Hello TATA Motors,

I have purchased a preowned TATA Zest from Concorde Motors (TATA Motors Assured) on 28th-March-2017. This was a Demo car and it's First owner was Concorde Motors Baner, Pune and I am it's second owner till date. Yesterday while reviewing my Insurance and RC, I identified that the chassis number of the car does not match the records on RC. I have booked Tata Nexon XZ+ variant on October 28th 2020 and my loan is also sanctioned.
Tata Motors agreed to deliver my car by 10th December. on that time they not ready to give no confirmation on Car delivery,
so i was complained TATA costumer care on 18 th december 2020 after that i got a mail from Dealer (CRM) in that mail they mentioned with in 8 to 10 week they will do delivery. But as now there is no confirmation on car delivery.

Please help me get this rectified.

Its been 9 days since I complained. Until now I haven't received any response from dealer or tata. Even now they are not able to give a correct delivery date.

    I have booked Tata Nexon XM variant on November 27th 2020 and my loan is also sanctioned. Tata Motors agreed to deliver my car by 8th January. But As of now there is no confirmation on Car delivery even the chase number is not allocated. As my loan is already sanctioned and my first EMI have debited, delay in car delivery will be troublesome for me. Please help me get this rectified.

      New tata harrier - starting problem

      This is regarding the tata harrier i purchased on 20th December 2020 from Gokulam Motors Kochi, Please note just 2 weeks after purchase i had 3 breakdown and hence 3 times a service engineer/road rescue was called to start the vehicle, please note first time we suspected that the battery got drained due to glove box lights which may have been turned on, further vehicle was started using jumper by road rescue...

      I have booked Tata Nexon XM variant on December 9th 2020 and my loan is also sanctioned. Tata Motors Mau agreed to deliver my car by 15th January. But As of now there is no confirmation on Car delivery. As my loan is already sanctioned, delay in car delivery will be troublesome for me. Please help me get this rectified.

        I have booked tata xz+ at 1 October 2020 with 30-45 days of waiting but still it's not confirm for delivery date. Also I am very concerned about the price hike is going to happening on January 2021. The price is increased 20k after my booking. Very frustrated about the sales. Also concerned about the service as well.

          I have booked Tata altroz XZ at November 10, 2020 from Delar team leader Saptarshi.
          He told within 45 days we will delivery your car. He had taken bookings money also. After some day he called me told that sir your car had come pls provide us the demand draft and delivery order.we will deliver your car wtih in a 3 to 4 days.Today when i go for given demand draft to Saptarshi he told sry that car is not available you have to wait at least a month.

          How its possible ? without inform me he had sale that to another person only for his incentive or growth of sale?
          Is this rules for tata motors?
          His behaviour also like steeet dogs
          After some arguments his behaviour was like street dogs and he directly told that i will not sale car to you.
          Will you pls take action against him?
          I totally disappointed from tata motors this is not acceptable you do something otherwise i have to do tweet and social media like another agains tata motors and Banerjee automobiles.
          I will not excepting this thing.

              I am ayindrila Mondal.from west Bengal .on 11th December I got a job regarding call for the job in tata motors as a showroom supervisor.then by a telephonic interview I was selected for the job .then they demand near about 25000 money in different filled.I give the money because the brand name is TATA.then they demand money in different p purpose like security fees uniform phase plane fare to send the uniform etc. Then the demanded money money is increase day by day so I cancel my profile. Want my money back because according to them all the money is refundabl.but till they not refund my money.

                Respected sir/Madam,

                I am one of your Tata Nexon unlucky customers since I bought NEXON XMA (Petrol) BS6 variant before 10 months, within 2 months of buying a new car I underwent a complaint in the auto shift of gears (vehicle start but remains in neutral mode).

                This has occurred more than 4 times in the last 8 months. Recently on 1 Jan 2021, we were traveling with our family and car stopped moving in Parinche ghat while there were 30 feet upward turns.

                Now this issue was resolved by rudra motors, wagholi, but i'm unsure if this issue is completely resolved or not, if this issue occurs again and something wrong happens with us then who will be the responsible for such incidents. Can anyone take responsibility?

                Of course I am ashamed to get this type of faulty vehicle as it's a concern to our family safety also. So what type of security is maintained in your Tata Nexon vehicle.

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    I Have purchased Tata Tiago on Feb 2020.

                    Within a month one tyre got damaged then I went to workshop and mechanic told tyre quality is not good and the rubber is hard.
                    Since I was in long travel so thrown the tyre and bought brand new tyre.

                    again I faced same issue with other tyre which was given by Tata motors there is no puncture but air leaking frequently (2/3 days once), but company people not taking responsibility.

                    In new car 2 tyres got problem its worth almost Rs. 10K.

                    I am requesting here please help me on this.

                      Sir,
                      I have booked Tata Altroz at Ujwal Automotives Pvt. Ltd. (Dhule) on October 31st. Delivery date was confirmed within 5 to 6 weeks. I couldn't receive in 5 to 6 weeks as promised, I was asked to wait for another 2 weeks. Even after waiting for two or more weeks no confirmation on delivery date. 10th week is almost going to be completed and I still don't have the delivery date.
                      Really disappointed with the delivery delay. Request you to look into this and have the car delivered as soon as possible.

                        I have booked Nexon XZ+ on 1st December 2020 in the name of my spouse and I was informed the ex show room price was 964500 Rs. But now they again informed me that the increased price will be charged from me. I think it's a open violation of consumer act. I have a doubt also that they had waited for the price hike to order my Bookings.
                        If this is, then I may cancel the Booking.

                            I was purchased tata altroz from sterling motors, solapur. At the time of booking they give quatation for RTO charges R's. 63587 and told that they give receipts if this amount to me after registration. But I was received receipt of Rs. 61887 only. When I call them regarding this they say that rs 1700 was for agent fee. This is clearly cheating.

                                Sir, I was Booked Tata Nexon from Grover Trade Links(P) Ltd. Breilly (UP) on 09th Dec 20 and I paid 21000/- for Booking amount for that. there was 1-2 month waiting in vehicle delivery so that dealer was give a estimate delivery date 10th Jan 21. But I have made a cancel request for the vehicle on 25 Dec 20 due to some family requirements than dealer denied about the full amount refunds and he told me about 5000/- cancelation charges will be remain and refund will be 16000/- only . I have asked about terms about cancelation of booking than he told me to check Booking receipt after checking of same there is no terms and conditions on booking receipt about the cancelation charges.

                                Still there is no update about refund amount from TATA Motors i have contacted to customer care 5- 7 times but there is no solution. I have contacted to area manager also but issue still exists. Please provide a help to resolve the issue.

                                  Dear Tata Motors Cars
                                  I purchased Altroz XZ on[protected] and it's been almost a month and completed 1000 km. on 14th December on my way car suddenly started malfunctioning ( jerking ) while speeding, upon reaching Saharanpur on 15th Dec. I brought car to the the service centre of Midas Motors but till date my car is in their workshop and they are unable to detect the fault even after replacing clutch plate and finger plate, leaving me without vehicle and with unsatisfactory service. You are requested to take this matter seriously as in new car such problems should not be faced.
                                  The parts replaced in my car aren't supposed to be malfunctioning even after years of run, the original factory settings has been disruptive entirely just due to incompetence of company/dealership, I no longer wish to own the vehicle as I feel deeply disappointed and harassed by the your customer services
