Bill Invoice No:- IBHAJA[protected] Problem Details:- "I've requested to the company for the replacement as the company has sold the vehicle with manufacturer defects. My car is facing the issue of (Engine Check Lamp Error) in a new vehicle for 6 times in just 40 day of purchase, even just after just 10kms from delivery time 1st time error came and they said me it might be come because of from washing. Hence, I've approached the company/dealer but till date, the GRIEVANCE is not been resolve. So. I would like to know what will be the further steps to resolve the issue as the company is not responding and has not provided satisfactory clarification regards the same.
Last time I've dropped my car for 20 days for solution of this error and they said my that they have been replacing the ECU and when its solved from their side they call me for pickup my car, But after reaching my home (drive 70kms) that error 6th time occurred and this time it's seem like misguided activities with us, that error set as dimmed in night we can see easily but in morning we can't see it clearly so they do some fraudulent activities with us that we can't see and drive as like we don't have that error.
Also, after 20 days in at workshop, when I'm taking delivery of car SM said that we have changed the ECU but after discussion with head of tata motors (Mumbai) they said ECU is not changed in car and when I asked SERVICES manager he doesn't know what's happening, ECU is changed or not.
In this all error time they don't pay for petrol, even when they pick up car from my hoe to their workshop 60kms I'm paying for that.
EXPECTED: i wanted to have the replacement of the vehicle or compansation as I'm facing the issue since from the date of purchase and lost much of hard income because of that mental harrasment."
Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
