I booked the car, cancelled it after few days(03/April/2021) and he told me it will take maximum 1 week and you will have your cheque with you and he said he'll personally deliver it to my house since the showroom is too far to travel for us. And today is 16th.. it's been a week where he's giving me 1 excuse after the other and today he stopped picking up the call. Called me back and told me to come take the cheque and started taking to me rudely and threatened me that "remember that I have your cheque and you will come to me to take it.. and I'll wait for you" along with my cheque photo(sent me on whatsapp)

    I have to transmit the shares on account of being joint holder. I have been waiting since 1 week for atleast a letter of acknowledgement from the company. There is no reply. Even after repeated requests, there is no reply from the RTA or the company. This is highly Disappointing. As an investor it is very discouraging.

        I have taken delivery of Tata Nexon XZ+(S) from Select Motors, Warangal on April 2, 2021. The vehicle was delivered in an unclean condition. The doors and sunroof have been rattling since the very next day of taking delivery of the car. I have been to the service centre over 4 times in just a week of taking delivery of the car. There are fitment issues with the car such as body panel gaps, sunroof rattling & door rattling of which the service centre has failed to fix any of them. I have lost my trust in the company. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have even lodged a complaint on the toll-free number but there was no callback from the company as they have promised, yet.           Hope you all are doing well.

          I would like to inform you that I am bound to write such mails against a Brand Company TATA Motors after 1 year of harassment (physically as well mentally) by G.P Motors, Allahabad.
          TATA Motors are famous for world class customer service but I am sorry to say that it's missing in my case. I have received an unexpected behaviour from TATA Motors organisation but am sure will get the proper answers and resolution from the senior management team shortly.

          I have decided to buy TATA cars (Tiago xz (D) BS-IV white because of its brand value and after sale service and have consulted one of the executive in G.P Motors Civil line Allahabad in the month of January 2020 and he has given a quotation and was asked to deposit Rs 190000 in total which include everything. Attached the documents for your reference.

          I have deposited Rs 5000 on 22.01.2020, 30000 (Cash) and also have transferred Rs 155000 in favour of G.P Motors PVT on 30.01.2020. Attached the documents for your reference.

          I have given the downpayment and complete all formalities in last week of Jan 2020 and have told them that I will take my delivery after car number registration but they have asked me to take the car delivery on 30.01.2020 and they have assured that they will take care of it.I believed and taken my car at my place .

          I had a discussion with Mr Amrish Jain (G.P Motors Employee) in the month Feb 2020 and he has assured that he will be taking care of my car tax & number registration so was expecting my car number in the Month of March 2020 but didn’t get the number due to corona lockdown.

          I had a discussion with Mr Amrish as well G.P Motors employees and they said that it will happen in the month of August/September 2020 and have waited but nothing happened.
          I had a word with G.P Motors employees as well Mr Amrish again in Oct 2020 and he said that he is trying his level best and will do the car registration by December 2020 but nothing happened.

          I have visited multiple times (Pratapgarh to Allahabad) and have requested G.P Motors employees to complete the car number registration because was unable to drive my car on road due to incomplete documents and they assured that they will do the needful because have already deposited all amount in advance which include all charges.

          I had a word with Mr Amrish again in Jan 2021 regarding my car registration because am a BusinessMan and have to travel multiple location in day, because of that I have invested 8 lakhs approx for my car but am unable to utilise my car due to incomplete documents and he has requested wait till Feb 2021 and he will manage to do my registration might will charge Rs 15000 to rs 2000 extra and was ready.

          Again, will have a discussion over the phone in the month of March 2021 and now he is denying to do the car number registration from his end and has returned Rs 61000 in my account without my concern. Attached the documents for your reference

          Suggestion required from senior management team in below points:-

          • If the G.P Motors was not capable enough to complete the car registration then they would have been denied in 1st place.
          • If the G.P Motors was not capable enough to fulfill their commitment then why have they taken booking amount Rs 190000 from me.
          • If the G.P Motors is denying to do my car registration after completion of 1 year then who has given authority to waste my 1 year as well my money.
          • Why should I pay TATA Finance EMI every month?
          • What will I do with the car without registration?
          • Why should I suffer if something is not responsible for?

          I would request the TATA motor Senior management team to investigate and find out the resolution and also suggest me what will do with my car without registration because I have taken a TATA Finance facility and have to pay EMI every month.

            I booked Tata Harrier XZ+ Dark Edition on 28th February 2021 at TRUENORTH Automobiles Private Limited, Peeragari (Mayapuri Branch's new Branch). I was told that delivery of the car is expected between 4 and 6 weeks. I have been continuously following up with TrueNorth, but there has been no clear understanding when the car can be delivered. I have also given my car to the dealer under car exchange program which they are not returning. They say it has already been sold (although the car is yet not transferred to the buyer), and now I am stuck.

            I need help to either get my car back with penalty on TrueNorth and get this booking cancelled or I need the car in this month of April.

                I Totally disappointed the service Provided by the Tata Showroom of KHT motors Domlur.
                I Booked a Tata Altroz vehicle on 22/01/2021 at Tata Showroom Domlur. On that itself I clearly informed that I need a delivery on[protected].After a lot of argument with the sales executive they delivered the vehicle on 29/03/2021.There is no Demo given by the Showroom end and No PDI done.On the booking date(22/01/2021) sales executives were not informed about the price hike but the effective price was from 21/01/2021. After a week he informed me that Vehicle price had been increased. Not Acceptable. Sales executive informed us that we will give the best price on the hike. But No best price is given and finally informed that you have to pay full amount.
                Initially I was planning to go for a loan. From Showroomend They processed the loan through SBI bank and it got rejected. Same day i informed that I will get that loan from my end, and I mailed to sales and informed the Sales executive that Please send me Quote for the same. But they again processed loan through ICICI Bank and got rejected for different reasons. There is no reply for mail and I am totally disappointed with the response by the sales team. Finally I paid the full amount on[protected].
                At the time Booking Sales Executive informed us that for Rs3500 we will provide 1)Mud Flap 2)God Idol 3)Perfume 4)Floor Mat 5)Trunk Mat.
                At the time of delivery They Given 1)Mud Flap 2)God Idol 3)Perfume 4)Floor Mat. I asked about Trunk mat to the Executive and he told me that we will provide it soon. But on 9/4/2021 he said that the trunk mat will not come for Rs3500. The sales executive was provided wrong information about accessories. I don't know what to tell about this, Simply the sales executive was arguing that we won't provide. Unacceptable.
                at the time of delivery they have provided Paytm fastag but not activated. I Informed to sales executive that fastag is not activated number of times finally they activated on[protected]. But I paid double the amount at Toll gates. Irresponsible person.
                They Delivered a vehicle on 29/03/2021 with a registered number with pasting on paper of KA03NJ4542. But alltoed number to me is KA53MH4542. again Irresponsible team work.
                At the time of Delivery sales Executive informed us that within 2days we will provide a number plate. But provided on[protected]. took 10dayas almost and the number plate was delivered in a different showroom(Whitefield ) that to after asking on a daily basis.
                Building a 5star vehicle is good but you have to provide good showroom experience also to the customer and you have to teach your sales executive how to handle the customer with deadline timings.initially Different company(I20) showroom contacted me for purchasing of car but i rejected to go indian made vehicle but after all this experience know i am thinking that why i purchased this vehicle from this type of irresponsible showroom.
                I asked sales executive about the service center near me[protected] . Till now they have not informed about service center nearby me,
                Feedback form and customer experience form not submitted by me . If you want pls let me know i will send you the scanned copy.

                Totally Disappointed for the service provided by KHT Motors Domlur.

                  I purchased altroz xz plus on 17 January 2021 and unfortunately accident on 28 February 2021 than I send it to service center moradabad but till today after 44 days my car does not fully repair I am very disappointed yesterday I called service center but he didn't a proper answerd plz help me i am facing very trouble in my daily routine.

                    I am Priyadarshini Giri and my mob number is [protected]. I had booked Tata Nexon XZ + petrol grey (DT) colour on 24th Dec 2020 at GRAMPS AUTOTEC PVT. Ltd., Balasore, Odisha and dealer have assured delivery of vehicle within 8-10 weeks. I need resolution on below mentioned 2 issues.
                    1) 17 weeks have passed after booking of vehicle still dealer is not committing any delivery date.

                    Post booking I am observing lots of irregularities and a kind of black market running over.

                    After my booking I am yet to witness clarity and transparency. neither I have received my booking serial no, nor have I ever been informed about howmany persons booked ahead of me have been allotted vehicle!!!

                    2)I want price Protection as they are saying Price Protection is valid for invoicing before 28th Feb 21. Now the delay is from Dealer end and we are not responsible for delay so I am not going to pay any additional money as per price hike also I have booked vehicle 1 month before the deadline of price Protection date which was 22nd Jan 21.
                    Request you to help me with the resolution for both the issues as stated above.

                      Dear tata customer care
                      I have booked Tata Nexon xm petrol white on 7 February 2021 from varenyam motor car govindpura bhopal, and was promised 31 march is delivery date (receipt no 22433 of booking amount) maximum upto 10 april i.e.9 week from booking date is the highly promised date. Now today is the maximum delivery time they promised. It's been 9 weeks (morethan 2 months).Still the dealer is not giving any assurances even most of the time sales person of dealer and tata motors neither picked up call and nor reply. No proper reply from dealer and higher officials. For this car I applied staff car loan and sanction and after sanction inform to staff of dealer and now also regular informing to executives of dealer and tata motors since last 10 days that validity of sanction of loan is near to expiry. please provide me car before expiry of car loan sanction (on simple interest) because after expiry of same sanction in am not able to apply for sanctioning of staff car loan for next two years due to that i have to apply for car loan as customer (on compound interest) due to that i have to suffer loss of interest around 1 to 1.5 lakh.The car is not even billed yet. Since last 10 days I am getting a promise from that now we are billing for your car. But they don't.
                      I am very disappoint and demoralized to writing this complaint and deeply requesting to tata motors please help me (please do not treated as treated by dealer and executive of tata motors) in getting the vehicle on or before 15 april 2021 so that i have to not get financial loss.

                          We have booked Tata Nexon XZA+S on Dec 20 and promised by the dealer Key motors Bangalore for delivery within 8 weeks. Now you can calculate how much we have wasted waiting for the car. The allotment it self has not come yet. It’s a huge disappointment. We literally want to sue the dealer but not sure it’s their problem or Tata it self is not efficient to provide at least promised service to its customer. Every time dealer is saying the same excuse now you are in priority you will get any time and we. Don’t have any information from Tata but there is no clear picture. If this will be the situation no one will even think of buying a Tata car in future.

                            I have bought new Tata Altroz XM variant on January 2021. It was really a frustrated experience of my vehicle delivery.
                            1) Sales executive was irresponsible. Once the loan amount get transferred in to their accounts there is no proper response from him.
                            2) On the date of delivery vehicle was not delivered on right time. Reason behind this was vehicle keys get stuck inside the vehicle and the centre was on. This was due to the carelessness of the mechanic.
                            3) Fast tag sim opened for my vehicle was not handed over to me . The fast tag sim was missing but charges were collected for fast tag by the sales executive.
                            4) I paid for vehicle accessories such as floor mat and mud pad but at the time of delivery it was missing.
                            5) After one month from the date of my vehicle delivery I went to that showroom for first service. I am in need of number plates and RC book of my vehicle from RTO office. Once I asked about this to my sales executive, he doesn't respond properly and he avoided my call. I have contacted the head office of SRT Tata coimbatore and received my number plates and RC book at my own risk.
                            Overall I have worst experience of my first car delivery from SRT Tata showroom Tiruppur.

                              I have booked Tata Nexon on Jan 8, and was promised 4-5 week delivery period. Now it has been more than twice the delivery time they promised. It's been 12 weeks(3months) . Still the dealer is not giving any assurances. No proper reply from dealer and higher officials. I have sold my old car also based on their delivery promise and now I don't have any car to travel with. Highly disappointing.

                              The car is not even billed yet . Every month I get a promise that by month end they ll deliver the car. But they don't. Please help me in getting the vehicle

                                I bought a tata car named tata altroz xz(o), downtown red, dual tone in month of june 2020 from AM TATA dealership located in jammu, narwal, with many expectations despite negative reviews and reputation of tata cars, considering that it is made in india as a gesture of my support to my nation.
                                But buying this tata car was my biggest mistake. Please note that i am also a owner of honda civic and maruti 800 cars.
                                From the day i bought this car, i am being constantly visiting tata service centre for repair and correction of many faults this car has.
                                I have only driven this car for just 5800 kms, and still it has so many problems starting from faulty HVAC unit which i recently got replaced. I have also replaced one of the rear door locks because of its fault in automatic latch which got permanently locked once, which i had to get replaced by a new one. Now the most recent fault it is facing about rear doors making noise while closing it. Service centre is now gonna replace some rubbers inside the door which according to them got worn out. Now please note that i have hardly used rear doors for entering into the car because i am the only one who drives this car alone and there are never any co-passengers along with me who uses those rear doors.
                                In short this car has so many manufacturing defects, that i am fed of it. For the last 1 year i am regularly visiting service centre for so many defects in it. This car has harrased me so much.
                                I am using two other cars of honda and maruti brand, but never even visited service centre so many times for those 10 year old cars. But for this waste tata altroz car i have visited atleast 20 times in service centre which has a speciality in not having any part available in their centre and always order it and takes another 20 days to get it and installed in my car.
                                Now i have decided to upload all these details with videos to all the social media forums so that people don't get harrased by buying this car and refrain from buying it.
                                After this, my next step would be doing a press conference in front of AM TATA DEALERSHIP, NARWAL inviting the leading news channels of jammu and kashmir making sure that people know about the harrasment tata products give to their customers.
                                I have wasted my time and money by constantly visiting service centre for this brand new car, spent 9 lakhs and bought harrasment for myself.

                                      I am Praveen Kumar Singh from delhi, I have booked my tata Nexon XM variant on 24th feb 2021 and at the time of booking the sales person forced me to book the same day itself and pay the amount ASAP otherwise I won't be able to take my car on time so I some how paid him the money nd registered for car, my car loan is also sanctioned.
                                      And now the person from tata motors is not picking my calls and the other representative are also just making me convince that it happens normally.

                                      I registered this from Dashrath puri showroom Tata motors delhi 110045.

                                      Sales man name was irfan and I need my car in an urgent matter of time.

                                      Sir/mam, I had Booked Tata Nexon XMs petrol variant on 13/01/2021 from showroom at Progressive, Ahmedabad. Dealer in the showroom told it will take maximum of 2 months for delivery but still after 3 months, they told like they are just employees and they don't have any contact with company. General manager not giving any response. Please give solution to this. This is the second time I raise complaint about same problem
