    Ur Tata motors showroom Hoshangabad staaff language way of consumer behaviour is not good. The employee back the car for test drive & he touch up piller & after he say to me the amount u will pay the amount. I go showroom for purchasing a car but now I m not interested in Tata company bcoz the behaviour of this person.

      I bought tata tiago 4 years back but currently fuel pump on the car is not working properly, your service agent in shimla told me that due to some technical reason most of the tata tiago facing same type of problem and you are required to change your fuel pump and it will cost around 12k to 15k rs.
      My friend is also facing the same problem in his tata tiago XT.
      My request is that if most the tata tiago facing that type of problem than It is covered under the manufacturing defect of the product and tata shall replace that product.

        I have purchased tata hexa in 2018 but with in 3 years warranty period compressor failed 2 times at every 30000 to 40000km third time again it failed after completion of 3 year warranty it is a manufacturing defect because it fails frequently hence service center is not accepting it as a manufacturing defect i am asking repeatedly approximately life of compressor but only 1 answer get it is a mechanical parts we can’t assume car no GJ04CR5147

          I own a tata harrier of registration no - HR06AT0202
          I’m facing a very big problem with my harrier a/c from very long time more than a year I’m facing this problem and still not resolved and from one year i have to visit your service center for a/c problem and they change the things but still till date they are not able to know the real problem and the solution. Very month i have to visit your service center some times 2 time in a month only for this issue but till date no ans even they are not able to find the actually problem in a/c system.
          Last summer i suffer very much and same happening this summer and I’m ver disappointed with this kind of service.
          I’m requesting you to take action on this topic and give a permanent solution. I’m not able to take my harrier any where every month 2days my harrier stands in your service center. And now I’m totally hopeless can’t even do my work properly because i have onle single car and it’s doesn’t work.
          Please provide me asap service.

            Dear Concern,

            I have been facing massive quality issues withTata Harrier since the time I took it.

            My car currently is in a Breakdown state and is at Dev Motors, Bibwewadi, Pune.

            My car has run only 40k Kms in the last 3 yrs and is absolutely well maintained and always serviced only at authorised dealerships.

            Currently my car is with the above authorised SC since last 10 days without any resolution as they say that the Fuel pump has gone awry and also the injectors need to be replaced. Without any accident or any damage and with so much less KMs driven, how can this happen? The cost of it is not small. Before that i faced the motor pump issue of the steering. The infotainment system is a complete failure as it is an universal fact, the glass of the right door does operate properly. All these issues I have been highlighting are in your records.

            I am completely flabbergasted and annoyed that I bought a premiere car and for the last 3 yrs it has been like harassment.

            The dealership is struggling and not able to give concrete solution than to just replace the entire thing which will cost around 1.5L. I am not going to bear this cost as i cant afford and also its none of my mistake. Its a pure quality issue of parts which are used low quality and they are showing up now.

            Kindly look into the matter urgently and let know the solution.

              I booked ‘Nexon EV Liz Blue’ at Sab Motors, Lajpat Nagar III, New Delhi on 28 Jan 22.
              On getting intimation from the sales person Mr Ravi & Mr Nadeem that the vehicle has arrived at the showroom, I paid the total amount of Rs.17, 75, 420/- on 30 Apr 22. I was assured of delivery the next day.
              It has been a month since completion of payment but the vehicle has not been delivered till date. The sales persons have stopped answering my calls. There is no assurance of delivery in near future.
              Kindly intervene.

                I booked ‘Nexon EV Lux Blue’ at Sab Motors, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 28 Jan 22.
                Complete payment Of Rs. 17, 75, 420/- has been done when I was told that the car has arrived in the showroom on 30 Apr 22.
                The sales person Mr Ravi and Mr Nadeem promised that the car will be delivered within a day.
                Since then there has been regular delays which the sales persons attribute to ‘technical issues’.
                Today also they have not given any assurance of delivery in near future.
                Kindly intervene for the delivery of the vehicle at the earliest.

                  till to this day i havnt heard any thing about the delivery .please enlighten me as to why so much delay in delivering the vehicle .why cant you update your customer, about the delay.

                    Booked a different car but the changes were delayed at the company's side and I am made to pay the hike price. Because of company's employee's mistake i am suffering from 5 months and no proper action is taken on this. To compensate for this issue, they promised me to give discount and 15k price worth accessories for free but now they are not giving me anything. Below are the screenshots where the employees told that they will update the details and because of their negligence i have to pay extra.
                    Booked on nov3rd - Tata punch adventure rhythm automatic white.
                    If the changes were made on correct time I would have bought my car for 8, 70k rupees. Now they are charging 9, 20k and not giving any discount for my loss which they promised to give

                        Hi Tata Motors,

                        My name is vyshnav and i'm from kerala, I'm facing really serious issues in my Tata Nexon XMS ( no: PY03 B2144), and it's only 1year old vehicle . I have been serviced multiple times for oil leakage issues from Marina Motors Kozhikode service center and they have replaced oil sump 2 times as well after this issue and i'm still facing same issue after running one month and have been wasting my professional time running behind this issue

                        I'm really frustrated after seeing this oil leakage again, can you please give me a proper permanent solution for this issue by giving vehicle into proper service center

                        I'm really fed up with Marina Motors Calicut and Marina Motors kayinatti, vatakara( they are not even looking into the issue) service center .

                        Please give me a proper response to solve this issue as soon as possible

                          My tata Nexon has an major rusting issue in my handcatcher area... This is not first case i now 3 to 4 more cases having same rusting issue... Very bad experience with Tata motors... After alot of conversation with the staff of Tata motors, finally they are ready to pay only 25 percent of my total cost of all four doors... This is not acceptable at all as this issue is totally a Manufacturing defect & for this why should an customer pay...

                            I have purchased tata nexon xm diesel model in 5th April 2019. but on 7th may 2022 running vehicle has stopped it took by towing at Authorized Service Center at Nanded . First 15 days they just diagnosis the problem still 19 may 2022.But they are failed then I registered coMplain in tata motors then they (authorized center) told me your injectors and diesel pump has problem due to worst diesel but actually I filled diesel only on Indian petrol pump. They send to injectors and diesel pump to check on private diesel they told me near about 60000/- cost for this repairing product . How can afford a common man these kind of expenses I just exhausted my new car just 3 years old has facing this type big problem How would manage this I request to you please look into this matter as early as possible

                                Hello,

                                I recently bought Tata tigor top model, and I was told I will get the car in 3 weeks, they just lied so I make payment and block my amount. And I got the car after numerous follow-ups after 2 months. However, this is not it to top it up, since I got a car I haven’t got my second car key since 2 months and before again they lied and said soon we will get the key.
                                And now they told us that they have shortfall of car keys. So, where is the accountability and responsibility that needs to be taken. Customer is buying top model car and such pathetic service is getting. I am really frustrated with Tata and will never buy or recommend anyone.

                                  Tata TIAGO XZA Petrol - Engine Over heating sensor issue

                                  I have been using Tata TIAGO XZA petrol since November 2017. More than 43000 km covered. All service scheduled met till date. No issues with car till date.

                                  Recently last week I was surprised to see Engine Over heating indicator blocking suddenly and car has a buzzer going on and moving beyond speed of 10-15 km and not shifting to 2nd gear. I stopped the car on the side and then shut the engine off. Buzzer and Over heating indicator...

                                  Complaint against achaleshwar motors batala

                                  regarding truck number pb06v5817, 6 tyre, model number
                                  which was committed 20000/- lump sum amount by the
                                  dealership .

                                  Labour charges since dated[protected] the truck is not given
                                  to my client because since dated[protected], since
                                  then my truck vehicle is not returned to me by
                                  achaleshwar motors.

                                  Achaleshwar motors are asking for uncommitted labour

                                  from my client which is more than committed amount.

                                  Kindly settle the matter for better working.

                                      I am writing a complaint for Rachna motors, Samaypur Badli service centre in which I sent my car(DL8CAR 2220)for pick up issue on 16th May, however the executive charged me 1600 rupees for some minor cleaning of parts and according to him(Mr. Naveen Tyagi) there was no such issue and he just said it won’t happen again. But today again, I faced the same problem and I was stuck in between while coming to home as my car again stopped taking the race and just stopped in between the road. I don’t know what kind of service this company has provided me and for the same they have charged me as well. I am very disappointed with the resolution they have provided and I want this problem to be solved asap. Looking forward to hear from you.
