[Resolved] Tata Motors — booking amount refund | |||
I recently booked a tata tiago car xz from t. C. Motors (Howrah, west bengal) with a booking amount of rupees 10000. Due to some better offer and price i considered another tata motors showroom (R. D. Motor, kolkata) and have finalised my deal with r. D. Motors. On cancellation of booking from the previous showroom t. C. Motors, i haven't received my refund of booking amount, they are deducting rupees 4000 unnecessarily. Please look into this matter as it is against the trust of the people that generally public has for tata motors in the country.
