      Hi i have been waiting for 3 days as my car trc is not generated by tata zedex delaership in gurgaon because of some ### tata portal issue. I have made 80 percent payment...why tata is not solving it .

        I bought a nexon top model a couple of weeks ago and here are the issues:
        1. Only 1 key provided with car. This is a safety issue and no written info provided that when will the second key provided.

        2. iRA already registered with my chassis number to some random different phone number and poses a security threat as all my info is getting sent to someone else and they can track my details easily.

          I purchased this Tata punch Accomplished dazzle orange colour from Lexus motors, rajarhat kolkata one month back.The buttons in the steering control, two numbers have chipped off.I did my first service from Rangeet motors, siliguri and they said it does not come under warranty and we don't have spares. Also the car two times refused to start.once it stopped in traffic and after many tries started.other time it stopped and only started in eco mode.i have completed 1300km on odometer and the car is otherwise good.

            We purchased tata nexon AXZ+ on 3 may 2022. But after some days it started dropping oil from engine and when we checked with service center they said they will repair the gear box.. why this issue in the new car??
            It was a manufacturing fault and we need a complete new car or money back to us. Our car is at service center from last 4 days and there is no ETA from the service center. Keep this on priority and update what to do to get the replacement

                Sir my issue already inform by call Gangadharan sir and Raghupreet sir about same issue of radio and right driver sheet handle also today observed fog lamp and wheel alignment issue both charged on my 3rd service

                This is my 1 car and as Indian I prefer to TATA
                I don’t know how and what check after servicing
                Because my trust on authorised service
                I am not able for send a car to Mumbai frequently January and February both months I send car Mumbai for above problems
                both times I paid fuel change for checking only Mumbai base and back without solved issue
                Please solved my issue in Boisar

                  On 21st february 2022, we booked the tata nexon xz+ variant petrol grey. When we booked the car they have given some quotation but after 90 days they asked to pay the revised amount, which was not mentioned when we booked the car. Now they asked to pay the extra amount which needs to be paid to deliver the car. So please to solve our issues. Please call us as soon as possible...

                    Booked Nexon Amt on 12 January 2022.
                    Sales person committed on 18 March that ours is next allotment and we would receive in 7-10 days.
                    We visited showroom several times after march 18 and everytime new timeline was given
                    Raised compliant ( no.[protected] and then area manager gururaj and kropex dealer informed the new AMT variant with additional cost of 30k will be alloted between May 15-20 and assured us. We agreed to additional amount and since may 15 started following up and they kept assuring it will be alloted by maximum 20 May. Unfortunately till today we have not received it. And all the relevant people who committed and given this false assurance have stopped answering our calls. Please assist us on how to take this forward

                    We are completely dissapointed by this act of Tata motors and kropex. Its been 5 months now after booking and we are still waiting. Other service providers are atleast being honest in their commitemnts and providing a right delivery date. In our case tata n kropex failed two times on their committed date, and after making customer pay additional 30k

                      Vehicle No-TN18BB0993 (TITANIUM_WHITE COLOR)
                      After we buy the vehicle COVID time starts, so we couldn't able to run the vehicle regularly. from March 2020 to till now, our vehicle had many problems with engine and other problems, to repair the vehicle we went to POPULAR MEGA MOTORS, at MADHAVARAM. So many times we have repaired our vehicle at Popular Mega Motors, Madhavaram. You can also visit the repair history at Popular motors. Tata Motors gave the engine guarantee for 6 Lakh kms. But, we run the vehicle for maximum 70 Thousand kms. Now the vehicle was in repair work at Popular Mega Motors at Madhavaram, Chennai. They are saying engine was problem again, we need to change the spare parts. So, they asking Rs.50000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) for repair work.
                      We are not satisfied with the vehicle. We have spend lot of money for the vehicle repair work. I am mentally stressed. Requesting you to repair the vehicle fully. and solve this issue as soon as earlier.

                          I booked a tata altroz xm diesel model on 3rd feb 2022 from sree gokulam motors pvt ltd situated at kattupakkam chennai . At the time of booking showroom executive said we will deliver before march month end but till now am not getting any update from dealer am waiting more than 90 days and my booking id :5-20ho8will and i paid 7, 00, 000 Please deliver my car as soon as possible with your humble request otherwise we should look other.this is our first purchasing car and this much delay is bad feeling i m fan of tata motors but this thinks delay doing and all was backing me... please help me out on this and am ready to take any color please help me...

                            Hi,

                            I had booked Tata Punch Adventure AMT on 18th January 2022 from Tafe Access, Tata, Mount road, Chennai.

                            Even though there was a huge delay in allotting the vehicle, I patiently waited and believed in Tata motors for my first car. The vehicle got allotted last week and I was relieved.

                            Now, the dealer says I won't be getting price protection even though I booked prior to the hike and wants me to pay the huge difference. I did not sign any document stating that I will be paying the prevailing cost during delivery. Booking was taken only for the pre-revised amount with just a receipt for the booking amount of Rs.11, 000.

                            If this was the case, I wouldn't have waited patiently for four months, I would have moved to other choices. I was said, the invoice will be made only on the Pre-revised old Amount and so I had booked the vehicle.

                            Although TATA had announced price protection, I am being asked to pay more.

                            1. The vehicle being delayed and not being delivered on or before March 31st, 2022 is not my fault.
                            2. There is no mention of an end date for the price protection offered in the official communication from Tata motors.
                            This is highly arbitrary and not acceptable. Now the dealer is also not taking the responsibility for bearing the difference amount, even though the fault is on their side for not communicating the details to us. I was never informed that I would be paying the prevailing price during delivery. You are giving me no other option but to move to consumer court to resolve the issue. I always had high regard for Mr.Ratan Tata and I still do, but never expected to face this kind of horrendous experience. Lost the Trust in Tata.

                              Difference in Invoice and TMC App (Tata Records)

                              I bought tata nexon xm diesel last year in june 2021 for which invoice was also raised for june which i have attached, While doing registration for TMC App i found that owners details and vehicle purchase date is wrong, Vehicle purchase was march which was wrong, I raised the issue then they changed owners details but said they can't change purchase date .
                              I escalate the issue to customer services then dealer get ready for extended...

                                I got booked tata punch petrol pure varient on 10th of November 2021.At that time it's ex showroom price was 549000.But now the dealership has called me and told about expected delivery date of 25 may 2022 but they are asking me to pay ex showroom price of 582900/- Kindly clarify that what is the policy of the company regarding this? Which price is to be paid, the price at the time of booking or price at the time of delivery.

                                  Hi This is Mr.umesh hb, I've booked a Tata nexon xz puls petrol with white color from keymotors, Mysore road, Bengaluru showroom on 13th Jan 2022 Since then I have contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 11000 as a booking amount. Please provide me with the car within this month with price protection policy and agreed commitment I can't wait for such long blindly, This is really very frustrating, As a Indian we are moving towards local brands as a part of vocal for local, But other companies are ready to give their products but why tata motors not providing on time, Tata motors giving bad experience while purchasing my dream car in life.
