I booked nexon car from gokulam Tata Motors poonamallee chennai on 13th Dec 21. Car was committed to be delivered by 15th feb, Not recd any update made me follow up till Feb end and now I get to know on 10th march that car can be delivered only in April. No commitment on date yet. Annoying service completely frustrated. Need some support. Completely disappointed.

    I have booked Tata Punch Pure on 6th November 2021. At the time of booking i was given a date of February first week. After many follow ups since then i have not received any clarification or any communication from the dealer and even not from the company. Its 11th March 2022 when i am complaining and its been more than a month.

      My Tata Manza Car UP32 EA 8567 was given to puneet automobile for repair and service on 7.3.22. Vehicle delivered me without compleat work done. Front left tyre in jam condition and many other issues which need attention.. kindly look into this and resolve.

        मैंने[protected] को Classic Motor अलवर (राजस्थान) शोरूम से टाटा की Harrier XTA+ Dark Edition Purchase की थी। उस के दोनो Suspension और उसकी door की biding ख़राब है। मैंने इस की complaint आप के अलवर शोरूम और Toll Free Number पर कराई है। उनका कोई भी reply नही आया है।

          I have given my car for servicing last tuesday for getting below things done:

          -Door paint
          -Sound in steering wheel
          -Sound from left ORVM

          After 8 days, I went to take delivery today, still the service is not done and these 2 issues are not yet resolved:

          They kept me waiting for 2 hrs and the Service engineer, Varun wasn't available in the service centre and there was no one there to give proper response to the customer.

          Kindly get these issues resolved at the earliest, this is happening second time I am really upset with the kind of service provided by the service centre.

Today dated 10.03.2022 hand over to me after software updating, servicing and repairing but after running I found that some important sign show again and vibration and sound from vehicle after that I again request for solution but Swan Motors staff and Management told that after some time this problem solve selflessly. If vehicle damage any condition Swan Motors Pvt Ltd fully responsible for this and replace with new same vehicle

                This mail is in reference to the vehicle issue since purchased, I purchased vehicle in Feb 2020 and from very next day the vehicle started with multiple issues one of them was timing belt, then the vehicle was placed under maintenance in showroom they repaired and gave me back but again after some days again the same issue occurred and then they changed the timing belt directly and also I paid for it, but later on after some duration again the same issue occurred and my vehicle was in showroom for 1 month 10 days and they admired that the belt was not working properly it was damaging as working, the engineers in showroom admired the same issue then they changed the head of vehicle without my consent and charged me the bill of 82000/- rupees for nothing and main thing in this is that I have not earned a single penny out of this vehicle and now in what concern should I take risk of again repairing it as it's of no use, I tried to explain this issue to showroom authority but they reply in very simple manner that it's not our fault actually TATA MOTORS have cheated me and also not supporting me, such vehicle is of no use which is by default defected, now the issue is not of paying but the concern of humanity how one can cheat on large scale.

                Because of this issue I didn't earned too much and 4 months loan amount bounced by which finance is also harrassing me daily now what should be done just because of such dump vehicle my loan credit got disturbed.

                Is TATA MOTORS such kind of service provider that customer given bad treatment whenever try to find the solution, now I want a new vehicle in place of this faulty one or else I have to take necessary action on higher priority,
                as I waited for 4 months but didn't got any solution from your side now what shall be done to make vehicle stand in showroom and pay unnecessarily to tata motors and finance can't you give any solution or exchange the vehicle.

                    This is with reference to a purchase of a Tata Ace Gold + Model Diesel BS-VI.which was delivered on 30.01.2022. Having said that the model number that was quoted to us at the time of purchase was 2022 and we did buy 2 vehicles of the same model bearing Chassis No. MAT559029MZP29545 & Chassis No. MAT559029MZP29545 which both was not the desired 2022 model which was agreed.
                    When we got delivered we didnt have an idea of what model was given to us. Moreover MR. Azhagarima who owns Vee Vee Motors based at no.408/13, Nagai Bypass Road, Thiruvarur-610 001 hasnt been at his best behaviour with regards to this mix up.
                    The most pathertic issue is that this gentleman is not gentle enough to accept his mistake and has been quiet rude to everyone when questioned the integrity of the situation. He claims that he has no idea on the switch and worst case he seems to be the ower of the Dealership. At the end of the day i have paid a hefty amount for an older model and am not ready to compromise on this aspect. This is not about money and this is more about ourself as a company.
                    we have been duped in open daylight and havent been given the right response to this situation. It would be much appreciated if TATA motors can take ownership of this situation and give me a solution.

                      I had booked TATA Tiago at Tata Motors Cars Showroom - SP Cars, Nuvem, Goa on 15th January 2022.
                      The associate there told me I’ll be getting the car in First week of Feb. which i didn’t. Later they told me for sure I’ll get in last week of Feb. Still nothing.
                      Its almost Mid March now.
                      No wonder why goans dont go for TATA cars. Because the service is really bad.

                      Can you please update me on the exact date that I’ll get the car? Since the people at the showroom are just giving any random dates and when i ask for update they don’t even reply.

                          Dear Customer care Team,

                          PUNCH booking on 16th Nov 2021 in Ananya Motors, at Hajipur location . Given updates from dealer that your vehicle is in transit but not given to me. They are telling that you cancel so we give it to another customer but they given that vehicle to one of their staff relative. Now they are hiding truth and saying
                          Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

                          Please let me know when Tata Motors deliver that particular vehicle with my name how dealer given that to another customer without my cancellation letter. Why ananya motors Hajipur not refund my booking amount if I cancelled vehicle. Can I get the update from the Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

                            It has been a very disappointing experience with Aditya tata Motors.Fake promises has been given and not able to fulfill it.Booked Altroz XE Diesel white on 12/12/2021 and till now it is not delivered and no clarity to Aditya Tata motors team that when it going to deliver it, from february month they are saying it will be deliver in week or 15 days .It going to cross 3 months now, while booking car they assure it will be deliver within 2 months.Whenever I called to executive Pankaj he is saying this month it will get deliver, I am listening this word from last 2 months and also they are asking to pay 15-20K more that's ridiculous as I booked car in 12/12/2021 so it should be on same price.My purpose of booking so early not going to solve as my marriage is in March month .I booked it early to use in my marriage.So much disappointment from Aditya tata motors.

                            Please take this seriously and try to deliver good customer service.Need delivery in the next 4-5 days and without any extra penny.

                                Delayed delivery/Fake promises

                                It’s been 5 months since i have booked this car from Aotovikas, Motinagar, New Delhi. This mail chain was started on 29th November 2021. Since then i have been asked to wait 3-4 weeks more for the delivery of this car which was Initially promised to me in writing after 8 weeks. Now after waiting for 20 weeks i am still being told that the car is still not allocated by TATA motors and i have also been told that there is no update from TATA...

                                I am highly disappointed with the delivery of my tata punch creative car and it was delivered on March 7th 2022 and the same evening I have noticed blue colour liquid was leaking from car boot and when I checked the car boot space it was completely filled with car washing liquid soap and delivered without cleaning.

                                And after speaking to multiple executives it was taken for cleaning by key motors and they have confirmed that it was car wash soap liquid which was mistakenly spilled and it was not cleaned and delivered as it is without without cleaning.The service person cleaned the liquid but I could see the original paint of boot coming off.Also the service guy mentioned the paint was there in boot from 2 days. the liquid seemed like a strong chemical soap used to clean car which was in my car for more than a day.

                                It is not acceptable and total negligence from Tara motors.

                                I am not happy with the service and I would like this to be escalated to the concerned authorities and hope it gets rectified as soon as possible

                                  I own a brand new tata safari XT plus. Its first servicing was on 06/03/2022.I booked pickup and drop facility of dhanbad Tata service center after paying proper pick and drop fee. I was also going with the driver as it was first servicing of my car. Just After 10-15 min, when I again came to the service center and saw two big scratch on my car, I enquiry about that scratch and they told it is just dirt and will wash off. During final delivery I saw the car and the scratch was there and it was not dust
                                  The dhanbad, jharkhand service convince me that on tuesday( 08/04/2022) they will repair it on their own cost but today they asked for a money and there behavior changes drastically. They were talking in a ill manner. #Tata#Safarixt+#RatanTata

                                    Because of their promise, i sold my current car and family is forced to travel on local buses for the past 3 months,
