Purchased a TATA Altroz Car 2 months ago in Visakhapatnam. It is not starting from 2 days. Called the central helpline number who said they will arrange a call back immediately but nobody came. I called again and they don't seem to have a log of my previous complaint and took all the details again and promised to send someone immediately. That immediately became 2 days now and nobody came. Called again and se situation again. This is like a loop. Not sure what would be the situation if this happens somewhere on the road in between cities. Pathetic customer care. Did not expect from TATA

    Hello, it's been too long I didn't received any status on delivery of tata nexon xza+(o) daytona gray. I had booked the car as on 13th of Feb. delar commited for assured delivery with in 45 days
    I ve got my loan sanctioned on his commitment and now my loan is about to decline coz of validity. Seems it will remains a dream to buy a car for my parents. I did nt received any order number. dealer - Zed Ex, Sector 48, Gurugram. I've sent the msg on tata mothers twitter account too and got replied that the waiting period quoted by the dealership is 16-18 weeks. This is completely incorrect information. I do have whatsapp convo snap shots and call recordings where dealer said so many times for assured delivery with in 45 days. How could now I believe on tata motors and dealers now...?? I didn't received car yet... don't how we will being treated at the time of servicing.

      New Tata Safari taken delivery one week back is not getting locked. Mostly locking system failed. Tail gate not getting locked. Lights are not getting off. No response from registered customer care number.
      This is not acceptable from Indian leading car maker.

        Please Don't book car from key motor, you can go with other Dealer. To get a booking initially they will tell simply one month two month to get vehicle later they will tell big story for delay delivery you can check image attached.

        Me and my friend booked car same date but he received vehicle before agreed date, so if your booking go adishakthi motors instead of key motors.

          TATA PUNCH engine problem after 1000 km

          We have this incident on March 19, 2022.
          We have very bad experience with the TATA PUNCH vehicle.

          The PUNCH vehicle was breakdown after 1000 KM while traveling with family, face lot of issues and the vehicle behaves like a tractor and ignition sound changed and if we switch on the AC the ignition automatically switching off.
          Then went the service center, Service center was checked and found the issue with Spark...

          I booked Tata tigor XZ cng in bulandshahr, they provided delivery date - 25-march-2022, to which they didn't delivered, then I asked them for 6 April but now there is no sign for delivery on that time too. This is the worst service.

            This incident was happened on the Mar1 19, 2022.

            We have very bad experience with the TATA PUNCH vehicle.

            The PUNCH vehicle was breakdown after 1000 KM while traveling with family, face lot of issues and the vehicle behaves like a tractor and ignition sound changed and if we switch on the AC the ignition automatically switching off.
            Then went the service center, Service center was checked and found the issue with Spark Plugs (There is no reason why this issue happens). They replaced those plugs, But still there is an issue with the ignition. Once we switch on the ignition it is generating huge heat and that heat coming to the inside the car as well.
            Again, if we switch on the AC, ignition getting vibration.

            Contacted the dealer and requested them to replace the vehicle. But they are saying it is not possible. They asked to visit the service center. Even if they fix the issue, again, there is no guarantee it won't occur again.

            As this is new vehicle, we are looking for the replacement.

              i puneet dwivedi purchased tata nexon (xe) on[protected] from society motor kanpur gt road show room
              i were told gold amc covered three year of warranty which cost me 29000/-and i purchased that
              today on the day[protected] when i contacted for servicing i came to know that warranty of two year given by manufacturer expired
              and you can not revoke
              but today they told me that sir your warranty is expired
              then i asked why i have been not informed then they checked the contact details which is being fed by the agency from where i purchased the vehicle is mobile no [protected] and e mail id [protected]@gmail.com is also not valid one, it can be cross checked by the company in the form which i have filled and provided information. misleading information and error of commission being done by person who entered my data in system
              question arises here i didn't received any info regarding the mashup which is being created due to information furnished while i purchase the vehicle and the actual fact
              i contacted crm kanpur today no [protected](given in printed book) the ball was completely thrown by him in the court of tata motor shahjahanpur .he completely made himself apart .
              now sir you just see my condition what a person can do i am paying here for the mistakes which i have not done
              i here by request you for redressal of my grievances that extension of warranty may please be done in the facts of above mentioned line on high priority

                I purchased tata safari on 10th feb and having lots of issues on the product and its the worst vehicle i have ever seen. Worst dealer at Raigarh CG SS Cars. Owner dont share his number and employee says that if we will give his number then he will kick us out of job. Ask company to resolve my problem as fast as you can. Take my car back and refund my money.

                  I have booked Tata punch on 9 December 2021 at SRTranzcars, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. They assured me to deliver it in 2 months. Already It's been 4 months.

                  My car is not even billed, there is no proper update from the dealers side.

                  Booking Voucher number:
                  SRT/RCPT/CASH/18-19/0975.

                  Along with my association friends, we planned to go for a mass booking cancellation from Tata.
                  Because of
                  1. Zero response,
                  2. Zero update,
                  3. No transparency in tracking
                  4. Poor service
                  5. No offers for state govt employees

                  We are ready to give voice for the locals but Tata is not ready to hear the voice of the locals.
                  Update me with the real status of the booking. Or else ask the dealer to accept their incapability of delivery and cancel my booking. rather giving false assurances.

                    I booked one TATA Nexon XMA Petrol Daytona Grey (Originally booked XE petrol but later changed the variant) on 24th Sept, 2021 from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Shivam Automotive, TP Nagar, Korba, Chhattisgarh. The dealership promised to deliver the vehicle before 90 days. But as on 26th Mar, 2022, even after passing of six months, I have not yet received the delivery of the vehicle. Whenever I call the dealership about the car, they always reply that they have placed the order but it has not yet been billed.

                      I, J.K. Roshan Kerketta, had booked Tata Tiago XT, Arizona Blue from your Dealership- ASL Motors, Mango, Jamshedpur on the 22nd of January, 2022.
                      ASL Motors had given me a tentative waiting period of one month as per protocol.

                      I understand there is a delay due to parts shortage, but I still insist and request you to provide me a date for dispatch/delivery of the vehicle.
                      Currently, I work in Bangalore, and I would need to take leave for taking delivery for the vehicle in Jamshedpur.
                      My humble request to you, is to provide a date for dispatch/delivery as to when you can provide me the vehicle at the earliest.

                          Hi I have booked tata altroz XM+ car on 30 January 2022 from unity motors kolhapur in my first visit to showroom only.I have asked to change altroz model from xm+ to XT on 7th Feb 2022.
                          We wanted our car on gudipadwa festival and also convey same to tata motors.
                          In first visits sales person says us if we place order early it will come in February month only.So we trusted and waited.
                          We have visited showroom on every weekend to check if we are on right track.They were just saying yes we will delivers you not to worry.
                          Now at the end of March sales persons are saying we can't deliver you car on gudipadwa.
                          I want to ask you why your sales persons are making fake promises even your sales managers are involved within this and dealers too.
                          I have seen tata priorities customers according to cash or loan.The customers who pay in cash gets car within 15-30 days only and others customers booked cars are allocated to them.Why you make this difference?
                          Apart from this Your sales persons and their managers forcefully asks to take there predefined insurance otherwise they don't sell car.
                          They do so as they get more margin within that, I want to ask you tata doesn't provide enough salary to employees as they are relay on insurance and accessories?
                          I had tried to contact customer care numbers which was given in showroom but they are also the same.Careless and boring.
                          In my opinion Tata needs to train there sales persons and also need to learn some marketing strategies from Maruti and others.
                          Customer comes to tata because of the sefty cars but your service disappointed them.
                          There is no way to give you negative stars.
                          Otherwise I will surely give you.
                          I am frustrated by your service.I regret I have choosen tata for my first car.

From multitec motors faridabad, on dated 08.03.2022, now this car run only 1200 and its staring make to much sound, i send this car for service and tell to advisor about this now advisor check this sound and tolled me that he has generate a quarry for this problem when he recieved response from tata motoers then he solve that problem .
                            I have purchase this defective car and i will wait for response,
