Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your Dealer Gati Motors, Durgapur.

Today, Is the Seventh Day they pick my Vehicle, [WB39B-9627 TATA GOLD] for inspection, time of picking my vehicle they said only 10minuts work is needed in there service center . But service team failed to rectify my of vehicle problems, I have earlier reported to your toll free number but they response negatively.

I wonder if this kind of standard practice at your Dealer outlet, where service is concern, my trust for TATA is significantly decrease . I purchase Tata Gold, for commercial use with taking a huge bank loan, if my vehicle is laying in your dealer gati motors service centre in unrepaired condition how I pay bank loan, please give suggestion.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

    I purchaised new tata altroz vehicles from sree gokulam motors 25 june 2021 ( januvary making after 5 month later i got it ) the vehicles is not good condition, no propper PDI, Steering rack complaint, its coming tug tug noice, dash board vibrating, engine side too much durty and rust, wheels also and many more scrachess inside and out side, many more times i contacting gokulam executives, two times direct visit that CRM said after after and many more irresponsible excuses ...

          We took Tata motors INTRA V20 why because they told us the A.MC will be there for 100000 KMS and in the month of May the was the Vechile was break down and to rectify the compliant the service center took 25 days and they tell to us A.M.C will be there and I paid 9000 . And after the Vechile delivered to us after 5days break down and in the June July the Vechile was break down 5 times. why this much compliant has coming to Vechile and still today the Vechile was in the vishnu motors carrier in Andhra Pradesh vishakhapatnam. And the service center has negalagence workers not responsibility persons. This type problems has cancelling my engage contract who answer to this. If this will repeat if anyone would ask me to buy Tata motors Vechile I will tell them that the Vechile are worst

            I have cng tata nano 2014 model.

            My issue is my car convert to cng when petrol is low or finished. It not convert through switch.

            I showed my car to showroom, they didn't found the fault. I love my nano like my child. But frustated with issue.

                टाटा टियागो का इंजन सही से बांधा नही गया है। इसमें बहुत थरथराहट है। जिसकी वजह से इंजन में बहुत आवाज आता है ऐसा लगता है इंजन गिर जायेगा। दूसरा सर्विस सेंटर स्टाफ अनुभवी नही है। मेरी कार का फैन बेल्ट आवाज कर रहा है पर न तो वो सही कर पाए न बता पाए क्यों आवाज कर रहा है जबकि मेरी कार एक साल पुरानी है।

                    I purchased Tata Nexon AMT XZA+ petrol from Sagar Motors Sector 5 Noida on 7 March 2021.
                    After driving around 400kms oil start dripping from gear box.I reached service center and they fixed the issue and said that it was due to faulty sealant and O Ring.Don't worry sir we have replaced it.
                    Now after driving around 3000 kms same problem arises again.That is very annoying, I bought this car for 13 lakhs and visiting service center time and again in so much short duration is really frustrating.I am disgruntled and feeling cheated.
                    Hope earnest step should be taken toward my concern.

                    Adding More photos of oil dripping for clarity

                    Hi
                    I have a very similar issue. Model Nexon XZA+. Purchased from Trivandrum motors in March 2019. After around 8000 km, while doing the paid service, the service center (Derek TATA) adviser is telling that the gearbox's thread is lost and the nut which opens to fill the oil is now freely rotating. Now they have to do re-threading in lathe, and if it fails, they've to replace the gearbox cap! That is going to cost me a lot. It is surprising that the extended warranty does not cover this manufacturing defect! TATA need to address this issue.

                      This is aditya from GORAKHPUR, UTTAR PARSESH, I brought a Tata Tiago on 2016 and they give me a insurance of future generali and after 4 years I purchased a insurance from policy bazar.com of future genenrali and they were saying that they don't have tie-up with future generali and they can't give the claim by them self they said that I have to raise claim for future generali and my policy is cashless and they are accepting cashhless policy also. And thier service were ridiculous. Once gave my car for repair (service) the small problem they can't repair they said you have to change the whole kit. Once I gave my car for claim and after few days they call me that my car is ready. And when I go reach their they said that my car is haven't repair they gave my car to me while service centre gets closed around at 8.30.pm after that my they made my brake with unbalanced grip of I use my brake my car gets skid from rear tires so I left my car at service centre and I reached my home at night around 3:00 am because their was no transport vehicles on that time and my home was 90km far from service centre .
                      SERVICE WAS VERY RIDICULOUS AND USELESS OF TATA MOTORS

                        I moved from Bangalore to Varanasi and re-registered my car in local RTO. Now my number plate still not received for which I connected to my registered dealer Prerana Motors Rajaji Nagar Banaglore.

                        Ms. Shwetha is the lady with whom I have dealed my vehicle at the time of purchase and I connected to her only for my CAR number plate. Same response I am getting the way she used to give when I purchased the vehicle and called for issues I was facing in my new CAR.

                        Prerana motors Rajaji Nagar is the worst authorised dealer who know only to sell car and no further service.

                          I wish to complain about My brand new car TATA NEXON (P) XE NEW
                          Chassis No. MAT627223MLF41320 with that I purchased on. 19/07/2021
                          SHREE VASU AUTOMOBILES LTD. C-1, SHATABDI NAGAR, DELHI ROAD, MEERUT.

                          We have been charged more than the total amount billed.

                          1. We had bought car accessories from company (SHREE VASU AUTOMOBILES LTD.) for which we were charged more than the bill and we were first paid the total Amount and then the bill was given.

                          2. We were charged more amount than the Insurance Total Amount.

                          3. We were charged more amount than the Registration Total Charges.

                          4. Our first choice is car number was falsely promised by the car agent (KARUN SAXENA) and cheated by the RTO agent (MEHRAAJ).

                          You should solve our problem as soon as possible and take strict action.

                          When I first learned of this problem, I contacted KARUN SAXENA at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because SHREE VASU AUTOMOBILES LTD. is Most trusted company and dealership.
                          I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

                          I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

                            I have taken my car service from TATA Motors Varanasi. Worst service I have been given even though it was paid service. My AC is not working that effective it was before service, car dashboard is looking so BAD that I am not in a modd to drive my car until unless I get it cleaned outside somewhere.

                            Now I do not have trust on varanasi service center. Can you please some one to visit my place and is the condition of my CAR after service.

                            No action, no support from Tata Motors.
                            Still no action and this shows how Tata Motors employees Deals with customers. Even after waiting for more than 10 days no action and no one called me to to know about my concern.

                            This is one of the reason people started moving to different purchasing car from other companies.
                            We are not getting proper service from TATA MOTORS.

                            I will right a mail to highemanagement of Tata motors now and let see any action will be taken or not.

By thet behest i did full payment of 8.54 lac. Every time i ask for delivery the delivery was delayed by giving some reason like limited stock, covid, lockdown so we waited for some months because we did full payment.                                 Dear Tata Motors,

                                This is Hrudananda Sahu based out of Bangalore.

                                I booked Nexon XMA Red Color on 2nd April 2021and today it's 22nd July 2021(111 days, 16 Weeks), there is no update from the dealer(KROPEX Auto Pvt Ltd, Hosur Road Bangalore 560100).

                                I also got the information from the dealer that if the vehicle is not delivered within 31st July then I have to pay more as per the new pricing.

                                May I kindly request you expedite and deliver the vehicle at the earliest.

                                I have raised complaint #[protected]

                                Attaching the Booking Order and advance receipts as supporting documents.

                                This is really disappointing to see the kind of service from both Tata Motors and Kropex Auto.

                                    I purchase TATA NEXON XZA+ from UNITY motors Pvt ltd Kolhapur on 20/04/2021.only one key provided by the dealer by saying company is not providing the 2nd key.this is not good for company like your status.we are investing so much money buying your car and company is not providing all accessories like keys which is most important part.
