I have booked my car Altroz XZ petrol grey color on 1/jan/2021 from Samarth motors Gwalior and they promised me to delivered it within 7 weeks and now its more that 11 week still they have no clue when they are able to deliver my car.

Highly disappointed! I have raised the complain no[protected]still not getting satisfactory output.

I was hoping to get my car with Gwalior trade offer. But as I can see they will not deliver me on time so for Tata's carelessness I have to bear the loss of 30k to 40k of road tax.

    Refer to Complaint No[protected] that was raised about 45 days ago. The complaint was against frequent recurrence of DPF & MIL lamps in a span of three to four days on the Harrier. After several talks with various 'Technical Teams, CRMs etc at Ahmedabad and Pune no solution has been provided and no response from any of the concerned teams. The harrier was purchased in Nov 20 and since then, the vehicle has performed satisfactorily for 12 days only. for the remainder period all drive modes have been off and the vehicle highly sluggish and unresponsive.

      As a indian I want to buy an indian product. To develop our country economy.when we purchase a product we have all rights on that particular product. But the four wheeler manufacturing of tata is decide to take the vehicle as per tata policy, but payment collected from customers. Asper your policy it will create problems to sole taxi owner cum driver. From so many years My brother is working as a driver for lorries, cars of private owners. He want to become a taxi owner cum driver. And planned for a budget to take a taxi himself.They are middle class family people. With heavy effort he took loan from private finance team., why because the bank don't given the car loan with yellow plate and the show room persons told that they will not given yellow plate and they told the tata company not given the permission for yellow plate from show room. he want to take that car as taxi and he feeding his family with income from the taxi. the car details are - tata tiago xz manual transmission. We request you to please give the permission for yellow plate to him. please do the needful action.

        My complain is that my car no is mh15 gl 9875 and my name is rajesh Gandhi from Nashik and I had given my car to service station in tata sterling motors in Nashik for my car had problems several tyms bt every tym they say there are no parts available just wanted to say why tata company is not having parts to dealers and wt the use to take such car that no parts are available in such tym very strange to say this so please note that I suggest all my friends to don't buy tata company car bcoz they doesn't have parts in any time 😔my cell number is [protected]

            Dear sir i am Hardeep i purchase a new car tata altroz on 22 jan 2021 and same day my car tyre blowout but till date no any solution for tata dealership and Bridgstone complany. Many time i am send mails for Bridgstone employees and tata compant employee but no solution and their behavior very rudly both companys employees.

              My Father (Mr. Pandurang Suhedar Deshmukh) has booked the Car Tata Altroz XZ Red ( 1.2 Petrol - 2021) through CSD (as he is a Retired Army Soldier) on 22nd Jan 2021 at Tata Motors Car Showroom - Bafna Motors Pune (Survey No 104/3, Mumbai Bangalore Highway Baner Pune, Maharashtra - 411045 India)
              They had told us that there is waiting up to 3-4 Months for Tata Altroz that is ok. But now they are telling us that it will require more time because of their internal issues. They told us that the Dealership of Bafna Motors is closed and transferring to some other Dealer, will require more time for receiving the car.
              If they have their internal problems, why they have not informed us while booking the car, we can connect with other dealers that time, after 2 months they are telling us about these issues.
              I need the car because my Father is suffering from 4th stage lung cancer and need to travel from Satara to Pune for treatment per week, it is very difficult and risky to travel by Bus due to this Pandemic situation and we cannot afford 3-4 Thousand per week while traveling by Car Rent.
              It's my humble request to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I booked Tiago limited addition at Tata Motors Cars Showroom - AM Auto, Narwal · Ground Floor, NH 1A, Bypass Road Narwal Jammu 180004
                  But Due to problem in bank case i can't able to buy. The booking amount is 12000/- Rupess. Now I want refund of my booking amount. But no one is intrested to help for my refund. I contact one of There Salesman. Every Single day. But he delay again and again. And he did'nt mention for any booking cancellation deduction amount.. please process this request asap.

                    I have booked TATA Tiago at 30th December 2020, at SCHAKRALAYA MOTORS, Murungapakkam, Puducherry. As of today (more than 10 weeks passed) they never delivered the car or at least called me and gave me an update. I also paid a down payment as i believed their false promise of early delivery. Extremely disappointed.

                      Recently i purchased a TATA ALTROZ XZ model. in this car there is no door lock facilities properly.even though after locking all doors by centrel locking system, the doors are easily open.kindly support me for this issue.it is a major problem i facing in highway.am not expecting thhis from tata motors in highly safety vehicle.

                        Am booking my car on feb dealer was says that your car will be dilevered on last of Feb but h NCIS will extended the date and again he say 5th of march but today the dealer is said that your car will be delivered on april 15 to 20th april i m totally disappointed with tata motors service

                          I have booked Tata Nexon on 27/12/2020 in Tafe Access Chennai and was promised a 6 to 8 weeks on delivery. But it has been over 11 weeks and the vehicle is still not even allotted, even on multiple follow-ups with the sales team at Tafe Access and Allotment team at Tata Motors, there has been no positive sign on allotment or delivery of the car. Please someone help me solve this issue.

                            I am having Tata Tiago which is 3 years old & it has completed only 29k kms. One day AC of my car stopped working & went to SRM motors to resolve the issue but the staff was very unprofessional.
                            They asked me that they will open AC parts to check & asked to submit 6k rupees. I asked if my car is in warranty then why I need to pay the amount going to escalate on social media for this issue.

                              Hello, I booked Tata nexon XMS on 5th Jan 21 from Autovikas Sales and Services pvt ltd, Sec 5, Dwarka, New Delhi.
                              Booking No 18198 and was promised delivery in 6 weeks
                              However, the dealer says that delivery is being delayed from manufacturing unit. I initially filled a complained in feb. since then I tried to reach out to customer service by all possible means, social media, telephone, emails. However, they don’t bother to reply. My booking amount money is blocked since jan 5th, also loan is sanctioned and I might not get the loan processing fee back, in case the vehicle is not delivered. I have wasted so much time in follow ups and emails. I feel disappointed and harassed. People are rude and they have no clue about anything. Can you please help me when can this be delivered.                                   Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I had booked TATA Nexon XMA S white colour variant on[protected] from KVR Dream Vechicles with Booking Ref No SOKVRDRM[protected].
                                  Before booking I had confirmed them about delivery and they assured that it will be delivered before end of February 2020.
                                  My Marriage is scheduled on March 28th and that was the reason why I confirmed about the delivery of car.
                                  Now they are saying that they have no stock with them, it will get delayed etc .

                                  It is such a pathetic experience from you that after assuring about the delivery and later stepping back from it.

                                  If Tata is unable to make delivery on time why they are accepting new bookings?

                                    Sir, i am a ex-servicemen i booked a tata nexon car from army canteen on 27 November i was promised dilivery in 6-8 weeks it has been 16th month and there is no sign of my car i am utterly disappointed in tata delivery and even the staff is very rude whenever i contact them they say jab aayegi toh mil jayegi i mean what's the meaning of it i think i will have to cancel my booking i m fed up now.

                                        I planned to buy Nexon. I visited Trivandrum Motors Showroom at bypass road Thiruvanathapuram Kerala 10 days back to book test drive. They agreed to arrange it in one or two days. I waited for almost 1week and didn't get any response. Next week I tried to contact another showroom at Thakaraparamb Thiruvanathapuram. They also agreed the same. Even after 5 days I am not any response from the Tata dealers. Kindly do the needful to make your dealers atleast cater the basic services you offer
