Hello, I baught a TATA nexon XZ+S (Diesel) from Shekhawati Enterprises, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
I paid the total amount of the car( Incl. RTO, Insurance, Fastag, TCS, Accesory) on the day of Delivery 28th Jan 2021. At the time of delivery they told that they do not have fastag and Seat Covers and promised to provide them later. but Unfortunately They provided poorest quality of seat covers and Fastag is still pending.

Tata Nexon Petrol

I have booked Tata Nexon with initial booking amount of Rs. 5, 000/- with Bafna Motors(Pune) Pvt Ltd on 18/10/2020.

It was informed at the time of booking that it will take about 11 weeks for delivery of vehicle.

On completion of 11 week, when I approach the dealer to enquire about the delivery status, I was informed that Tata Motors has stopped the delivery of vehicle to dealer due some internal issues between...

Dealer:- Parin Motors, Rajkot

As I have provided information, I have booked "Altroz XE Rhythm Petrol 1.2" model on 19th nov, 2020.from that day they told me to give me delivery within 45 days, but today almost 80 days completed still I didn't get any confirm date of my car's delivery from Parin Motors, Rajkot.

I belong to middle class family and I am buying this car for my needs. As per TATA MOTOR'S slogan, "VOCAL FOR LOCAL", We indians are putting trust in our local brand but still we are not satisfied with the customer service of TATA MOTORS.

So this is highly recommended to take necessary step against TATA Motors, so that customers do not have to wait for longer time.

If they don't have that much of cars in stock, then why are the taking new orders from the customer.

I am tired of calling TATA MOTORS dealer which is Parin Motors, RAJKOT for the excepted delivery date of my car.I have also raised so many complaints to TATA MOTORS customer care department but it is worthless.

So I am requesting you to solved my complaint and do take necessary steps against TATA MOTORS.

    Hi Team,

    I have booked for Tata Altroz XT model in S R Tranzcars Pvt. Ltd in Coimbatore on 26-Novrmber-2020. They commited the delivery time period of three weeks from the date of booking.

    Today(05-February-2021), Still now there is no proper responce from the dealer and cars was not even allocated. Everytime when I call them they ask for excuse and they ask for a period of week. Then again it continues.

    Even they commited for Free extended warranty which will be triggered to my email address if delivery date delays more than 30days. Now it's more than 2 months and still now car was not yet assigned.

    Really frustrated and thinking of moving to some other best brand.

      Respected Sir,
      I, Ex-Sgt Bharat Kumar Sarkar, have the honour to request you to look into this matter with utmost importance at your earliest.
      Sir I had booked Tata Nexon XM petrol at TC motor, Rajarhat, New town, Kolkata on 15th November 2020 by paying booking amount of Rs.10000.00 and subsequently TC motors issued me a availability certificate and quotation of that same model on 18th November 2020. On 19th November 2020 I had submitted my application to STN CSD, Barrackpore with car loan disbursement letter and RTGS receipt. At the time of booking dealer's sales representative assured me that delivery will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks. Accordingly I arranged fund and paid the full amount to CSD end at my earliest. After 5th week I contacted TC motors for update but they told that you may get delivery between 7 to 9 weeks. After 9th week when I contacted dealership, they told me as and when your vehicle will come we will inform you. But now after 83 days I don't have any information from dealership or Tata motors regarding my car.
      Sir, I paid Rs 10000.00 as booking amount to dealership and full car price of CSD rate to CSD by availing loan from bank with interest. Dealership issued me an availability certificate in the name of CSD in which they mentioned that the same car is available at their stockyard. I don't know on what basis they declare such things. At this moment I am frustrated about my money and the incurred losses bored by me every month. Dealership could have told me the truth regarding waiting period so that accordingly I could have arranged my fund for the same. Or I could have gone for other available options at that point of time. Most ex-servicemen are facing such problems at the dealer's hand. Even they do not disclose the waiting list. Tata motors customer care is also clueless on this matter. Tata motors have increased price of their most car models from 22nd January 2021. I don't know when I will be delivered with my car and what will be the condition regarding billing of my car at dealership at that time. As an ex-servicemen, I feel, am being cheated as because of availing CSD facility.
      Sir I therefore humbly request you to look into this matter so that I get my best out of this without further delay.

        I Have booked a Tata Nexon XZ+ on 5th Dec with KHT Motors Bangalore, and dealer had promised a delivery in last week of december or by max first week of January 2021.
        But its already been more than 2 months and i havent got the vehicle.

          We have booked Nexon on Oct 19 2020 from a dealer in Pune. The commitment was given that the vehicle will be delivered in 11 weeks. Hoever it has been more than 3 months now and the vehicle is not delivered. Apart this when we approach dealer there is no response to our phone calls neither they have any confirmation on delivery date.

              I have booked TATA NEXON XM on 18 Dec20 from Brindavan shelters pvt. Ltd. Kanpur, U. P. Before booking Agency says we will deliver your car 4-6 week . But now they are not giving any satisfy answer nor to able give any expected date of delivery car.
              I booked this car my special occasion to give gift to my wife to our 2nd anniversary but now I can't complete my promise because of Agency.
              I am a Indian Air Force person now I am in leave as per plan for receiving my first car but no response from agency side. After completion of my leave how to come to receive my car. So please take attention about this.

                  I had referred my friend to Tata and he purchased Nexon car, which was delivered on 22 July 2019. Till now I didn't get the referral benefit they have offered, I have called them several times and they only say "let me check". I didn't get any response form dealership 'Metro motors, Karnal' till now. The referral points that offered by TATA is such a fraud program. Even TATA or dealer doesn't know about this. If you are not able to provide some incentive for referral, then don't promise for that. I want to file the case in consumer court. I want to know the escalation matrix for this.

                    I have purchased Tata Tiago from Sagar motors on 31st December 2020 during year closing by taking car loan from Sagar Motors. I am working at noida and looking at covid 19 pandemic scenario, I took the decision to purchase the car. From Jan. 2021, my emi on car loan began. But this purchase have put me into highly dissatisfaction and frustrated situation, where for one or the other reason my car have not been released yet for my personal use. I am still following up with the vendor. Will the dealer going to bear the interest I had to pay in Jan.and feb. 2021 as a loan emi.Does tata allow the vendor to delay handing over of purchased car. I was not expecting such an unprofessional dealing by the dealer who is serving in a capital city. I would certainly not going to recommend the dealer to my family and friends, as I do think that as a customer I have a right to have a benefit of timely delivery which had been taken for granted by the dealer . Also would request Tata motors to take action on the dealer unprofessional attitude towards poorly timed delivery and complete more than one month delay.
                    Please help in getting earliest possible delivery of my car.

                          Dear All,
                          It was with great pride that I decided to choose TATA Nexon over other foreign brands as I was looking for a change of my current Car. Having used Ford brands earlier - Ikon and now Figo this time around felt to go Indian. TATA, being a brand that remained ethical and also the recent gestures of humanity especially the offering of Hospital at Kasargode in Kerala during COVID-19 among many would have influenced my choice of Nexon over others and was rather excited as I test drove, booked, and started my anxious waiting for my turn of allotment.

                          To my dissatisfaction and fading interest after having waited over 2 months now, I am just trying hard to hold on to my "Made in India by Indian" pride rather I am really on the verge of looking beyond "by Indian" and trying to convince myself that few other options are also Made in India, but it's just that a foreign brand made it for me.

                          This mail is just to let the relevant officials know about my change of choice over TATA (rather unhappily) and adding to it that I just couldn't buy the dealer reply that I need to wait further for my allotment. As a global brand, I don't see any reason that TATA would under-produce vehicles with a wait time of over 60 days in such a competitive environment and if true that's tough to digest. I truly believe gone are those Bajaj days where Customers waited for months for allotments. Summing up with a humble request that a quick turn around of my booking can still let me hold on to the pride of "Made in India by Indian".

                            But today they didn't delivered the car and telling some reason .

                              I have purchased a passenger car TATA Altroz XE Petrol Variant on August 2020 in SRT TATA Coimbatore.

                              In a few month time on November 2020 My car has been breakdown on the road root cause is the connector between the Radiator and the Engine got disconnected suddenly. Car has been stuck in the middle of the road during the peak traffic time at Tirupur. It was so shocking and very much disappointed since it's a brand new car stuck on the road.

                              I have called the service engineer from tirupur and they have fixed it by spending 3 hours of time. Then they assured that it will not happen again.

                              Then after two months on January 2021 the same problem at Pollachi happened and i am so much frustrated and called the service and they fixed it. But my complaint on the specific brand of my car Tata Altroz and i am depressed to buy a car like that.

                              I have purchased a new car and these issues happening again and again and i felt so much depression and disappointment

                              I put the rear power window additionally in SRT Tata Coimbatore since base model don't have that feature with the car i always have the problem with the rear power window not working. I already visited the SRT Tata Coimbatore showroom for three time to fix the rear power window not working issues. Now again the rear power windows are not working. I need to get my money back and i go with the manual option.

                              Also SRT Tata still not provided the wheel cap since 6 months after the car purchase.

                              Simple calculation i have to spend 1000 rs to reach the service center and my native. Totally five times i have visited the service center only for the car manufacturing and accessories service issues. Also my time spend on the new car is so much to make it work.

                              Why should a consumer buy a brand new car and run a car with the fear of when it will get breakdown. So much disappointed and unsatisfied.

                              If it is possible i would like to return a car and i need a new car without any issues and SRT Tata and Tata are the responsible for the replacement of the car.

I have sent ...the next day I got call from same number and said I will get a call from HR department named Akshara Rawat...and she called from number [protected]..and asked some questions and said u got selected and ...said to send 1400rs to the number [protected]......
