Tata Motors — Booking cancellation

I have booked Tata Tiago from Laxmi sales & services, Bargarh, Orissa worth Rs 10000/- vide money receipt no-28614 on dt 04/11/16.Due to some problem, I cancelled by booking and approached the dealer for refund of my money. Despite several telephonic as well as physical visit to the showroom and completing all the cancellation formalities, they are not refunding my money and just passing the days.Kindly take necessary action to make the refund.
