But Due to dealer #prernamotorsbangalore. We regret.
From last 3 months I am struggling for answers, I sent many email to [protected]@tatamotors.com
I am not getting any solution over email/customer care. So I have to do.
From the starting to every step, I faced lots of issues with Prerana. Motors.
1. Communication was not proper from team lead of BTM branch.
2. Before billing issued wrong receipt for part payment.
3. 34000 charged for insurance and issued insurance of 30000.
4. During PDI noticed 1 issue. they said it will be fix while delivery.
nothing resolved and in addition wegot a dented Bonnet which was not there duringPDI.
BAD EXPERIENCE
GM Ajit is pathetic, he don’t know how to talk and behave. while dealing, he was more interested in personal questions
Included TATA MOTORS officials, Hemanth. but we Felt like he was also good for nothing. he committed for smooth delivery but delivery day, the bonnet dent thing happened he was speechless and not responded over call. tried with different number and then he picked the call. but he told decide between you and dealer.
CRM Shaktiraj also Sugar coted useless person. He committed delivery will be smooth and PDI issue will be resolved. But nothing happened. Other then that I got a dented bonnet. Photos and proofs, during PDI and during Delivery I can provide I have all the proofs
I can provide screenshots of their arrogant replies in whatsapp chats also
Vehicle was registered on my name, I could not ask to change the vehicle. I was feeling helpless.

I am suggesting, NOT TO BUY any vehicle from #prernamotorsbangalore
Don't want to do this but please #RNTata2000 try to look into this matter as we are totally frustrated
