As I have provided information, I have booked "Nexon Xz Petrol 1.2" model on 06th dec, 2020 from that day they told me to give me delivery within 60 days, but today almost 84 days completed still I didn't get any confirm date of my car's delivery from progressive cars Ahmedabad.
I belong to middle class family and I am buying this car for my needs. As per TATA MOTOR'S slogan, "VOCAL FOR LOCAL", We indians are putting trust in our local brand but still we are not satisfied with the customer service of TATA MOTORS.

So this is highly recommended to take necessary step against TATA Motors, so that customers do not have to wait for longer time.

If they don't have that much of cars in stock, then why are the taking new orders from the customer.

I am tired of calling TATA MOTORS dealer which is Progressive cars, Ahmedabad for the excepted delivery date of my car. I have also raised so many complaints to TATA MOTORS customer care department but it is worthless.

So I am requesting you to solved my complaint and do take necessary steps against TATA MOTORS.

    I have booked Nexon XM petrol on Dated 15th jan 2021, and i have been told during booking period that waiting period is 6 week but still not received or not got the information when I will get my vehicles.

    Please look into this try to resolve ASAP.

      Fraud dealer at Treo Motors not giving booking refund

      I had previously made a booking for a Tata Nexon (P) XM(S) BS6 (WHITE) model. I made this booking at Treo Motors, go auto pvt ltd, safdarjung enclave, new delhi - 110029

      Booking Number - BKNG/2546

      The dealer Mr. Abhishek Upadhyay told me that the booking is 100% refundable. I had messaged him earlier on whatsapp to cancel my booking and he asked for a cancelled cheque and an application letter to cancel the booking...

        I hv purchased Tata Tiago regn no.
        Wb24ap0392 from tc motors salap in exchange of my previous vehicle indigo manza regn no wb26k 5160. I am surprised to observe that the dues against road tax, insurance in respect of my previous vehicle is being sent to me by rto barasat west bengal. Even afterseveral req, tc motors salap is not able to furnish the docs of sale deed...pl look into the matter so that I m not HARASSED unnecessarily.

          I have purchased tata tiago regn no. Wb24ap0392 from tc motors salap in exchange of my previous vehicle indigo manza regn no wb26k 5160. I am surprised to observe that the dues against road tax, insurance in respect of my previous vehicle is being sent to me by rto barasat west bengal. Even aftet several req, tc motors salap is not able to furnish the docs of sale deed. Hope ur company should take appropriate action so that i am not harassed by rto of police authorities.

              HSRP Number Plate

              My vehicle registration date is after 1st apr 2019 and I was not given HSRP number plate by my dealer. Gbey gave me a normal blank plate and i got it numbered from market. Now i am not able to register online and get the new hsrp plate as it is available for only vehicles registerd before 1st apr 2019.
              The dealer is now charging 1000 rs for new plate.

                Today[protected] My TATA NEXON Car was delivered from Panchjanya automobile service center after some repair work done at the shop after almost 8 days. After I received the car, when I went for normal drive, have noticed that one of the car tyre got punctured and after noticing it, I could see whole trye was damaged and I was lucky enough to got saved from accident. I was driving on the main road and some passerby noticed and informed me. It was an escape for me and my family including a child and senior citizen. Service center has definitely done something with tyre and need to raise the complaint.
                I would need the replacement of the tyre as when my car was picked up the tyres were intact.

                  Hi I have Tata Nexon car. Vehicle no MP07Cg7561. I wend Tata commercial automobile Jabalpur Tata car dealer for repair my accidental vehicle. There was very small work of replacment of right side fender.
                  I had zero dept new india insurance policy still they repaired it paid basis.
                  This is one issue
                  Major concern is quality of work
                  I attached photo here.they replaced right side fender on3rd Feb. But there is many white paint spot near to fender. Even till 23rd Feb these spot are same as permanent spot.

                  Quality of work is like local painter

                    We purchased TATANEXON after waiting for approximately 3 months and Tata Nexon(XZ+S) was delivered on FEB6th 2021 from Malik Motors Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. On 20th February 2021 we gave it for servicing at Select Service center, Uppal, Hyderabad at approx 11am. After two hours we get a call that oil cooler assembly[protected] part is defective and we have to wait for three to four days to get it repaired.
                    The concern from ourside is whether we got defective Car, if this is the case, how can we go for replacement. The showroom person says that the car is checked before delivery but the service station has reported a fault. We are going through horrible time and would like an answer in a fair manner.
                    What is more pathetic is the non-availability of the sparepart at the service center and we are waiting for the car helplessly after paying entire amount.
                    I don't understand why a new car has to develop problems like this, I doubt the quality checks before delivery. We expect that Tata motors should deliver a new car after through checkd as we are not confident about it.
                    Hope Tata motors takes moral responsibility and resolve it

                      Myself Baby Thomas. I have booked Tata Harrier XT Variant car in January 13, 2021 and the dealer promised me to deliver the car within 2 weeks. On February 4th of 2021, I decided to change the variant from Tata Harrier XT to XZ variant and the same was informed to my dealer, Tata Gokulam Motors, Nettoor, Cochin.They requested me to send an email to their email address for changing the variant as decided by me which was sent by me on February 4, 2021 itself.Since Jan 13 to February 4 and February 4 to till date no allocation has happened. When I contacted the sales executive, their team leader and sales manager on different occasions they could not even tell me as to when they can deliver the car. I have paid almost 95% of the total on road price of the car. My loan amount was disbursed to their account earlier itself and now I am in a situation where I have to start my installments without getting my dream car.

                        Hi my name is Janardhan, I Booked Tata Altroz XE Rythm Red Color at Select Cars Nagole Dealership (Hyderabad) on Dec-21-2020. Delivery date was confirmed within 6weeks
                        I couldn't receive in 6 weeks as promised, I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks. Even after waiting for two more weeks no confirmation on delivery date. 9th week is completed and I still don't have the assured delivery date.
                        Really disappointed with the delivery delay. Request you to look into this and have the car delivered as soon as possible. Attach is the booking receipt for your reference.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                I am using, Tata Zest AMT diesel version. Reg no : TN45BH5863

                                All the door handles, Entire Bonnet & dicky are heavily rusted. Service center asking me to change the entire bonnet & doors. Its too costly. I need to know following,
                                1. How it could get rusted.
                                2. Why patch works can't be done.

                                How customer will buy again TATA cars?

                                  मैंने 18/12/2021 को चंबल मोटर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड, पेंसेंजर कार डीलर, प्लॉट नं G-7&8, आटोमोबाइल जोन, डकनिया स्टेशन रोड IPIA, कोटा से TATA TIGOR XZ कार खरीद की थी जिसका 18/12/2021 को सम्पूर्ण भुगतान कर दिया था | बैंक कोटेशन के आधार पर कार के साथ असेसरीज़ लगाना तय हुआ था | लेकिन कार डिलिवरी के समय कार में समस्त असेसरीज़ नहीं दी | केवल मड कवर और मेट ही लगाकर दी | शेष को 2-4 दिन मे लगाने का वादा किया था | आज तक भी कार में सभी असेसरीज़ (जैसे सीट कवर) नहीं लगाई है |

                                  और इंश्योरेंस व आरटीओ चार्ज के रूप मे मुझसे कुल 26806 व 71750 रुपये लिए हैं जबकि मेरे पास मैसेज में आरटीओ व्यय के रूप मे 68700 रुपये तथा बीमा व्यय के रूप मे 25819 रुपये की पुष्टि हुई है | इस तरह से कुल लगभग 4000 रूपये मुझसे अतिरिक्त वसूल किए हैं |

                                  श्रीमान जी चंबल मोटर्स अपने आप में एक विश्वसनीय कंपनी है परंतु आपके इस प्रकार के रवैये से मुझे अत्यन्त असुविधा हुई है | अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि उक्त शिकायत का निवारण अविलंब करने की कृपा करें।

                                  आपके द्वारा यथाशीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही नहीं करने की स्थिति में मुझे कानूनी कार्यवाही करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा जिसके लिए आप जिम्मेदार होंगे |
