I bought tata safari dark gold from ABC Auto, vadodara in november 2021. In less then 1 year gold color became silver and spekers stop working and ac system also not functioning well.

    I own and Tata Hexa XE variant which was purchased in the year 2018, I have got my extended warranty, 2 months ago I had an issues with my A/C, when the vehicle is in idling the chillness will not be there whereas while the vehicle is running the chillness will be there, for this complaint i have given my car to Lakshmi Tata in the month of June and till date my vehicle is lying there and whenever I call up them iam being informed that spare is not available in Tata Motors and they are not even aware about when they will receive it, due to which I have called Mr.Kashyap who is the service manager from Tata end and escalated the issue, but from then on he is not even attending the call. Why Tata is appointing such kind of people who doesn't even care to reply for an customer who have trusted Tata and taken the flagship vehicle of their company. Dear Tat motors kindly resolve my issue on priority.

      Dear Sir
      My tata tigor icng (baught from Dada motors, dholewal chownk ludhiana) had been facing issue of ac continuously since its first check had done within the month by buying date 24March2022,
      For which I have left my Car for fixing the issue in workshop multiple times
      Now they had changed the compressor of Ac along with other various parts under warranty, I have just faced a fully new problem in Car which has crossed all the limits to break my trust being a TATA customer, THE CNG CYLINDER IS LEAKING above the rear left tyre the pipe is showing a smoky gas leaking from it with pressure and loud noise,
      this is the issue that has arisen on the same day, noticed by me even under 1hr till the car was delivered after checkup, which is totally disappointing and, is extremely dangerous and life threatening for me and my family.
      This car has been a total fraud with me as I have been facing multiple issues regularly since the time I have baught this as a customer will never ever recommend TATA product to anybody.
      The only thing I have got from this company is harrasment since the time of buying. These around 4months are the worst experience of having a TATA car
      A fake safety rating has been done there is no any safety in this car
      * Now (since 20.07.2022) the Car has been handed over to Dealers by me the very next day of the cng leakage issue I donot want that Car now as there is not a single doubt that car is faulty.
      Please replace my Car or refund the money I have paid for this fraudulent activity done by your company

        Dear sir i have applied my truck numberplate online my no plate comes to samal auto india keonjhar but now he refused to fix number plate by work shop he advice to do out side work shop regarding this matter already deiscous with mr duby ji and also talk with contact persons no display with money recived phone no . lastly i have request him but re refused but why? please take action about this mater and give me my rights thank you

            Tata Altroz Service complaint

            During First service on 10.06.2021, I raised Steering noise issue, But not cleared and vehicle given as it is .Again I raised same issue in second service on 26.08.2021.
            Issue was cleared by changing link rod .
            Again one more issue reported for Lift gate not opened after second service .Issue attended three times but not cleared after third service on 28.02.2022.
            This issue was cleared on 29.06.2022 after several time...

            Hi,

            My vehicle number is MH14JM9809 i own tata Nexon xmas taken in June 2021, yesterday while driving my car stopped in traffic itself saw the heat coming from Bonet when called customer care almost after 2 hrs technician was arranged as car toing was required we were standing in traffic from 12.30 to 4 and after that at 5 toing van came and took my car to Tata showroom Garve Showroom located near Navale bridge Pune, Today after insurance person Mr.Sameer checked the vehicle he said since it's not a damaged part it won't be covered in insurance can be covered in Warranty Now the service advisor Mr.Mandar Kulkarni called and is saying since the fan is damaged it won't be covered in Warranty i have to pay almost 17000, I mean how is that my fault if part inside the car which is fitted by Tata is damaged without any external injury and why I have to pay for this.Totally unacceptable and iam not paying single rs for the same.could you please look into this issue it's not a small amount to be paid iam ready to pay processing fees

              It’s been almost two weeks I complaint about the charger to the service centre (kongaon, Bhiwandi).
              I am having issues with the charger getting stuck, the problem is with the charger actuator, when i went to the service centre they said the part isn’t available, it will take 2 days but now it’s been 2 weeks they are just delaying more and more. My car is just standing still for weeks.
              Unhappy with the service, they are not at all helpful.

                I bought a TATA Harrier from Rotana motors, Calicut on Jan 2021.

                My vehicle stopped working on road at coimbatore on 8/07/2022. It was taken to the nearest service centre in TAFE ACCESS LIMITED coimbatore by the twine team on the same date.

                The service team diagnosed the issue as ALTERNATOR FAILURE and asked permission for replacement.

                Tata Altroz suspension noise with in 10000km.

                Tata Altroz Petrol XZ+ suspension sound from Link rod under 10000km during the warranty period which corrected by TATA workshop and the same noise again coming after 23000km. so this the big question mark on tata Parts Quality and Life cycle....

                  I bought Tata Tiago on 10th June, 2022 where I have complaint about low pickup in all gears. Moreover gear knob stuck and not smooth. Have bought HZ(O) where on website its written Vanity Mirror on co driver side mentioned which is not there and tinted glass is not there. Please look into this. Im from Ahmedabad. Bought from Progressive dealer.

                    Hi this is dinesh chandra sharma. I wants to pay ur kind attention towards some unreputed and unacceptable response by support/sales/executive staff of multi tech motors showroom at palwal in haryana.
                    I purchased tata punch adventure from above said showroom on 16 Jun after having a long waiting period of 5 months just because of local for vocal cause and 5 star rating of this mini suv.
                    Despite of so many bad reviews of service of tata showrooms I decide to go with tata. But now i realised that all these review have great worth.
                    Still i m waiting for pmt registration number and RC. Daily I have to take an update from tha staff of multitech showroom. They just give a new BAHANA every time. I am living in udaipur at Rajasthan due to my service. Due to other state I facing so much problem without registration number and RC.                       Sir i gave my car tata nexon HR30U3636 at Tata Arya Service Centre on 26 Mar 2022 after an accidental damage. They told me for a month in repair works. But sir it's completing almost four months to complete the repair works.
                      All spare parts available at workshop still they are not completing.

                      Sir i am a defence personal and transferred from Gurugram to Gujrat. They are telling lie since last three months. Always saying for a week. I am very much demoralized. I am mentally as well as physically harassed by Tata Arya Gurugram. I am in great need of car. I paying it's emi's since last four months

                        I've booked tata Nexon petrol on 25th May 22 in shree motors Chitradurga Karnataka and later cancelled it as they couldn't keep their promise in delivering the vehicle on time and cancelled it on 29th June ... It's been more than 20days still the dealer is not paying backy booking amount of 11, 000 ..

                        When questioned the dealer the executive replies that they will deduct 6000 as penalty and wil pay me 5000 only

                              I have purchased the Tata Harrier (WB 30AH 1853) on 25/03/2021 from Krishna Car world pvt LTD. Suddenly high pressure pump leaked on the middle of the road in 29/06/2022. By own cost I have taken the car to the Krishna Car world pvt LTD service center at Haldia by towing it. No response i have received from them at the time of breakdown. I have received information from service center that they will repair and deliver the car on 05/07/2022. I went on that day but they said common rail is not available and they will get the parts on 10/07/2022. Hence, I went there on 12/07/2022. Still the car was not repaired. Again they told that on 16/07/2022 they will surely delivered the car. Again I went there on 18/07/2022. No personnel were available except security guard at service center and they were ignoring my call. The car was at the same condition as it was on 12/07/2022.

                              Unnecessarily I am getting harassed and I am loosing faith on Tata motors. Especially the after sales service.

                              Not at all satisfied with the Car as well as the service.

                                We are extremely disappointed from "NCS Automotive Pvt. Ltd." (Kayamkulam outlet Alapuzha, Kerala) Thiruvalla dealership of Tata motors.

                                I have booked car on 12th May, 2022 and expected to get it on or before 28th of June 2022. But till now they didn't delivered the car.

                                I bought this car as a gift for my daughter on a special occasion. As i can't gift this on time i felt defamation in front of family and friends and also I have already sold my existing car.

                                I believed in Tata motors but this incident made me disappointed and lost my trust in Tata motors.

                                I used to trust and recommend this Tata motor vehicle to my friends and how can I do this same again.

                                I believe that, I will get justice from your people and looking forward to hear from you.
