    My self sandeep kumar biswas i am a assistant manager in sbi. I booked tata nexon XZ model in petrol version grey colour in 12 oct 2020 from RR automobiles waidhan distt singrauli mp. Dealer told me that your suv will be delivered in nov 2020 but sir present time nithar my car delivered nor dealer comfirm me that which time my suv deliver to me and he not my call receive and no any update data provide to me about me booking. He always told me lie and false details. I booked car previous 70 days ago so please provide me my booking status and which date my car delivered to me. Becouse the dealer always said me lie and false details.
    Please help me.

      Hi Tata Team,

      Am a Tata Fan and am proud of it, now a days Tata Is most wanted brand in indian marcket, vehicle Quality everything is superb but i want to raise an serious concern about Tata Dealer ship and after sales service at Kerala (Kannur) Mostly in All kerala State, Tata doesnt have much dealer ship so after buying Tata vehicles 80%customers are not satisfied with the current dealer ship. Day by day Interests on Tata vehicles are becoming incresed but due to Weak after sales and service new customers are not looking forward to move with Tata vehicles.

      Kindly raise this Issue on upper level and resolve it ASAP.👍🙏

        My name is Vasudeo Pundlik Mahalae, I have booked Tata Altroz XT Petrol Car in Jalgaon from your dealer as authorised dealer for Tata vehicles(Ujwal automotives pvt ltd jalgaon) on[protected] by paying tokan amount of Rs.21000/- against your verbal commitment to give me the car delivery on[protected].Attached is the advance invoice copy. It's been more than 2 months But I still have not got the car. Why ? Plz do something

          I have purchased the Tata Altroz Top car model from ABC AUTOLINK, Vadodara ( Gujarat ) in the month of October 2020 . Since the inception of the buying process, their response has been very lethargic and disappointing.
          Once I made the payment, the sales person ( Mr.Dipesh) stopped responding to my calls and messages.

          Since I had a rent profile, they were supposed to check the documents properly which did not happen, and because of which I had to face a lot of trouble in the RTO for passing.

          Now after getting the vehicle I have been following up for the complete receipts for the entire payment made. But there is no response till date. All I get to know is that the person concerned is not working.

          Even after contacting his manager ( Mr.Bharat) for more than a week, i am struggling with the receipts.
          There seems no intention of resolving my issues.

          Further, post 7 days of buying the vehicle, I had raised the complaint regarding stucking of the gears. I took the vehicle to the service centre where the manager says that it works like this only . Till date nobody has taken interest in resolving the issues. I even asked the contact details of the Tata motors dealer manager, which has not been shared till date with constant and rigorous followups from my side.

          Tata motors, my trust is completely shattered in you and your services.
          I feel i have taken a wrong decision by purchasing your vehicle which i will have to carry now for at least 10 years.
          Highly disappointing experience.

            I booked Tata nexon xz plus petrol red color single tone on October 18th. My phone number : [protected]. Dealer promised me to deliver Car within one month.               I had booked Tata Altroz XZ O on 29.09.20, I was assured that vehicle will be delivered on or before Dushera, then it was postponed to before Diwali and till now it is in uncertainty. Being Unable to deliver the car on time I asked for refund of the booking amount but now there is no response from them.
              It is more than 80 days, I just want my refund
              I tried to solve the matter through the customer care...

              I own two vehicles of TATA i.e LPK 2523 and LPK 2825. The vehicle details are as follows
              MH 14 HU 3225 & MAT802011L3J7684. I have been trying to register the breakdown from past 2 days and both of my vehicles are unattended. MAT802011L3J7684 is a new vehicle purchased on 7th Nov 2020 and the fan belt has broken after I called for assistance your customer service executive have put me on hold for 20 minutes and I have to hung up the call. This is [censored] of your services not even a single tata motors outlet is ready for assistance. Do hell with your business as would not be making any purchase if dont get the required assistance today itself and my vehicles running.
              I am going to escalate this matter anyways!
              So check with whatever garbage records you have and come up with a quick solution and also teach your customer care executives to respect customers emotion. They are the worst people i have talked to in my entire life. They are disrespectful they put me on hold for long and then hung up. I want a call from a senior person ASAP

                Now if Dealer will say vehicle will be deliver on January 2022 than still I have to wait??
                There is no time frame for Tata Motors or they just fooling peoples?

                Tata Dealer and Tata Motors Higher Management are fooling us.
                Dealer will never say I will not deliver but I think there should be time limit, a customer can’t wait so long, If I had invested that money in share I can get some profit, why to invest in Tata Dealer when they are useless.

                I hope this message will reach to Top management and action will be taken against the sleeping Dealers and local authorities.

                  Oil leakage with gearbox

                  i have buying the tata altroz in month of oct-20 from (Riya Auto link, Bopal Ahmadabad Gujrat), within two month oil leakage started with gearbox. let me know the reason for the same. what is the action plan to not repeated again in future.

                  i don't want again facing this same issue in future so request you kindly take need action with immediate effect.

                  My name is Sanket. I received the 3 SMS stating that you are shortlisted for interview with TATA motors limited with HR name : Manisha, Palavi, Rashi. I called all three, but only I could speak with Manisha & Rashi. Finally, I spoke with HR Manisha. ( She informed me that she is speaking from TATA motors central India limited, Delhi). She informed me that I will arrange the interview call from Mumbai team. She arranged the call & I was told by Prerna mam that I am selected for job & you have to pay 2050/- for further process.( She informed me that she is speaking from Andheri, Mumbai location. Also, she informed me that we are hiring on direct basis, no hard interview.). Since I was in urgency for job, I did pay the amount. I received the offer letter from Akash Aggarwal mail id.( [protected]@gmail.com). Then, next day I received the call from Aarohi Mittal( As per her) on Saturday ( i.e. on 12/12/20 stating that you have to pay 4500/- for your dress code. Also, she informed me that this amount will be refunded to you. She informed me that courier boy will come to near by to your residence place on Monday i.e. today. Since I was in urgency for job again I did pay the amount through Google pay. Also today Aarohi Mittal called me to pay 9500/- for job security purpose stating that this is a permanent job, no one will remove you from company without your wish. I was not aware of rules & regulations of the process. Again I paid the amount. After some time, she whatsapped me that training manager is busy, he will give you an appointment letter. But so far, I did not receive any letter & they are not picking up the calls now.
                  So far I have paid 16050/- rs. I felt very bad that I became victim of such scam. Now, I am facing financial problem. It's really painful to be fooled from anyone.
                  Now, it's my humble request to help me in this regards. They deserved punishment & jail for playing with job seekers emotions & dreams. I would like to request you that do something regarding job scam regarding your company so that no one will fall in such job scam trap. He or she will be safe.( Job aspirants). Best wishes for your company growth.

Am in middle class family. This vehicle is inly my income... this is the way u give services to ur customers... what i can do

                      Sir there have a massive cheating happened with me.actully i have applied for a job on monsterindia.com.after i day later a person called me and told my telephonic interview will be conducted today after sometime a other lady called me and she started interview then she said you are selected in tata motors company.so you have to pay 2360 for joining.since i had immense need of job so i paid.after 2 day other lady called me and told you have to pay 5000 rupees for opening salary account.i am again mentioning you i had need of job too much so i again paid then no any information came .after some day i person called me and say you have to pay 11000 rupees to hotel and food arrangements during job training since i have blackmailed already so i again paid 11000 rupees then after no one responded and they started ignoring call afte few day a lady called ke nd said you have to pay 5250 for currier service then your item will be provided in which dress shoes laptop are included.so i have paid again after than no body's neither called me nor received my call so aftet 5 or 6 day a lady called me and said your job has been cancelled you amount will be refunded but nobody is receiving my call.
                      So i humble request you sir please solve my problems at present my financial condition is very poor i lended money to a person he is saying to refund his money i i don't have amount so please sir solve my problemsi will be obedient of your all persons who called me their details are below

                        I own a tata tiago XZA 2019 model..
                        I have driven it only 11000 kms..
                        I'm facing a issue in the steering from the last 4 months.. I live in Ajmer Rajasthan and i've visited the mudgal motors dealership of tata 3-4 times but they were not able to detect the actual problem of steering .. Everytime i went to the dealership they were telling me that your car is having issues in front shockers, rear shockers, suspension, linkages etc.. They did not tell me the actual problem in my car..
                        Then i visited at Roshan Tata Motors Jaipur.. They actually identified the real problem of Steering Intermediate Shaft.. But now when i visited the dealership and identified the real issue after 4 months of Intermediate Steering Shaft they are not covering it under warranty which has to be covered under warranty.. Giving silly reasons that your car has not been serviced from tata motors and all.. My car has been serviced from tata motors 2 times and they are saying that you have not changed an engine oil from tata service centre..
                        That's why the warranty has been collasped and all...Even they did not open the job card and my car was entered in the workshop and they inspected all things in the car..
                        First of all i have serviced my car from Tata motors and second thing Steering part does not fall in the engine category .. So how can they deny this issue under warranty.. The part costs around 11500/-plus 1800/- labour..
                        The car has done only 11000 kms and is still under warranty.. And they are denying it straight forwadly..
                        No professionalism of work.. Worst Service..
                        Even the car i purchased from the dealer has been shut off from Ajmer named as Rajansh tata..
                        Literally they did not know how to treat customers..
                        If this is how services would be the in the near future nobody will get their cars serviced from their service centre...
                        Literally very fed from the tata service centre..
                        Will not suggest anybody to go for a tata car or service from the service centres..

                                It's been 3 months since I booked a tata Tiago XT (grey)(Sept 9th to be exact.). At the time of booking KVR Tata, Kannur promised to deliver the vehicle in 4-6 weeks.

                                I have been complaining continuously to tata motors for 1 month.
                                They just keep saying "we will deliver the car ASAP" since Oct 30

                                No time commitments from tata motors nor dealer.

                                Lame excuses like Diwali, covid...etc have been used.

                                No proper response on when I will get the vehicle from tata motors. Shame on you to behave irresponsibly.

                                  My name is Barani and I bought Tata Nexon XMA(S) from lakshmi tata Velachery chennai on Nov 12. But the actual delivery date was by October 24.
                                  We booked this car for Marriage purpose first of all. I told them that I am going to do the registration in our locality (Cheyyar RTO). So there was a temporary Registration from chennai and permanent registration will be done from cheyyar. I demanded the transport documents (Model papers) from lakshmi tata on 8 Dec 2020 and I informed them that temporary Registration expires by 11 Dec and to make it fast. They informed me it will be done before 11 Dec and there is a delay and I was waiting in the customer lounge for more than 40 min to be attended. Then they informed me that Manager is not available here and to come next day. As I told you this car was bought for marriage use and with out registration the car is still in garage of no use. The marriage is over and all the rituals are over. Now I have no use for the car. And finally I have this registration issues. I ask you to resolve this situation immediately and take responsibility for the late fine for registration.
