Undue charges for parking

I had bought a Tata altroz XE (MH20FY 0763)from saniya motors Aurangabad, Maharshtra in November 2021, The car meet with an accident and was declared TOTAL LOSS, fortunately no one was harmed in the accident, So getting impressed with the built quality i again booked the same car from the same showroom mentioned above.
Meanwhile after booking a new car,
the earlier accidented car which was parked in Service center of Saniya...

1) Booked on October 18th. Initial delivering date is 6weeks.
2) As per mail multiple delivery dates are changed and still no guarantee in delivery date.
3) I strongly feel, cars are delivering as per their preferences and recommendations, not as per booking.

Example:-
1) Person who booked the car (white color, adventure, AMT) got delivered (Mist color, adventure, AMT) on December last week.
2) Low variant cars which have more waiting time than adventure variant got delivered
3) Multiple tata puch cars are seen on city roads.

4) Dealer asked me to compromise on color and variant. I have accepted. After that I didn't get any response.
5) Negligence in responding to my queries.
6) Cars are not delivered on promised dates and still allow people to book cars with the same delivery dates. This should be cheating.

    Car brake bounceback after first service

    Hi,
    I had bought Tata punch AMT before 2 months. The car condition was good. Th brake and wheels were proper. When I presses the brake, it was not used to bounce back .it was just stopping.

    I got the first service done from Yash Motors Naranpura, ahmedabad on 15th March and after that I'm facing very weird issue. When the car is running in smooth road, then also I can feel more that the back tyres' movement. It's not...

    I have bought Harrier XZ+ new dark edition in first week of Sept 2021 from Go Auto Pvt Ltd, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
    There are multiple issues I have faced with this dealer. For sales target they did multiple things wrong.

    1) First issue was, on delivery day when we went to dealership, dealer was giving test ride to others on my allotted car.
    2) they gave me back dated invoice, even payment was done by bank on actual date. so bank objected this thing and anyhow I got it corrected.
    3) In insurance there were multiple issues, which was corrected after multiple follow ups.
    4) In temporary RC, hypothecation was wrong. It has not been corrected.
    Sales man assured me that there will be no issue with main RC, and confirmed me that hypothecation details have been corrected. but I have got main RC with wrong Hypothecation details again.

    Now I am following up with them since last 7 months but there is no response from them. I have checked with RTO, they are saying that it can be corrected by dealer only. Bank is chasing me to get the form 23 from dealer with correct hypothecation details.
    Giving 23 lacs to TATA becomes a headache to me.

    I request you to please help me. I was talking to Mr. Rajul from TATA since last many months but no resolution provided. Mr. Manish, Mr. Deepanshu, Mr. Mohit were from dealer side, they are also not responding, they assured me to get the hypothecation corrected.

    There is no update, I have dropped multiple emails on [protected]@tatamotors.com as well but no luck. Tried connecting them on social media as well but no response. TATA motors presales is very responsive but once they will have your money, automatically they will change themselves and they will not care. 7 months struggling in front of anyone is a big time.

    no one has resolved this complaint. Is this portal consumercompaints.in useful? if yes, please help me with the resolution. Its been 8 months Tata Motors has done nothing. very very bad experience.

      Dear Team, My name is Kaarthic Hariharan. I am located in Chennai (Tiruvancheri - 600126). I booked a Tata Nexon XZA+ (optional) Dark Edition, Petrol variant with Tata Dealer located in Chrompet, Chennai. The dealership's name is Gokulam Tata Motors. I have been following up with the dealership and Tata Motors. I am in touch with the territory manager of Tata Motors as well. His name is Mr. Ganstan. They are not aware of the car allotment or delivery. The complaint is not with anyone in particular. But, the whole Tata and the Dealership commitment. I have been told a waiting period of 71 days. I booked my vehicle for 7th October 2021. It has been 165 days until today and not sure of the vehicle allotment and delivery. They are saying that they are trying their best to deliver the car. But, I want to understand what's the reason behind the delay. The car Nexon variants are moving in the fast phase. They launched Tata Punch on the day of my booking. I can see so many cars on the road. If semi-conductor is the issue, they shouldn't be launching new models and releasing new variants of Nexon or Punch or Harrier models. I want to get this resolved at the earliest and want to know my delivery date of my car.

            Hi This is Mr.Suhas Hindalekar, I've booked a Tata Punch Adventure with Rhythm Pack (AMT / ORANGE) from Fortune care Pvt ltd, Vashi, Navi Mumbai showroom on 10th November 2021. Since then I have contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21000 as a booking amount. Please provide me with the car within this month. I can't wait for such long blindly, This is really very frustrating, Not even order tracking is available with dealers, As a Indian we are moving towards local brands as a part of vocal for local, But other companies are ready to give their products but why tata motors not providing on time, Tata motors giving bad experience while purchasing my first car in life

              Hi all, myself Praveen Kumar had booked TATA Altroz XZ Diesel downtown red on the the the 7th of January and had promised to deliver within 50 days.
              Unfortunately, the car is not even allocated, which means even after allocation they need 15day to deliver, in that case, that is more than 90days and I are not sure what will happen.

              Whenever I reach out to the showroom dealer they have one response that is TATA has not allocated a car yet, will tell you once that did.

              It's frustrating to wait for more than the expected date and the loan process also have to be redone it was bad inside family and friends when we had announced our new car.

                Good evening. I am Ganesan Pandian and I am writing this mail to inform you that the Tata Punch Adeventure Rhythm (AMT) is being delayed in delivery. I had booked this variant on December 24th, 2021 at SriLakshmi Auto Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd, Thoraipakkam, Chennai. But two of my friends who booked the same car along with me received it. The irony is that, till last month, as per the dealership information, I was ahead of them on the priority list. From the purchase history of 3 friends, the booking earlier with Tata Punch does not have any sense in getting the car earlier. The delivery of Tata Punch seems to be random.

                As I applied for an Indian bank loan, the bank manager told me that the EMI would start anyhow next month. Kindly think of why I should pay early EMI for an undelivered car.

                Kindly help me to solve this issue, and I attached the booking receipt for your kind reference.

                Good Afternoon. I am Dhruba Sharma and I am writing this mail to inform you that after 3 months of booking I am still waiting for my Tata Punch Pure with Rhythm Pack. I had booked this variant in April, 2022 at Bimal Tata Motors, Lokhra, Assam. Initially I was informed that I will get my new car in the last week of June but till date there is no information on the delivery date.
                Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                  I purchased tigor xz plus icng 13 March 2022. Today i hand over car to sagar motors service centre, site-4 sahibabad due to complaint and my complain is car steering automatically stuck, not move any direction in running and ideal time this is very horrible and safety issues, if any accident who is responsible? 2nd cng continuosly cut cut cut beep sound produce, please resolve immediately other wise i take another action.

                    Hi team,

                    I own a tata nano cng + petrol car.
                    I would like to bring in to notice to the company about the faulty cng pressure regulator issue.
                    My car has running of 78000kms any after that my cng pressure regulator started showing issues. I have checked it from nearest tata sevice station. But they say your pressure regulator has to be changed.

                    So i would like to highlight some points and urge company to kindly look in to it.

                    1- how long an cng pressure regulator runs from the purchase of the car.
                    2- why company is offering so high cost for the pressure regulator.
                    3- if the engine itself is made to run for 3lkh kms.
                    Then why the pressure regulator is giving issues at such a low run.
                    3- although it's a newly launched nano cng +petrol then why company is not aware of this issue
                    As its creating a huge price dump for customer for his small dream car.
                    If the maintainance cost is high how can a common man afford this car.
                    4- what should be the next step to resolve this company fault.

                      I have booked Nexon xma(s) on 24th nov 2021 at that time dealer given waiting period 14 to 16 weeks but dealer is unable to deliver car even waiting period completed, when I am reaching out to dealer he informed ot will take another 1 month to deliver car this is very much disappointing me as dealer is least bothered even not given proper updates which disturbed all my plans how this dealers behaviing with customer

                        Hi,

                        I have booked my TATA punch adv Rhythm AMT on Nov 22, 2021 and after booked, the dealer told like 14-16 weeks time and still no update even after crossed 16 weeks waiting period. I have fed up to chase the dealer and TATA motors customer care to track my delivery and they simply saying will update soon. There is no transparency on the delivery tracking, even raised a complaint after one week they closed the complaint without any resolution.
                        I did not get any info how to bring this issue to higher management to resolve it.

                        TATA Motors need to look on this asap to gain customers.

                        Every Business runs on the customer trust and satisfaction if once they loose, other competitors will definitely cash the same.

                        Hope TATA Motors will focus and help on this soon...!!!

                              Dear Tata Customer care Team,

                              PUNCH Adventure retham booking on 8th Nov 2021 in Adi shakti Motors, at T.Dasarahalli, Bangalore location . Not delivered till date & no updates from dealer they don't know when they will get allotments.

                              Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

                              As per the tata Motors Maximum 2 months waiting period at the time of launch and booking but now they are telling we cannot give time commitment.

                              They made me to get the bank loan approval for 3 times this was 3rd time, they only asked to get approval for 3rd time Evan though I explained them if 3rd approval fails I am not able take loan in next 6 months. But now they are offering other colours and varients to go with. Otherwise I need to cancel plan of taking car. I have booked this for my sister marriage really disappointed with the Tata motors system of allotments. Even l am the past customer of maruti and toyata. I feel ashamed of choosing Tata motors.

                              When can i Get the update from the dealer/Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

                                  Hi All,

                                  I would like to raise this concern regarding my new car which was delivered on 1-dec-2021.

                                  After receiving the car I have noticed that a part(tale cover SS) is missing and since last 3 months I am wondering ballia and Azamgarh branch of puneet auto mobile related to that and till now it's not fixed.

                                  I have also tried to contact with their head Mr. Manoj But have no luck.

                                  I am requesting your intervention regarding this matter as I am mentally harassed after buying tata car.

                                    2nd January 2022 I have got delivery of my vehicle Tata tigor ev through heritage motors ghodbunder branch.
                                    In which various issues were present like vehicle was not neat and clean. Engine/motor part was containing spyder nets. Dicky Matting was without lock. Petrol lock pannel was weak.
                                    Out of which when we moved ahead and made it realised that it's our first EV car so we will sort out things at time of our first service which is on our 5000kms as informed by dealership.
                                    Within 1& half months of period of time
                                    We faced battery charging issue on 26th February the vehicle charging stopped.
                                    We contacted the dealership at Ghodbunder branch they tried to help out but vehicle dint charged.
                                    We then tried in fast charging then too we got fail to charge it.
                                    I personally was recommended through ghodbunder branch to update the service team of heritage motors in waghle estate. We googled the number and got a contact details of miss nayana bobade. Who was on leave that day so she helped me with contact details of mr liladhar det who is specialist in EV cars she told me.
                                    Mr liladhar denied to visit for help as he was in bhiwandi area on 27th Feb 2022 and he promised me that he will visit next day morning.
                                    Again they failed I waited for him for next 5days. I got visit of him on 5th of March after my 3 follow ups to him and to nayana bobade. On my 3rd follow up I was left helpless so I shouted them to do their job in serious manner and help me out.
                                    On that day liladhar promised me that he will solve the issue on same day but at sunset time he told me he has left himself helpless as a part which he needs to replace is not available with them so soon he is going to make it available and update me.
                                    We stopped the vehicle usage after that and paying our emi dues sincerely as bank is nowhere concerned to this matter.
                                    After local usage of next 25 kms the vehicle a.c. stopped working. So we booked an appointment of servicing along with ac work to get it checked along with battery issue with strict instructions of person or driver to be on time at 9.30 am to collect the vehicle.
                                    Guess what?... The person failed to reach and I got a call from some driver at 11 am and he told me that he would visit and collect the vehicle in next 1 hour i.e by 12 or 12.30 then I told him no need to come I will send the vehicle myself when my driver will be available.
                                    Meanwhile my driver got time on 15th March 2022 to get the vehicle service and repair I sent him to Tata motors heritage motors of waghle estate by confirming with liladhar of his availability and I sent him at 4.pm on 15th of March 2022.
                                    When my driver reached liladhar was not again available and replied me that due to some emergency he has left for bhiwandi and some other guy will help me out.
                                    My driver waited for 2& half hour i.e. till 6.15pm and continuously followups he did to available staff which were nayana bobade along with kaustubh.
                                    They failed to open a bloddy job card
                                    Then at 6.15 I told my driver to leave the vehicle as it is and let us don't pressurise them as may be we have visited the service station at 4 pm which might be not a normal visit time. Then I contacted nayana bobade on telephone and I asked her the timings of re-openind she told me 9.30 am and I requested her to take my vehicle on 1 st instance and get the work complete.
                                    And she again promised to do so.
                                    Next day being a Gentleman I called them again at 10.30 am to whatsapp me the job card and vehicle status.
                                    They handed over the phone to kaustubh.
                                    Then kaustubh hand it over to liladhar and all were just discussing on phone call and also between them all so me liladhar on behind the phone call asked kaustubh to open the job card and take the vehicle inside for the job. Again after couple of hours I realised not a single follow up till now from them regarding vehicle.
                                    I asked my driver to leave all the work and visit the service station as we need the vehicle get it repaired from these fool staffs. He visited the service centre ar 1.50 pm.
                                    The vehicle was standing as it is like before. He kept waiting as he was asked that it is lunch time going on. At 2.30 my driver called me and hand it over the phone to me kaustubh and he was behaving completely blank as if he is not even aware about the vehicle. I got shocked as I was having all the phone call recordings available with me. I asked him about the morning follow up of mine and rest of all things. He lied to me that he was not the person only liladhar is responsible for it and again he is not available.
                                    My driver waited again and then they took the vehicle after continuous follow up of my driver at 3.15 or 3.30 pm.
                                    They opened the job card.
                                    I got seriously unsatisfied with the whole team along with Tata Motors to give me such vehicle which is not working nicely not charging nicely no ac working no hand brake part availability so no charging.
                                    No service centre follow up after booking an appointment .
                                    I at 3.45 pm asked my driver to get the gate pass and bring the vehicle at home. Even if the vehicle stops we will get it toed with our money and get it in our parking slot and now we will claim Tata motors to Re-take the vehicle with them and put it in their ass with their stupid Staffs and refund my hard earned money at any cost.
                                    I will take this case till high court as I need my [censored] money along with bank loan forclosure charges.
                                    As I am not able to use it.
                                    Since 27th February I am dealing with super dumb staff of Tata motors.
                                    Get this stupid service centre shut down.
                                    Or hand it over to some other dealership
                                    And get me my money paid. Lets see now the heart of Tata Motors
