Tata Motors — Crack in rear twist beam of Tata Tiago

My Tiago has just ran 17, 000km and dead axle got cracked. Such low quality product. They aren't covering the part in extended warranty. I have to pay now 16, 000 rupees for the part alone. Why I have to pay for the manufacturing defects? I am also facing paint defects and rusting. There are various other issues.
