Hello, I have booked Nexon XZA+ red, petrol on 27th October, at Bafana Motors Pune, but have not recieved any communication from the dealer or from Tata Motors so far.
Can you help me in knowing when shall I recieve my delivery of the car.
The sales persons at Bafna Motors are not answering properly. I came to know that there are few issues between the dealer and the company. Should I wait for the car or think of other options .
please help,

    I had cancelled booking within 4 days only and your chandigarh dealer of tata motors is deducting more than 20% amount as cancellation charges.

    Only after 4 days how can they deduct more than 20% as cancellation charges.
    Is this the new way to make money.

    I was buying tata altroz from himachal dealer as they were giving me car little early thats why o cancelled car from chandigarh.

    But now i would definitely not go for any tata car as i lost trust in your brand..

    I really admire you sir, but dealers are making money on cancellation.. Is this right sir?

    Booking amnt was 11000 and cancellation charges are 2000.
    Is it justified???

    Who will trust on dealers of tata motors now???

    Even they didn’t reply on our mails, thts why i have sent you this mail.

      I booked TATA NEXON XMA(S) at Athirst Auto (Address: Bus Stand, 16/B1, Kelaveeraragavapuram, Nagercoil road, Near New, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu 627007) .

      Current issue:

      Along with the purchase of vehicle they promised me to get FAST TAG as well. It has been 20 days since i got my fast tag but still it's not activated yet. Whenever i call them they give me some lame excuse like they were busy, just now they received the file etc. Now they stopped attending my phone calls. Mrs.Devi is taking care of the insurance and FAST tag related job at Athirst Auto Tirunelveli.
      This is not the first instance they are behaving weirdly.The following are the issues that i faced right from booking of car till delivery.

      Issue 1: Payment related issues : I trusted them and agreed to pay to the full amount. Before paying, i called the senior sales executive Mr.palani and informed him to generate payment receipt as soon as i pay. He told me that he is heading towards office and will generate the bill as soon as he reach the office. To my surprise, after paying i tried calling him and his mobile was switched off. I was shocked and called the service centre, they told me that the senior sales executive Mr.palani was on leave. Fortunately, they confirmed the payment. Next day he called and apologised . Don't know why he lied.

      Issue 2: Already the delivery of the vehicle was delayed by 2-2.5 month and i was continuously following them, patiently. Finally, when the car reached the showroom nobody called and informed me. I myself called them and asked the manager MR. Rajesh regarding the status of my car . He told me that car already reached the showroom and since the senior sales executive MR. Palani was on leave they couldn't inform me.

      Issue 3: Feed back forms are being filled in front of the sales executives .They are just getting the signature and remaining fields are being filled by themselves. Please make it Online so that you will get lot of complaints at feed back stage itself.

      Issue 4: They promised me to get RC book for the vehicle. Once again, i followed then patiently for more than a month. They assured that they will inform me promptly as they get my vehicle RC Book. But no one called me. I had to follow up intensively for the status and finally on one fine day they told me that RC Book came to the office a week back itself .i paid money for this service.
      The trust that we have over TATA brand is getting eroded because of service centres like this.Definitely, i will think twice before buying/suggesting a TATA CAR in my lifetime.

      I request you to take coercive action against the persons mentioned above, at least issue a memo. If there is shortage of manpower at least deploy the necessary number so as not to compromise the quality of service.

        Team...Need Help. I have booked Tata XZ+ day before yesterday (Sunday Jan 17th) from TrueNorth, Mayapuri (booking receipt attached) and due to some personal reasons I need to cancel my booking. I called the sales person who has now mentioned that 3k will be deducted as Cancellation charges. I had requested him that it's just a matter of 1 day of booking and you are deducting the money. As per him this is as per Tata policy which to my understanding is not. Tata gives 100% refund if booking cancelled within 3 days. Please help.

            This is to inform you that I have given my vehicle at M/s. Sagar Motors Kaushambi shaibabad-201010 on 9 Jan 2020.
            The respective vehicle is parked there till today as the respective parts are not available at workshop till today and it already 10 days. They are not providing any satisfactory reason for the delay.
            I have purchased 3 Tata cars in last 1 year and now I think I have made a big mistake.
            I think I have made a mistake of buying Tata cars if would have know that I will be facing this type of issue for running model I would not have opted for Tata cars

                I have booked Tata Tiago on 6th Oct 2020, they promised me to deliver car within 25 days. But they have managed somehow to postpone delivery. I haven't received my car as well as any kind of commitment till now. After multiple follow up they told me your car is alloted and asked me to pay. Now my loan amount is disbursed and remaining amount is also paid to dealer. Now the executive saying they don't have clearity about car delivery. I am feeling cheated now as bank has started emi deduction, and the car is not in my hand yet.

                  Dear sir,

                  Sub ¦ engine failed 2 times in warranty period company refuse to replace.

                  I have taken my commercial vehicle HSNE1613CR from pasco motors gurugram on 2017. the engine having problem after 1900 km engine failed. Then service centre sethi motors rishikesh change the engine. again after 2000 km engine failed now company saying we will not replaced its only done once. I am in warranty period still company say we can repair but engine will not change now every 2 month engine get problem and company fixed it with full charge but not want to replace engine. Even manager also agree that its engine fault but refuce to replace it . After many times request to manager and area head in dehradun regarding this but their behaviour is very rude and say every time do whatever u want nothing will happen. Its work like this. I feel very bad that time I have not done recording of the staff. Really very shame we purchased very costly vehicle one time engine replace still same problem with in warranty period but company do nothing. I promise next time I will never buy tata. I go for other vehicle company.

                  I need full investigation in this case & also my money back or get the complete work done with engine replace or else I have to take this matter to next level. Already given notice.

                    I had booked a Tata nexon xza+ diesel at prerana motors rajajinagar bangalore on 19th Nov and was said that diesel cars are available and will be alloted in a weeks time and delivery will happen by 1st week of December. I have booked diesel only because of this as petrol variant had 2-3 months waiting period. Senior staff says minimum 40 days. Now its been 2 months (60 days). I am worried of price hike now. Refund on cancellation carries 3% charges. I have also paid for bank loan processing. Kindly give a CLARITY so that customers who opt for Indian vehicles are not dejected like this. We do have other vehicles with higher features and better customer as well as vehicle service in the same price range. But I have opted to choose an Indian brand. Request the management to kindly consider this and help me here.

                        Hi,

                        I have booked a car Tata Nexon XZ+ Pure Silver BS6 on 27th September 2020 with Rudra Motors Wagholi, Pune. I was promised the delivery of the car on 27th October 2020.

                        Then I was told the waiting period of the car now is 11 weeks from the booking date. Now it is more than 14 weeks from the delivery date and the car is not delivered to me. GSM of the dealer or TSM of the Tata motors are still not ready to give me the final date of delivery.

                        I completed all the formalities from my side within 10 days from the booking date.

                        I feel it is very unprofessional behavior from Tata Motors and it's dealers. I am being given very strange reasons for delayed delivery. Please help me. Customer care number on Tata Motors website West : [protected] is not reachable or no response from the other end, how funny, is it?

                              I booked tata Nexon XM petrol(foliage green) from cuttack, Gugnani motors on 28th October 2020.
                              Today is 12th January 2021, I still haven't received my car.
                              It was said that I will get the car within 2 months maximum but till now there no response from the dealer. It's been 2.5 months and dealer says company is not able to manufacture and meet the demand.

                              Really disappointed by the time taken by tata motors. I will never go for Tata motors again neither recommend any one.

                                Today I got my car delivered. It is a Tata Tiago. I found that my car was damaged. What is the more surprising is that the sales people did not mention this, and said that you can complain about this to customer forum. It looks like it no their responsibility at all. Finally they agreed to replace the part. There are many things that are not finished and there are plenty of scratches.
                                The car was bought from Dilichand Motors in Kolkata West bengal, could you please let me know how can I escalate this issue to Tata motors

                                My complaint is against Abhijit Pal in the sales team. He is the one who was trying to deliver this car. The sad part is that the entire store knew about it but very slyly they were trying to get the car delivered. I really think Tata motor should see how this particular shop is handling the customers.

                                  I had placed booking of nexon xe on 01 nov 2020 at premium motors rewari delearship for Nexon xe. The waiting period of 4-6 weeks was given at the time of booking. But even after 10 weeks no whereabout of delay is known.

                                  Write mails to tata customer care but they didn't respond on that. I received only system generated mail of confirmation of my mail receipt but no representative had responded yet about status

                                  I asked them about any price hike in 2021 or they will give me as per 2020 price as my booking was in 2020. But response of any query yet

                                  After complaints delearship guys keep calling and blaming plant for not giving them order

                                  Where to know the status of vehicle I booked.

                                  They also sent me 1 year extended warranty message but how that will be worked out, no info on that.

                                    I have booked my Tata Nexon in the month of Oct'20 through prerana motors, BTM layout, Bangalore.

                                    As my waiting period was more than the committed period of 1 month, as a matter of damage control measures and to ensure that the customers do not cancel their bookings, Tata Motors has offered me one year of extended OE warranty and roadside assistance at free of cost as a goodwill gesture On 17th Nov, 18:28 i received a text message to the registered mobile.

                                    With that received message, I have been trying to get an acknowledgement from Tata motors as well as from the dealer(prerana) to ensure that this extended warranty & roadside assistance is well captured with a piece of paper beyond 2 years of standard warranty.

                                    But unfortunately until now, i could not figure out or no one from the dealer or customer care clarified or supported how this can be formalised or accepted. Please let me know how and who can help me on this to confirm that my vehicle is covered for 2 years + 1 year extended OE warranty & roadside Assistance.
                                    I have also raised complaints in [protected]@tatamotors.com.
                                    Looking forward to their feedback.
