It’s been 5 months since i have booked this car from Aotovikas, Motinagar, New Delhi. This mail chain was started on 29th November 2021. Since then i have been asked to wait 3-4 weeks more for the delivery of this car which was Initially promised to me in writing after 8 weeks. Now after waiting for 20 weeks i am still being told that the car is still not allocated by TATA motors and i have also been told that there is no update from TATA motors regarding price protection which was valid till 28/02/2022.
As per TATA motors website the price protection is supposed to be provided to every customer who have booked the vehicle on or before January 18th 2022, then how come dealerships are saying that the price protection was valid till 28/2/2022, if the delay is initially from TATA motors then why customers are being penalised and harassed to pay the hiked prices even after waiting for 5 months and what is the point mentioning about price protection on the website is this some kind of joke as you guys can’t even keep your words in writing too. Such a pathetic experience i have had with TATA motors before even owning the vehicle.
If the vehicles are being allocated on FIFO basis then customers should not have to wait for this long and have to pay the hiked price.
I would request you to kindly prioritise it else I’m raising it to consumer court this time.

Mr. Nishant dealing with me and we final the model or price. He give me the deal of 1008000 (without RC) and promises me toh give free leather seat cover as an discount.
But on 30/09/2023 i get a call from Mr Nishant that his TL reject the free seat covers approval as an discount.
I believe on Tata thats why i am going to purchase my first car from Tata but my first experience is going so bad.
Tata has value of his words but due to this fake promise i am literally getting disappointed from Tata Service.
May be they forget the moral value of Tata Motors. This is not about seat covers it about fake promise. If they said nothing is free still i buy the car but now i am cancelling my booking for Tata Nexon Pure. I already pay booking amount 11000/- and now i will check how many days he will take to return booking amount.
Totally disappointed from Tata Motors.
