I have Gave my car with complaint of AC not working at Shree Shyam Motors service station Jaipur and at that time no any communication was done by any of your service team member.and Service member Bhim singh take pictures of car from all Angles there was no any damage on my vehicle at that time.
Now Service team is asking that there is a damage so need to Raise claim from Insurance.

Most of the car dealers are fully/partly operational in town and offering customer service inspite of the lockdown, however we fail to understand why a dealer like Wasan Motors is lacking in customer service. While I am not a direct customer of Tata Motors, I do respect the brand for the trust and the quality that it offers to their customers. I brought nexon in october 2020 from authorised dealer M/s Athrist showroom, tirunelveli.In January my car got an small accident, in that my alloy wheel got damage and visited the showroom/service center and raised insurrance claim for changing my alloy wheel. Bought tata nexon XM diesel on 23th Nov 2021. Within one week during driving on highway coolent pipe got leakage in night. Vehicle breakdown for whole night. Then again today's I.e. on 29th may 2021 most serious incident happened. Bought tata tiago 5 year back but fuel pump on the car is not working properly then and now, got the fuel pump replaced under warranty 2 years back but again and again the issue exist. I booked Tata nexon XZ+ from Bafna Motors Tata motors, wakdewadi branch by giving the token amount of 11k on 18th Dec 2020.I was told the car will be delivered within 2 months I.e by feb I will get the car .But the agent Rohit inamdar gave false promises and march started still no expected date of delivery.So I cancelled my booking on 8th March 2021 by dropping a mail to the concerned person.

I have given my car in TATA MOTORS SERVICE CENTRE for some technical issues at RAJKOT. The name of service centre was AMIRAJ MOTORS.
They have cost me rs. 40000 for first time and again some issues occurred and theu charged me 11000 for some other fault.
