    I have purchased tata car from cargo motors and took delivery on 16th jan 2022. the sale invoice is dated on 15th jan, 2022. The tata motors has internal system to manage details of customer vehicles that is TMSC app. That app has purchase date of my car as 21 dec, 2021 instead of 15th jan, 2022 (sale invoice date), warranty end date is 20 dec 2023 instead of 14th jan, 2024 and first service dues date is 21 feb 2022 instead of 15th march 2022.

    After raising my issues to Cargo motors(dealer), they didn't fix it till 20 days after the delivery.
    After that I raised the issue to Tata motors, but it's been around 6-7 days, they have not fixed my issue yet.

    Currently the first service due date is 21st feb, 2022. the other service centers only checks TMSC app and does free services as per the sue date mentioned there that is 21st feb, 2022. But it's not actual due date of my car service. my car is only driven upto 150km and there's no point of free service now.

    TATA MOTORS DOESN'T SOLVE MY ISSUE.

    Apart from this date issue, there were multiple system and documentation issues which i had found and raised to Cargo Motors. They fixed them after 20 days.

    Tata motors team has corrected the purchase date and warranty end date. They said that they will help in get the first service done on proper date on basis of updated date. Thanks so much Tata motors. Please complaint on Tata motors rather than dealer and constantly follow up for the same. That will resolve the issue.

    The purchase date and warranty end date are corrected in TMSC APP by Tata Motors team. The service due date is not corrected in TMSC APP but they said that they will help in get the first service done at proper date that is after 2 months o[censored]pdated purchase date.

    The dealer Cargo motors did not contribute a bit in resolving these issues.

      Dear Customer care Team,

      I Book the Tata Punch Pure model on 29th Oct 2021 in Riya Autolink Ahmedabad Gota branch, at Gujarat location . Not delivered till date & no updates from dealer & Tata motors. Already registered complain in customer care but still no result.

      Dealers are saying Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .

      When can i Get the update from the dealer/Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .

      This is really very frustrating, Not even order tracking is available with dealers.

        I have booked tata punch pure SUV car on 31.10.2021 in the name of Ms. Pooja from Sab Motor Pvt. Ltd K.H No. 702/703 Amar colony HCMR complex Wazirabad Road Gokalpuri Shahadara Delhi 110094. The representative of the above said showroom told us that the delivery of the vichel will be make before 22.11.2021. But shill their no hope of delivery due to Mr. Vikas Rai. This is so painful for me because I have booked this car for my marriage purpose and given Rs. 21000/- booking amount so please take the necessary action at carliest.             Respected sir,
            I, dr Akshay Bhardwaj, am an orthopaedic surgeon working in delhi and i own a car, Tata Zest bought in 2017(DL10 CH 5295).
            In October last year, the car started showing a check engine light and the experience which followed has been harrowing.
            1)Took car to, True North Sevice centre, peeragarhi, new delhi
            Paid Rs 5000
            Was assured that there was a fault with spark plug and all 4 were changed
            The car didn't even reach home,
            Check engine light again.
            Took the car back to them, they changed cords going from engine to the spark plugs
            Car ran for 1 month before same problem happens again.
            2)
            This time I'm on a highway in muzaffarnagar.
            Same issue.
            Change spark plug, change cord,
            charge of rs 5000

            Can runs for 2 months and the problem recurs.
            3)
            This time I'm at moradabad.
            Same problem, same solution, same charge, rs 4000

            Finall, now suffering from same problem again.
            4)

            Car now at the place this whole saga started, True North, Peeragarhi.
            They have already changed the clutch plate worth rs 10000 and still no where near to solving the problem.
            I'm frustrated and not sure who to turn to now.
            Can you guys please help me

              They have mentioned 71 days maximum for delivery date in booking form but it’s delayed for more than 71 days and still not yet delivered the car. Why Tata motors is giving false commitment for delivery and cheating the customers

                  This is to bring into your kind notice that due to some fraud workshops, the customer trust on tata is being shaken. I brought tata nexon for myself on 13th November 2020 from Lajpat nagar, New delhi. Since then it has been on regular free services on the authorized tata showrooms. On oct. 2021, on road tata assistance was provided as my car stopped at petrol pump in ghitorni, gurugram, Haryana. Tata road assistance service assured me for the services and asked me to leave after handing over my vehicle to them. On regular follow up, I got to know that my nexon was sent to nearby tata workshop i.e. Autodeck, Ghitorni, Gurugram. My car was kept at their workshop for almost 10 days. Their driver dropped my car to my residence after claiming everything being done and its all perfect nw. On the next day, I noticed my rear wheel of driver side was inward placed and was inside out. I took it to regular service tata workshop near my place, where they confirmed dead wheel axle (back side). Since then, I called several times to autodeck gurgaon but they just denied its being done on their part. Then I approached to regional tata complaint centre, where I was helped out and my dead axle wheel was replaced at treos tata, okhla centre. I was provided with pick up service of my vehicle from my residence. My car was kept for 1-2 days at their service station. On changing the axle, they notice my rear wheel (driver side) had a tube inside tubeless tyre, which was again shocking for me. On calling dealer with whom I bought my nexon, he asked me to contact workshop which denied their involvement and asked me to approach tyre company i.e. bridgestone tyres pvt. lmt. I lodged my complaint there and they cooperated well and a complete inspection of my rear tyre was done. They rejected the warranty claim saying that it was not a manufacturer defect and claimed it has being driven for 1-2 kms in a punctured state by someone.
                  Now, my main concern is that my car is driven only 5000 kms in the past 13-14 months and I have never experienced any puncture in my car. Secondly I being the only driver who drive my car, I would have known if some such problem has being occurred in my vehicle. My car stayed for 10 days at autodeck service station, ghitorni and for 2 days in treos tata, okhla. Also my nexon was driven both sides by the respective workshops driver. Something has occurred either by their drivers or at their workshops. As the placement of the tube in the tubeless tyre, cannot be done without workshop managers’ knowledge. And why customer was not informed before placement of the tube in their tubeless tyre? Isn’t it customer’s right to know if something has been done in their car? How can someone place any external part (tube) in the vehicle without informing the customer? We give our vehicle to the authorized showrooms on the trust of the brand name “TATA” assuming that the best would be done without any such hiding of mishappenings taking place

                    While overtaking the car suddenly stops the acceleration and there is a pause in speed (During acceleration car jerks and feels like fuel supply is suddenly cut off).

                    completely on mess yesterday on NH while overtaking a bus on [protected]@spped of almost 80 km and traffic from opposite direction is also in same or higher speed, i could have faced a headon collision,

                    Just unable to speedup the car when needed most, what is fhe use of turbo nd bla bla engine to give power.

                      Hello Tata Motors,

                      I was very happy when I was booked my first car with tata motors.
                      I have selected Tata only considering the Indian Brand and Build quality.
                      But after booking the car I am very disappointed that I haven't received any update from Tata Dealer.
                      I have booked my car on 15th Nov 2021 and my expected delivery date is 17th Feb 2022, but From the last 1 month dealer telling me the same thing as cars are not deliverd by the company thats why my waiting list number remains same.

                          First of all I would like to say thanks to Tata Motors for making such strong vehicles.

                          On 29th Jan, unfortunately, I had accident. I was driving my Tata Tigor.
                          As discussed with Tata officials, I bought vehicle to Tata work shop Faridabad.
                          Tata vehicle quoted repair work of Rs.5.5 lakh to 6.5 lakh from insurance company, which is not fair at all.
                          Although, Tata officials told me that repair work will cost around 3.5 to 3.75 lakhs and insurance company will pay this. However, might be possible that I will have to pay 10, 000 to 40, 000 from my pockets.
                          I was fine, with that ...
                          But, as Tata motors body shop officials were not on there words, not sure why they made this huge estimate for repair, insurance company may decide to pay total loss instead of repair...which I don't want.
                          HR51 CE 9737, this was a brand new vehicle, 6 month old.
                          Hope, you understand. How I am feeling right now ...
                          not getting help from anywhere...

                            My mama have invoice of his 2012 model sumo.so that's why I was go to the old showroom is hem motors of tata motors in Satara . There is only one man in the showroom he is also not in there daily his name is kshirsagar . So I enquiry in watchman so he said he is only come in morning for 1 and half hours so I take his number and call him.then I said that i want invoice of car .you put invoice in watchman.then he asked me for 200 rs then I will give invoice.i was send him 200 rs then put invoice watchman hands.but he add GST in that .in 2012 there is know gst.again I contacted kiran khirsagar then he said you come morning 11 am and also remind me morning.so I remind him and I go there office but watchman said his gone then I was called him and he said I was said you come in the morning but I was go there in morning he is not there. These happened 5 to 6 it's not giving me invoice his also take my money 200rs .I don't know why he take money.and after that he talking rudely on phone . also he not give invoice.you take action on him.his name is kiran khirsagar

                              Regarding delivery of Tata Nexon Delivery from a local dealer (Adishakti Cars Pvt Ltd Shankarmutt Road Shivamogga Karnataka 577201 ), i had booked the vehicle on 13.11.2022 and promised delivery in Feb 2022 but in between the period, I got to know that someone else got the vehicle delivered within a month and when I approached the dealer with this information he said that they got a vehicle which was booked by some other customer before me who canceled at the last moment and we were not contacted as it was a different color from the one we had booked. I request you to intervene in this issue and help me get the vehicle delivered to me as soon as possible.

                                I own a Tata Nexon XZ+ (S) model Petrol purchased on 28th September 2020, today I received a call from Tata Motors Autoplex that there is a cut in my tyre. And this is surprising because in past 16 months, this will be the THIRD tyre which needs replacement with no claim from Bridgestone or Tata. This is unacceptable

                                  My Tata tigor XZ+ 2019 model is facing a crack in the rear twist beam.It is purely the manufacturing defect and the service centre is not replacing the part free of cost as the warrenty period is over. As it is due to the manufacturing defect the company should need to replace the part free of cost.Due to this crack it is very risky to drive the car and the company should consider this issue seriously as I came to know that this issue is facing not to me only.

                                    I Purchased a Tata Nexon EV XZ+ dark edition from Trivandrum Motors, Trivandrum, Kerala. My purchase was on August 2021. I did not receive dark edition merchandises provided by tata to dark edition vehicles. After seeing the merchandises on display at trivandrum motors showroom, I asked my sales executive and his response was it's only for altroz. Recently only i came to meet other dark edition owners of nexon who received these merchandises for there purchase. I feel cheated by tata and it's sales team.

                                      There are too many defects in the car. All the rubbers on side doors and dashboard are misaligned and defective. The hand rest portion is unevenly fitted. The side door on the backside is misaligned the symmetry is defective. The meter is unevenly fitted. Glove box is unevenly fitted. There are several uneven fitting and many more problems in car.
                                      On asking the showroom they're not changing the rubbers and also they're not attending and giving attention to our complaint.
