Hai,
I took tata Nexonutomatic car 9 months prior, till the date it got break down 8-9 times . Fed up with your vechile and services, even after each service same thing happens. Please find a way to solve this issue or take the car back and please refund the money.

    Hi Team,

    I have purchased Tata Altroz XZ+ from Kaveri Tata, Madurai, Tamilnadu. At the time of purchase representative told that there is no additional cost or renewal required for IRA feature in subsequent years, it is one time charge while purchase the vehicle. But now the IRA app displaying Subscription expired and need to renew immediately. It is not moral of Tata group of companies.

    Moreover still I am not finding the notes in cars.tatamotors.com website about IRA feature is subject to renewal.

    This is kind of activity will really frustrate the customer, please educate the dealers /representatives and update in Tata official website about the pricing details.

      I have booked a tata nexon car from Tafe Access, race course coimbatore. The showroom manager and all staffs are so unsupportive and shown a high degree o[censored]nprofessionalism regarding providing help in carrying out all sorts of proceedures starting from Insurance to delivery of car and documents that now I am in a situation of penalty from my Insurer (bank) and left with only 12 days to carry out my permanent registration from a place which is more than 1700 kms from my residing place. The matter has taken place as follows;
      I received the information of my car reached the showrom on 5 Jun 22. but the insurance done on 21 Jun 22. The temporary registration has been done on 21 Jun 22. I requested the dealing agent for home delivery of vehicle as I had some work commitments but they denied with the excuse that drivers were not available. Any how I managed to receive the vehicle on 24 Jun 22 with the assurance that all the related documents would be handed over with in 3 to 4 days. . On repeated request for documents I got lots of lame excuses of not having the documents from RTO office. After a long 10 days gap i.e. on 4 Jul 22 received call from Mr Jayrajkumar (my dealing agent) regarding receiving the documents from showroom. Due a fractured leg I asked them to deliver the paper at my residence ASAP and I received them by courier on 6 Jul 22. When I visited the SBI bank for vehicle formalities I was being told that documents provided by the dealer were incomplete and no one from the dealer had paid a visit to the bank for paper work. Form-20 was not being signed by dealer, Annexure - 4 was not given, RTO authority letter not given, Invoice and cash receipt also not given. Even the Extended Warranty that I have paid for was not given. More ever the Insurance paper that had to be done on the name of the owner and bank(Financier) but it was done on the name of only owner. when I contacted the manager and sales person regarding why document that had to be accomplished by the dealer was being left to the customer to carry out, they started blaming the staffs for the inefficiency. Now I am left only with 12 days for my permanent registration process and 16 days for bank formalities (for which the brandh manager has warned me of penalties for any delay further). Due to the unprofessionalism attitude, negligence and irresponsibility from the showroom staff I am facing a lot of trouble.

        Issue with Tata harrier

        Hi Team,

        I visited Tata showroom in Arekere Bangalore to book Nexon but later by hearing reviews on Harrier I cancelled by booking and booked Harrier with huge expectation. But my life is been made miserable after buying such a big fish.

        I noticed some noise in my suspension within a month of purchase and I reported the same at service centre, three times they played fool around me stating the issue is been...

        Hi Team,

        I had bought TATA Harrier XZA+ Dark edition from dealer Pramukh Tata Motors, Navsari, Gujarat on 10th june 2022. During delivery time, car had so many minor dents on body and i refused to take a delivery with dent car.

        Eventually, they took extra cost Rs. 5000/- from me to do coating on it. They have not provided me any bill for this amount. I am very disappointed that why should i pay if there were dents on car body delivery time. TATA dealer should provide me New car or they should fix dents by themselves.

        Adding that, Dealer had not provided diesel, which run for 5KMs also. Car had stopped after 5KMs and Diesel pump was around 10Kms away. Dealer sales person confirmed that car has enough diesel to run for 10KMs. Car has stopped and dealer refused to help in that case. I wasted so much time and arranged diesel myself.

        I am very very disappointed with this service and behavior of TATA dealer Sales person. I hope that team can work and reach out to me to conclude this complaint.

          I bough the car tata tiago xt petrol, Now it's 35000km. From the second year i feel cracking sound from steering column when driving in rough road, Very much annoying. I complained in service center, They said streeing column was damaged, and need to replace the column it cost around 55000. The car just drive only 35000, how the column damage? It is a manufacturing defect, please do needful to resolve the issue. My car number is KL65 M 2206

            Tata Nano GA06 E5720 Serviced on 13.05.2022 at Princely Cars Pvt. LTD Verna Goa Tata Authorised center spent Rs. 24, 245/-. It is being noticed that One of the side rubber packing was being at the time of servicing. All rain water getting filled in the car after rain started. Flooring if fully smoked thus causing damage to vehicle. Service centre did not attend the problem.

              I have booked Tata Nexon XZA+(O) Dark Edition on 10th Feb 2022 in Hyderabad Tejaswi Motors. Initial commitment to deliver the vehicle was by June 10th but tere has not been a single update till date(i.e July 07th). If I go for a fresh booking lead time mentioned is 4 months but for the vehicles already booked there has not been a single update. Models released after my booking are getting delivered. Raised a complaint through Tata motors customer care and Twitter but TaTa Motors is absolutely muted on this issue.

              From the date of booking there has been increase in the cost as well registration charges in the state. Does Tata motors pay for this increased cost?

                  I have contacted Dulichand Motors Service people twice for my 1st Free Service twice, and was only promised that they will inform me about the pick up and drop date but no response.

                  I am unable to drive my vehicles as the KM reading will increase and then they will say that 1st free service criteria has expired...

                    Recently I bought 2nd hand car Tata Tiago XZA AMT, 2018, Petrol from reputed used car seller .

                    Problem is that when I am changing gear to Acceleration (“A”) gear form Neutral gear (“N”) at stand on traffic or signal condition, after applying acceleration by right leg, car is not moving smoothly and taking more time to pickup. It is quite annoying in traffic, particularly on congested flyovers and signal, behind all car is making horn due to delay for pickup/move car smoothly. After applying the same amount of throttle at different times has different results in acceleration. It is very prominent at 1st and 2nd gear. Surprisingly, at times acceleration comes in a surge after a long lag, leading to sudden acceleration, which could be risky in dense traffic. I have almost hit few cars waiting in front of me during heavy morning or evening traffic in city drive.

                    As I found some internet review, this is a common problem for TATA Tiago AMT in old car(BS-IV) and same problem could be resolved by software updation. Please let me know how could be update software or assistance me how to resolve this issue?

                        I had contacted customer care services on 2nd July regarding the car breakdown. One person addressed the issue saying that there maybe electrical issue and this will be resolved by road service. It's been 3 days for now and nobody responded or called me back. I am not able turn on my car. If you can tell me what I should do? Is this how your service is going on? My goodness this happened near my home what if it was on road?

                          Got delivery of Nexon EV Max from sterling motors Nashik on 21st June.

                          Today on 5th July still no charging station installed by tata motors, without charging station installed how can tata motors just selling cars. Also submitted all documents for zconnect app still no reply from tata motors I'm 15days.

                            Only one year back we purchased tata safari... And it's run only 12000km ... And on the way clutch plate got burnt... And the showroom is asking for 100000rupees for repairing it... Pathetic inspite of doing 3servicing ... This is the condition... Plz help

                              SIR on the of delivery of the car. THE car had a AC problem they checked the problem and replaced the fan . BUT after that the AC was not functioning properly so we again had them check it out they again changed the fan

BUT 2-3 days later the AC still was not working properly we left the car at the salem service center and they changed the comprssor and the fan after one day it stil did not work so we left the car again in the service center they did not give the car bake we left the car on 26 june and still the car is in the service center

                              SIR THEW CAR IS A NEW CAR WITH AN AC PROBLEM

                                On the day of the delivery(13 JUNE ) of the car we had noticed an AC problem
                                the AC was not working there was no cooling only the fan was working we told the showroom . They told the fan had gone wrong and they replaced it .
                                then it worked partially it would trun on and off we where sweating in the car . Then we again went to a service centre the next day to show it then they told the fan was the problem then . they changed the fan again but still the AC did not work . Then we left our car in salem service center from 21 june still today . we have barley drove the car for about 5 - 10days .
                                SIR WE REQUEST FOR U TO REPLACE THE OLD CAR WITH A NEW CAR
                                WE ALSO REQUEST FOR THE NEW CAR TO BE DELIVERED FAST.

                                  Today i put my car at parin tata moters rajkot for service. i am very disappoint from service and also this is a worst service of my car. And pickup and drop also late from time schedule and also my problem is not solved in this service. and when i ask to workshop manager, he told me that we have no time to solve your problem, so you have to keep this car whole day. distance between my home and Service centre is 70km so how can i manage?
                                  And i put this car from morning, but they make a jobcard at afternoon, so that is his foult. And car also not properly washed. And my car's fog light are damage after service.
                                  I am very disappoint from your service. I am writing this complaint because no one hear my complain on showroom.

                                    I brought Tata Punch in April 2022.

                                    Every one close to me advised me against buying Tata Car because of after sales service and other issues.

                                    However I trusted my intuition and the Brand name Tata and went ahead to buy Tata Punch.

                                    Just few week later I started facing steering lock problem.

                                    But soon it became regular. I have to move my steering whenever I have to start my Car.

                                    The service centre was not able to deal with the issue.

                                    This is serious issue and should be addressed by the company.

                                    Non resolution of issue can result into damage to car as well as individual.

                                    If the company has any professional then they should provide with explanation for such issue.
