I have booked Tata Nexon XMS variant on April 21st 2021 with Venkataramana Motors Hyderabad. they have promised the car delivery before 20th June and I was expecting car by max 23rd June (on My daughter's b'day) but they disappointed me by not providing the car delivery and top of that executive is not at all taking my call. at least I am expecting the response to see what went wrong but no use. It's really frustrating and left me nowhere. should I wait or cancel the booking no idea at all.
Actually when I saw the slogan "Vocal for local" on Tata's cars I felt very happy and as a token of support I decided to buy Indian Car (Tata' car). No doubt Car is fantastic but the dealer response and playing with emotions puts us in hazard. I am not sure how this complaint posting here helps me but I want to give a shot. I would request you to look into the issue and make the delivery as early as possible. Many thanks in advance

    Hi,
    I'm nitin saini and I had booked Nexon xm with SMAM auto Jammu on 3 Feb with a w8ing of 6-8 weeks but still empty handed.
    Booking complaints on customer care but no further progress.
    Today on 28 jun completing almost 5 months and still dealer is having no idea.
    Can u plz tell me that dealer is not having idea but Tata motors can or still not.

      Recently I booked a tata altroz xe and I want to buy it through csd so I booked it first, and the dealer assured me to take ur delivery anytime we booked one for you.
      Today morning I contact swan motors tata sonipat haryana and they told me to come and get it but when I want to purchase they told me that
      The car I booked delivered to someone
      Because he or she paid full payment.
      This is very unfare
      I am totally unsatisfied with your service.
      They are very rude
      But this is very unfair to me. I just want you to tell.
      Please take several steps.

        TATA Motors is spreading diseases.
        I recently visited the Jhangirpuri Service Station, based in Delhi, their ignorance towards the unhygienic environment of the CUSTOMER waiting rooms, fungus walls, disgusting smelly washrooms which was smelling worst than a gutter. There was lots of mosquitoes in the CUSTOMER waiting area which can cause other harmful diseases. All I would say that I had the worst experience as a CUSTOMER.
        The General Manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh enjoys that environment, using the same ### washroom, using the same ### wall rooms. It shouldn't be called a reception or CUSTOMER waiting area, rather should be called a Gutter or a dumpyard.
        Sad that Mr. General Manager Mr. Gurmeet Singh cant handle his service center well. He should ideally shut it down or either get out of the service business altogether, go back to school and learn the basics of cleanliness.
        Mr. Ratan Tata, please have regular training sessions for your employees (all senior level managers included) on how to keep their surroundings and themselves clean.

          I have tata altroz which I buy 16july 2020 and I am facing every day new problem and now I am visiting service center every day since 3weeks to get it repair. My car engine turn off automatically while running and also problem in breaking and gears. Service center mechanic unable to find the problem. Usually I spend 4-5 days of month in service center to get it repair but it never get repair. There is a manufacturing defect in this car. Please help.

                  I am Rahul Dund. I am using Tata Altroz xz (o). I am happy to use the car and fully satisfied with it. But I have some issues (complaints) about the services of it. I have bought the car on 11/02/2021 from *HARSOLIA BROTHERS, sector-28, Gandhinagar* .
                  1) I didn't get invoice on the delivery time. After asking many time I get invoice after a week.
                  2) I get RC book after 2 months.
                  3) In first service I asked for pickup and drop facility but that told about charge of pickup and drop service. When in other service center it is free.
                  4) My left side mirror's cover came out we asked for replacement but 2 employees are giving different price for that.
                  5) When we given my car for first service that time my car is not damaged but when we receive the car it's damaged and when told them about it. They Shaw me the damaged part photo. And not admitting their mistake about the damage.
                  6) When we get my car quotation that time insurance amount is Rs.44, 601/- and when I get insurance copy in that amount is Rs. 24, 271/-. Where is the other amount of Rs. 20, 000/-?
                  As a proof I am submitting all the attachment to you.
                  I hope you will look after the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                      I have got delivery of my vehicle Altroz XZ 1.2 petrol Red color on 21-June-2021.I received only one Remote Key. But The Dealer (KHT MOTORS, Whitefield Bangalore ) Not Provided the Wearable Key and Said that TATA MOTORS not sent to us.
                      But is this true ? If yes I want in writing from TATA MOTORS that why this is not provided and why in official website of TATA MOTORS it is Saying that it is providing Wearable Key to Altroz XZ Model?

                        Respected Sir,
                        This is to bring to your notice that on 6th April, 2021 we had placed an order for a Tata Nexon EV, XZ PLUS LUX, in signature Teal Blue with TC Motors Pvt. Ltd., Chinar Park branch, Kolkata, West Bengal. It is pertinent to mention here that we had placed the said order after relying on the great reputation and goodwill of your company in the market and we were certain that you will provide us with one of the best products available in the market in the electronic vehicle segment. An amount of Rs. 51, 000/- was paid by us as the initial booking amount on the very same day.
                        The said car is thus being purchased by us through car loan facility provided by HDFC Bank. A down payment of Rs. 1, 78, 240/- has already been paid by us and remaining Rs. 15, 00, 000/- is to be paid through monthly EMI from our end. Moreover, the car insurance has been approved and the premium for the same has already been paid. We further state that the EMI of the said loan has started to deduct from our account and we have also started to incur interest upon the same. A copy of the tax invoice along with the insurance policy cover is hereby attached to the said mail.
                        The details of the said car is given as follows:-
                        1. Registered by the name of: Square Sales Private Limited
                        2. Engine No. - TZ230XS56FJ20120729
                        3. Chassis No. MAT635005MPDS1904

                        The delivery of the said car however, was constantly delayed due to the second wave of COVID-19 and consequential Lockdown in the state of West Bengal. Finally, we were informed that the said car would be delivered to us on 18th June, 2021 and that we were to come and collect it from the showroom, TC Motors Pvt. Ltd., Chinar Park branch, Kolkata, West Bengal
                        However, on 18th June, 2021 when we went to the showroom to collect our brand-new Tata Nexon EV, XZ PLUS LUX, in signature Teal Blue car, with great enthusiasm and excitement, to our utmost shock and surprise we found that there were several defects in the car, including painting defects etc, details whereof are given below:-
                        1. Paint mismatch on the bonnet which appeared as a distinct huge patch
                        2. Rough painted surface on the roof
                        3. Rough painted surface on the side wall of rear left
                        4. Numerous scratches on side looking mirrors
                        5. White patch on the plastic trim of the rear left wheel
                        6. Difficulty in closing the boot
                        7. Fuel lid is not functioning properly


                        Please find attached copies of photographs evincing such defects to this mail.
                        It is also vital to mention that apart from being defective in nature, the said car has already been driven for 124 kms before delivery and the seats are also dirty. It appears as if the said car is not a brand-new vehicle, but rather a second-hand used car.
                        When the said defects were brought to the notice by us to the person concerned at TC Motors Pvt. Ltd., Chinar Park branch, Kolkata, they duly acknowledged about the said defects and told us that the said car would be repainted and delivered accordingly. However, the same is unacceptable to us and we had thus refused to take delivery of the said car.
                        Therefore, in the said circumstance, we write to you, hereby requesting you to provide us with a new car. We have duly complied with all payment requirements needed to purchase a brand-new car and are in no way willing to accept a defective/repainted so-called second-hand used car. Furthermore, it goes without saying that as a customer we are extremely disappointed with our experience with your well reputed company.
                        We are hoping that you will pay heed to our complaint/request as soon as possible or else we shall be compelled, as helpless consumer, to resort to legal means.

                          I bought my Tata Tigor Car on May 2017, after nearly two years on 2019 my rear twist beam got cracked and I replaced with new one under warranty.

                          Again, after nearly two years i.e. on June of this year 2021 the same twist beam got crack. Is this particular part due to company defect?

                              Hello Team,
                              I had avail pick and drop service due to covid situation at nagpur for first servicing of my Nexon car, the tyre in the stepney was in new and good,
                              after servicing is done and at drop I didn't check the stepney tyre presuming and faith on Tata motors that it would be ok. After few days later, I went to air station to fill the air in tyres and found that stepney tyre was puncture and damaged also to my surprise it was replaced with actual tyre of the car, I tried to explain to servicing manager at Aditya tata motors nagpur, but they said that those are not their fault, I feel very disappointed and came back with heavy hearts and loosing faith on Tata cars and also will fear to recommend the Tata motor in society. I am very disheartened and also purchase a new tyre of worth 9000 rs. as I don't want to claim it in insurance.
                              Please do the needful if you can as I believe as s last hope.

                                Respected Sir, I am Mohammad Rashid owner of Tata Nexon UP 32 LT 4106, From Azamgarh Uttarpradesh.
                                I am facing the problem in my car since the very first 1000 km, So finally I have taken to Puneet Automobiles Azamgarh they have checked and said problem in clutch so they replaced and we came back.
                                But after few days again with 1000 km we have gone to Puneet Automobile for servicing for checkup while having the trail again problem in clutch plate so they finally changed the frywheel,
                                Since the problem is not finished and yet not resolved so the agent Pallu Raj has called us to SRM motors lucknow, on 14.06.2021 with job card serial: FY[protected] sr No: 1355 we have submitted our car and still till date waiting for the problem to be resolved.
                                And mainly now SRM-MOTORS lucknow is asking for charges and saying no guarantee or warranty while asking the reason they have no answers.
                                Respected sir, I am facing the problem since the very first day of purchasing my car if the problem is not resolved as soon as possible I will file a complaint against TATA-Motors and SRM-Motors for not supporting and giving services and asking the charges in warranty.
                                I hope you will understand and resolved my problems soonest.

                                      We have first time done car service of our TATA zest car from SP motors, Baroda, Gujarat which is Tata's authorized services station. Before service AC was working fine and in working condition we have given for only normal service but after service they told us they your AC switch kit was broken already but we know that our car just need normal servicing at that time. Before service AC was working. Due Pathetic servicing and Original part was stolen during service. we have informed by manager to change AC switch kit which is cost RS4000/-. we have not changed yet from them as they have raised this problem and now they want us to change from them. Please take necessary action against them as they are spoiling name of TATA brand in Baroda. Service station name & Address is SP motors, Nizampura, Baroda, Gujarat.
