Address: RKL motors AL-4A, Sector-9, GIDA, Gorakhpur

There are too many defects in the car. All the rubbers on side doors and dashboard are misaligned and defective. The hand rest portion is unevenly fitted. The side door on the backside is misaligned the symmetry is defective. The meter is unevenly fitted. Glove box is unevenly fitted. There are several uneven fitting and many more problems in car.
On asking the showroom they're not changing the rubbers and also they're not attending and giving attention to our complaint.

    I have been charged Rs. 590 for free service and also charged for standard checks Rs. 200.60 which was supposed to be free. This was my second service. I got my car delivered on March 20, 2021 but due to corona 1st service got delayed and eventually the second service.

      Tell me what to do now. I complained that's why I was told that you cancel the car, you will get late car. Is this done with the same customers ? Today is 101 days but not proper answer and very rudely behavior in jay ganesh auto delar with me.

        This is Dr. Aman

        I have done booking of tata punch on 2nd Nov 2021 in Delhi tata motors showroom

        And i have given complete Payment of the car and insurance on 25th Jan 2022 to the dealer and now I have got the car allocated from them

        As per Telephonic conversation with the customer care tata motors I was assured that the tata car booking before 18th jan will have price protection for the customers uptill 28th feb and since I have done booking on 2nd Nov and did complete Payment of the car by 25th jan already so I am requesting you to kindly give me the same on email or written about the price protection as the my dealer is asking for the new price of the car



        I have also talked to other dealers and the told that the price protection is till 28th Feb

        Copy of the same conversation is enclosed with this complaint

        Kindly give the confirmation of the same from your side or any letter or email so that I can stop my dealer from cheating me on the price

        I have done booking of tata punch on 27 december 2021 at chittorgarh tata motors showroom

        I didnt received the car yet. And just few days ago the car dealer informed me about the price hike. I told him that if i vooked the car already then why should i pay this amount extra. As per Telephonic conversation with the customer care tata motors I was assured that the tata car booking before 18th jan will have price protection. so I am requesting you to kindly give me the same on email or written about the price protection as the my dealer is asking for the new price of the car

          Nexon Gear Box Issue

          I would like to raise a complaint against the Gear Shaft Assembly in my Nexon XM model, particularly after Three Years of my Extended warranty completion, my Gear Box shaft assembly needs to be replaced on my regular service, with a minor glitch in the Third Gear engage/slippage problem.

          I have a Tigor AMT Petrol Vehicle. I have been trying to contact Orange Motors, Hyderabad for booking my Vehicle service for the past 10 days, but no one was bothered to revert.

          This has happened previously also. This service issue needs to be resolved immediately. With no option left, I have booked the service at Malik Motors, Bowenpally.

            Tata Punch AMT Failure

            Hi,

            Its just 3 days since my new car TATA PUNCH AMT CREATIVE Delivered and its already showing AMT Failure warning every 30 mins when I drive in Eco mode or City Mode. This results in gear getting stuck at 1 and doesnt shift. It clears only after engine is turned off and then turned ON after 2 mins....

            For tata manza elan I bought two front shock obsers buy with in 3 months this two shock obsers break into 2 pieces and after I contact with tata show room but their reply we won't give any guarantee on this and no response from them, this tata they are giving with cheap quality, pls help me in this issue.

              PUNCH Prelaunch-booking on 16th Oct2021 in Prerana Motors, at BTM Layout, Bangalore location . Not delivered till date & no updates from dealer & Tata motors.

              Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

              Please let me know the delivery time of pre launch booking done from Tata motors to dealers

              When can i Get the update from the dealer/Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

              So far made multiple follow ups from last 4 months but no response from Tata motors and they are not allotting the vehicle.
              Unfortunately it has been more then 15 weeks since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Tata Motors. Even after numerous follow-ups with Prerana motors, Bangalore . they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant. The only thing I am getting is frustration with let you know answer from dealer .

              My concerns are the following:
              1. Why is Tata motors only delivering Top end vehicles but took bookings of all variants if you are not able to deliver.
              2. What is the point of Prelaunch booking when they are not able to deliver it on time?
              3. Dealers have been informing me that there is a widespread chip shortage. Then how were they able to sell more than 10000 units per month of their Tata Punch? So is it really Chip Shortage or attributes of Mismanagement?
              4. I am really worried about my decision to buy punch . Its my first car . I am very unhappy with the wrong commitment by sales person.
              5. I am worried about the after-sales service now and wondering if i made wrong choice by choosing Tata vehicle even though many of my friends are saying about the service.

                Booked tata punch adventure on 13.10.2021, but till date not delivered,
                Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle.So Many false commitments heard from dealer but failed to give vehicle on time, As a Indian we are moving towards local brands as a part of vocal for local,
                But other companies are ready to give their products but why tata motors not providing on time,
                but tata motors giving bad experience while purchasing my first car in life

                  I have booked TATA Harrier XZ+ Dark Edition New on 30th December 2021 in Samarth Cars Pvt. Ltd., at Gwalior location.
                  They mentioned the official delivery period is 45 days but the expected delivery will be 11th Feb 2022.

                  But no updates from the dealer & Tata Motors.

                  Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

                  Please let me know the delivery time of the vehicle from Tata motors to dealers

                      They don't deliver what they commit. I have taken tata punch n since then i m regretting.
                      The car had some headlight issues for that they solved it in a month n then they broke the Bluetooth button for which I have not got solution till date.

                      They treat customer as they have a lot of free time n money.

                        I have made booking for Nexon XM A S 90 days back

                        Dealership made a promise to deliver the vehicle in 60 days but after missing the said commitment now they are saying we have sent the request to plant and your vehicle is not allotted yet

                        Every start of month I do get estimation of mid month, upon followup from my side

                        And at month end I do come to know I will have to wait for more 15 days

                        This cycle has repeated for 2 times and I had a word with almost all the line managers from dealership

                        I would really want to talk to someone besides dealership who can actually inform me about the exact delivery date for the vehicle

                        It’s very much frustrating as no prompt or informative communication from dealership Its very disappointing

                        Even the dealership is not aware the exact date when the vehicle will get dispatched from plant

                        Really appreciate some help here to get my vehicle keys in my hand

                              I had asked the service centre in Thoraipakkam to do the first service and also to cover the accidental damage incurred in car (Tata Altroz). I spoke to the service centre on Jan 24, 2022 and was picked up by a driver on Jan 25, 2022 which was picked up only after multiple calls. The car was not delivered as said by a week rather it was delivered only on Feb 4, 2022 (exactly 11 days after taking up the car). Once we got the car, it was noticed that the silver beading in car was not proper and also there was a gap in the right side near bumper as opposed to left side. This was reported to the service centre immediately and they said it will be done the next day where a person would be sent directly to my address. But the next day, respective person was not sent instead I was asked to take the car in the nearby service centre. I would like to know what kind of customer service is this being provided and why there is a delay and negligence in doing service for a car. And that too Tata being a brand value, this is not expected. I would mainly look for this delay and negligence to not happen again.

                                  Car leke 15 din bad airbag ka issue shuru hua showroom walo ko bataya to bola gaya kuch badi problem nhi he 1st service me thik kar denge par nhi kar paye bad me 2nd service me bhi nahi kar paye ab third me bhi nhi hua aur kitne bar jana padega har bar 2k ka petrol ja raha he aane jane me aur kuch hua to hamare safety ka kya hoga.

                                    I purchased my Tiago in Oct 2018 and I have drive over 30000km as of 2022 feb. From the time I had taken the car I have been facing issues with missing, and during each time of the service I keep repeating the executive about the same. Everytime they just clean the fuel pump and return back to me without replacing the complete fuel pump. In between I have started noticing the some notice coming from the steering wheel while turning and raised the same to the executives during periodic service. They just did some minor repairs and returned back to me. Now since the warranty period is over when I raised the same issue they are saying the need to change the faulty fuel pump which will cost me ₹11000 and to change the steering wheel ₹20000, which is not my fault. I'm so unsatisfied with the service of the car and it is unprofessional. While I see most Tiago cars have the same issue, and since it's a manufacturing defect, the company is supposed to replace the same, now I'm supposed to pay from my pocket since the warranty is over. I don't want to waste any more money for the manufacturing defect. Can someone please help me with this?
