delivery of the car overdue (waiting since 20 weeks)

Hi,

I had booked Nexon XMA through Sagar Motors, Sector 5, Noida, UP on 18th Feb.
It's been more then 20 weeks since I am wating for the deleivery of my car.
Despite of waiting from a very long time (almost 5 months) and repetitive follow ups with the team over emails and calls I have still no clue by when the car will be delivered.
Everytime they say the same thing.
Allocation has not happened...

Tata harrier xt

I brought TATA HARRIER XT one year back. After two months while driving the ENGINE CHECK symbol on the car popped up. I visited the showroom and they kept my car for 2 days and confirmed no issues are there.

Services and executive behaviour

RC issue from last 8 months

I purchased car from Tata Motors Sanad on 13 Dec 2021 and submitted documents for RC to dealership. After 2 3 months, I was asked for additional documents, I submitted. Again in April, I was asked to submit Aadhar with updated address, I submitted on 4 June. we are still waiting for RC. It has been 8 months now, and there is no proper response from dealership.

Because of not submitting RC, Car loan bank is charging 3000 rupees...

Failure of pollution test

I have purchased the tata motors Tiago on June 2021 and the registration no is KL 02 BP 1806 and the pollution test was done on 06.07.2022 .the vehicle failed the lamda test and the emission count was beyond the limit.A new vehicle failing its first pollution test is unacceptable.And the feedback received from the pollution testing centre was due to lack of good service the test got failed.The vehicle 3rd service was done on May 2022. Part issue in Tiago

Dear Team,

I am Gagan Mishra and Tiago user since 2019. Also wish to inform that I am a small investor as having sharea of Tata Motor because of trusted brand. Gokulam Motors Poor customer service

Car not delivered ever after 5 months

I booked a car Nexon XZA+ on 12th Feb 2022 at tata motors showroom sec-63, Noida. The initial commitment to deliver the vehicle was 14-16 weeks but it's been more than that and still, they have no single update about the vehicle. I took tata Nexonutomatic car 9 months prior, till the date it got break down 8-9 times . Fed up with your vechile and services, even after each service same thing happens. Please find a way to solve this issue or take the car back and please refund the money....

TATA Dealer - extra cost without giving Bill

Hi Team,

I had bought TATA Harrier XZA+ Dark edition from dealer Pramukh Tata Motors, Navsari, Gujarat on 10th june 2022. During delivery time, car had so many minor dents on body and i refused to take a delivery with dent car.

Tiago steering column complaint

I bough the car tata tiago xt petrol, Now it's 35000km. From the second year i feel cracking sound from steering column when driving in rough road, Very much annoying. I complained in service center, They said streeing column was damaged, and need to replace the column it cost around 55000. The car just drive only 35000, how the column damage? Tata nano

Tata Nano GA06 E5720 Serviced on 13.05.2022 at Princely Cars Pvt. LTD Verna Goa Tata Authorised center spent Rs. 24, 245/-. It is being noticed that One of the side rubber packing was being at the time of servicing. All rain water getting filled in the car after rain started. Flooring if fully smoked thus causing damage to vehicle. Service centre did not attend the problem.

Tata Nexon XZA Plus (O) delay in delivery
