Hello TATA Motors,
I have purchased a preowned TATA Zest from Concorde Motors (TATA Motors Assured) on 28th-March-2017. This was a Demo car and it's First owner was Concorde Motors Baner, Pune and I am it's second owner till date. Yesterday while reviewing my Insurance and RC, I identified that the chassis number of the car does not match the records on RC. Today, I approached Indrajeet Pol (Bafna Motors Tathavade/Baner Pune - Formerly Concorde Motors Baner, Pune) who had assisted me while purchasing this car and told him the problem. However I couldn't get any satisfactory answer from him nor any assurance to help me and that's the reason I am reaching out to Customer care now.
I checked the old RC photo copy and find that the issue persist from the beginning this car was first registered (05-Feb-2015). I wonder how it got unnoticed by the dealer. In addition to the prior ignorance or mistake, the Dealer transferred the RC on my name with the same problem.
This is a serious problem and I plan not to use the car from today due to the mismatch of record that may lead into Insurance problems. This has left me in a trouble.
I hope that TATA motors will help to resolve this problem at the earliest. Please let me know if there is any additional information needed from my side?
