After failed to provide any delivery date, when I requested for cancellation of my booking, I haven't got my booking amount back, only false promise when I call every time that amount will be credited within 8-10 days.

I want my refund.

Bafna motors is just a fraud company and we collectively should move to court I feel.

    Res sir madam, myself mahantesh naragatti from jamakhandi taluk bagalkot dist contact [protected], i had booked tata altroz on feb 20th and paid rupees 11000/- and executive person assured to give car delivery by march 5th, , , and unable to do so, , , then we had waited upto 11th march and even after they couodnt able to get car delivered and not even taken care to deliver and there behaviour to customers are rude nd not upto mark, , , over all was a bad experience with jamakhandi tata showroom people, , ,

    Then we had cancelled to purchase car bcz of not in time delivery, , ,

    From april we are in touch with these persons to get refund of rupees 11000 booking amount, , , they were so called tata persons not even recieved calls many times and peraonally we had visited lot many times also but also not processed, , , daily am calling these persons but not et all taken care, , ,

    Today i had went and they had written cheque of 10000 only, , , dont know why, , , i had paid 11000 and booking cancelled from company people only, , , and after 5 months, , , ,

    This is like something very bad experience with these persons and bringing bad name to shri Ratan tata ji also, , , ,

    I hope and suggest higher officials of group with talk to them nd take on fire, , , , to support ur valuable customers, , , otherwise from these peraons u will loose active customers, , , totally bad experience

      I want to register complaint against General Manager (Sales) of Varenyam Motors Bhopal (Mr. Saleem Khan) because of his unprofessional and rude behavior. This behavior is because Tata Cars are selling more against their peers. They know that if 1 customer is lost then it will have no effect on the company. He does not know how to talk with a customer and also put allegations on me that I am gonna run away from that State as if i am a criminal.
      Just want TATA Motors to take action against him as these employees will one day be the reason of the down fall of tata motors.

        While driving, the car's steering got locked suddenly and I immediately need to stop the car, now I am having a fear of driving as it risks my life for a few seconds and I am not willing to take the risk in future.

          I have booked on 02/02/21Tata nexon XZA+(O) in VIJAYA BHARATHI AUTOMOBILES TIRUPATI at that time MANAGER Promised due to COVID restrictions we wil deliver car in 8weeks, we agreed with that and I’m cleared total down payment and bank also disbursed amount to dealer...

          I’m already paid 5EMIS WITH OUT delivers my car, I’m regularly followup with dealers but not getting promising delivery about vehicle, it’s nearly 6 months going to complete after booking..

            Sub:Request to refund my Vehical insurance money that without notice insurace made to name of my wife Vijayalakshmi.Actual vehical registred in name.

            I am Shivappa-M my vehical Mahindra scarpio No. KA05 MP 9652 (Model July-14) and my loan Account no [protected]. When the time of vehical purchase I agreed to as k take 36 months of loan EMI but now it extended to 48 month EMIs.several time I call and ask your bank employee or Agent Madhu (Contact no [protected]) he is not respond properly and without notification made tata AIG general Insurance and deduction Insurance Ammount in my loan ammount(Rs-14, 14000.00) . And majorly they made insurance to name of my wife (Vijaylakshmi) I and My wife are not much educates and we don’t know read and wrte English and hindi.they are cheat us. I met Current Branch manger Thirumala (contact no [protected]) and convey my dispute and he say that he solve my problem but still yet he solve my problems . He always guide me go for unstraight way to my problem. I plan to For closure my load account, but they ask additinally pay 5% of loan anmmount.I am aging 68 years now and and Angioplasty patient, not able pay additional payment.current my situation I depend on my daughter care and I don’t have any earning source, I already sell my house and now I am in bare hand.                   मै कैलास जायभाये बुलढाणा वाहन नं MH 28 AZ 4140 TATA TIAGO . मै वर्तमान समय मे जम्मु मे CRPF मे अपने कार्य का निर्वाहन कर रहा हु, मुझे सतीष मोटार वर्क शॉप औरंगाबाद की तरफ से वाहन संबधित जानकारी और अन्य काम समस्या के लिये [protected] कॉल आते थेऔर बडे अच्छे से समस्या का निवारण करते थे, परंतु सर दिनांक[protected] को 10.50 बजे मैने मेरे गाडी की बॅटरी खराब हुई है जिसके लिये मैने [protected] ईस नंबर पर कॉल करके जानकारी दी तो उनकी तरफ से बहोत ही गलत तरीके से बर्ताव कीया गया, जो की शोभनीय नही था ईससे मेरे सम्मान और स्वभिमान को हानी पहुची है, और उन महीला की तरफ से कीया गया बर्ताव हमे आपसे जुडे रहने की लिये शंका उत्पन्न करता है जो की उचित नही हैं ।
                  ईसलिये मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की इसकी जॉच करके समस्या का निवारण करे

                    My car was repaired at go auto pvt ltd. Okhla new delhi. The work is not at all satisfactory top of that my fuel was also taken out. If this kind of services you & your team will give than better to leave tata motors why u people are destroying the name of great tata family & specially shree ratan tata ji..                         I have booked Nexon XZA+(O) from KHT MOTORS, Domlur, Bangalore dealer but there is no update on delivery till today (05-July-2021). I have spoken to the marketing lead, Lohith, and everytime this week we will get the delivery is the update. It has been more than 21 weeks of waiting for the delivery but no near date yet.

                          I want to know the update of my vehicle tata nexon which was booked on 17/01/2021 for the color which was not of my choice for early delivery but even after waiting for period of 4 weeks i wasnt given the proper reply and then i had to followup with the showroom person as the boss was not available to reply.. As i am staying in satara and on the fake assurances given by the showroom employees i had sold my car after waiting for 6 weeks but still there was no response and as my parents are ill so i need to travel back to mumbai occasionally and as i didnt had my personal vehicle i have to hse public transport that too there is no direct transport so have to use 2-3 mode to reach my home, due to usage of public transport i had suffered from spondylitis and also got affected by covid 19. This has affected me and my family health too. After following up with you and vicky in month of may end i was assured that car will be delivered in 2 weeks and your showroom was following up with me for payment on sat i.e 5th june as engine number and chasis number was send to me through whatsapp of the same color which we didnt wanted ( as u had promised you will look into getting the color of my choice) still we adjusted for it. And on 7th the full payment of rs
                          12.50 lakh was made to the showroom and then after a week they informed that borivali rto has started online and will take some time... But main issue was non availability of digital signature of showroom which took more than 14-15days to get it done. Still on friday eve i got a call from aniket asking me for passport copy on single page to upload ( i really cant understand that you guys dont even have a pc to amalgamate 2 pics and upload) still i some how manage in a rural place to get it done and sent to aniket the very next day. After following up i was told that i will be getting the registration sms but today aniket sent me an error report on whatsapp where car ex-showroom price was not updated on portal.
                          I mean i didnt got the color of my choice, neither i received the vehicle on any occasion of my life upon that i am bearing the interest cost of 9.5k for frst months on the loan amount which the company/ showroom is enjoying by reducing their financial cost. See i am earning for myself and my family and not interested in any social work so kindly adjust my interest cost as in that amount i would have done the interior of my (imagination) car which is yet to be delivered. I was sent a pic of my vehicle which is parked in open area where the sunlight will be affecting the color, rats will be destroying the engine /wires. It seems that there is no value of customers in Tata.. All that thing we hear is hoax...
                          Really disappointed.
                          I want you to look into the matter personally as for you the amount will be small but rs. 9.5k is much valuable for me and i repeat that i am not interested in charity who are greedy for money and dont value customer.
                          I am already in touch with sr manager nikhil naik but he is also not able to provide any solutions and also have blocked the number of my spouse which is highly unprofessional

                            I have purchased nexon on march(MP04EB0423) and after one month my gearbox has changed because it was damaged then again after some time my battery is not working i have been visiting service centre form my purchase date and they are very bad at service. Now i have again wait for 2 3 days to replace my battery.
                            I never faced this many problems on any other company, please look into my issue
                            I don’t know why i got a defective vehicle.

                              Sir I am a army person i booked tata nexon XM on 5th of feb and they provided me availability certificate for car to CSD on 7th june so according to that i came to home and now i have to go back on 10th july and i told them that i want my car on 7th july but now they are saying that you have to wait till 14th july now tell me i will come after 5 months so is this a right bheviour now i want my car at time i can't compromise more so please avail my car at time.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I Purchase Model No. 1212 from your dealer Cargo Motors, Madhapar. (Guj). On dt. 31/03/21. Twice I sent my vehicle for steering oil leakage & steering Noise Problem. Both times I get my vehicle with unresolved problems.

                                First time they spend 5 days resolving an issue. But the problem was not solved, IInd time two days ago they put the vehicle in for 3 days and gave it to me without solving my problem.

                                My vehicle is in warranty period then why are they not giving me service or replacing that part ?

                                Please, solve my problem. I will be forced to approach consumer forum If I do not get a resolution on time. I have to face Financial losses due to your poor service & fault of TATA MOTORS.

                                Pls. resolve it on a priority basis.

                                  I have booked an Altroz xz(o) on 6th April from Kolkata. Dealer is still saying no delivery date available. Haven't got my chasis number yet (been 3 months). As per commitment sheet my deliver date was 6th June, 2021. Will I get my car at all? Please let me know so that I can plan to explore other company cars available in similar segment.

                                    I have purchased the Tata Harrier XZA+ variant from the dealer Fortune cars on 26 May 2021.

                                    After the delivery, The very next day I noticed the problems in the doors that the doors are not closing properly, so the next day I gave my car to the Tata service center but the problem was not solved.

                                    Now on 2/07/2021 I completed 1400 KMS so gave my vehicle for 1st Servicing at that time once again I told them about the door problem but the problem was not solved.

                                    Also during the servicing I told them not to remove the seat plastic cover but they removed it and after receiving my vehicles there were stains on the back seat and also on the front and door glasses.
                                    This is how you serve us?
                                    very disappointing.

                                    I want my problem solved within the next two working days.

                                    Please look into the matter as early as possible.

                                        Booked nexon XZA+S on January 13 at derik motors venjaramood. (TVPM). Dealer promised to deliver the vehicle within 90 days. It has been 180 days since booking. While contacting dealer they are not responding. At last they are saying that they have no update since. When will we get our nexon? Pls reply. All our family members are blaming us for booking this vehicle as it is not delivered yet.
