We have booked Nexon on Oct 19 2020 from a dealer in Pune. The commitment was given that the vehicle will be delivered in 11 weeks. Hoever it has been more than 3 months now and the vehicle is not delivered. Apart this when we approach dealer there is no response to our phone calls neither they have any confirmation on delivery date.

      Dear Sir,
      I have booked TATA NEXON XM on 18 Dec20 from Brindavan shelters pvt. Ltd. Kanpur, U. P. Before booking Agency says we will deliver your car 4-6 week . But now they are not giving any satisfy answer nor to able give any expected date of delivery car.
      I booked this car my special occasion to give gift to my wife to our 2nd anniversary but now I can't complete my promise because of Agency.
      I am a Indian Air Force person now I am in leave as per plan for receiving my first car but no response from agency side. After completion of my leave how to come to receive my car. So please take attention about this.

          I had referred my friend to Tata and he purchased Nexon car, which was delivered on 22 July 2019. Till now I didn't get the referral benefit they have offered, I have called them several times and they only say "let me check". I didn't get any response form dealership 'Metro motors, Karnal' till now. The referral points that offered by TATA is such a fraud program. Even TATA or dealer doesn't know about this. If you are not able to provide some incentive for referral, then don't promise for that. I want to file the case in consumer court. I want to know the escalation matrix for this.

            I have purchased Tata Tiago from Sagar motors on 31st December 2020 during year closing by taking car loan from Sagar Motors. I am working at noida and looking at covid 19 pandemic scenario, I took the decision to purchase the car. From Jan. 2021, my emi on car loan began. But this purchase have put me into highly dissatisfaction and frustrated situation, where for one or the other reason my car have not been released yet for my personal use. I am still following up with the vendor. Will the dealer going to bear the interest I had to pay in Jan.and feb. 2021 as a loan emi.Does tata allow the vendor to delay handing over of purchased car. I was not expecting such an unprofessional dealing by the dealer who is serving in a capital city. I would certainly not going to recommend the dealer to my family and friends, as I do think that as a customer I have a right to have a benefit of timely delivery which had been taken for granted by the dealer . Also would request Tata motors to take action on the dealer unprofessional attitude towards poorly timed delivery and complete more than one month delay.
            Please help in getting earliest possible delivery of my car.

              I have purchased the Tata Yodha 1700 Model from Tata Motors Nagaon Dealership, Assam. It has been more than a month I am unable to proceed for making RC due to non approval of Temporary Registration by the dealers. After several calls they have not responded till now. Kindly do the needful at the earliest else I will lodged an FIR against the dealers.

                I Have booked Tata Nexon XE petrol on 3rd Nov 2020 with Wasan Motors Chembur Mumbai Maharashtra
                Wasan Motors committed deliver of my above car by 6 weeks but till date 31st Jan 2021 I have not received my car delivery. Please note that its been 90 days (Over 12 Weeks) I want to escalate this matter to the Senior Higher ups of Tata Motors.

                  Dear All,
                  It was with great pride that I decided to choose TATA Nexon over other foreign brands as I was looking for a change of my current Car. Having used Ford brands earlier - Ikon and now Figo this time around felt to go Indian. TATA, being a brand that remained ethical and also the recent gestures of humanity especially the offering of Hospital at Kasargode in Kerala during COVID-19 among many would have influenced my choice of Nexon over others and was rather excited as I test drove, booked, and started my anxious waiting for my turn of allotment.

                  To my dissatisfaction and fading interest after having waited over 2 months now, I am just trying hard to hold on to my "Made in India by Indian" pride rather I am really on the verge of looking beyond "by Indian" and trying to convince myself that few other options are also Made in India, but it's just that a foreign brand made it for me.

                  This mail is just to let the relevant officials know about my change of choice over TATA (rather unhappily) and adding to it that I just couldn't buy the dealer reply that I need to wait further for my allotment. As a global brand, I don't see any reason that TATA would under-produce vehicles with a wait time of over 60 days in such a competitive environment and if true that's tough to digest. I truly believe gone are those Bajaj days where Customers waited for months for allotments. Summing up with a humble request that a quick turn around of my booking can still let me hold on to the pride of "Made in India by Indian".

                    I was booked a TATA Nexon xz with my father name on 30 nov 2020 and got a confirmation to get a vehicle on 25th janauray 2021 from the delaer Kaveri Motors .
                    But today they didn't delivered the car and telling some reason .
                    So, i dont like to take a delivery wheras planning to cancel my booking . Need your help

                      I have purchased a passenger car TATA Altroz XE Petrol Variant on August 2020 in SRT TATA Coimbatore.

                      In a few month time on November 2020 My car has been breakdown on the road root cause is the connector between the Radiator and the Engine got disconnected suddenly. Car has been stuck in the middle of the road during the peak traffic time at Tirupur. It was so shocking and very much disappointed since it's a brand new car stuck on the road.

                      I have called the service engineer from tirupur and they have fixed it by spending 3 hours of time. Then they assured that it will not happen again.

                      Then after two months on January 2021 the same problem at Pollachi happened and i am so much frustrated and called the service and they fixed it. But my complaint on the specific brand of my car Tata Altroz and i am depressed to buy a car like that.

                      I have purchased a new car and these issues happening again and again and i felt so much depression and disappointment

                      I put the rear power window additionally in SRT Tata Coimbatore since base model don't have that feature with the car i always have the problem with the rear power window not working. I already visited the SRT Tata Coimbatore showroom for three time to fix the rear power window not working issues. Now again the rear power windows are not working. I need to get my money back and i go with the manual option.

                      Also SRT Tata still not provided the wheel cap since 6 months after the car purchase.

                      Simple calculation i have to spend 1000 rs to reach the service center and my native. Totally five times i have visited the service center only for the car manufacturing and accessories service issues. Also my time spend on the new car is so much to make it work.

                      Why should a consumer buy a brand new car and run a car with the fear of when it will get breakdown. So much disappointed and unsatisfied.

                      If it is possible i would like to return a car and i need a new car without any issues and SRT Tata and Tata are the responsible for the replacement of the car.

I have sent ...the next day I got call from same number and said I will get a call from HR department named Akshara Rawat...and she called from number [protected]..and asked some questions and said u got selected and ...said to send 1400rs to the number [protected]......

                            Hello, I have booked Nexon XZA+ red, petrol on 27th October, at Bafana Motors Pune, but have not recieved any communication from the dealer or from Tata Motors so far.
                            Can you help me in knowing when shall I recieve my delivery of the car.
                            The sales persons at Bafna Motors are not answering properly. I came to know that there are few issues between the dealer and the company. Should I wait for the car or think of other options .

                              I had cancelled booking within 4 days only and your chandigarh dealer of tata motors is deducting more than 20% amount as cancellation charges.

                              Only after 4 days how can they deduct more than 20% as cancellation charges.
                              Is this the new way to make money.

                              I was buying tata altroz from himachal dealer as they were giving me car little early thats why o cancelled car from chandigarh.

                              But now i would definitely not go for any tata car as i lost trust in your brand..

                              I really admire you sir, but dealers are making money on cancellation.. Is this right sir?

                              Booking amnt was 11000 and cancellation charges are 2000.
                              Is it justified???

                              Who will trust on dealers of tata motors now???

                              Even they didn’t reply on our mails, thts why i have sent you this mail.

                                I booked TATA NEXON XMA(S) at Athirst Auto (Address: Bus Stand, 16/B1, Kelaveeraragavapuram, Nagercoil road, Near New, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu 627007) .

                                Current issue:

                                Along with the purchase of vehicle they promised me to get FAST TAG as well. It has been 20 days since i got my fast tag but still it's not activated yet. Whenever i call them they give me some lame excuse like they were busy, just now they received the file etc. Now they stopped attending my phone calls. Mrs.Devi is taking care of the insurance and FAST tag related job at Athirst Auto Tirunelveli.
                                This is not the first instance they are behaving weirdly.The following are the issues that i faced right from booking of car till delivery.

                                Issue 1: Payment related issues : I trusted them and agreed to pay to the full amount. Before paying, i called the senior sales executive Mr.palani and informed him to generate payment receipt as soon as i pay. He told me that he is heading towards office and will generate the bill as soon as he reach the office. To my surprise, after paying i tried calling him and his mobile was switched off. I was shocked and called the service centre, they told me that the senior sales executive Mr.palani was on leave. Fortunately, they confirmed the payment. Next day he called and apologised . Don't know why he lied.

                                Issue 2: Already the delivery of the vehicle was delayed by 2-2.5 month and i was continuously following them, patiently. Finally, when the car reached the showroom nobody called and informed me. I myself called them and asked the manager MR. Rajesh regarding the status of my car . He told me that car already reached the showroom and since the senior sales executive MR. Palani was on leave they couldn't inform me.

                                Issue 3: Feed back forms are being filled in front of the sales executives .They are just getting the signature and remaining fields are being filled by themselves. Please make it Online so that you will get lot of complaints at feed back stage itself.

                                Issue 4: They promised me to get RC book for the vehicle. Once again, i followed then patiently for more than a month. They assured that they will inform me promptly as they get my vehicle RC Book. But no one called me. I had to follow up intensively for the status and finally on one fine day they told me that RC Book came to the office a week back itself .i paid money for this service.
                                The trust that we have over TATA brand is getting eroded because of service centres like this.Definitely, i will think twice before buying/suggesting a TATA CAR in my lifetime.

                                I request you to take coercive action against the persons mentioned above, at least issue a memo. If there is shortage of manpower at least deploy the necessary number so as not to compromise the quality of service.

                                  Team...Need Help. I have booked Tata XZ+ day before yesterday (Sunday Jan 17th) from TrueNorth, Mayapuri (booking receipt attached) and due to some personal reasons I need to cancel my booking. I called the sales person who has now mentioned that 3k will be deducted as Cancellation charges. I had requested him that it's just a matter of 1 day of booking and you are deducting the money. As per him this is as per Tata policy which to my understanding is not. Tata gives 100% refund if booking cancelled within 3 days. Please help.
