We purchased TATANEXON after waiting for approximately 3 months and Tata Nexon(XZ+S) was delivered on FEB6th 2021 from Malik Motors Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. On 20th February 2021 we gave it for servicing at Select Service center, Uppal, Hyderabad at approx 11am. After two hours we get a call that oil cooler assembly[protected] part is defective and we have to wait for three to four days to get it repaired.
The concern from ourside is whether we got defective Car, if this is the case, how can we go for replacement. The showroom person says that the car is checked before delivery but the service station has reported a fault. We are going through horrible time and would like an answer in a fair manner.
What is more pathetic is the non-availability of the sparepart at the service center and we are waiting for the car helplessly after paying entire amount.
I don't understand why a new car has to develop problems like this, I doubt the quality checks before delivery. We expect that Tata motors should deliver a new car after through checkd as we are not confident about it.
Hope Tata motors takes moral responsibility and resolve it

    Myself Baby Thomas. I have booked Tata Harrier XT Variant car in January 13, 2021 and the dealer promised me to deliver the car within 2 weeks. On February 4th of 2021, I decided to change the variant from Tata Harrier XT to XZ variant and the same was informed to my dealer, Tata Gokulam Motors, Nettoor, Cochin.They requested me to send an email to their email address for changing the variant as decided by me which was sent by me on February 4, 2021 itself.Since Jan 13 to February 4 and February 4 to till date no allocation has happened. When I contacted the sales executive, their team leader and sales manager on different occasions they could not even tell me as to when they can deliver the car. I have paid almost 95% of the total on road price of the car. My loan amount was disbursed to their account earlier itself and now I am in a situation where I have to start my installments without getting my dream car.

      Hi my name is Janardhan, I Booked Tata Altroz XE Rythm Red Color at Select Cars Nagole Dealership (Hyderabad) on Dec-21-2020. Delivery date was confirmed within 6weeks
      I couldn't receive in 6 weeks as promised, I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks. Even after waiting for two more weeks no confirmation on delivery date. 9th week is completed and I still don't have the assured delivery date.
      Really disappointed with the delivery delay. Request you to look into this and have the car delivered as soon as possible. Attach is the booking receipt for your reference.

        The music system is not working properly..
        I m too frustrated and unsatisfied with the services its my first car and i chose to be a loyal customer of TATA but by your services you making it the worst decision of my life...

            Mr Alok Kumar multitech motors Faridabad car showroom not obeyed the commitments and not fulfilled the request and given vehicle to mentally disabled person informed 4 hrs before delivery of vehicle which in return will come back to multitech motors as the person is mentally not fit to take decision.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              I am using, Tata Zest AMT diesel version. Reg no : TN45BH5863

              All the door handles, Entire Bonnet & dicky are heavily rusted. Service center asking me to change the entire bonnet & doors. Its too costly. I need to know following,
              1. How it could get rusted.
              2. Why patch works can't be done.

              How customer will buy again TATA cars?

                महोदय,
                मैंने 18/12/2021 को चंबल मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, पेंसेंजर कार डीलर, प्लॉट नं G-7&8, आटोमोबाइल जोन, डकनिया स्टेशन रोड IPIA, कोटा से TATA TIGOR XZ कार खरीद की थी जिसका 18/12/2021 को सम्पूर्ण भुगतान कर दिया था | बैंक कोटेशन के आधार पर कार के साथ असेसरीज़ लगाना तय हुआ था | लेकिन कार डिलिवरी के समय कार में समस्त असेसरीज़ नहीं दी | केवल मड कवर और मेट ही लगाकर दी | शेष को 2-4 दिन मे लगाने का वादा किया था | आज तक भी कार में सभी असेसरीज़ (जैसे सीट कवर) नहीं लगाई है |

                और इंश्योरेंस व आरटीओ चार्ज के रूप मे मुझसे कुल 26806 व 71750 रुपये लिए हैं जबकि मेरे पास मैसेज में आरटीओ व्यय के रूप मे 68700 रुपये तथा बीमा व्यय के रूप मे 25819 रुपये की पुष्टि हुई है | इस तरह से कुल लगभग 4000 रूपये मुझसे अतिरिक्त वसूल किए हैं |

                श्रीमान जी चंबल मोटर्स अपने आप में एक विश्वसनीय कंपनी है परंतु आपके इस प्रकार के रवैये से मुझे अत्यन्त असुविधा हुई है | अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त शिकायत का निवारण अविलंब करने की कृपा करें।

                आपके द्वारा यथाशीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही नहीं करने की स्थिति में मुझे कानूनी कार्यवाही करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा जिसके लिए आप जिम्मेदार होंगे |

                      Sir I have booked Tata Altroz 1.2 Ltr petrol turbo online on 21 Jan 2021, paid Rs 21000.00 online and the same I have canceled on 22 Jan 2021 by email to [protected]@tatamotors.com. Tata Motors have replied me on 22 Jan 2021 and shared my issue to BAFNA MOTORS SHIVAJINAGAR PUNE ON 22ND JAN 29 JAN AND 15 FEB 2021. But my refund has not been completed yet. I have emailed to Bafna Motors shivajinagar wakedwadi on 22 Jan, 27 Jan, 31 Jan, 01 Feb and on 13 Feb 2021. Even personally I have raised my issue with Rajesh Jadhav general manager of the Bafna Motors but there is no hope in getting my refund.

                        Hi,

                        My trust in Tata Motors is getting shackled.

                        It has been more than 3 months since I have booked Altroz XE Rhythm Petrol - Grey. Yet I have not received any confirmation on the delivery of my vehicle.
                        Not even engine and chassis number has been allotted to me.

                        My Dealer- Bafna Motors Wakdewadi, Pune, didn't informed me at the time of booking that billing on their code has been blocked. After 2.5 months they transferred my booking to Sridha Motors, Chakan. They have not even confirmed any date for vehicle allotment or delivery.

                        I need Tata motors to intervene in this matter and fast track my order. My patience has been tested already.

                          I had purchased Tata Nexon SUV and from Concorde Motors in Thane in Oct 2017.
                          My vehicle was aligning more towards the left and so I went for wheel balancing and alignment and found that two tyres had bulged in the centre which was told to me that it is a manufacturing defect.
                          As of now, the mileage covered by my car is 18782kms.
                          I have already approached Heritage Motors, Wagle Estate, Thane and given my one of the tyres for inspection.
                          Please look into this matter and so the needful.

                            I booked the Tata Nexon XMA(S) model on 6th Dec 2020 from Sudarshan Motors Kalyan. During booking, I have been told that BY end of Jan your car will come. Now it's 16th Feb 2021 now Mr. Fernandis who is the Manager of Sudarshan Motors Kalyan not even bother to receive my calls. With such services now I want to cancel my bookings....

                            I have booked tata nexon XM s petrol varient on 10 December 2020. I have already exchanged my vehicle and also paid 403000. the dealer told me that I will get my car in Last week of January 2021.

                            But till now I have not got it. They are also unable to tell me the date when I will get my car.

                            I have lot of jobs and business activity. I want to travel one place to another for business purpose. Without vehicle it is very difficult and loss of money.

                            Please look over this issue as my family is really in need of a car for hospital and other emergencies.

                            So, Please do the needful.

                              I booked Tata Nexon on 4th October, 2020. The car dealer assured me delivery till Nov 20. But, they just kept postponing the delivery by giving various reasons. I had a family emergency and required a car for commuting. Even then the car dealer took it lightly. They kept blaming the Company for late delivery. Almost five months have passed yet I haven't received the car. Please look over this issue as my family is really in need of a car for hospital and other emergencies. (Dealer - Jaika Motors, Chandrapur, Maharashtra).

                                Hello Sir I booked my nexon on dated 30.10.2020 at SRM MOTORS RAEBARELI (LUCKNOW) but I can't get my nexon till now. Some day before they gave me engine number and chasis number and said car is in transit. I went to dealership for payment but they said I shall have to pay on hiked price while Tata motors announced that hiked price are not valid on only car booked before 22.01.2021 mine is booked on 30.10.2020 but they don't agree I showed them press release. dealership want to deliver my booked car to another person. They are cheating me. I said it's illegal but they are giving my car to another person it's very disappointing. They are cheating me. Pls do justice. I hired a taxi for my daily work which is painfull in this Covid era as well as extra burden on my pocket and piece of mind.

                                  Hi, my name is Vasanth Somavarapu, iam from vijayawada.
                                  I own a tata tiago xza, my car's left rear tyre got damaged after a bike hit it from the side. I handed over to tata service in vijayawada on 12/1/21. Since then till today that is 15/2/21, I still didn't receive my vehicle. Initially they said that spare parts have to arrive, then they said one spare part has come wrong. All this they didn't inform me, I was the one who was calling all the time. Even today when I called they postponed by another 2days. Iam not sure that I will receive my vehicle after 2 days also.
                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter.
                                  This is the worst service I have received till now.

                                    I booked a Nexon XZ+(S) on 21JAN2021 from TC Motors, Salap, Howrah, West Bengal, Pin 711403 dealership.

                                    Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have decided not to go ahead with the purchase. I have requested the same to dealer. However there has been zero response to my email. Every time I am calling the Sales Executive, he is answering - DADA MAIN TO AAJ OFFICE NAHI GAYA...

                                    I am bit frustrated...
