Dear sir,
CMPDIL, Ranchi a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, a Govt. of India PSU, has given one of its TATA make vehicle (JH01BL8150) at TATA authorised service Centre M/s Budhia Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Buti More Ranchi in November, 2020 on the basis of estimate provided by the Budhia agency. After repair work they have provided an Invoice in which there was a large discrepancy both in no. of spare parts and cost of spare parts and labour cost. Even though the final job done is less in no. than the quoted quantity in Estimate, the invoice had discrepancy both in no. spare parts and cost of spare parts and labour charge. The matter was reported to Budhia Agencies Pvt. Ltd., but nothing happened for more than 15 days . The a team of two officers of CMPDI personally visited the Budhia Agency on 08.02.2021, where Mr. Surendra ji & few other staff have noticed the discrepancies and assured that they will provide the corrected Invoice quickly. Till today More than 10 official visits of CMPDI officers from day of handing over vehicles till in person reporting of discrepancies have been done and in all these visits, the approach of the dealing Persons of Budhia agency is not professional and is very discouraging & demotivating. The problem of final invoice is not yet solved and the vehicle is lying idle at M/s Budhia Agencies Pvt. Ltd, Buti More for more than 2 months .
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue on priority basis.

    I have bought new car in October 2020. From last few days the problems started is when trying to start the car it is not starting though the battery and all is good since it is new car. I called customer representative and told them about the problem they suggested me to visit service center for software update hence I had visited service station, they have updated the software and told that the issue will get resolved but again seeing same issue just post 2 days of visiting service center.

            My Tata nexon on 6th February 2021. When I brought it from showroom to my home, noticed gear oil leakage constantly. I visited the nearest service centre and they confirmed the same but said that they do not have the oil seal and asked me for 15 days waiting time. I am very very disappointed as this is Tata nexon new model and top model and still I am getting that type of problem and even after consulting to Tata customer care after 6-7 hours they have not reverted me back.

              As I am booked the vehicle " TATA NEXON XZ+ O Diesel " as the date of "Nov 17th "in as they are giving the estimated time delivery of 4 to 8 weeks but there is no update or anything as of now.(" I ordered the vehicle for the purpose of my marraige that i informed to the showroom & i had sold my old car now i m getting scoldings from all family memebers including my fiancee).

              Eventhough i call/message to the respective executive as well as the dealers are not aware when the car will be allocated and they are telling there is no response from the manufacture unit. I didnt expect this from a reputed company like TATA MOTORS. I am very disappointed for the time delay and mainly the irresponsibility of the commiting to the new users from the TATA MOTORS.

              We want INDAIN vehical so only behind you guys else we could have gone to some other country based vehical, So please I request tata motors to resolve my complaint as soon as possible!

              Last but not least, I get married only once in life time i dont want to hire a cab for my marriage.. please take it as priority.

                I ahve booked as Tata altroz XE modal on[protected] and may loan has been disbursed to dealer and also i have paid 1 lakh in advance and they provide me car details like chassis number like and told me that car has been reached here and once loan will be done we will handover your car to you, and now they are saying we have sold that car and you have to wait more for like 10-15 days and now 10 days gone still i dint get any response from them, as i am fed up with dealer service and want my car before 15th Feb 2021, request you to please help and handover my car to me ales i do not want if it came after 15th feb.

                  Dear Tata Team,

                  I am one of your proud Tata Bolt owner, i have replaced my steering box in January 2019 at 16K km due to ubnormal sounds from the part. Unfortunately the same sound coming now at 24K km from the same part and your service centre personal identify the steering box faulty.

                  I would like to address my concern since i am still belive in Our Tata and i loves your destiny.

                    I have booked Nexon XZA+ petrol from Venkata Ramana motors, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad on 10th November 2020. The committed date was 25th December 2020 but till date no contact from dealer. When I connected with dealer, dealer executive asked me cancel the booking as Tata is not providing vehicles in a speedy manner.The people in the showroom are restless and just saying that cancel me if I am not ready to wait.This is sheer negligence from all levels of tata. I request to look into the issue atleast now to do the needful.

My complaint is that Puneet Automobile Ballia, which is the branch of Puneet Automobile Azamgarh, promised me to give 15 Janbari in tata altroz ​​xz gray color and took all the money from me for 878602 rupees when it got all the money, now almost every month for almost a month.                           I have booked Nexon XM petrol from Bafna motors Pune on 9th November 2020. The committed date was 25th January 2021 and on paper delivery date was after 3 months but till date no contact from dealer. When I connected with dealer, dealer executive asked me cancel the booking as Tata is not providing cars to dealer. When I connected with Tata, they are saying they will not provide cars to dealer and ultimately asked me to cancel the booking and book from other showroom. Other showroom is also asking to wait for another 3 months and pay price as per the new prices that Tata adjusted after 21st January.

                            As I am booked the vehicle " TATA ALTROZ XE RYTHM " as the date of "DEC 14th "in "Sri Chima Cars pvt ltd" as they are giving the estimated time delivery of 55 days but there is no update or anything as of now.(" I ordered the vehicle for the purpose of my brother's marraige that i informed to the showroom).
                            Eventhough i call/message to the respective executive as well as The Manager of the dealers they are not properly give any response. They didnot even pickup my call after I asked when will you deliver my ordered vehicle.I didnt expect this from a reputed company like TATA MOTORS. I am very disappointed for the time delay and mainly the irresponsibility of the dealership/showroom management.
                            So please I request tata motors to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                              Hello, I baught a TATA nexon XZ+S (Diesel) from Shekhawati Enterprises, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
                              I paid the total amount of the car( Incl. RTO, Insurance, Fastag, TCS, Accesory) on the day of Delivery 28th Jan 2021. At the time of delivery they told that they do not have fastag and Seat Covers and promised to provide them later. but Unfortunately They provided poorest quality of seat covers and Fastag is still pending.

                              I have booked Tata Nexon with initial booking amount of Rs. 5, 000/- with Bafna Motors(Pune) Pvt Ltd on 18/10/2020.

                              It was informed at the time of booking that it will take about 11 weeks for delivery of vehicle.

                              On completion of 11 week, when I approach the dealer to enquire about the delivery status, I was informed that Tata Motors has stopped the delivery of vehicle to dealer due some internal issues between Tata Motors and said dealer.

                              The dealer has advised me to apply for refund of booking amount. I have applied for refund from the dealer and now I am exploring SUV options from Maruti or Hyundai.

                              Just wanted to share my agony through this letter.

                                As I have provided information, I have booked "Altroz XE Rhythm Petrol 1.2" model on 19th nov, 2020.from that day they told me to give me delivery within 45 days, but today almost 80 days completed still I didn't get any confirm date of my car's delivery from Parin Motors, Rajkot.

                                I belong to middle class family and I am buying this car for my needs. As per TATA MOTOR'S slogan, "VOCAL FOR LOCAL", We indians are putting trust in our local brand but still we are not satisfied with the customer service of TATA MOTORS.

                                So this is highly recommended to take necessary step against TATA Motors, so that customers do not have to wait for longer time.

                                If they don't have that much of cars in stock, then why are the taking new orders from the customer.

                                I am tired of calling TATA MOTORS dealer which is Parin Motors, RAJKOT for the excepted delivery date of my car.I have also raised so many complaints to TATA MOTORS customer care department but it is worthless.

                                So I am requesting you to solved my complaint and do take necessary steps against TATA MOTORS.

                                  I have booked for Tata Altroz XT model in S R Tranzcars Pvt. Ltd in Coimbatore on 26-Novrmber-2020. They commited the delivery time period of three weeks from the date of booking.

                                  Today(05-February-2021), Still now there is no proper responce from the dealer and cars was not even allocated. Everytime when I call them they ask for excuse and they ask for a period of week. Then again it continues.

                                  Even they commited for Free extended warranty which will be triggered to my email address if delivery date delays more than 30days. Now it's more than 2 months and still now car was not yet assigned.

                                  Really frustrated and thinking of moving to some other best brand.

                                    I, Ex-Sgt Bharat Kumar Sarkar, have the honour to request you to look into this matter with utmost importance at your earliest.
                                    Sir I had booked Tata Nexon XM petrol at TC motor, Rajarhat, New town, Kolkata on 15th November 2020 by paying booking amount of Rs.10000.00 and subsequently TC motors issued me a availability certificate and quotation of that same model on 18th November 2020. On 19th November 2020 I had submitted my application to STN CSD, Barrackpore with car loan disbursement letter and RTGS receipt. At the time of booking dealer's sales representative assured me that delivery will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks. Accordingly I arranged fund and paid the full amount to CSD end at my earliest. After 5th week I contacted TC motors for update but they told that you may get delivery between 7 to 9 weeks. After 9th week when I contacted dealership, they told me as and when your vehicle will come we will inform you. But now after 83 days I don't have any information from dealership or Tata motors regarding my car.
                                    Sir, I paid Rs 10000.00 as booking amount to dealership and full car price of CSD rate to CSD by availing loan from bank with interest. Dealership issued me an availability certificate in the name of CSD in which they mentioned that the same car is available at their stockyard. I don't know on what basis they declare such things. At this moment I am frustrated about my money and the incurred losses bored by me every month. Dealership could have told me the truth regarding waiting period so that accordingly I could have arranged my fund for the same. Or I could have gone for other available options at that point of time. Most ex-servicemen are facing such problems at the dealer's hand. Even they do not disclose the waiting list. Tata motors customer care is also clueless on this matter. Tata motors have increased price of their most car models from 22nd January 2021. I don't know when I will be delivered with my car and what will be the condition regarding billing of my car at dealership at that time. As an ex-servicemen, I feel, am being cheated as because of availing CSD facility.
                                    Sir I therefore humbly request you to look into this matter so that I get my best out of this without further delay.

                                      I Have booked a Tata Nexon XZ+ on 5th Dec with KHT Motors Bangalore, and dealer had promised a delivery in last week of december or by max first week of January 2021.
                                      But its already been more than 2 months and i havent got the vehicle.
