Tata Motors — complaint regarding chennai tata concorde motors in guindy

This is to inform you that i have that booked a taxi - tata zest xe qjet s/ grey 2017

Ex-showroom price: rs, 618177/=

Insurance amount rs, 38880/=

Register amount rs, 64318/=

Accessories + vas amount : rs, 7200/=

Total receivable amount : rs, 728575/=

Finance amount : rs, 516000/=

Margin money / downpayment : rs, 184, 875/=

Tenure & emi : rs, 48×14, 750/=

This is the above commitments from no : 675 data 23/07/2017

I have paid rs, 5000/ on 23/07/2017 and rs, 181, 723/=on 30/07/2017

In committed form the finance amount was mentioned as rs, 516, 000/= and delivery date as: 5/08/2017

But now the obtained sanctions letter mentioned the finance amount as (Rs) 533, 404/= which is more than committed earlier to me.

Perhaps, today when i went to the take the delivery of car, mr. Devraj, sales person in your tata motors concorde showroom at guindy velachery branch, is demanding rs, 5600/= extra for registration charges and rs, 8000/= for speed governor in cash without bill,

Perhaps he has already collected registration amount and speed governor amount as discussed for above vehicle.

Therefore i request you to please take necessary actions against him and i am not going to be pay any cash amount to the same.

If it is compulsory to pay extra amount cash, then i would like to cancel above booking and refund my amount.
