Tata Motors — Fake promise by executive Mr Swapnil Torne And Mr Prakash

After purchasing my tiago, I planed to gift Nexon to my wife, so i booked a vehicle on Indira S Samaya name, from JV motors Sangli, Maharashtra. On 22nd September 2020, I gave a cheque of 50k for booking, and I said rest of the amount I will pay through cheque at the arrival of vehical, cause I don't need any loan for that. I was assured by Mr Swapnil torne ( [protected]) Mr Prakash ( [protected]). At the time of booking, Mr Torne was saying sir, please give one more cheque of 3 lakhs, so I can give your vehical to you in 10 days, for which i denied. Then they assured me that I will get my vehical till 10th October 2020, then second promise was made to me 15th October 2020. Then 3rd promise was made that vehical will be given till 25th october 2020. ( I have all the voice recordings of the things that I am mentioning ). Today morning I called Mr Prakash and asked him, he said he will check the status of my vehical, and I can cancel the vehical if I want, actually I only said to him if you're fooling me, I would like to cancel my vehical. First I purchased years back, tata indica, now I have a tiago MH31FA5484, all the vehical regular are going to showroom service station for getting serviced, I referred to many people the Tata vehicles. But now Tata has fooled me, thanks for such a worst service provided by you to your genuine come back customers. Today I will not only cancel the vehical, but will sell out all my other Tata vehicles. And will go for some other reliable trust worthy brand, where I can get a satisfaction of geniun and honest customer towards that brand. Please stop cheating and fooling, for so many years I had trust in your company eventually I lost it all.

Hi, I am facing the same issue. I have booked Nexon diesel DTD Sept 2021 in Pune and was given 1.5 months of ETA. It's been 3 months and nobody is updating me to date about my car. All I get is one recorded reply 'we apologies for the delay'.
May I know if your issue is resolved, if yes please let me know who did you approach?
