Sir/mam, i have Booked tata nexon XM petrol variant on December 30th of 2020 from showroom at Sagar, Karnataka under the name of NARENDRA K G. Dealer in the showroom told it will take maximum of 2 months for delivary but still after 2 months i.e after feb 2021 they told it'll be delivered before end of march. But when i again called on march 31st, they told like they are just employees and they dont have any contact with company. General manager is not accepting call and not giving any response for texts also. GM is from Shimoga, karnataka. Please give solution to this, i am ready to give GM name and his mobile number if required...

    Sir, Entire fleet of brand new vehicles despatched from Jamshedpur plant and Pune plant of TATA MOTORS LTD for various locations of India do not pays a single penny on account of Toll Tax at any point of PLAZAS for collection of fee through out the country. Matter is very important to you because black money is being generated everyday through this bad practice. We have sufficient proof and evidence to exhibit the same before you as and when required. Email also sent you from ID [protected]@gmail.com to inform about this scam also. Kindly take appropriate actions against the Syndicate working to avoid Toll Tax in a very big volume and organised way.

      My name is srinu sura i purchaged tata tiago vehicle @ shiva senkar motors rajahmundry showroom when the time of equation showroom agm named as Naresh given qutation for 6.45 lacs including accessories and 1 year extended warranty for 40000 in qutation i paid the amount what they mentioned in quotation befor delivery of my car now that agm simply told i didnt given any warrenty and he abused me a lot as a customer i feelt gilty for purchased car from shiva senkar motors rajahmundry they didnt give minimum respet to customers

        मेने अप्रेल 2012 मे tata nano cx car offer मे पुरे कर का registration देनेका वाघा कर्कर लिया था, laxican motors Kusumnagar, P.O motigara silguri Darjeeling District से । लेकिन आज तक कारका registration वाधा मुताबिक lxicon motors ने आज तक नहि किया हे ।
        मेने laxicon motors siliguri का चक्कर खा खा कर परेशान होकार आज ईश बिषय मे मजबुर होकर शिकयात कर रहा हु। ता कि मेरा कारका पूरा registration हो।
        मेने कारका लोन भि पूरा किया लेकिन आज तक registration नहि दिया हे।।

            This is with regards to TATA motors showroom in Shillong, Modrina Auto Enterprises. The General Manager and the Sales Manager are corrupted and needs to be removed from the position. They have eaten the customer’s money. Someone who is earning a salary of 20-30k is roaming everyday with 50k in his pocket. This is not expected as people are working hard and certainly not expected in tata motors

              I have a Tigor petrol XT variant car of 2018 year with registration number DL12CN0723. About 15 days before while i was driving the car, all of a sudden the car stopped taking race. Hence the car was sent to Hartron Motors, Sector 18, Gurgaon on 16 Mar 21 for rectification. Spark plug, clip stay rod clamp and BG air induction system were replaced. The car has not been much used since then and been working fine till this evening when I returned from office without any problem at around 6:15 PM. However, after about 30 minutes I needed to pick up my wife from nearby place and when I tried to start the car but it did not start. Engine shaped fault symbol is appearing. When I contacted the service adviser at Hartron Motors Mr Shyam Lal Yadav regarding this, he advised me to connect with Tata Motors toll free number for assistance.

              My concern is that if the car was serviced just 15 days before, this kind of problem should have not occurred thereby poor reliability of the car.

              I request you to kindly direct Hartron Motors to attend to the car and rectify the fault without any charge since the car attended to by this agency just 15 days before.

              Looking forward for a favourable response from your end on urgent basis.

                I had booked Tata Altroz XZ variant on 25th January 2020 and they said I would get it in 5-7 weeks .They assured me that I would get it by my birthday i.e on 21st march .It's 31st March and I haven't received any confirmation about the delivery of car .Tata motors dealers are playing a dirty game of fake promises to customers. No one is there to listen to any sort of complain .I have already complained to customer care representative regarding the same but there is no response from the regional team as well. To whom shall I complain now ?

                  I have booked TATA Nexon XZA+ (Foliage Green) variant on 10th Jan 2021 via Wasan dealer in Mumbai. They did confirm on an e-mail that I will get the vehicle in 9 to 10 weeks. Now it's the 12th Week running and there is no news from them.
                  They have taken advance money from us and not a single call received from them.
                  I request TATA Motors to respond to this issue.

                    Tigor delivered 2 days back and I found the boot cover is missing. While contacting the dealer they informed its missing from factory and they cant arrange it.

                      Hello,

                      My name is Abdul Rasheed. I had bought a tata altroz car on 28th Jan 21. My first service was due on 28th Mar and I went for the same on 27th Mar. The following are my concerns with regards to service experience which I want to highlight so that it comes to the knowledge to tata senior executives.

                      1. The moment I entered the service centre, I was handed a bill of Rs 1400/- without even explaining anything about the charges. When I further enquired on myself, then I was told that charges are for sanitisation, polishing and some sort of oil additive. I asked that as per the service schedule my first service is supposed to be free and there is nothing mentioned in the service book for which they are charging, but the service centre executive forced me and told that these are mandatory charges which I have to pay.

                      2. I was not at all asked whether I am facing any difficulty with the car or do I have any concern which I want to make them aware before the service. The people were in a hurry to get the car washed and hand it over to me and get the charges paid for which they have made the bill.

                      3. Again, I myself approached the service manager and told him and that I m experiencing problems with the AC flow as the AC continuously throws air on the leg no matter what is the AC selection is. ( the same thing has been informed to the showroom also from where I have bought the car). They checked the same and acknowledged about the fault. After that they said that they dont have the spare parts to get the fault rectified and advised me to go to any big dealer when my next service will be due i.e after 6 months. Neither there was any endeavour by the service manager to get the spare part demanded from the company and get the fault rectified nor there was any assurance given to me.

                      4. During the initial car delivery i.e on 28th Jan, I got the music system installed from the showroom only, but the type of work and installation that they have done was very pathetic. They paid no attention about the general cleanliness of the car and were doing the work like an inexperienced. The installation was semi complete as I was supposed to get a USB cable along with the system which I didnt. Also, the stock wiring of the car was cut whereas they were supposed to use coupler or scotch locks for the electrical connection. I complained about the same to the showroom, but havent got any reply on the same.

                      5. This initial experience of two months with tata motors has been extremely bad. No doubt the car is good with a 5 star rating ( safety is paramount), but the service executives who are dealing with customers are worst in comparison to other car brand dealers. I have genuinely lost hope in the tata motors as these type of concerns have not been faced by any of my known people who are in possession of other brand cars.

                      Its humble request to please look into the matter, as these type of incidences are degrading the name to TATA MOTORS.
                      When tata motors is paying so much attention in making the best safety rated car of India, then why not the same thing is being applied to the training of showroom managers or service managers.

                        I bought tara altroz xz variant from prerna motors lal bagh road. Bangalore it was deliver on 2 1feb 2021 . Such a pathetic delivery. The car was handed over without cleaning from inside . Grease Stains coul be be seen inside the car and when I asked sales manager why. He told staff is not available to clean it... The car back boot door has problem and is not getting locked how can tata handver a car with such a big fault. I was renault owner before this and if I compare the approach and service quality of foreign manufacturers to India cars there is no comparison.                             I an Sowmya, from Bangalore, We had booked our vehicle on 12th December 2020, in Key Motors-Mysore Road, We were promised a delivery of the vehicle by 8 to 10 weeks of time, its been more than 3 months and we have not yet got the vehicle. We have raised the complaint enormous times and very poor response from the dealer. Its always said that they do not get the proper communication from the plant. I am surprised to understand such a renowned brand like TATA has such poo management of production wherein the Inventory produces will not get communicated to the dealers. I am very sad with the response from the unit and need help in speeding up the process

                              I booked TATA Nexon XMS model from Jaika Dealership, Nagpur on 05/10/2020. As on today(26/03/2021), more than five months passed after booking of the car. But I didn't received the Car yet though I have called many times to dealer, Tata Customer Care Service. I even twitted two day before nut no positive response received yet. I was booked TATA car by keeping in mind "Vocal for Local" along with safety features. But now feeling regret for booking the car as I received such kind response. I don't understand now whom to talk? what to do?. Please look into this

                                On 31/12/2020 Jaika Motors civil line nagpur sub office Wardha we have booked Tata altroz xe rythum white colour by the name BABAN TIJARE the waiting period was specified for 11 weeks and it is completed till date there is no satus of the car deliverey after contacting to agent we still haven't received any satisfactory response . We tried to cantact the Helpline no but still we didn't get satisfactory response.So please do respond to our request as soon as possible. Otherwise we would be taking action against this.

                                  I own 2020 Model Tata Nexon done around 10K KM.It got breakdown on March 23rd (Car starting but not moving )and was taken by winch to Service Center.Nexon Complaint No:
                                  [protected].I talked many times today with service guy who is in charge and told that it might be an issue with clutch overturn and they are dismantling gearbox and clutch.But after that no response from this guy about the real issue.Iam so much disappointed about this incident happened to a new car with 10, 000km.
                                  I need to know the exact reason behind this failure of a new car.
