I own 2020 Model Tata Nexon done around 10K KM.It got breakdown on March 23rd (Car starting but not moving )and was taken by winch to Service Center.Nexon Complaint No:
[protected].I talked many times today with service guy who is in charge and told that it might be an issue with clutch overturn and they are dismantling gearbox and clutch.But after that no response from this guy about the real issue.Iam so much disappointed about this incident happened to a new car with 10, 000km.
I need to know the exact reason behind this failure of a new car.

        I booked my Tata nexon XMS Petrol car on 13th january 2021 at ahmedabad city Progressive motors but after i booked car they said that after 15 days they will allot me a car and after 45 days tata nexon will be deliverd to me. Now i call at showroom everyday but no one answer me what is the reason for delayed. I already complained about that in tata and they also said that sir we don't know how much time it will take. Very poor service for customer. My experience with tata motors is to bad and i fell like after purchase this car what can i do if no one take the responsibility for our problem.

          Its to intimate that I booked (Altroz- XZ) car on 2.1.2021 by paying a booking amount of INR 40, 000 and was promised that the car will be delivered by Feb End within 8 weeks... But today i.e. its 22.03.2021, there has been no prior intimation about the delivery date nor are the Showroom Sales man is not picking up the call or responding. After repetitive calling also to their seniors also I am not getting any response...

          Please try to resolve my request or Atleast give my booking amount with the penal interest of 3 Months...

            TATA NEXON XZ+S Due to minor accident my car's rear door has to be changed and those process has been completed and door has been changed but finishing is not there.but we are not happy with the service they have done.they didn't wash the car before delivering it to us.we got extra scratches in our car and dust and oil drops all over exterior and interior.we wiped few things but most of them are very sticky and dropping of birds has affected the paint in few areas.is this what you do when we give our car for repair.really worst and they are doing their job for name sake.we are paying for these things and we are getting very worst kind for service from you.take proper action over these things.

              My car is tiago xz+ purchased in 2020 Feb, car features are excellent but the roof of the vehicle is very poor quality. Without any weight putting on the top it gets into bend. Worst quality.

                    They did not provide any Booking reference ID yet. and every month they are doing false commit on date about the Car delivery date. its pretty clear that they have no idea when the car will actually be available.

                      I have booked Tata nexon xz plus white on 21.01.2021 with Harsolia brothers Gandhinagar Gujarat by sub dealer in surendranagar gujarat and assured for delivery within 2 months, but when I m asking about my status of delivery they are not willing to say anything about it.morever I am a employee of Bank of Baroda and many finance has been routed through my branch to Tata Motor's customers but it's very unfortunate in our part that we are not getting any satisfactory response from your dealers and sub dealers.plz take necessary steps as it affects image of TATA MOTORS.

                        I have booked my car Altroz XT petrol White color on 18/jan/2021 from Sugandh Automotive Neemuch and they promised me to delivered it within 7 weeks and now its more that 9 week still they have no clue when they are able to deliver my car.

                        Highly disappointed! Now i am planning to cancel this car and go for i20.

                          I have booked my car Altroz XZ petrol grey color on 1/jan/2021 from Samarth motors Gwalior and they promised me to delivered it within 7 weeks and now its more that 11 week still they have no clue when they are able to deliver my car.

                          Highly disappointed! I have raised the complain no[protected]still not getting satisfactory output.

                          I was hoping to get my car with Gwalior trade offer. But as I can see they will not deliver me on time so for Tata's carelessness I have to bear the loss of 30k to 40k of road tax.

                            Refer to Complaint No[protected] that was raised about 45 days ago. The complaint was against frequent recurrence of DPF & MIL lamps in a span of three to four days on the Harrier. After several talks with various 'Technical Teams, CRMs etc at Ahmedabad and Pune no solution has been provided and no response from any of the concerned teams. The harrier was purchased in Nov 20 and since then, the vehicle has performed satisfactorily for 12 days only. for the remainder period all drive modes have been off and the vehicle highly sluggish and unresponsive.

But the four wheeler manufacturing of tata is decide to take the vehicle as per tata policy, but payment collected from customers. Asper your policy it will create problems to sole taxi owner cum driver. From so many years My brother is working as a driver for lorries, cars of private owners. He want to become a taxi owner cum driver. And planned for a budget to take a taxi himself.They are middle class family people. With heavy effort he took loan from private finance team., why because the bank don't given the car loan with yellow plate and the show room persons told that they will not given yellow plate and they told the tata company not given the permission for yellow plate from show room. he want to take that car as taxi and he feeding his family with income from the taxi. the car details are - tata tiago xz manual transmission. We request you to please give the permission for yellow plate to him. please do the needful action.

Many time i am send mails for Bridgstone employees and tata compant employee but no solution and their behavior very rudly both companys employees.

                                      My Father (Mr. Pandurang Suhedar Deshmukh) has booked the Car Tata Altroz XZ Red ( 1.2 Petrol - 2021) through CSD (as he is a Retired Army Soldier) on 22nd Jan 2021 at Tata Motors Car Showroom - Bafna Motors Pune (Survey No 104/3, Mumbai Bangalore Highway Baner Pune, Maharashtra - 411045 India)
                                      They had told us that there is waiting up to 3-4 Months for Tata Altroz that is ok. But now they are telling us that it will require more time because of their internal issues. They told us that the Dealership of Bafna Motors is closed and transferring to some other Dealer, will require more time for receiving the car.
                                      If they have their internal problems, why they have not informed us while booking the car, we can connect with other dealers that time, after 2 months they are telling us about these issues.
                                      I need the car because my Father is suffering from 4th stage lung cancer and need to travel from Satara to Pune for treatment per week, it is very difficult and risky to travel by Bus due to this Pandemic situation and we cannot afford 3-4 Thousand per week while traveling by Car Rent.
                                      It's my humble request to kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
