Tata Motors — disappointed with car - tata hexa

Re: complaint about the tata hexa, purchased on 1st oct 2017, under registration number - hr13m2928 from rama auto cars, rohtak.
I am writing regarding the purchase of make and model of car and bring to your attention following issues :
• regular thud coming from the engine
• ac not working properly
• engine warning light comes on
• car becomes harder to steer
• car gear system not upto the mark
I telephoned your dealership and spoke to mr. Ram several times (Owner of rama auto cars) explaining him about the problem in the car but to no resolution.
To resolve this problem, please consider the following options:
Enter what you would like the dealer to do next. For example:
• full mechanical inspection and any issues repaired
• exchange with new car of same model, features and price
I also ask that you reimburse my travel costs that were incurred as a result of faults.
