Tata Motors — burst ever experience of my life with tata motors service center

Hi tata team,

I faced burst ever experience of my life by bringing my car to concorde service center,
On saturday after 15 days wait and many phone calls, i got my car from service center, when i reached service center backyard car was already in start condition, the person (Not engineer/technician) who was there said that team could not recharge car battery so let car be in start condition for some time and then battery will be charged.
The bill receipt was not available at service center, so he drove me to nearby showroom, he insist to drive the car by himself and at showroom also he asked to car be in start condition, they were aware that the battery has been totally exhausted (Do not know what they did with battery that it was totally/deep exhausted).

When i came home which is 20 km from service center and stop the car it could not start again, i had to go some where with my family but my car was dead, i called pankaj the adviser 4-5 time and varun the crm, argued with them, during call both excepted that they were knowing that car battery was deeply exhausted and they were not having charging machine because service center was locked and car would not be start if it will be stopped, but still they had given this half repaired car to me because i had made complain and was asking for my car for last 15 days.

I called customer care number/emergency breakdown number talked to team for one hour to explain the matter and then the call was transferred to shridhar from emergency team to get on time support but neither concorde nor tata team could support me as it was late evening, but shridhar called ajit from dealership team and assured to give all support in morning time,

Still after so much drama, in morning person came with just a battery to start my car and he just started my car and when i said will this charge car battery, he said you try, but it will not charge your need to carry it to nearby charging point, i said you should have bring it or take my battery there but he said we can not support on this and asked to keep the car start for an hour and also said that this will not help and they went back, i called varun the crm he said this is the only support he can give.

After burning fuel for one hour i stopped and again started the car and as expected the car was dead,

Now i had/have hope from tata/concodre motors the dealer, so just sharing this feedback that how much you can torture a customer.

Engineer was knowing that car can be stopped anywhere in traffic, it could be life threatening as well, still car was given in on condition without telling facts to me.

Thank you so much for giving such a nice service, and also thanks for returning my running car in dead condition after 100s of calls and 15 days.

Hi team,

What is the status of this complain. I still have not received the car.
Very poor and pathetic,

Still no action its 12 days not received my car no proper response why not you barred and close such service center,
Will tata provide me all 12 days taxi bills which i had to spend because my car has been captured by service center. I need 12 days taxi expenses which i had to spend on taxi because i am not having car, please pay rs 25000 for same.

Hi sir,

Your new delhi concorde motors service center has disappointed me, i brought my indigo car to service center on 29th april for back gear issue, first it was told to me car will be repaired on monday 30th april then it was told parts is not available it will be given on friday 4th may and then again i called on friday then it was told to me it will be given on monday, then i called on monday it was told to me it will be given on 9th may wednesday, you can imagine such a pathetic service i got from your service center, can you please respond what type of service tata service center is providing??? Such service and response in delhi ncr is a pain, i am very frustrated will not advise anyone to buy any tata vehicle. They even do not keep job slip number on job card.

And for such service the labor cost estimation is inr 3500, just to change a gear part.
