We have purchased the new tata tigore on 10th October 2021 in nashik. Till now there are 2 tyres get damage and replaced. My complin is against tyre quality. I need all tyres should get replace with good quality manufacturers.

    Hi All,

    I would like to raise this concern regarding my new car which was delivered on 1-dec-2021.

    After receiving the car I have noticed that a part(tale cover SS) is missing and since last 3 months I am wondering ballia and Azamgarh branch of puneet auto mobile related to that and till now it's not fixed.

    I have also tried to contact with their head Mr. Manoj But have no luck.

    I am requesting your intervention regarding this matter as I am mentally harassed after buying tata car.

    My car details are as follows.

      2nd January 2022 I have got delivery of my vehicle Tata tigor ev through heritage motors ghodbunder branch.
      In which various issues were present like vehicle was not neat and clean. Engine/motor part was containing spyder nets. Dicky Matting was without lock. Petrol lock pannel was weak.
      Out of which when we moved ahead and made it realised that it's our first EV car so we will sort out things at time of our first service which is on our 5000kms as informed by dealership.
      Within 1& half months of period of time
      We faced battery charging issue on 26th February the vehicle charging stopped.
      We contacted the dealership at Ghodbunder branch they tried to help out but vehicle dint charged.
      We then tried in fast charging then too we got fail to charge it.
      I personally was recommended through ghodbunder branch to update the service team of heritage motors in waghle estate. We googled the number and got a contact details of miss nayana bobade. Who was on leave that day so she helped me with contact details of mr liladhar det who is specialist in EV cars she told me.
      Mr liladhar denied to visit for help as he was in bhiwandi area on 27th Feb 2022 and he promised me that he will visit next day morning.
      Again they failed I waited for him for next 5days. I got visit of him on 5th of March after my 3 follow ups to him and to nayana bobade. On my 3rd follow up I was left helpless so I shouted them to do their job in serious manner and help me out.
      On that day liladhar promised me that he will solve the issue on same day but at sunset time he told me he has left himself helpless as a part which he needs to replace is not available with them so soon he is going to make it available and update me.
      We stopped the vehicle usage after that and paying our emi dues sincerely as bank is nowhere concerned to this matter.
      After local usage of next 25 kms the vehicle a.c. stopped working. So we booked an appointment of servicing along with ac work to get it checked along with battery issue with strict instructions of person or driver to be on time at 9.30 am to collect the vehicle.
      Guess what?... The person failed to reach and I got a call from some driver at 11 am and he told me that he would visit and collect the vehicle in next 1 hour i.e by 12 or 12.30 then I told him no need to come I will send the vehicle myself when my driver will be available.
      Meanwhile my driver got time on 15th March 2022 to get the vehicle service and repair I sent him to Tata motors heritage motors of waghle estate by confirming with liladhar of his availability and I sent him at 4.pm on 15th of March 2022.
      When my driver reached liladhar was not again available and replied me that due to some emergency he has left for bhiwandi and some other guy will help me out.
      My driver waited for 2& half hour i.e. till 6.15pm and continuously followups he did to available staff which were nayana bobade along with kaustubh.
      They failed to open a bloddy job card
      Then at 6.15 I told my driver to leave the vehicle as it is and let us don't pressurise them as may be we have visited the service station at 4 pm which might be not a normal visit time. Then I contacted nayana bobade on telephone and I asked her the timings of re-openind she told me 9.30 am and I requested her to take my vehicle on 1 st instance and get the work complete.
      And she again promised to do so.
      Next day being a Gentleman I called them again at 10.30 am to whatsapp me the job card and vehicle status.
      They handed over the phone to kaustubh.
      Then kaustubh hand it over to liladhar and all were just discussing on phone call and also between them all so me liladhar on behind the phone call asked kaustubh to open the job card and take the vehicle inside for the job. Again after couple of hours I realised not a single follow up till now from them regarding vehicle.
      I asked my driver to leave all the work and visit the service station as we need the vehicle get it repaired from these fool staffs. He visited the service centre ar 1.50 pm.
      The vehicle was standing as it is like before. He kept waiting as he was asked that it is lunch time going on. At 2.30 my driver called me and hand it over the phone to me kaustubh and he was behaving completely blank as if he is not even aware about the vehicle. I got shocked as I was having all the phone call recordings available with me. I asked him about the morning follow up of mine and rest of all things. He lied to me that he was not the person only liladhar is responsible for it and again he is not available.
      My driver waited again and then they took the vehicle after continuous follow up of my driver at 3.15 or 3.30 pm.
      They opened the job card.
      I got seriously unsatisfied with the whole team along with Tata Motors to give me such vehicle which is not working nicely not charging nicely no ac working no hand brake part availability so no charging.
      No service centre follow up after booking an appointment .
      I at 3.45 pm asked my driver to get the gate pass and bring the vehicle at home. Even if the vehicle stops we will get it toed with our money and get it in our parking slot and now we will claim Tata motors to Re-take the vehicle with them and put it in their ass with their stupid Staffs and refund my hard earned money at any cost.
      I will take this case till high court as I need my [censored] money along with bank loan forclosure charges.
      As I am not able to use it.
      Since 27th February I am dealing with super dumb staff of Tata motors.
      Get this stupid service centre shut down.
      Or hand it over to some other dealership
      And get me my money paid. Lets see now the heart of Tata Motors

        I thought that Tata is our nation pride but this is fraud of Tata dealers it's completely cheating with customers what they told at the time of booking
        Dealer's are playing with customers feelings
        What they expect from Tata motors india

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          This is to inform you that i have purchased TATA Tiago Model –XT on August 2021, TS08HP4783 total running 5000 km approximately, Servicing done twice from Tata motors authorized dealer. On 11th March 2022 suddenly my car was breakdown due to burning smell and then car parked aside. Immediately I contacted to Tata Motors service centre (Select Cars Sanathnagar Hyderabad) and they arranged a person within 30 minutes, technical person checked the vehicle, he declared as CLUTCH PLATES burned, finally they arranged towing facility and picked the car to Tata motors authorized dealer.
          Now dealer told me CLUTCH PLATES, PLEASER PLATES, FLY WHEEL ASSEMBLING & RELEASING BEARINGS are burned and to be replaced with cost of rupees 14500/- approximately.
          But my complaint is how it is possible that, car used only 5000 km and 7 months approximately, dealer told me warranty is not applicable / covered for the above spare parts. In future what is the guarantee of not repeating this type of incident. My family was afraid after seeing this type of incident and how can give secure and is this brand value of Tata Motors.
          I am very disappointed and mentally disturb from this type of worst support from Tata Motors and also losses money.

          Kindly take necessary actions for this type of service.

            I booked a tata nexon XMA S Amt module on 15 September 2021 from doon wheel pvt ltd situated at Yamuna colony chakrata road dehradun. At the time of booking showroom excutive said about company 3months waiting policy on this car but now 3 months converted into 6 months there is no update about the car every time ask about they said sir we dint have any update about your booked car. This kind of services provided to customer not show good reputation of company and customer easily shift other company or brand. With the help of this complaint please take necessary action on this

            I have booked car in SRT coimbatore Mettupalayam Rod booked Tata punch pure in date of 11/12/2021 before booking sales man sed me 3 months you can get your car delivery in this three months he did not call me and updated about vehicle all the team I want to call the sales person and ask my car update not good response from sales person now my three months has completed still now I didn't get my car deliver 4th month is going on this month did not delivery my car I am going to cancel my booking virst experience from SRT coimbatore please clear my complaint booking slip attached

              Dear GuruDev Motors/GM

              I have visit your Gurudev showroom on 17 AUG 2021.Sales man informed that min SUV Vehicle will launch soon in month of OCT 2021.While made a pre booking and vehicle delivery within 45days Guarantee.

              Sales team person made a promise of 45 days delivery if you have made advance booking before launch.

              I have made an Pre Launching booking on Sep 22nd Amount 5, 000.

              On 18th Oct, Punch Lunched and price list shared by Praveen 22nd Oct 2021.After that he completely disappear.

              On 28th Oct Sales team, Vignesh follow up and I made confirmation TATA punch Adventure AMT vehicle (Orange) in GuruDev Motors @21st Nov-2021.

              I would like to bring to your notice that I have not yet received the product as per commitment given by your sales team (Team Lead -Gopi).

              I was informed by your sales staff that the Pre order will be delivered within four to five week or 45 days but they have not delivered,

              After that, your sales staff promised me the product would be delivered (30th January 2022) but they failed to keep their promise.
              When I took follow up for my product they told me, it will deliver product up to 20th February 2022. My product not been delivered .

              After multiple follow up!
              • Again I have received promise from CRM Team to delivery vehicle before March 3rd- Failed.
              • Again I have received promise from CRM Team to delivery vehicle before March 10th- Failed
              • Again I have received promise from CRM Team to delivery vehicle before March 15th- Awaiting for the status –No update.

              I request you please look into the matter and inform standard deadline for delivery date. Kindly try to deliver my product before this month End.

              Note: (Sales team informed every time, that escalation email notification will share within 10min-Not even received screenshot of tracking list.) Required proper responses and share the Booking ID and Escalation mail of my product.

                I purchased Tata Safari gold edition on 7th March 2022 with Chassis no MAT631109NPB55805, for my surprise I got soiled car delivered to me but assuming the dealer is busy I ignored the soiled part and took the delivery and got it washed out side to make it look new car.

                Problem started on the 3rd day from the delivery in the software where dash board speedometer was showing some technical issue alert and giving wrong readings of kilometre, I took it my Safari to Kropex sigsandra service centre in Bangalore but they could not identify the problem all they did was removed the main battery wire and re-connected and re-started the ignition then all seems to be fine but after day or two again I started facing the same issue… this time I went to Kropex Koaramangala Bangalore they connected their laptop and kept the engine on for about 25minutes and rebooted the system I suppose and it seemed like problem was rectified but for my surprise after two days that is today 14th march 2022 all of a sudden there was some noise and my car screen and speedometer went blank and it came back by itself after few minutes and same thing kept on happening several times and I took the car once again to Kropex Koramangala their they did everything to rectify but no solution found so I left my car in the service centre and came back. When I called them in the evening they said they could not rectify the problem and they have connected some software developer who have developed the software for tata motors to attend the issue and said they will update me tomorrow 15th march 2022.

                The idea of purchasing new vehicle is for peace of mind and less visit to service centre but in my case I have visited 4 times in span of 7days from the date of purchase, this is not acceptable at all. Specially kropex always had negative feedback even when they were holding dealership of GM Chevrolet as I was owner of chevy Cruz at that time. All this issues makes us incline towards either Toyota, Hyundai or Honda vehicles as they provide better sales / service and their products also gives least issues. This time I went for Tata as I believed in vocal for local thought but it is sad that I fell for vocal – local concept and did a very bad decision.

                I am quite disappointed and want to return the Tata Safari to tata motors as I am not at all happy with the vehicle or the service provided by tata motors. I would like to know what is the procedure for the same if not I would like to take this up with media and senior members of Tata motors / Tata Group. When I told my friends and family that I purchased Tata Safari gold edition by paying 28, 80, 000/- they all cursed me for spending such a large amount for Tata vehicles yet if debated and convinced them of my choice but now they all are making fun of me and it is kind of humiliating as well.

                      HSRP Number not being Updated on Vahan 4.0 Portal

                      Hi, We brought our car from Jamshedpur in Nov 2019 and did a passing for Pune as we wanted to use it here in Pune. It was a BSIV Model and that's why registration took so long. We got our registration done in Pune on Feb 14th, 2022 and we have taken our HSRP Number on 16th Feb, 2022 form Tata Motor's Vendor here in Pune.

                      However that HSRP number is still not updated in Vahan 4.0 Portal even after a month. The vendor is saying...

                      Hi,
                      I booked this vehicle in Pre launch booking on 11th October 2021, however, the car hasn’t been delivered yet.

                      It’s been 5 months now since i have booked this car from Auto vikas, Motinagar, New Delhi. I have sent several e-mails and The mail chain was started on 29th November 2021. Since then, i have been asked to wait 3-4 weeks more for the delivery of this car which was Initially promised to me in writing after 8 weeks. Now after waiting for 20 weeks i am still being told that the car is still not allocated by TATA motors and i have also been told that there is no update from TATA motors regarding price protection which was valid till 28/02/2022.

                      As per TATA motors website the price protection is supposed to be provided to every customer who have booked the vehicle on or before January 18th 2022, then how come dealerships are saying that the price protection was valid till 28/2/2022, if the delay is initially from TATA motors then why customers are being penalised and harassed to pay the hiked prices even after waiting for 5 months and what is the point mentioning about price protection on the website is this some kind of joke as you guys can’t even keep your words in writing too. Such a pathetic experience i have had with TATA motors before even owning the vehicle.

                      If the vehicles are being allocated on FIFO basis then customers should not have to wait for this long and have to pay the hiked price.
                      I would request you to kindly look into this matter or this time i have to take it further.

                      They are making false commitment even they are not bothering to update customer and not even responding on email nor on calls, while booking it was told that car will be delivered 6-7 weeks however it's been 9 weeks and yet to get any update.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I booked Tata nexon XE Green on 08.11.2021 through Sri Laxmi Auto Enterprises India PVT. Ltd.. But I have not got any message or mail regarding allotment of vehicle.

                        One of my friend booked vehicle on 04th Dec 2021 and after completion of 105 days vehicle delivered on 12th March 2022. I am waiting since 127 days. But vehicle not yet delivered. Tata customer care advised me that kindly contact to Mr. Rangarajan, GM Tata motor Chennai region. I called him many times on his mobile no. [protected]. But he didn't pick my call and not able to give satisfactory reply on WhatsApp chat.

                        I am a old customer of Tata company. I have purchased many electronics items from Croma, Velachery. I am having SIP of Tata mutual fund and having Term Insurance plan of Rs 1 crore of Tata AIA Life insurance company.

                        In view of the above, you are requested to look in this matter seriously and investigate the causes of delay of allotment of vehicle and arrange for allotment of my vehicle within 07 days of receipt of this mail. Since I am waiting since 127 days and other people are getting delivery in just 105 days

                          I booked a tata punch adventure reythem pack on 31st Oct 2021, and till now not got my delivery even after full payment of the car. My car loan has already been started and paying the EMI. The Car was booked at Ashoka auto sales sanjay palce Agra. Worst experience of buying a TATA punch.

                              I booked Tata Punch Adventure White colour on 19.10.2021 in Ramagundam at Select motors and assured me it would deliver in November 2021.Dealer never called me regarding delivery and billing updates. I always talked to the dealer with the help of Tata customer care. Four to Five times I talked wth dealer with the help of Tata customer care and the dealer assured me to wait till completion of the waiting period. My maximum waiting period(16 weeks) completed on 19 February 2022. On 08 March I again made a call to customer care and they arrange a conference call with Mr. Sripal Reddy(GM). I was astonished by his reply that your vehicle is Punch Pure and you have to wait. First time I talked to him on 17 December 2021 then he didn’t tell me these things. Today I have completed approximately 5 months then he is telling me all these and denying for price protection. For price protection I mailed on 30December2021 and got a call from a Tata Representative.My last complaint number is[protected].

                                As I have bought a new car on 9th of march 2022.after getting the delivery I got my fast tag but it was not activated till today.and the sales executive are vry badly responding towards the issue. it was my worst experience with tata motors till the date.

                                    I have given my vehicle for insurance ckaim in sudarshan motors. they have given me liability of rs 1500 but after completion of work they r demanding rs 6000

                                    This is not acceptable since theyhavenot taken any prior approval from me

                                    I want to buy Tata Tigor iCNG but local dealers are telling that it is not listed in CSD price since it was launched in Jan 2022.
                                    Whereas Maruti dealers are ready to give cars launched 1 week before
