Dear tata representatives,
I own mh12 pz 2953 tiago.
I heard lot of complaints and feedback on why not to buy tata cars. I still bought tiago to express my love to our country.
However what i heard all came true when i got my car serviced on 6 sept. At rudra motors, wagholi, pune.
1. They spent 1.5 days but still count not fix my ac problem that was the only reason i wanted to do servicing.
2. If tata authorized service center can not do it, then why are we paying so much for authorized service center.
3. We could have got it repaired from some local mechanic as the car brand itself is as good as local goon!!!
4. I had to travel immediately to solapur from pune and i travelled in hot sizzling sun with my little baby.
5. I specifically told them about a loud chuk chuk sound coming from engine. It was still coming even though i have been charged for engine oil change and all the cleaning and fixing done.
6. As a popular belief it seems like they just washed my car and that too it was done only externally and not internally!!!
7. If they were not capable of doing it due to workload on sat and sun. They should have denied my appointment.
I am an it professional and i would never ever recommend it to any of my colleagues or friends. You have literally spoiled our love for this country and efforts put by our pm to be vocal about local. Your jingoism can not replace the quality you should deliver... I will definitely be very vocal about our bad locals.!!!
