I bought tata nexon xm diesel last year in june 2021 for which invoice was also raised for june which i have attached, While doing registration for TMC App i found that owners details and vehicle purchase date is wrong, Vehicle purchase was march which was wrong, I raised the issue then they changed owners details but said they can't change purchase date .
I escalate the issue to customer services then dealer get ready for extended warranty but later on refused and said i have to pay half, I said why i have to pay for your mistake,
Till today its unresolved and i am facing issues like my third service got expired which should be in june but as per their App it got expired and i paid for the same even my warranty would be expired as per their App
I felt they might have sold this vehicle to another person but later on deal didn't get executed so they pass on the same to me, I didn't expect this kind of pathetic service from Tata, I bought this car just to give my support to make in india initiative but feeling cheated
