My car is just one year old and I recently done with 3rd service that is done after 12 months.
And right after service I am feeling so many jerks.
When AMT is on first gear and in bumper to bumper traffic then it is not smooth like before. I am felling so many jerks now.
This is so uncomfortable. Even passengers sitting in the car can experience the same.

    I booked Tata Nexon on 15 October 2021 from Zedex Mobility, Gurgaon, Sohna Road, I want delivery on 14 January 2022, today date - 8 January 2022, still not having any updates, I was assured by Mr Raza And Mr Anil they will delivery it on time.

      I bought a tata tiago on Dec 4 2021, however due some reason I had given the car in the service center. After few days when my car was ok to be taken the service manager called me and clarified about my date of purchase to which I replied him, however he told the chasis number is booked on a different persons name Rafiqul Islam and the purchase date was reflecting 27-april-21.
      Now I wish to know how come the car which was brought on 4-dec-21, is showing a different purchase date as 27-apr-21 and a different owner name in your system. Details of the car is plate number AS01EY4527 and the chassis no is MAT626350MKD31169. Refer the below photos uploaded for your reference. Kindly look into it Am I being given a second hand car modified as a first hand.

        Mahadev Tata Motors Bhiwani is completely staff bekar, neither they have the skills to speak, nor are they welcome, except for a few salesman, there is a relationship between a group and passing wrong comments, And there met one in the showroom who was talking to me loudly, who told his name Manoj (very bad manner) After that we had to take another car, for that we thought it right to go to Rohtak and Hisar.
        I request everyone who wants to take a Tata car, do not take it from here.

          I have bought a Nexon petrol amt car in Ju;y 2021 and this is the second time this happened to me that vehicle is not getting started in the morning. last time I had called the 2x4 7 roadside assistance and they jumpstarted the car then i sent car to SC. they kept the car for 24 hours and said the battery checked and its ifine. now not even after a mkonth same thing shappend again. how could someone reliay on a car like this?

          i am really ###-off with this car ever since i bought and i will never wright a good review on this product of tata.

          my earlier can of Hyundai had never given me such kind of trouble in entire 4 years o[censored]se.

            When I drive my Tata Indica quadra jet and passes the 90 km accelerator is not working. Stop the car for 15-20 minutes and start the car now it is working and accelerator stop working again after passing 80-90 km. This happened many times.

                      Tata xenon bought from bafna motors in the year .
                      They have delivered display unit which had manufacturing defects. Despite our regular correspondences and followup they had not done the restoration repair wok.They even not replaced the vehicle as per warranty.
                      We are forced to stop the loan emi against the loan taken for the said vehicle from shriram filances.

                          I booked tata punch pure varient in December 2021. But I don't get delivery till now. It's waiting time so high approximately 6-7 months . It's not fair time for costumer. So please fast deliver. I am disappointed with tata service. So please resolve the issue .look into the matter.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to inform you that i have purchased tata tiago Model –XM on April 2018, CG07BL5016 Total running 23635 km. Servicing done regularly from Tata authorized dealer. On 31.12.21 at approx 5.35 pm i am going out with my family from my home Risali Bhilai to Durg just away 5 km suddenly car was stopped and then car parked aside. I saw smoke coming out from car bonate and after opening the bonate found fire caught in engine, cables and sensors. So we immediate extinguish the fire. Then i called to tata service centre and after amount paid the car picked and sent to tata authorized dealer. They told warranty has been expired and you have to pay all amount. But my complaint is how it is possible that fire caught in small distance and car total running only 23635 km and in this time period total 5 times car servicing done . This type of incidents only possible if technical issues on cars but they were not attending. In future what is the guarantee of not repeating this type of incident. My family was afraid after seeing this type of incident and how can give secure. We called to insurance service for claim but they were not giving any sureity for this type of incidents.I am very disappointed and mentally disturb from this type of service and also losses money.
                            Kindly take necessary actions for this type of service.

                              Worst ever sales experience. Booked a car in September 2021 and after 4 months they say it wil still take 2 more months.
                              The worst part is they put the blame on you and make you feel as if you are at fault for following up about the delivery of car.

                              My mental health took a toll talking to these bullies and now they are refusing to cancel my booking and refund the money without again giving complicated steps

                                I have booked Tata altroz XZ variant with Pondicherry tata motors dealer in the month of October. It has been 3 months and still the dealer hasn't delivered the vehicle and is not telling me the delivery date. Need assistance to get the vehicle delivered soon

                                  It has been a terrible experience in booking India's "Safest Car", Tata Punch. I had Prelaunch booked a Tata Punch (PURE RYTHM, Daytona Grey) on 10th Oct2021, from JAIKA Motors, Civil lines, Nagpur. At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done in between 4-8 weeks.

                                  Unfortunately it has been more then 13 weeks since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Tata Motors. Even after numerous follow-ups with Jaika motors, Nagpur . they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant. The only thing I am getting is frustration with let you know answer from dealer .

                                  My concerns are the following:
                                  1. Tata motors have been aggressively promoting Punch as the "Safest Car" but the biggest problem is that they fail in delivery commitments. Tata motors don't care about? What is the point of Prelaunch booking when they are not able to deliver it on time?
                                  2. It seems as if Tata Motors are only concentrating on launching new products while customer satisfaction and delivery commitments are their least priority.
                                  3. Is the issue with Tata Motors because they failing badly in their commitments? Why are they even making incorrect commitments at the time of booking,
                                  4. Dealers have been informing me that there is a widespread chip shortage. Then how were they able to sell more than 8000 units of their Tata Punch? So is it really Chip Shortage or attributes of Mismanagement?
                                  5. I am really worried about my decision to buy punch . Its my first car . I am very unhappy with the wrong commitment by sales person.

                                  Is this just a tip of iceberg? Will I face more problems when I start driving and servicing my car? I am already in a trap where I have no information regarding the delivery of my car. Had I been informed at the time of booking that my car's delivery would take 2 months I would have booked my car of some other reliable Brand

                                  Seems no one is updating/responding to the complaints . what's the use of pre-launch booking if you are not able to deliver the vehicle on time . People are booking after launch & getting the vehicle in a week/month for creative & adventure models .
                                  Really this is disturbing . dealers are blaming tata motors & customer care is not at all responding back .
                                  I am now thinking of cancelling the vehicle, really very bad experience of getting my first vehicle :( :(

                                    We have purchased 2 nos. Tata Nexon XZA+ (O) by paying an advance on 4th October'2021 from Heritage Motors (Panchpakahdi) Thane - Maharashtra. The distributor had assured to provide the vehicle within 2-3 weeks i.e. max. by end of October'2021. October month passed but i didnt got delivery. When i touch based dealer, again chain of commitments continued, however delivery didnt happened till mid of Dec'21 i.e. almost 2-3 months. In the end of December, we got 1 car alloted, however till date there is no clarity about the allotment and delivery of 2nd Car. Would like to know from Tata Motors Company whether there is any issue in production, or service. It is surprising that without receiving the car in hand there is lot many followup and commitment issues, God only knows what will be after sale service or resolution of issue that may crop up at latent stage. We have made various oral and written communications with Dealer as well as Tata Motor personnel Area manager, but till date, havent got satisfactory reply on the same. It is also surprising that even the area manager of Tata Motors is clue less about delivery of our vehicle when we spoke to him even today. Reply given was that plant is not producing and told us again to wait till 10th Jan'22 i.e. by when the plant will again start functioning production.

                                    It is noteworthy that at end of Dec'21, dealer shared the chasis no. of second car but within few hours we were told that the car belongs to other dealer code and chasis number was wrongly got allotted on our name. hence could not be allotted in our name. We still failed to understand that whether this type of case is intentional or merely a human error.

                                    Finest details regarding issue or chain of communication can also be shared once the issue is being taken up at later stage. Awaiting prompt revert on the query.

                                      I have a booking for TATA Nexon from Ujjwal Tata Showroom, Dhule, Maharashtra .
                                      Please note that I got the availability certificate on 21 Sep 2021, and I was promised delivery before 100 days.
                                      Also I have paid 100% payment for this purchase.
                                      Now, it's past 100 days we, as consumers had certain plans for this purchase and we are extremely disappointed by this service.
                                      What disappoints us more is that the staff is unable to answer any of our queries related to this purchase and it's delivery.

                                      Please help us with this delivery as soon as possible.

                                        I've booked for Tata Punch Pure with Rythm Pack from Tata Motors Ananya Auto Agency pvt. Ltd showroom on 16th November 2021 but they booked punch pure without any Rhythm pack. Since then many a times I contacted the sales person for the delivery, but they are unable to commit a delivery date. I had paid 21001 as a booking amount. Please provide me the car within this month or provide me refund. I can't wait for such long blindly.
