Tata Motors — Complaint Regarding False Test Drive Completion Update

I have received an OTP message stating that my Test Drive has been completed for Enquiry No. 5-2EYEFN63. However, I would like to clarify that I have not taken any test drive yet.

It is concerning that the test drive status has been updated without my consent or actual participation. Kindly investigate this issue and correct the records immediately.

I request you to take appropriate action against such incorrect updates and ensure that this does not happen again.
